Abstract:
In most of the construction projects it has been notice that certain causes may lead to delay in construction activities. This will make time schedule and cost budget overrun in the project. Thus, it has become a major and challenging problem to complete the project on schedule and within the estimated cost. To solve this problem, the concept of construction project management by Earned Value Management System EVMS is evaluated. Earned Value Management EVM is a technique that finds the stage at which cost and time overrun EVM technique acts as an early warning and alarming system for budget and schedule. It not only measures the project performance but also measure the progress of the schedule. In our study we have done Earn Value analysis of a construction project which was completed in the year of 2017, based on project data BOQ, Actual Budget, and Schedule and inputs which have been collected we are able to perform EVA by using Microsoft Project. The analysis helps in finding out the deviations both in cost as well as in time i.e. schedule variance and cost variance. It is an effective tool to measure cost, schedule and performance of the project. The EVA is useful in various fields such as IT, Industries and Construction companies etc. This paper summarizes the evolution, basic terminologies of Earned Value Analysis and effective use of it in the construction industries by Microsoft Project. Abstract:
In the process of implementing a project, few people find projects that go according to plan. In general, there are projects that are behind schedule, both in terms of time and schedule, but there are also projects that experience acceleration from the originally planned schedule. Project delay is a problem that arises as a result of unplanned construction implementation. Damage to the state due to additional costs and delays is one of the impacts of project delays. The purpose of this research is to track project implementation, identify factors that cause delays, calculate the cost of delays that occur, find root causes and suggest alternative solutions that can be used to anticipate project delays. Monitoring and evaluating delays require an approach that includes the use of Microsoft Project Tracking, Fishbone Charts, and Root Cause Analysis. Alternative methods are used to track performance and analyze delays in public service building projects. The results showed a lack of understanding of human resources in terms of planning/evaluating existing plans, lack of training programs related to the field of work being handled, and poor schedule planning causing a lack of lightning rods, installation in the main building, lighting in changing rooms, grounding systems, central duct/airline, less power cables than needed and original water source using PAM water converted into deep pumping wells.

Abstract:
Economically successful available scheduling tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project fail to provide information about the geographical aspects of a construction project. A methodology using geographical information systems (GIS) is developed to represent the geographical aspects of the construction progress graphically by accompanying and linking it with the construction schedule. The spatial or geographical aspects are illustrated by the 3D model developed in AutoCAD and the construction schedule is generated via MS Excel sheets and linking it to ArcVIEW. Spatial and scheduling information are linked together into the GIS environment (ArcGIS) With a GIS, we can identify and analyze the land features, climate, boundaries, population, resources, and many other things about places that interest you. In the past, you needed to use paper maps, globes, and a variety of hard-copy data sources to perform these analyses. The main purpose of the research is to discover a simple and perceptive way of assigning the essential project information from a constructional CAD model to scheduling software and streamlining sequencing and organizing project activities. In achieving this goal, one of the most exhausting and time-consuming steps in producing a construction project schedule will be removed. By the end of this project, we will be able to understand the GIS system, and how to visualize it while scheduling the project and its uses. Abstract:
The installation of the Baggage Handling System (BHS) at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, Makassar, faces challenges related to cost and time inefficiencies, particularly delays in project completion. This study aims to evaluate these inefficiencies by applying the Earned Value Method (EVM) to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. Utilizing EVM metrics, the research identifies that the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) is below 1, indicating a delay in the project timeline, with the actual duration extending to 556 calendar days compared to the planned 546 days. This delay underscores the need for a more robust project management approach. The study employs the Critical Path Method (CPM) in conjunction with Microsoft Project to improve scheduling accuracy, alongside recommendations for project acceleration using the Crashing Program method. The findings highlight that early implementation of EVM can help mitigate discrepancies in cost and time, enabling better control and monitoring throughout the project lifecycle. The study concludes that integrating advanced scheduling techniques and real-time performance metrics is essential to achieving efficiency and minimizing delays in similar infrastructure projects.

