5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu dan Shitsuke) merupakan “Intisari untuk Kaizen”. Seiri adalah kegiatan untuk menyingkirkan atau membuang barang-barang yang tidak diperlukan dan juga memilah dan mengelompokan barang-barang sesuai dengan jenis dan fungsinya. Seiton adalah menyusun atau meletakan bahan dan barang sesuai dengan tempatnya agar mudah ditemukan kembali atau dijangkau bila diperlukan. Seiko adalah membersihkan semua fasilitasdan lingkungan kerja dari kotoran serta membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Seikuetsu adalah menjaga kebersihan pribadi, selalu mematuhi ketiga tahapan (seiri, seiton, seiko). Shitsuke adalah sikap untuk mematuhi aturan, disiplin mengenai kebersihan, kerapian terhadap peralatan dan tempat kerja. Metode Penelitian Implementasi 5S Dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Divisi Service Perusahaan Manufaktur Di Tangerang, menggunakan penelitian deskriptif disini adalah mengumpulkan data berdasarkan faktor-faktor dalam 5 S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu dan Shitsuke) yaitu menjadi suatu pendukung terhadap objek penelitian, dan kemudian menganalisa faktor-faktor yang relevan.
 The term of 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke) is the "Point for Kaizen". Seiri is an activity to get rid of or discard items that are not needed and also to sort and group items according to their type and function. Seiton is arranging or placing materials and goods in accordance with the place so that it is easily found again or reached when needed. Seiko is cleaning all facilities and work environment from dirt and throwing trash in its place. Seikuetsu is maintaining personal hygiene, always obeying the three stages (seiri, seiton, seiko). Shitsuke is the attitude to obey the rules, discipline regarding cleanliness, tidiness of the equipment and workplace. 5S Implementation Research Methods for Improving the Efficiency of Manufacturing Service Division in Tangerang, using descriptive research here is collecting data based on factors in 5 S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke) that is to be a supporter of the research object, and then analyze relevant factors.

Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan lima variabel yaitu seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu dan shitsuke sebagai variabel independent (X) dan efektivitas organisasi sebagai variabel dependent (Y). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi dan mengetahui sejauh mana faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas organisasi dengan variabel yaitu seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu dan shitsuke di PT. Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Bandung.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para operator lantai produksi dan maintenance serta supervisor produksi dan supervisor maintenance. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampel Slovin, didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 dengan penambahan sampai 200. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, Uji T dan Uji F dengan tingkat signifikan (α) 5% dan dengan bantuan penggunaan program IBM SPSS 20.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan selama periode penelitian, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu dan shitsuke belum diterapkan secara optimal walaupun berdasarkan hasil perhitungan statistik seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu dan shitsuke mempunyai pengaruh terhadap efektivitas organisasi dengan nilai yang berbeda-beda.

ABSTRACT The purpose of implementing the 3S program (seiri, seiton and seiso) in the vannamei shrimp larvae (Litopenaeus vannamei) cultivation environment is to maintain the facilities used and maintain the cleanliness in the production environment. This activity involves students and also employees in the shrimp larvae production area. The facilities used in the production process such as the tools and materials needed need to be maintained, especially in the aspect of cleanliness of tools and materials so that the production process runs well. Tools and materials that are left without special treatment can trigger virus attacks or harmful bacterial attacks which will have a negative impact on shrimp larvae that can cause death and losses for farmers. The 3S program is carried out in stages starting from seiri, seiton, then seiso by involving students and staff/employees in the production area. The results obtained are the orderly and complete tools and materials used in production activities and the tools and materials used are cleaner so they are suitable for use. Alat dan bahan yang dibiarkan tanpa adanya perlakuan khusus dapat memicu terjadinya serangan virus atau serangan bakteri berbahaya yang akan berdampak buruk terhadap larva udang hingga dapat menyebabkan kematian dan kerugian bagi pembudidaya. Program 3S ini dilaksanakan secara bertahap mulai dari seiri, seiton, kemudian seiso dengan meilbatkan mahasiswa dan staf/karyawan yang ada di area produksi. Hasil yang diperoleh ialah tertatanya dan terlengkapinya alat dan bahan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan produksi serta alat dan bahan yang digunakan lebih bersih sehingga layak untuk digunakan. PT. sumber urip sejati telah mengimplementasikan pendekatan 5S pada seluruh devisi. Namun pada devisi gudang tiga tidak dilakukan evaluasi dan assessment 5S. untuk mengetahui hasil implementasi 5S, maka dilakukan evaluasi dan assesment 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seketsu, Shitsuke) pada divisi gudang tiga. selain hal tersebut peneliti juga memberikan usulan perbaikan penerapan 5S. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengevaluasi implementasi 5S.Hasil evaluasi dari penelitian diperoleh kategori evaluasi implementasi 5S adalah Seiri dalam kategori cukup dengan skor 59%, Seiton dalam kategori cukup dengan skor 49%, Seiso dalam kategori cukup dengan skor 48%, Seiketsu dalam kategori cukup dengan skor 50%, Shitsuke dalam kategori cukup dengan skor 44%.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) on employee performance in Amstirdam Coffee &amp; Roastery Malang. The research type is an explanatory research, which explains about the causal relation between variables from the research hypothesis. This study involved 42 respondents. The selected respondents for this study were all employees of Amstirdam Coffee &amp; Roastery Malang. This research utilized a Likert Scale for its instrument. The utilized data analysis technique for this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The conducted statistical testing for this research were instrument testing, classical assumptions testing, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The results of this research showed that Seiri, Seiton, and Shitsuke have a partial, significant effect towards employee performance. The results of this research also showed that the 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) have a simultaneous, significant effect towards employee performance.

