Die vorliegende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit dem Zusammenhang von Stärken und Schwächen psychisch auffälliger Kinder und Jugendlicher mit Merkmalen der Familie. In der Studie wurden 74 Patienten der Klinik und Poliklinik für Psychiatrie, Psychotherapie und Psychosomatik des Kindes- und Jugendalters des Universitätsklinikums Leipzig ab einem Alter von acht Jahren untersucht. Dabei schätzten die Kinder und Jugendlichen ihre Stärken und Schwächen sowie das Familienklima anhand von Fragebögen (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire, Familienklimaskalen) selbst ein. Schwannzellen sind die myelinisierenden Zellen des peripheren Nervensystems, die auch eine Rolle bei Entzündungs- und Regenerationsprozessen spielen. Diese Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Bedeutung der Chemokinrezeptoren CXCR4 und CXCR7 bei der SDF-1-abhängigen Signalübermittlung in der Schwannzelllinie RN22. Mittels PCR, Western-Blotting und FACS erfolgte zunächst ein Expressionsnachweis der Chemokinrezeptoren. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden von Juli bis Oktober 2008 alle auf allgemeinpädiatrischen Stationen der Krankenhäuser Wurzen, Borna und Torgau behandelten Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter von 3 bis 16 Jahren mittels Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ, Goodman 1997) untersucht. Anhand der Elternfrage-bögen (n=414) wurden insgesamt 11,8% (95%KI: 8,7-14,9) der beurteilten Patientinnen und Patienten als psychisch auffällig und weitere 10,4% (95%KI: 7,5-13,3) als grenz-wertig eingestuft.