Abstract:
Delays by limited supply of resources are common in many construction projects and may cause serious monetary disputes between project participants. Since the dispute resolution may require unnecessary additional time and cost, preventing delays in advance is an important goal in sustainable construction project management. To prevent delays, a feasible plan must be implemented, which reflects limited resources and provides reliable activity information. For this purpose, this study proposes a generalized resource-constrained critical path method (eRCPM). It consists of three steps to identify resource-dependent activity relationships (resource links) based on the result of resource-constrained scheduling (RCS) under multiple resource constraints. Compared to the existing resource-constrained critical path methods, the eRCPM has the advantage of identifying resource links irrespective of the applied RCS technique because it is based on the result rather than the RCS process. Further, this study presents a Microsoft (MS) Excel-based half-automated prototype system that is linked using file export and import functions to both P6 and MS Project software packages. The detailed process of the eRCPM algorithm and the operation process of the prototype system are described using an example schedule. Through a case study, it was demonstrated that eRCPM appropriately identifies the necessary resource links and provides reliable total floats.

Abstract:
Abstract: Many construction projects experience schedule and expense overruns which results in poor planning, scheduling, and execution, which causes number of problems such as delays in the provision of facilities, development, a decline in construction quality, and an increase in project cost. A little thought reveals that the amount of time needed to accomplish the job is inversely related to the availability of labor. When the number of workers is raised, the project's completion time is shortened; conversely, when the number of workers is reduced, the project's completion time is lengthened. The present study deals with the manpower, planning, scheduling and resource optimization of “Construction of a Villa Project at Chaitanya Sharan, Bengaluru”, a two storied (G+2) building of 26 units whose construction is complete at Gunjur, Bengaluru, Karnataka. This study uses Microsoft Project 2013 to schedule various building activities, allocating resources, and level those resources in order to examine project management strategies. In essence, it relates to finding a solution to the project's excessive resource allocation. This project illustrates how resource levelling may be accomplished with Microsoft Project and what impact it might have on overall project duration.

Abstract:
The work explores the features of team management in the conditions of remote work, which has become extremely relevant in connection with the significant spread of remote work in various industries, in the IT sphere. The main aspects related to the organization of work of remote teams are analyzed planning, coordination, communication, motivation and monitoring of work results. Special attention is paid to the use of modern information technologies and specialized software for effective management of remote teams, which allows for a high level of interaction and productivity. The advantages and challenges faced by managers in the conditions of remote work are determined, the issue of motivating employees, maintaining team spirit, as well as the need to adapt to new methods of monitoring the performance of tasks. The impact of remote work on productivity and job satisfaction among employees has been explored, with an emphasis on the potential for increased efficiency through flexible schedules and a better work-life balance. Remote working has been shown to help improve this balance, which ultimately has a positive impact on overall team productivity, as well as reducing stress levels and increasing employee motivation. Mainstream project management methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban have been found to be effective in remote work environments due to their adaptability and flexibility, allowing for rapid response to changes and adjusting processes to meet new requirements. The importance of using communication and task management tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Trello and Google Docs is highlighted, which are vital to maintaining an effective workflow in remote teams. It is noted that these tools not only ensure uninterrupted communication between team members, but also allow integration of various aspects of work into a single information environment. In addition, the importance of maintaining constant communication and feedback is noted to avoid feelings of isolation among employees, which can lead to a decrease in their engagement and team effectiveness, especially in a remote work environment. A team management model based on the integration of cloud-based tools is proposed, which allows to ensure the appropriate level of productivity, coordination and efficiency of the team. It is substantiated that properly organized work on managing a remote team using modern information technologies can not only ensure the efficiency of work at the level of office work, but also contribute to its improvement due to increased flexibility, adaptability and motivation of employees, which is especially important in modern conditions of rapid changes and globalization.

Time constraints are often a problem in construction projects. Project scheduling and consistent evaluation are needed so that the project is completed on time. Evaluation is applied using performance intensity methods and Microsoft Project. Performance Intensity is a calculation carried out to determine the pace of project work. Performance intensity provides information on how quickly an activity can be completed. For the calculation of Performance Intensity use PPI, API and CPI. To control work in the field using CCS and CCP.
Evaluation to find out the time performance applied to the Yogyakarta Lighthouse project. The project is planned to be completed on December 14, 2014 with a duration of 266 days. Evaluation is carried out for 35 periods. The results of this evaluation are differences in the analysis of the final day between the method of Performance Intensity and Microsoft project. The final day analysis of Performance Intensity at week 35 for 279 days, while analysis of Microsoft Project for 280 days. Differences in the range of predictions for the day-to-day analysis of a project are caused by the Performance Intensity method using the average cumulative work rate as a benchmark that changes every period. To pursue delays, the project acceleration method is used, namely Schedule. The time needed for the Schedule is 80 days.

