This article considers secondary employment of workers as a forced measure that allows workers to adapt to changing working conditions and falling incomes. It is shown that secondary employment, in addition to additional income, provides an opportunity for an employee to acquire new business connections, gives the opportunity to master an adjacent profession, and has an additional motivational focus. Secondary employment must be accordingly formalized, therefore, the article contains possible forms of registration of employees: official compatibility with the corresponding entry in the workboo

Gender bias in employment is not a new phenomenon. The historical devalued status of women and equity-seeking groups preserved in cultural and social gendered roles permeates the workplace and contributes to institutional structures which are fashioned by and reproduced through traditional norms and mores relegating women and equity-seeking groups to secondary status roles. The question then becomes is the continuation of these reinforced structural norms in the best long-term interest of all humanity?
