The implementation of the information system requires strategic planning in an organization so that the benefits of implementing an information system can be felt more optimally, this will be applied to high school schools in Jakarta. The problems faced by schools are quite diverse, starting with the management of school data to performance evaluations and the need for an integrated system for each division to support the organization's business processes. Strategic planning is made with targeted targets such as alignment of information systems in academic & non-academic processes and school data management, improving performance in infrastructure management, and increasing competitiveness by creating a website-based system for school promotion. Goals can be achieved by aligning the information system strategy with the organization's business strategy. To determine the information system strategy, the organization's current business strategy is needed. This information system strategic planning research was conducted using the Ward Peppard method. This method helps to be able to understand the organization more deeply before strategic planning is made. It includes SWOT analysis, Value Chain, PEST, Critical Success Factor, and Mcfarlan's Strategic Grid analysis in the form of strategy recommendations from the results of internal and external environmental analysis of school information systems, and application portfolios will be mapped to be applied to school organizations to achieve expected business goals

The results illustrate the necesity of a correlation factors, such as function, teaching degree, seniority at work, with the strategies that make the school a learning organisation. In the table below we can see that the education level of the teaching staff is the only variable that does not correlate with the strategies that make a school a learning organisation.

Purpose of the article: The purpose of the article is to define particular categories of man-agers in Czech primary and secondary schools and specify their responsibilities and competencies in personnel management in order to propose an optimal organization of personnel management at Czech schools. Methods: Achieving the purpose of the article is based on the analysis of available scientific literature and the results of the authors' questionnaire survey on the organization of personnel management at Czech primary and secondary schools. The survey was conducted from January to March 2017. The respondents were headmasters, deputy headmasters and other managers of Czech primary and secondary schools. The relevant data were obtained from 90 respondents. The data analysis was based on the calculation of relative frequencies and the evaluation of the dependence of responses using contingency tables and chi-square tests of independence. Findings & Value added: The findings show that responsibilities for managing teaching and non-teaching staff at Czech schools belong not only to headmasters, but also to other managers at schools, including deputy headmasters, head teachers, heads of school clubs, heads of school canteens, educational consultants, school psychologists, treasurers, or school caretakers. Anyone who influences and directs others in the organization should be involved in personnel management and participate in various personnel management activities related to employee selection, appraisal, compensation or training. The significant competencies of headmasters and other managers in personnel and school management include managerial competencies (the ability to manage others), personal competencies (the ability to manage yourself), or professional competencies (the ability to manage the school).

Abstract:
This study analyzed the components of school governance in Korea using the management system theory of Likert (1976). In school governance, organizations such as student associations, teachers' associations, and parents' associations and organizations such as school management committees that connect each subject to each other have a multi-overlapping structure. The structure of school governance in Korea has a linking pin structure emphasized in System 4, but it can be seen that the level of the system is determined by which stage each subject acts in the system decision variable proposed by Likert (1976). Therefore, as a way to improve the effective operation of school governance, first, all participating entities in school governance should create a shared vision and achieve cognitive and emotional consent. Second, the horizontal and democratic consciousness of school managers should be deeply rooted in the entire organization. Third, decision-making authority should be equally distributed to all subjects. Fourth, at the level of the communitiy of village education, it is necessary to systematically supplement the linking pin structure that closely connects unit schools, communities, and basic local governments.

Abstract:
The study aimed at determining the personality traits of extroversion and introversion of school leadership and evaluating their organizational management in Federal Government Educational Institutions (FGEIs). A quantitative research design along with a positivist paradigm was followed. The total population consisted of 68 school principals and 592 teachers of FGEIs in the Gujranwala, Fazaia, and Lahore Regions from which 54 principals and 381 teachers were selected using a random sampling technique. Eysenck Personality Inventory (EPI) was deployed to collect information about personality traits and data regarding organizational management, the researchers used a self-developed questionnaire. Pearson correlation r and t-tests were deployed for inferential stats. The results showed that extrovert school leaders perform their duties well as they hold a clear concept of the vision and mission of the organization, set up an accepted procedure to plan short-term and long-term goals, share responsibilities with all stakeholders following their skills, and ensure the smooth functioning of the school with the help of all stakeholders. In comparison, introverted school principals show less interest in the organizational management of their schools. Moreover, organizational management of school leadership has a positive correlation with the personality trait of extroversion and a significant difference can be seen in organizational management of an extrovert and an introvert school principal. It was recommended that the performance indicators and standards of school principals should be effectively communicated to school leadership. Introvert school leadership should be provided with the necessary psychological training to reduce this shortcoming of personality.