Abstract:
Implementation of a construction project has a series of activities or jobs that are complex and interdependent on one another. Construction project development is carried out in several stages of work, one of which is making a work schedule. Work schedules are made to make it easier for each activity to be carried out sequentially and on time. In the implementation of the Parking Lot Construction Project at Bangli Medika Canti Hospital, there was a delay in weekly progress. To anticipate changes in implementation time, an acceleration of implementation time is carried out using the method of adding overtime hours. In this research, acceleration of implementation time was carried out using the method of adding overtime hours based on Microsoft Project. The data used in this study are in the form of a planned time schedule, realization time schedule, and weekly reports. The analysis was carried out to obtain the results of activities that can be accelerated and the project implementation time after being accelerated using the method of adding overtime hours. From the results of the analysis of the Microsoft Project, there are activities that can be accelerated, namely as many as 23 work items. After analyzing with the method of adding overtime hours on the implementation of the Parking Lot Development Project at Bangli Medika Canti Hospital, the project time was 122 days. This time is the same time at the initial planning. In the process of implementing the project, there was a delay in progress which resulted in a postponement of the project plan schedule to 129 days.

Abstract:
Structural work is a major job in a project for the construction of high-rise buildings and other buildings, because the structure is a strengthening foundation of a building. In the Nganjuk Guest House 57 Hotel development project, it becomes a place to conduct research. Accelerating the duration of structural work on a schedule in a project is the beginning of an acceleration in other project work, because if structural work can be completed quickly, other work can also be completed earlier too. In this study, the acceleration of the schedule uses the CPM (Critical Path Method) method and with the help of Microsoft Project 2013 software which in this study aims to serve as a reference for contractors to work on the next project. Microsoft Project 2013 functions to make normal scheduling and determine work that is on a critical path, and the CPM method is a method of speeding up the duration of a job in a critical area. The data analysis carried out by the researchers was from the master schedule, RAB, and HSPK in 2022 which were then processed in such a way and with the help of Microsoft Project 2013. In the normal structural work duration data it was written for 246 days with a total overall construction cost of Rp. 15,881,406,908.69 and after acceleration with the CPM (Critical Path Method) method, acceleration is obtained for 81 days by adding 3 hours of overtime each day on critical work with an overtime fee of Rp. 211,214,347.45. Then the duration of the change is obtained to be 165 days with a processing fee of Rp. 16,092,621,256.14

Abstract:
Successful project management depends on ensuring the project’s objectives. Within these objectives, technical success is associated with achieving the expectations of the project baseline. The baseline of the project is made up of the definition of the scope (WBS), time (schedule) and costs (S curve) of the project. Directly, the project is expected to be technically successful if it manages to deliver its full scope on schedule and without associated cost overruns. Baseline performance management is how project managers track and control the progress of deliverables, timelines and associated costs. In a traditional approach, for waterfall-type projects that use the critical path paradigm, the baseline performance management tool par excellence is earned value management (EVM). Earned value management, in practice, works well when project costs are monitored and controlled; however, applying this approach to measure the status of the schedule presents serious inconsistencies. Over the last several decades, different variations of the original earned value have been developed to overcome some of these inconsistencies when used to measure project schedule status. Within these variations, we have the critical path earned value; the work in progress earned value; the critical path earned value and the work in progress; the earned schedule; and the critical path earned schedule. Each of these proposals tries to address some weakness of the original earned value management applied to time monitoring and control, for example, considering critical tasks as a focus on monitoring the progress of the schedule, solving the problem of task recognition late finishers, reporting schedule variances in time units and measuring adherence to the project’s schedule (P factor). Due to the exposed situation, it is necessary to determine which alternative of the versions of the original earned value is the most appropriate for the management of the project schedule, considering that there are several evaluation criteria that must be considered. In the present research, a systematic review and comparison of EVM and its variations for measuring project baseline schedule performance are performed to determine the most suitable methods for monitoring and controlling the project baseline schedule. For this purpose, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used, and five comparison criteria are considered: schedule variation focused on critical tasks, recognition and measurement of the delay of tasks that finish late, schedule variation in time units, measurement of schedule adherence (P factor) and software support and development. The result of the AHP performed for comparing the methods shows that the best method for monitoring and controlling the project baseline schedule is the critical path earned schedule because it behaves adequately in comparison with the other methods for the evaluated comparison categories.

