Laparoscopic surgery is known to be technically difficult to perform for irreducible and inguinoscrotal hernias. The aim of the work is to conduct a comparative analysis of early postoperative complications in the surgical treatment of irreducible and inguinoscrotal hernias using the modified laparoscopic and classic TAPP techniques. Comparative analysis of the local early postoperative complications in 49 male patients who were surgically treated for irreducible and/or inguinoscrotal hernias was carried out. The patients were divided into 2 groups according to the technique of hernioplasty: t

The objective of this study was to compare the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic-assisted surgery and traditional open surgery for pediatric incarcerated inguinal hernia. A total of 58 pediatric patients with indirect incarcerated inguinal hernia between January 2014 and January 2020 were included in this study. The patients were divided into 2 groups; observational group who underwent laparoscopic-assisted surgery (n = 36), and a control group who underwent traditional open surgery (n = 22). Abstract: Testicular fibrous inflammatory pseudotumors represent a rare pathological entity characterized by diagnostic challenges and histopathological complexity. These lesions, composed of myelofibroblastic spindle cells amidst a backdrop of chronic inflammation, pose difficulties in pre-operative evaluation due to their resemblance to malignant testicular neoplasms. A middle-aged man, Mr. A, with a history of right inguinal hernioplasty, presented with a two-month history of progressively enlarging right scrotal swelling. Physical examination revealed a sizable, semi-solid testicular mass

Inguinal hernias are 75% off all abdominal wall hernias, life time risk of developing hernias is 24%. In the present study to analyze age incidence, type of complications and duration of presentation to analyze post operative to analyze the post-operative complications in inguinal hernia swelling like infection, chronic grin pain, hematoma, scrotal swelling and recurrences, at the end of study Lichtenstein hernioplasty has least complications, ambulate early, return to work early, less post operative pain, reduced incidence of chronic groin pain and least recurrence after surgery was concluded

A total of 120 microsurgical operations were performed with positive results (including 105 operations using a top con OMS 90 microscope (Japan) and 15 operations using a Zeiss microscope and a 3D NGENUITY visualization system) in patients with varicocele. The mean age of men was 33±2,3 years (M±m). The diameter of the veins of the spermatic cord was 3,5±1,2 mm. All patients with varicocele had retrograde blood flow and reflux through the veins of the pampiniform plexus. Varicocele was found on the left in 105 (87%) patients, on the right – in 15 (13%). 25 out of 120 (20,7%) patients had a rec
