The unreasonable plan and layout on Petrochemical Park will increase environmental risk. Based on conception for identity degree in Set Pair Theory, environmental risk on Petrochemical Park of multiple planning schemes was compared. The paper formed the Set Pair Analysis model on scheme comparison and introduced a case of Petrochemical Park. The identity degree of three alternative schemes for the case was calculated. The identity degree of A scheme is 0.949, B scheme is 0.984 and C scheme is 0.945.The identity degree of B scheme is maximum which can be the optimum selection for the Petrochemi

For 2D string theory, the perturbative S-matrices are not well-defined due to a zero mode divergence. Although there exist formal procedures to make the integral convergent, their physical meanings are not clear. We describe a method to obtain finite S-matrices physically to justify the formal schemes. The scheme uses asymptotic states by wave packets which fall faster than exponentials. It is shown that the scheme gives well-defined S-matrices and justifies the formal shifted Virasoro-Shapiro amplitude for simple processes. The tree-level unitarity for these processes is also shown. It is shown that the decomposition scheme as a description changes the algorithm description and still remains declarative on the contrary to the algorithm description as imperative. Group signature with verifier-local revocation (VLR-GS) is a special variant of revocable group signature that not only allows a user to anonymously sign messages but also only requires the verifiers to possess some up-to-date revocation information. In this paper, we present a code-based VLR-GS scheme in the random oracle model, which is the first construction to the best of our knowledge. Concretely, our VLR-GS scheme does not rely on th

On the basis of this, the fuzzy decision-making method is employed to evaluate the series ship hull principal dimensions schemes. The over-arching goal is to discuss how a theory of analogical argument schemes fits the pragma-dialectical theory of argument schemes and argument structures, and how one should properly reconstruct both single and complex argumentation by analogy. I also propose a unified model that explains how formal valid deductive argumentation relates to argument schemes in general and to analogical argument schemes in particular. Approximation algorithms employing Monte Carlo methods, across application domains, often require as a subroutine the estimation of the mean of a random variable with support on [0,1]. One wishes to estimate this mean to within a user-specified error, using as few samples from the simulated distribution as possible. In the case that the mean being estimated is small, one is then interested in controlling the relative error of the estimate. We introduce a new (epsilon, delta) relative error approximation scheme for [0,1] random variables and provide a comparison of this algorithm's performance

Hence, this paper argues that fiscal decentralisation in Ethiopia has mostly, at least in theory, taken the form of devolution of the power to tax and spend public money.