A project requires good planning, careful execution and effective and efficient use of resources. The implementation of the development of a construction project consists of a series of activities that are interrelated with one another. This is where the importance of planning and scheduling projects properly to facilitate implementation in the field and development can be completed on time according to schedule. The existence of obstacles or obstacles that will occur in the process of implementing a construction project can be seen and predicted from the level of urgency of the work items to be carried out, the analysis that will be used to predict the constraints or obstacles that may occur is by analyzing the critical path of the project implementation schedule construction. The use of Microsoft Project is very effective in analyzing data and determining critical paths. Based on the critical path analysis that has been carried out on the construction project schedule for the construction of residential houses, it is found that several work sub-items are on the critical path, especially in preparatory work and structural work, which means that the work sub-item in this work must pay close attention to the implementation process both in terms of resource readiness. human and equipment.

In project construction, problems during the implementation phase are unavoidable, resulting in non-compliance with the previously designed plan. In the case study of the construction of the Laguna Resort and Spa Nusa Dua hotel, based on the author's observations, data from the Planned Time Schedule and Realization Time Schedule found differences in the realization time with the plan, where the realization was delayed. In overcoming the delay, it is necessary to accelerate the completion time by accelerating the implementation time and conducting an analysis regarding how much influence the acceleration of completion time has by utilizing the Microsoft Project program. The data used is a quantitative descriptive method, namely by submitting a request for data to the Contractor. From processing the data and conducting 3 experiments on Microsoft Project, the authors chose the second experiment, namely by accelerating the Millwork sub-bill by reducing the average work duration of 1 working day. Activities that experience acceleration are as many as 26 work items including 8 work items on the 1st floor, 6 items on the 2nd floor, 6 items on the 3rd floor, and 6 items on the 4th floor. The results of the accelerated time are 5 (days) according to the time plan schedule

Production planning is clearly needed in all manufacturing systems, and that is also the case for job shops. When dealing with a small number of products or jobs repetitive scheduling becomes a major issue. In this situation, the same tasks are performed sequentially and repeated from job to job. To help with this problem, a resource scheduling tool is developed that would work alongside Microsoft Project. This tool should act as a front end to Microsoft Project and allow for the creation of a schedule with a minimal amount of work for the scheduling manager. Due to the repetitive nature of production processes, the tool should be able to eliminate most of the manual scheduling currently done exclusively in MS Project.

Abstract:
Purpose: The issue resource over-allocating is a big concern for project engineers in the process of scheduling project activities. Resource over-allocating drawback is frequently seen after scheduling of a project in practice which causes a schedule to be useless. Modifying an over-allocated schedule is very complicated and needs a lot of efforts and time. In this paper, a new and fast tracking method is proposed to schedule large scale projects which can help project engineers to schedule the project rapidly and with more confidence.Design/methodology/approach: In this article, a forward approach for maximizing net present value (NPV) in multi-mode resource constrained project scheduling problem while assuming discounted positive cash flows (MRCPSP-DCF) is proposed. The progress payment method is used and all resources are considered as pre-emptible. The proposed approach maximizes NPV using unscheduled resources through resource calendar in forward mode. For this purpose, a Genetic Algorithm is applied to solve.Findings: The findings show that the proposed method is an effective way to maximize NPV in MRCPSP-DCF problems while activity splitting is allowed. The proposed algorithm is very fast and can schedule experimental cases with 1000 variables and 100 resources in few seconds. The results are then compared with branch and bound method and simulated annealing algorithm and it is found the proposed genetic algorithm can provide results with better quality. Then algorithm is then applied for scheduling a hospital in practice.Originality/value: The method can be used alone or as a macro in Microsoft Office Project® Software to schedule MRCPSP-DCF problems or to modify resource over-allocated activities after scheduling a project. This can help project engineers to schedule project activities rapidly with more accuracy in practice.

