Abstract:
V rámci kritiky tohto pragmatického prístupu si v závere ukážeme, ako do schémy Alexyho argumentu v prospech objektívnej existencie ľudských práv zapadá Kelsenov pragmatický postoj k demokracii.

Abstract:
Prvé dve časti príspevku načrtávajú teoretický rámec a opisujú koncept validity a reliability. Nasledujúce časti vysvetľujú proces analýzy a uvádzajú jej výsledky. Z časopisu The Journal of Educational Research bolo náhodným spôsobom vybratých 56 štúdií. Veľká väčšina (91 %) výskumných nástrojov v nich boli posudzovacie škály a testy, zvyšok boli dotazníky, pozorovacie schémy a interview.

Abstract:
The Toucans turbulence scheme is a turbulence scheme that is used in the operational Alaro configuration of the Aladin model since early 2015. Its development was initiated, guided and to a large extend authored by Jean-François Geleyn. The development started with the predecessor of the Toucans scheme, the "pseudo-prognostic" turbulent kinetic energy scheme which itself was built on the "Louis" turbulence scheme, but extended to a prognostic scheme. The Toucans scheme aims for a consistent treatment of stability dependency functions, influence of moisture, and turbulence length scales. Additionally, new features were added to the turbulence scheme: improved representation of turbulence in very stable stratification (absence of critical gradient Richardson number), better representation of anisotropy, unified parameterization of turbulence and clouds via addition of second prognostic turbulence energy, and parameterization of third order moments.

Abstract:
What resources does Merleau-Ponty’s account of the body schema offer to the Fanonian one? First I show that Merleau-Ponty’s theory of the body schema is already a theory of affect: one that does not oppose affects to intentionality, positioning them not only as sense but as force, cultivating affective agencies rather than constituting static sense content. Then I argue that by foregrounding the role of affect in both thinkers, we can understand the way in which the historical-racial schema innovates, anticipating and influencing feminist theories of the affective turn – especially Sara Ahmed’s theory of affective economies. The historical-racial schema posits the constitution of affective agencies on a sociogenic scale, and these affective economies in turn account for the possibility of the collapse of the body schema into a racial epidermal schema, a disjunction of affective intentionality Fanon calls “affective tetanization.”

Abstract:

Abstract:
To manipulate semantic web and integrate different data sources efficiently, automatic schema matching plays a key role. A generic schema matching method generally includes two phases: the linguistic similarity matching phase and the structural similarity matching phase. Since linguistic matching is an essential step for effective schema matching, developing a high accurate linguistic similarity matching scheme is required. In this paper, a schema matching approach called Similarity Yield Matcher (SYM) is proposed. In SYM, a lexical decision tree is presented to determine the linguistic similarity matching of the first phase. A structural matching algorithm is then proposed to find the structure similarity between two tree schemas. The proposed schema matching approach was evaluated by testing on several benchmarks of real schemas and comparing with other methods. The experimental results show that the proposed lexical decision tree substantially improves the linguistic similarity matching effectively and efficiently. The proposed SYM algorithm also performs high effectiveness on 1–1 schema matching.

Abstract:
We build and analyze mathematically numerical approximations by finite volume methods of weak solutions to hyperbolic systems for geophysical flows. In a first part we approximate the solutions of the shallow water magneto hydrodynamics system with flat bottom. We develop a Godunov scheme using an approximate Riemann solver defined via a relaxation method. Explicit formulas are established for the relaxation speeds, that lead to a scheme satisfying good properties of consistency and stability. It preserves mass, positivity of the fluid height, satisfies a discrete entropy inequality, resolves contact discontinuities, and involves propagation speeds controlled by the initial data. Several numerical tests are performed, endorsing the theoretical results. In a second part we approximate the solutions of the shallow water magneto hydrodynamics system with non-flat bottom. We develop a well-balanced scheme for several steady states at rest. We use the hydrostatic reconstruction method, with reconstructed states for the fluid height and the magnetic field. We get some new corrective terms for the numerical fluxes with respect to the classical framework, and we prove that the obtained scheme preserves the positivity of height, satisfies a semi-discrete entropy inequality, and is consistent. Several numerical tests are presented, endorsing the theoretical results. In a third part we prove the convergence of a kinetic scheme with hydrostatic reconstruction for the Saint-Venant system with topography. Some new estimates on the gradient of approximate solutions are established, by the analysis of energy dissipation. The convergence is obtained by the compensated compactness method, under some hypotheses concerning the initial data and the regularity of the topography

