The main purpose of this study is to determine time-varying weak form efficiency of 18 Borsa İstanbul sub-sector indices. In line with this purpose weak form efficiency is tested with innovative technique alongside traditional methods. The study indicated that bank, real estate invest trusts, holding & investments, telecommunication, wood, paper & printing, insurance, tourism and transportation indices are not linear. The weak form efficiency of aforementioned indices is analyzed with a rolling KSS unit root test developed by Yılancı. It is concluded depending on the applied tests that weak form efficiency of all of the nonlinear sub-sector indices has a time-varying structure. Results also showed that global scale events affect weak form efficiency of the indices in different durations. The purpose of the present article is to evaluate the factors which are considered to be important for the agribusiness development of a local economy, with data derived from the entrepreneurs' perspective. For this purpose, an appropriate methodology was designed, in order to include the most of the aforementioned factors. Emphasis was given to questions which can illustrate the level of technological innovation with actions and initiatives like digital marketing, innovative ability and others. Therefore, a questionnaire was created and was then applied to many regions in northern Greece. In respect of data analysis, the contribution of Correspondence Analysis (CA), a method from the multidimensional statistics field, was crucial because it easily revealed the characteristics that intensively differentiated themselves. The above methodologies and their special characteristics facilitated also the implementation of SWOT analysis. In the case of the Regional Units examined in the current research, the positive and negative factors-points were easily revealed and presented.

This chapter shows that a multilevel model of analysis is a suitable approach in order to highlight hidden relationships among different structural units within organizations. In addition, current literature argued that the field of management could be enhanced by integrating the theory and empirical work of other related social science disciplines (e.g., psychology). In adopting analytical techniques from clinical, social, and I/O psychology, this chapter highlights the deepest (dysfunctional) organizational dynamics, thus demonstrating the effectiveness of a multidisciplinary approach to complex organizational phenomena. Finally, this chapter highlights implications and suggestions for scholars and consultants in the field of business analysis. In particular, the multiple nature of dysfunctional dynamics advocates for a wider diffusion of psychological diagnostic tools, integrating them into traditional economical and financial assessment.

The goal of this chapter is to identify methods for reducing the risk of strategic failures at the division, the unit, the community, or the team level. In particular, the authors are interested in managing those risks that relate to information strategies and the businesses' use of information in the day-to-day work and operations of any organization. The framework and methodology they follow to identify misalignments, to develop target lists of strategies at risk are the same at these lower levels. What is different is the breadth and depth of business strategies they have to work with, the nature of the impact of lacking or sub-optimized information strategies at the operational level, and the cultural factors they need to see and shape. They establish a general methodology around the framework at the organization level and promote that methodology throughout the organization. The authors walk through the seven-step methodology, noting that line managers and team members must take ownership of and be engaged in the assessment process.