Earned value management (EVM) is one of the most widely used control tools in project management. It is a well-known management system that integrates cost, schedule and performance. Based on the traditional concept of EVM, the cost/schedule monitoring and forecasting model is proposed in this paper. It gives us the analysis steps and provides the methods for monitoring the actual situation and forecasting the final cost and duration. By using this model, the managers are able to know timely the status of a project in terms of budget and schedule and forecast the developing trend and ultimate outcome of the project. So it is a reliable method to improve the capability of project managers for making reasonable decisions.

Quality, time, and cost are three important elements in the project and are interrelated where in its implementation problems can arise that are very likely to occur. One of them is delay. This delay problem also occurs in the Hospital Building Construction Project. In order to find a solution to the problem, this research uses two stages of analysis, namely Earned Value Analysis and Project Crashing on delays experienced by the project in week 17. The results of calculations using the Earned Value Analysis method obtained the value of Schedule Variance (SV) -Rp 146,450,657.32; Schedule Performance Index (SPI) 0.6688; Estimate Temporary Schedule (ETS) 48 weeks; and Estimate All Schedule (EAS) 65 weeks. So, the project that is planned to be completed in 49 weeks is predicted to experience a delay of 16 weeks. Furthermore, scheduling adjustments and analysis of the series of activities carried out with the help of Microsoft Project to determine the critical path. Project Crashing in this study was carried out by comparing two alternatives, namely by adding 4 hours of work (overtime) and increasing the workforce by 30%. Both alternatives can reduce the duration of work for 26 days. The cost required from the acceleration alternative by adding overtime hours is IDR 30,850,351,655.73 with an efficiency of -0.6%. For the alternative of additional labor requires a cost of Rp 30,572,882,563.04 with an efficiency of 0.3%.

Poor performance measuring procedures in the oil and gas sector can result in project cost overruns, schedule delays, and scope expansions. Earned value management, an integrated project planning and control system that monitors cost and schedule performance, makes it possible to identify performance issues early and adopt corrective measures quickly. This study aims to thoroughly comprehend the differences between actual and planned expenses, as well as the potential use of Earned Value Management (EVM) to compare and analyze the available data and to assess the effectiveness of EVM when applied to a real project in helping a project manager achieve success in terms of budget utilization and schedule compliance. For this purpose, data were collected from the Karbala Refinery Project, which is one of the vast and modern projects of the State Company for Oil Projects (SCOP), the Iraqi Ministry of Oil, based on (84) monthly reports starting on (June 26, 2015) up to (August 25, 2022). The data was arranged in a spreadsheet format suitable for statistical analysis using Microsoft Office Excel, and the earned value was analyzed and its indexes. The results showed that the earned value indexes Cost Performance Index (CPI), the Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and the To-Complete Cost Performance Indicator (TCPI) achieved for the task construction of the Karbala refinery project were as follows: 1.029, 0.991, and 0.237, respectively, which means that the construction task for the Karbala refinery project is late and still within the budget.

Abstract:
As an important task of construction project management, construction schedule management is related to the realization of project period, cost, quality, and other objectives. However, in actual construction, problems such as difficulties in plan implementation and management are often encountered, and schedule delays often occur. Moreover, with the increase in the scale and complexity of modern buildings, the management of construction schedules has brought about larger issues and higher requirements have been put forward for the management level of the construction schedule. The traditional timetable management and scheduling is not highly relevant to the project entity. There is no entity change, the project information loss is serious, the tracking and control of the construction timetable is not in place, there is fine management, and the construction timetable management cannot meet the needs of modern construction. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of projects and objectives, it is urgent to explore new management ideas and methods to promote the smooth progress of construction process management. BIM technology has the advantages of visibility, simulation, adjustment, optimization, and advanced data integration, which helps to make up for the shortcomings of previous schedule management and improve the level of construction schedule management. Based on the research situation of large-scale construction project monitoring system and the analysis of information fusion technology, this paper proposes a large-scale construction project monitoring system scheme based on multisensor network information fusion. Through the investigation of the monitoring content, the composition of the multisensor network is determined. This paper is applicable to large-scale construction projects. Through the research and design of hardware modules, software modules, and fusion algorithms, the data acquisition, transmission, calculation, and display functions of the monitoring system based on multisensor network information fusion are realized, which can effectively monitor the entire process of large-scale construction projects.

