Abstract:
Abstract This study aims to evaluate the quality of development planning in Pandeglang Regency by measuring the National Development Planning Index (Indeks Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional or IPPN). A qualitative approach was employed using content analysis, assessing planning documents through scoring based on three dimensions: synergy, planning quality, and the alignment between development planning and performance planning.