National industries already have policies that are able to strengthen industrial competitiveness, especially small and medium businesses. Business activities in the form of manufacturing Small Industries are the backbone of the real economy that encourages the welfare of the community because the numbers are very large and spread in various regions. because it is generally close to residential and business centers. National policies that can encourage competitiveness, for example, are carried out in the form of soft loans, training, incentives, tax breaks, business assistance, ease of regulation and various forms of support. But it must be understood that what is no less important is how the small manufacturing industry itself can make competitive steps both in capturing markets and in the efficient form of work operations within its organization. At present, the 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seisō, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) has been widely adopted by various industries in various countries. The 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seisō, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) was first introduced in Japan as a determination to conduct sorting (Seiri), structuring (Seiton), cleansing (Seisō), maintaining steady conditions (Seiketsu), and self-awareness of the habits needed to carry out work well (Shitsuke). The implementation of community service activities in the form of socialization and training on the application of 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seisō, Seiketsu, andShitsuke) to improve the quality of the work environment in the service industry is packaged in the form of simple, easy to understand concepts planned for three months.

The aim of this research is to test the application of 5S Culture (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) to the productivity of PT PLN NP UMRO employees. The research sample used was 39 people taken from employees of PT PLN NP UMRO Gresik Region as respondents to the research by distributing questionnaires. Testing using Systematic Random Sampling using a quantitative approach by processing questionnaire data obtained using the SmartPLS 4 application. The results of this study show that: (1) Seiri has a positive and significant influence on Employee Productivity (2) Seiton has a positive and significant influence on Employee Productivity (3) Seiso has a negative and insignificant influence on Employee Productivity (4) Seiketsu has a negative and insignificant influence on Employee Productivity (5) Shitsuke has a negative and insignificant influence on Employee Productivity. Abstract:
The objectives of this research are to analyze dissipation occurred in the new warehouse of 0-Phase Truss Aluminium in Batu City and to provide solutions through the application of the 5S method, which includes seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, and shitsuke. This qualitative descriptive study starts by identifying the source of squandering through observations and interviews, whose results were used to find the root cause through the fishbone diagram. The next step is conducting the 5S valuation, followed by redesigning the 5S for the warehouse area. This study finds that 0-Phase Truss Aluminium has applied the 5S well, but the weak implementation of seiton and seiketsu still causes unnecessary movement, defects, and inventory. The redesigning of the 5S is the solution to reduce the dissipations and makes the warehousing activities more comfortable and optimal. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemborosan yang terjadi pada gudang baru 0-Phase Truss Aluminium di Kota Batu dan memberikan solusi masalah menggunakan metode 5S (seiri, seiton, seiso, seiketsu, shitsuke). Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode penelitian ini dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi sumber pemborosan melalui observasi dan wawancara, kemudian dicari akar permasalahannya menggunakan fishbone diagram. Langkah selanjutnya dilakukan penilaian 5S dan perancangan kembali 5S pada area kerja gudang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan 5S pada gudang baru 0-Phase Truss Aluminium sudah baik namun pada bagian seiton dan seiketsu masih lemah sehingga terjadi pemborosan yaitu unnecessary movement, defects, dan inventory. Perancangan kembali 5S menjadi solusi untuk mengurangi pemborosan-pemborosan tersebut dan membuat aktivitas pergudang lebih nyaman dan maksimal.