Construction production is steered with the help of monitoring task progressions and comparing them to the schedule. Construction monitoring is often imprecise. Especially in takt production, more detailed and systematic monitoring methods should be pursued. In takt production, production must be monitored frequently to make sure that the production follows the takt schedule. However, takt production monitoring methods have not been discussed in literature. In this study, a digital monitoring solution for takt production is developed and tested in a case apartment renovation project in Finland. At first, the production monitoring in the case project was done in paper format. This monitoring form was then developed into a digital monitoring application. The progression of production tasks was entered into the application manually. These entries were then automatically compared with a digital takt schedule. As a result, production status can be analyzed automatically and provide diverse information for the construction foremen. This information can be automatically visualized and used as a detailed status report for site meetings. Gathered information can also be revisited afterwards for development or reclamation purposes, for example.

Abstract Project management is the process of planning, organising, leading, monitoring, controlling, and closing a project. Earned Value Management (EVM) is the conventional method for monitoring and controlling construction projects. Schedule monitoring with EVM has a lower impact since it measures in budgetary terms. Earned Duration Method (EDM) was presented, which decouples schedule and cost aspects. The parameters in EDM monitors the health of the project schedule and gives the estimated completion date. EDM results are indeterministic, so the estimators require expertise in order to comprehend them. For this purpose, the present study proposes a new methodology entitled “Grey Earned Duration Management (GEDM)” by associating EDM and grey theory. From GEDM, estimators can get a clear idea about the degree of control measures to consider based on the project progress at a particular point in time. GEDM can precisely forecast the upper bound and lower bound of the estimated duration at completion for every tracking point. GEDM significantly enhances the results of EDM by providing a range of the estimated parameter. This paper also presents a case study to distinguish EDM and GEDM.

Abstract:
This study aims to identify critical tasks in the construction of a 4-floor building at Kadiri University using the Critical Path Method (CPM). The project is planned to be completed within 43 weeks, from October 2023 to August 2024, with a budget of IDR 20,551,534,000. Data collection involved direct site visits for primary data and secondary data from project documentation, including the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) and project schedule. Using Microsoft Project software, a project network was mapped, and CPM analysis was performed to identify the critical path. The analysis revealed that several tasks, such as site cleaning, demolition, temporary project fencing, heavy equipment work, geotechnical work, and various structural works from the 1st to the 5th floors, are on the critical path. These tasks have zero slack time, indicating that any delays will directly impact the overall project timeline. Identifying the critical path is crucial for project managers to prioritize resources and efforts on these tasks to ensure the project stays on schedule. This study underscores the significance of CPM in project management for timely completion and effective resource allocation, providing valuable insights for managing similar construction projects.

Abstract:
Project management is an important domain, especially in the allocation of resources and smooth operation with an assigned budget. To successfully complete a project, it is important to follow effective ways to use available tools, technique, and methods, considering present technology and management. Recently, Building Information Modelling is one of the techniques which creates, manage, or generate a model by taking physical and functional characteristics of building by using digital presentations. Term 4D modeling refers to fourth dimension that associates the 3D model of any construction project with the planned schedule and provides visualization of the actual sequence of construction activities. The study was carried out to understand the uses and benefits of BIM for better proper functioning of the project in accordance with the project schedule. The objective of the study is to minimise the challenge associated with traditional or conventional scheduling process of construction sequences and misunderstanding brought by the lack of visualization. To fulfill the objective of the study, the uses of different dimensions of Building Information Modelling (2D, 3D and 4D) for preconstruction and construction phase was identified. Then a prototype 4D Building Information Model was created and the BIM based schedule was integrated with it and studied. The software used for scheduling, 3D modelling and 4D simulation are Primavera, Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk Navisworks respectively.

