Many New Zealanders live in shared living arrangements. The result of this is that reasonable expectations of privacy are becoming more limited. State officials may conduct a lawful search where a person consents to such a search if that person has the authority to consent. Where people live in shared living arrangements, several people may have authority to consent to a search of the same property. This article explores the extent of a third party's power to consent to property searches where more than one person has authority to consent to a search under the Search and Surveillance Act 2012.

Neural architecture search (NAS) has become an increasingly important tool within the deep learning community in recent years, yielding many practical advancements in the design of deep neural network architectures. In this work, we develop techniques that enable efficient NAS in a significantly larger design space. In particular, we propose to perfor

Abstract:
Considering cost-optimal heuristic search, we introduce the notion of global admissibility of a heuristic, a property weaker than standard admissibility, yet sufficient for guaranteeing solution optimality within forward search. We describe a concrete approach for creating globally admissible heuristics for domain independent planning; it is based on exploiting information gradually gathered by the search via a new form of reasoning about what we call existential optimal-plan landmarks. We evaluate our approach on some state-of-the-art heuristic search tools for cost-optimal planning, and disc

The relevant provisions of the Law are:Section 2 of the Law provides for an application by motion to the court for accounts by “any member of the family to which such property belongs who has or claims to have any beneficial interest in the property]. The only proviso is that such an application may not be entertained unless the court is satisfie

The paper deals with the second-order tangent bundle T2MT2M with the deformed Sasaki metric ¯gg¯ over an n−dimensional Riemannian manifold gover an n−dimensional Riemannian manifold (M,g)(M,g). We calculate all Riemannian curvature tensor fields of the deformed Sasaki metric ¯gg¯ and search Einstein property of and search Einstein property of T2MT2M. Also the weakly symmetry properties of the deformed Sasaki metric are presented.

The active search for the regularities of the development of real-legal relations to complete the modernization of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation makes the comparative legal analysis of the institutions of foreign real law with domestic analogues relevant. The author, based on the publications of foreign civilists, presents a new look at the understanding of property law, which connected civil law with geometry. Presents the results of the search for a new essence of property rights and the periodization of its social growth. In the orbit of attention is the search for new solutions

ABSTRACTThe advancement of computational tools for material property predictions enables broad search of novel materials for various energy-related applications. However, challenges still exist in accurately predicting the mean free paths (MFPs) of electrons and phonons in a high-throughput frame for thermoelectric property predictions, which largely hinders the computation-driven search for novel materials. In this work, this need is eliminated under the small-grain-size limit, in which these MFPs are restricted by the grain sizes within a bulk material. A new criterion for ZT evaluation is p

In this study, we tend to propose a replacement hybrid algorithmic rule which mixes the search directions like Steepest Descent (SD) and Quasi-Newton (QN). First, we tend to develop a replacement search direction for combined conjugate gradient (CG) and QN strategies. Second, we tend to depict a replacement positive CG methodology that possesses the adequate descent property with sturdy Wolfe line search. We tend to conjointly prove a replacement theorem to make sure global convergence property is underneath some given conditions. Our numerical results show that the new algorithmic rule is pow

In this paper, we develop theoretical foundations for bidirectional bounded-suboptimal search (BiBSS) based on recent advancements in optimal bidirectional search. In addition, we introduce a BiBSS variant of the prominent meet-in-the-middle (MM) algorithm, called Weighted MM (WMM). We show that WMM has an interesting property of being W-restrained, and study it empirically.