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to ascertain how Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke (5S) are applied in the workshop management of SMK's electrical power installation engineering (TITL) competence in Medan. Methods of qualitative descriptive research are being used in this study. The focus of this study is on three TITL practice workshops held at various vocational high schools, specifically the SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan, SMK Negeri 2 Medan, and SMK Negeri 5 Medan TITL practice workshops. In this study, observation and written records were utilized as data gathering methods. The steps in the data analysis process are data reduction, data presentation, data inference, and data analysis of qualitative data. According to analysis and research, Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke were successfully implemented in the management of the TITL workshop at SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. This is demonstrated by the very good category's average 5S implementation rate, which was 82.4%. The TITL workshop at SMK Negeri 2 Medan has also been managed effectively in the meantime. This is demonstrated by the average 5S implementation rate in the good category, which was 76.4%, and by the excellent administration of the TITL workshop at SMK Negeri 5 Medan. The average 5S implementation rate in the good category, which was 85.4%, makes this clear.Key Words: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke (5S) AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke (5S) dalam pengelolaan manajemen bengkel keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga listrik (TITL) SMK di kota Medan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah tiga bengkel praktik TITL di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan yang berbeda yaitu: bengkel praktik TITL SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan, bengkel praktik TITL SMK Negeri 2 Medan, dan bengkel praktik TITL SMK Negeri 5 Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan dokumen. Proses analisis data terdiri dari mereduksi data, menyajikan data, menyimpulkan dan analisis data kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan pelaksanaan Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke dalam pengelolaan bengkel TITL di SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan sudah terlaksana dengan sangat baik. Hal ini terbukti dari rata-rata pelaksanaan 5S dalam kategori sangat baik yaitu mencapai 82,4%. Sedangkan dalam pengelolaan bengkel TITL di SMK Negeri 2 Medan juga sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini terbukti dari rata-rata pelaksanaan 5S dalam kategori baik yaitu mencapai 76,4% dan untuk pengelolaan bengkel TITL di SMK Negeri 5 Medan juga sudah terlaksana dengan sangat baik. Während die Zahl journalistischer Veröffentlichungen zu Umweltthemen immer weiter steigt, sind wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen zu ihren Verfassern in Deutschland immer noch Mangelware. Die Diplomarbeit geht mithilfe einer Online-Befragung der Frage nach, wie die Arbeitsbedingungen von Tageszeitungsjournalisten aussehen. Außerdem wird mit einigen narrativen Interviews exploriert, welchen Rollenselbstbildern sich Journalisten zugehörig fühlen, die sich mit Umweltthemen befassen und ob dieses Selbstverständnis sich auch in den Arbeiten der Journalisten zeigt.

ZusammenfassungWenn die 2020 erfolgte Umstellung der Hochschulen auf digitales Lehren und Lernen zu einer nachhaltigen positiven Veränderung der Hochschule als Bildungsinstitution beitragen soll, wird es auf eine gut durchdachte Digitalisierungsstrategie ankommen; auch eine Neujustierung bestehender Strategien kann geboten sein. Das Gleiche gilt für strategische Positionen zur Digitalisierung der Hochschulen in der europäischen und nationalen Bildungspolitik. Im Beitrag werden inhaltliche Defizite in der bisherigen Strategiebildung auf beiden Seiten aufgezeigt, die nicht zuletzt auf das Fehlen einer politischen Dimension in den hochschulischen Strategien und ein unklares Bildungsverständnis seitens der Politik zurückzuführen sind. Der Aufsatz will zu einer Aufarbeitung dieser Defizite in der aktuellen Situation anregen.

Zusammenfassung.Die Verwaltung als rationale Herrschaftstechnik setzt Rationalität auf Seite ihrer Subjekte voraus. Stellt sie jedoch Irrationalität fest und ist diese gar verbunden mit der Gefährlichkeit der Irrationalen für die öffentliche Sicherheit, hat die Verwaltung ein Problem. Hier tritt die forensische Psychiatrie auf den Plan. Sie macht sich auf, die gefährliche Irrationalität zu zähmen. Sie kategorisiert und entzieht Freiheit. Doch am Ende steht auch ihr nur der rationale Appell zur Verfügung, der an der gestellten Diagnose abzuperlen droht. „Sie sind irrational“, ruft die Psychiatrie. „Seien sie einsichtig und benehmen sie sich vernünftig!“ Diese Paradoxie führt nur deshalb nicht eine ausweglose Situation, weil die Praxis der gelingenden Psychiatrie sie unterläuft. Es entsteht ein Prozess der Normalisierung der Abweichung, der Neu- und Uminterpretation, in dem beide Seiten so tun können, als ob alles in Ordnung wäre.

