Abstract:

Este trabalho busca verificar a síntese estilística ocorrida no Scherzo da Sonata para violão, Op. 47 (1976), de Alberto Ginastera, através da comparação com scherzi ginasterianos precedentes: Vivacissimo, do Primeiro quarteto de cordas, Op. 20 (1948); Presto misterioso, da Sonata para piano No. 1, Op. 22 (1952); Presto magico, do Segundo quarteto de cordas, Op. 26 (1958); Scherzo fantastico, do Quinteto para piano, Op. 29 (1963); Fantastico, do Terceiro quarteto de cordas, Op. 40 (1973). Nessas obras é observada a recorrência de técnicas e materiais a partir de parâmetros harmônico/melódicos e rítmicos. Também são apresentadas, por motivo de contextualização, uma revisão bibliográfica da divisão estilística tradicional do opus ginasteriano e uma análise da estrutura normativa (forma) do Scherzo, Op. 47.<br>The purpose of this study is to discover the stylistic synthesis of the Scherzo of the Sonata for Guitar, Op. 47 (1976), by Alberto Ginastera through the comparison with Ginasterian scherzi written before this work, including: Vivacissimo, of the First String Quartet, Op. 20 (1948); Presto misterioso, of the Sonata for Piano No. 1, Op. 22 (1952); Presto magico, from the Second String Quartet, Op. 26 (1958); Scherzo fantastico, from the Quintet for Piano, Op. 29 (1963); Fantastico, of the Third String Quartet, Op. 40 (1973). The recurrence of materials and techniques within the harmonic/melodic and rhythmic parameters are observed. A bibliographic review of the traditional style of the Ginasterian opus is carried out, as well as an analysis of the structural form of the Scherzo, Op. 47.<br>Este trabajo busca la verificación de la presencia de una síntesis estilística en el Scherzo de la Sonata para guitarra, Op. 47 (1976), de Alberto Ginastera, por medio de la comparación con scherzi ginasterianos precedentes a esta obra, siendo ellos: Vivacissimo, del Primer cuarteto de cuerdas, Op. 20 (1948); Presto misterioso, de la Sonata para piano No. 1, Op. 22 (1952); Presto magico, del Segundo cuarteto de cuerdas, Op. 26 (1958); Scherzo fantastico, del Quinteto para piano, Op. 29 (1963); Fantastico, del Tercero cuarteto de cuerdas, Op. 40 (1973). En estas piezas se observarán la recurrencia de técnicas y materiales partiendo de parámetros harmónico/melódicos y rítmicos. Así como son presentadas, por una contextualización necesaria, una revisión de la bibliografía acerca de la división estilística tradicional del opus ginasteriano y un análisis de la estructura normativa del Scherzo, Op. 47.

Abstract:

In this study I will consider the instrumentation for three central movements of Heinrich Schutz's late work, Historia der freuden- und gnadenreichen Geburt Gottes und Marien Sohnes Jesu Christi, SWV 435, commonly called Weihnachtshistorie, to see whether there exists only one possible instrumental complement for the fourth Intermedium, or scene - two violine and one bassoon, as in primary source material and many editions - or whether it may be equally or even more valid to assign the coloristic consort lines to two sackbuts (trombones, in modern application) and a bassoon. In so doing, I will address a select but typical set of decisions that preparing a Schutz work engenders, in order to equip conductors to apply similar methodology and evidence when approaching works of this composer and of the early Baroque era in general.I will demonstrate that using three sackbuts in an historically enlightened performance - or trombones, their modern analogues - would be preferable to the violine and bassoon the extant manuscript prescribes in the fourth Intermedium (each Intermedium consists of sinfonia [optional], recitative, and chorus) of Heinrich Schutz's Weihnachtshistorie.

Abstract:

The topic of this master thesis is the appraisment of the company Fruko-Schulz s.r.o. which specialized in the sector of production and distribution of spiritous liquers and fruit sirups. The company will be appraised with use of revenue method of discounted free cash flow for the owners, in the case that the company is able to follow the going concern principle. To be able to assume that, we will use the strategical and financial analyses. In the strategical analysis we will be assessing the internal and external potential of the company and the outlook of the relevant market. In the end we will be able to made prediction of this market and also the company's share of the market. The financial situation will be assessed in the finanacial analysis afterwards. It is then possible according to these analyses create the value generators and the finacial plan for the following years. The company will be appraised according to these plans and free cash flows to the firm.

Abstract:

The purpose of the diploma thesis is to determine the market value of the Fruko-Schulz s.r.o. company, developed for the needs of its important stakeholder to the date of December 31, 2014. The thesis is divided into two main parts: the theoretical-methodological part defining the terminology, approaches and methods from the field of business valuation study, and the practical part using the theoretical basis for the actual valuation. After the initial introduction of the company, the strategic and financial analysis is performed, i.e. the current state is described and especially the prospects of the company on the market are discovered. The following compilation of the financial plan and value generators eventually results in the target determination of the market value of Fruko-Schulz s.r.o. company performed in particular through the DCF method.

Abstract:

Herz–Schur multipliers of a locally compact group have a well developed theory coming from a large literature; they have proved very useful in the study of the reduced C∗-algebra of a locally compact group. There is also a rich connection to Schur multipliers,which have been studied since the early twentieth century, and have a large number of applications. We develop a theory of Herz–Schur multipliers of a C∗-dynamical system, extending the classical Herz–Schur multipliers, making Herz–Schur multiplier techniques available to study a much larger class of C∗-algebras. Furthermore, we will also introduce and study generalised Schur multipliers, and derive links between these two notions which extend the classical results describing Herz–Schur multipliers in terms of Schur multipliers. This theory will be developed in as much generality as possible, with reference to the classical motivation. After introducing all the necessary concepts we begin the investigation by defining generalised Schur multipliers. The main result is a dilation type characterisation of these multipliers; we also show how such multipliers can be represented using HilbertC∗-modules. Next we introduce and study generalised Herz–Schur multipliers, first extending a classical result involving the representation theory of SU(2), before studying how such functions are related to our generalised Schur multipliers. We give a characterisation of generalised Herz–Schur multipliers as a certain class of the generalised Schur multipliers, and obtain a description of precisely which Schur multipliers belong to this class. Finally, we consider some ways in which the generalised multipliers can arise; firstly, from the classical multipliers which provide our motivation, secondly, from the Haagerup tensor product of a C∗-algebra with itself, and finally from positivity considerations. We show that our theory behaves well with respect to positivity and give conditions under which our multipliers are automatically positive in a natural sense.

Abstract:

In fünf Fließgewässern Sachsens wurde die Wirkung von Baumaßnahmen der Landestalsperrenverwaltung auf die Lebensbedingungen für Fische begutachtet. Bewertet wurde der Rückbau von Wehren, der Einbau von Fischaufstiegsanlagen sowie Renaturierungsmaßnahmen mit Strukturverbesserungen der Gewässersohle. Die Maßnahmen in der Triebisch, der Müglitz, der Wesenitz und der Kleinen Spree verbesserten die Lebensbedingungen und Wandermöglichkeiten für Fische. Die komplexen Baumaßnahmen in der Chemnitz inmitten des Stadtgebiets bewirkten bislang noch keine Verbesserungen.