Nowadays there are many CAD system used in garment industry, but only few systems are used to compose measurement schemas. Only the biggest companies like well known “Gerber technology”, “Lectra system”, “Richpeace” could offer such kind of systems. Unfortunately, these systems are quite complicated, expensive and could only be used with the CAD system from the same creators. This is the reason why many companies are not capable of buying a full CAD system besides there are no possibilities to buy a system to compose garment products measurement schemas separately. So, naturally, there comes a demand for a less complicated and cheaper system. The main objective of this project was to create less complicated garment products measurement schemas composing system, which includes features of a large system and also avoids its defects. An analysis of existing garment products’ measurement schemas software and customers’ needs was made in this work. “Clothing models measuring scheme composition system” software was created as an outcome of this work. The project was programmed with JAVA programming language. Therefore it can be used on the different operating systems. The system was successfully installed and tested in the UAB “Vivat Modus” company. In short period of time this company has seen the great propose of system. Abstract:
Proprioception is the sensory modality essential to body schema (BS) building which is built through ontogenesis. This thesis’ aim highlights the building of the BS through childhood and adolescence by exploring proprioceptive integration (PI) at both behavioural and brain level. Using tendon vibration during fMRI in children and adults, revealed that the neural basis of BS are already established from the age of 7. Yet, in children appeared a less activation of parietal and sensory areas as well as an exclusive activation of the frontopolar cortex confirming the slow maturation of PI. Proprioceptive acuity (PA) assessment correlated with resting state data in children and adults revealed that PA is supported by an interaction between the sensorimotor and the frontoparietal networks in both groups. Yet, in children only, this interaction is reversed compared to adults, and they presented also the involvement of cortico-cerebellar connexions to support PA. The disengagement of cortico-cerebellar connexions leaves room to cortico-cortical connexions with age. The evaluation of the perception-action coupling, essential to the BS building through development, revealed that action strongly impact children’s and adolescents’ perception of human body. The building of a reliable representation thanks to this coupling, is present from the age of 6 but continue its maturation through adolescence. Therefore, we revealed the early establishment and the slow maturation of the BS neural basis. The engagement of additional structures in children would reinforce the BS neurodevelopment. The BS building using PI is less efficient in children and adolescents revealing its slow maturation

Abstract:

Abstract:
Tolerances are specified by a designer to allow reasonable freedom to a manufacturer for imperfections and inherent variability without compromising performance. A group of tolerance classes, tolerance values and datums specified in design that control the variations in a part to be manufactured, is called a tolerance scheme. It takes knowledge and experience to create a good tolerance scheme. It is a tedious process driven by the type of parts, their features and controls needed for each one of them. In this paper, we investigate the development and implementation of 1st order automated Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) schema generation. Prior to schema generation, some assembly information such as presence of assembly features and pattern features in the given assembly CAD file is required. Mohan et al [6] proposed and implemented 3 preprocessing modules which provides required assembly information. Rao [8] developed and reported 5 experiential GD&T rulesets that could help the process of auto-tolerancing. Haghighi et al [5] proposed a procedure for automating 1st order GD&T schema generation and value allocation based on the provided assembly information and using GD&T rulesets. In this paper we present the development and implementation of 1st order GD&T schema generation. The output of this toolset is a complete GD&T schema for given assembly without tolerance values. Biswas et al [12] proposed and developed a toolset for tolerance value allocation and analysis. Once GD&T schema is generated and tolerance values are allocated, recommended GD&T is translated into STEP AP242 file format. Venkiteswaran et al [13] developed a module that reads the nominal geometry in STEP AP203 and GD&T information in CTF format and translates it to STEP AP242. Combining all these 3 modules with pre-processing modules leads to the completion of 1st order auto-tolerancing.

Abstract:
Tolerances are specified by a designer to allow reasonable freedom by a manufacturer for imperfections and inherent variability without compromising performance. It takes knowledge and experience to create a good tolerance scheme. It is a tedious process driven by the type of parts, their features and controls needed for each one of them. In this paper, we investigate the extent to which GD&T schema development can be automated. Automated tolerance schema generation, requires identifying critical tolerance loops. The tolerance loop is a loop of dimensions between faces of features governing assembly conditions. For this purpose, the first major step is to identify mating features called assembly features. Also, in order to create the tolerance chains we need Local Constraints (assembly feature relationships), Global constraints (part feature relationships) and directions of control. In addition, we have to identify feature patterns since they have associated tolerances according to Dimensioning and Tolerancing Standard ASME Y14.5M. Directions in which these loops lie are also needed; we call them Direction of Control (DoC). Then we can create the GD&T schema, allocate tolerance values, and prepare it for tolerance evaluation. In this paper, we present an approach to automatically identify the dimensional loops based on assembly requirements. Assignment of tolerance values will be covered in future works as it is based on design function.
