Studies on the driver's fatigue, must focus on at least two things: the time-of-day that affect by circadian factors, and time-on-task. This paper discusses the risk level of driver fatigue, which generally have to drive in a long duration or more than 4 hours. The risk of fatigue was assessed using Fatigue Likelihood Scoring (FLS) by Transport Canada. Based on interviews with 24 inter-city bus drivers, 18 of the 24 drivers have a very high risk of fatigue that characterized by FLS scores greater than 20, while the rest have a high risk driver that characterized by FLS value greater than 10. 3642 Background: Precision oncology requires the identification of individual molecular pathomechanisms to find optimal personalized treatment strategies for every cancer patient. Incorporation of complex molecular information into routine clinical practice remains a significant challenge due to the lack of a reproducible, standardized process of clinical decision making. Methods: To provide a standardized process for molecular interpretation, we develop a precision oncology decision support system, the Realtime Oncology Molecular Treatment Calculator (MTC). Men who have sex with men (MSM) are vulnerable to the acquisition of other sexually transmitted infections (STIs), increasing the per-contact risk of HIV infection. Building on syndemic theory, the aim of this analysis was to identify patterns of current sexual behaviour in MSM, and explore their relationship with self-reported current, past STI diagnoses and HIV positive serostatus.DesignA cross-sectional beha

The negative impact of TP53 mutations in myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) has been described previously but there is controversy regarding the prognostic impact of the mutation's characteristics (location, type, passenger vs. driver, and others). Methods: We sequenced DNA samples from 732 patients (pts) with MDS and related myeloid malignancies for the presence of TP53 mutations and 61 other genes that have been described as recurrently mutated in MDS. Background Ecological communities tend to be spatially structured due to environmental gradients and/or spatially contagious processes such as growth, dispersion and species interactions. Data transformation followed by usage of algorithms such as Redundancy Analysis (RDA) is a fairly common approach in studies searching for spatial structure in ecological communities, despite recent suggestions advocating the use of Generalized Linear Models (GLMs).