Abstract:
Previous studies within and outside of the field of public administration consistently find positive organizational outcomes when there is high compatibility or fit between employees and organizations—a concept now widely known as person–organization fit. Previous public administration scholars have established the link between employees’ person–organization fit perceptions and employee turnover intention. However, no previous study has examined whether there is a link with actual turnover. This study addresses this gap in the literature on public sector employee fit by examining the relationship between one particular type of fit—mission congruence—and public employee turnover. Using nationally representative data on public school teachers, we find that teachers in U.S. schools who perceive themselves to be compatible with their organizations’ central mission are at least 11% more likely to remain at their current school. Results are discussed in terms of their implications for research and practice.

Abstract:
In the specialized literature there is no unitary opinion regarding the definition of efficient management and managerial performance. For the managers of the Romanian organization, subject to multiple and increasingly complex contextual and endogenous challenges and prone to informational "claustrophobia" due to the volume of information that must be decisively capitalized, the effectiveness of their performance is much more important. A first factor that influences the level of managerial performance is the competence of those who exercise the management processes, respectively of the managers, but also of those who operationalize the decisions, i.e., of the subordinates. The managerial activity carried out by the principals and deputy principals of the pre-university education units is evaluated following certain components and attributions from the job description according to some performance criteria. The research aimed to analyze the performance criteria and the influence of the manager on the performance criteria in the case of management staff in a school organization. The most important criterion is the design of the coordination strategy and directions for the development of the educational unit, and the least important is the monitoring / evaluation / control of the activities in the educational unit. The conclusion of contracts with economic agents, NGOs and other organizations regarding the development of projects was evaluated negatively by the majority of respondents, as it has no influence on the increase of performance. The management of the school must play a catalytic role among teachers, in the sense of promoting, identifying, stimulating and rewarding creative teachers who participate in forming a positive image and increasing the prestige of the school in the community by creating its own organizational culture.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is to examine the processes affecting classroom management within the framework of school administrators and their competencies in educational management. Schools are the organizations that serve to meet the wishes and expectations of society in education and constitute the lowest unit of the education system. The main purpose of educational organizations is to transfer the culture and values that will ensure the continuity of society to future generations and to shape these culture and values. One of the necessary conditions for these to be realized is that students, teachers and administrators involved in educational organizations should establish a psychological connection with their organizations and all kinds of activities organized by the organization. Because identification with an organization is a form of social identification in which a person has the phenomenon of unity and a sense of belonging and bonding associated with the institution, activities and members of which he is a member. The classrooms where educational activities take place are the areas where students spend the most time in school. Although it is the smallest unit of the educational system, classrooms, which greatly shape the personality and behavior of students and are considered one of the primary sources where knowledge acquisition takes place at the highest level, are at the heart of educational activities. An effective classroom management is needed in order to create a classroom environment in which students are prepared for life by performing learning activities within the framework of a specific content, program and purpose. The success of classroom management affects the quality of the school and the education provided, which indirectly affects social life. Abstract:
Abstract The school, seen as an organization, is a true barometer for society. Thus, starting from the idea that the development and growth of a school organization must materialize in the same way as an investment over a given period of time, we believe that its performance is also given by the cost of the human resource involved in such a process. The vision on the idea of school organization, as well as on the idea of quality, implies in these conditions a systematic analysis, but also its critique, taking into account what the specialized literature calls “the human resources management”. The purpose of our work is to see if and how such an investment in human resources is possible, but also what such an investment stands for. We take into account the fact that the employees of a school organization represent a good part of its costs. Under these conditions, a manager who deals with human resources in the school must know how to manage an entire process of training his or her own employees, who are the true professionals. When we state such an assumption, we have in mind the employees from all the departments of the school organization.

Abstract:
The actions of school leaders have direct and profound ethical implications on their organizations and corresponding stakeholders. Each action impacts the ethical notion of mutuality and either adds to or detracts from the existing social capital in the school leader’s organization and surrounding school community. Whether or not the school leader chooses to act out of self‐interest and contribute to the growth of fragmentation in the organization or chooses to act with integrity based on sound ethical principles is determined in large extent by the school leader’s character.
