Full textThis research looks at the problems of creation and process improvement for the management of know-how. In response, we are advancing the concept of "hinged intelligences" which is based on four dominant principles. The first of these is based on an adaptation of "agile methods1", the second part declines the concepts of the "intervention research", the third uses computer techniques in transposing those "business intelligence" and the fourth takes into account the acceptability of the players face the changes. The proposed "approach" is so noticeable as a double vector management and support in the conduct of change. In this study, the managerial dimension is addressed in a pragmatic way, and positioned the dissemination of information as a central element. Indeed, by strengthening communication and transparency through the use of pilotage and simulatiod tools, we seek to enhance the performance of managers. These elements are applied to the case of the "Supply Chain Management" in the industrial sector. For the conduct of our work, we are building on the principles of the "intervention research" which prove appropriate to the development of this type of project. Conduct research is organized according to the following path, first presentation of the conceptual framework which is at the origin of the approach. Then we discuss the description of the land of experimentation with the development of two case studies. The first concerns the design of a human resource allocation tool. This allows to assign staff in the context of the actual. The second focuses on the redesign of a logistics organization in a workshop industrial with the implementation of a "Milkrun2" for the management of physical flows of the production site. At the end of the presentation of these cases, we propose a discussion with a formalization of the concepts around the themes studied. The research then recommends the elements of implementation of the "approach" for the management of improvement projects that values collaborative dimension and the emergence of the know-how

Full textIn industrial production, new organizational principles with regard to flexibility and workforce management have modified the classical form of Taylorism-Fordism. Quality as well has become central in this so-called neo-Taylorian new form of work organization. This research concerns reliability in the framework of neo-Taylorism and aims at studying quality management in the automotive production. Data collection relies on several methods conducted with assembly line operators: participatory observations, semi-directed interviews, systematic observations and auto-confrontations. The study highlights resilience know-how developed by the operators for the management of deviations to the standard, i. E. Their prevention and their control. They permit to cope with activity conflicts stemming from neo-Taylorism as well as organizational migrations, and to obtain high global system reliability

Full textThe Aurignacian, which dates between 42 and 33 thousand years ago, represents several important changes in regards to the history of humanity. It marks the arrival of Homo sapiens in Western Europe and illustrates several behavioural shifts within the context of the Middle to Upper Palaeolithic transition. This work aims to contribute to a renewal of research axes pertaining to the socio-economic organization of Aurignacian groups in the south of France via a palethnological and paleosociological approach. A method for the study of lithic industries was developed in order to target three axes of variability: technical intentions, raw material constraints, and knapping performance. Approaching lithic toolkits in this manner highlights the technical activities occurring on site and provides a sociological profile of the actors responsible, permitting us to better situate each site within a nomadic circuit. This economic and sociological procedure was applied to one cave site (La Tuto de Camalhot), and a palethnological description was additionally integrated into the study of three open-air sites (Régismont-le-Haut, Champ-Parel 3, Brignol). The study of the material is also enriched by a theoretical framework founded on the crossing of ethnoarchaeological data on sub-actual hunter-gatherer groups with psychological and ethnological models of skill acquisition. This in turn allows for the development of a middle-range theory linking the group, individuals, and mobility. The synthesis of the results from these four case studies allows for the proposal of a socio-economic model of organization applicable, at the least, at the scale of southwestern France during the Early Aurignacian. This discussion also provides the basis for a greater perspective that broaches the evolution of groups and their territories through the Aurignacian lato sensu, but equally the structuration of the means and ways of knowledge transmission in the longue durée