Abstract:
Construction industries broadly involve different set of construction activities which are to be executed as per schedule and the major software used for scheduling is PRIMAVERA and Microsoft Project (MSP). But the software still lacks a feature of providing spatial aspects of information in construction schedule. Recently, advanced technology like 4D GIS plays a major role in overcoming the limitation of the software. 4D GIS technology includes integration of 2D drawings from AutoCAD and schedules prepared in PRIMAVERA software. In the present study, a multistair residential building has been selected. ARCMAP 10.2 is used for interlinking of schedules as well as drawings and ARCSCENE has been used for developing 4D view. This linkage between scheduled activities and respective drawings in GIS helps in identifying construction sequences and also in detecting logical errors that occur in project schedules. The developed 4D view provides better visualization of construction progress of a project.

Abstract:
Earned Value Management (EVM) is used to track the progress and status of a project with forecasting future performance. Leaders use the Evaluation, Verification and Monitoring with Earned Value Management (EVM) technique to evaluate their project progress and performance as an ‘early warning tool’. Monitoring EVM involves determining whether the project is on, ahead of, or behind schedule and on, under or over budget. Usually an organization has many people with many multi-dimensional strategic ideas. All of these people are focused on ultimate end points, they work on the same target, they play on the same field, and they gain their knowledge about the same markets and share their ideas with personal confident. They rely on EVM which integrates cost, schedule and scope to capture project progress assessment and project completion update.

Abstract:
Introduction: Planning integrated development of a residential area involves determining the composition of the objects to be built and creating an appropriate integration mechanism, backed up by a generalized work schedule. The existing methods of forming integrated work schedules do not use a systemic approach, based on a universal mathematical model, to describe the organizational and technological aspects of construction. Methods: The present study uses the method of uncertain resource coefficients to demonstrate a mechanism for systemically describing organizational and technological construction processes. We present a way of adapting this method to forming a generalized construction schedule during integrated development. The proposed adaptation mechanism is based on managing schedule calculations by rationally influencing the elements of the linear equation system that describes the organizational and technological processes. Results and Discussion: The solutions presented in the paper are fully consistent with the calculations obtained by different flow methods of organizing construction, as well as with the critical path method used in project management programs. The method described in the paper has been implemented in well-known project management software, Microsoft Project, as a macro program in the Visual Basic for Applications programming language, making it possible to form, calculate, and optimize a schedule for integrated territory development using the unified software toolkit.

Abstract:
The PPLP Banten Building construction project experienced significant delays due to the extension of the implementation time, design revisions (shop drawings), and inaccurate material delivery. This study implemented a schedule compression strategy using Microsoft Project with two acceleration alternatives based on the AHSP standard. The crashing research method. The results of the study showed that the project duration was successfully shortened by 678 days with the 4-hour/day overtime alternative, while further work shift optimization reduced the duration to 530 days. Cost analysis showed differences between the two alternatives: with 4-hour/day overtime, the acceleration cost reached IDR3,066,675,000 (AHSP), while the work shift only cost IDR1,223,565,000 (AHSP). Comparison of cost slopes strengthened the advantages of work shifts: 4-hour/day overtime resulted in a cost slope of IDR193,067,245.23/day (AHSP), while the work shift only cost IDR33,638,199.58/day (AHSP). Evaluation of total costs (direct and indirect) also confirmed the efficiency of work shifts, with direct costs of Rp9,512,731,986.58 and indirect costs of Rp1,273,456,116.78, compared to 4 hours/day of overtime which required direct costs of Rp9,672,161,032.20 and indirect costs of Rp1,322,728,805.77.

Abstract:
In order to maintain, develop, manage, and control time and resource schedules for the completion of a project, policies and documentation must be established. The method of managing the timetable will monitor and control it throughout the project, which is a strategic advantage. The component of ad scheduling comes from the schedule management. Ad scheduling refers to the practice of restricting the advertising to run only on specific days of the week and periods of the day. By doing this, it is made sure that the adverts only appear on certain days or at certain hours. It is being utilized by Microsoft, Google, Facebook, and other companies. The use of schedule management for ad scheduling, as well as its uses and potential future applications, are covered in this study.