Objetivo: A metodologia 5S surgiu no Japão em meados do século XX, com o intuito de recuperar o país da escassez de recursos oriundos do pós-guerra. Consiste em organizar o ambiente de trabalho seguindo cinco pilares: Seiri – senso de utilização, Seiton – senso de organização, Seisou – senso de limpeza, Seiketsu – senso de saúde, segurança e bem-estar e Shitsuke – senso de autodisciplina. O projeto nasceu da necessidade de otimizar os processos e a rotina dos setores participantes. Método: Um grupo de colaboradores foi selecionado para se tornarem embaixadores do conhecimento, passando por treinamento para aplicar a metodologia no setor. Foram distribuídos aos participantes, planilhas para realizar registro e identificação, através do 5S, de situações a serem otimizadas. A partir disso, foi detectado que os frascos para exames de AP eram armazenados de maneira desorganizada, ocasionando demora para localização e, assim, morosidade no processo. Foi realizado levantamento do recurso financeiro que precisaria ser despendido e, então, decidido que os frascos seriam armazenados em caixas reutilizáveis com etiquetas, sendo cada caixa com cor correspondente ao item armazenado. Conclusão: Para averiguação do resultado obtido, foi utilizado cronômetro para calcular o tempo gasto entre retirar um item antes e depois da implementação do 5S. Assim que o processo foi implementado, foi possível identificar melhoria significativa. Antes, até três colaboradores usavam mais de 10 minutos buscando os materiais; com a alteração, o processo é realizado em menos de 2 minutos. Além disso, por meio de questionários de percepção respondidos pelos colaboradores, observou-se uma melhora significativa de avaliações; antes, 62% dos avaliados consideravam o processo muito desorganizado e lento e. após, houve aprovação total por parte dos colaboradores, reforçando o grande ganho de tempo obtido com essa alteração.

Objetivo: Um dos pilares do Planejamento Estratégico do Hospital é a Cultura para Eficiência e para a Mudança, sendo uma das ações a implantação do Programa 5S, uma metodologia de baixo custo, fácil aplicação e alta eficiência que busca reduzir desperdícios e aumentar a qualidade dos processos. O objetivo deste trabalho foi apresentar a aplicação dessa ferramenta em um laboratório clínico hospitalar. Método: Inicialmente foi realizado um treinamento para toda a equipe visando à sensibilização, ao entendimento e à aplicação dos 5S no dia a dia. Em seguida, fez-se a implantação da ferramenta: senso de utilização (Seiri): uso consciente e eficiente de recursos, equipamentos, ferramentas e insumos; senso de organização (Seiton): otimização do uso dos recursos disponíveis focando em economizar tempo e facilitar o controle de estoque; fluxos de trabalho mais claros, fáceis e seguros; senso de limpeza (Seisou): todos são responsáveis pela higienização do ambiente; senso de padronização (Seiketsu): elaboração de rotinas com instruções claras e padronizadas; senso de autodisciplina (Shitsuke): inclusão dos 5S na cultura do laboratório com o envolvimento da liderança na adesão, o estabelecimento de treinamento sobre o programa para novos colaboradores e auditorias internas para acompanhamento e avaliação da aplicação do programa. Conclusão: A aplicação da ferramenta 5S tornou o laboratório um local mais organizado e com um sistema de planejamento das atividades desenvolvidas. Houve maior controle dos estoques, com redução de custo e perdas; ganho de espaço; facilidade de limpeza; economia de tempo; menor deslocamento; redução de locais e atos inseguros; maior qualidade e produtividade no trabalho; e cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais e administrativos. Sua implantação levou os colaboradores a entender o seu papel dentro da organização e a importância de sua participação e comprometimento para os resultados apresentados.

A denominação do Programa 5S tem origem nas palavras japonesas que iniciam com “S”, denominados como sensos, que são: seiri (utilização), seiton (organização), seisou (limpeza), seiketsu (saúde) e shitsuke (autodisciplina). O programa 5s é um conceito, é uma atitude de vida e é uma prática muito simples de ser implantada nas organizações públicas e privadas. O programa 5s tem o objetivo de transformar o ambiente das organizações e a atitude das pessoas, melhorar a qualidade de vida dos funcionários, diminuir desperdícios, reduzir custos e aumentar a produtividade das instituições. Neste trabalho o objetivo foi realzar um estudo bibliográfico de toda estrutura da filosofia “5S” e através de um estudo de caso, descrever como foi implementado o programa, vivenciando na prática, aquilo que foi pesquisado e estudado bibliograficamente. O estudo de caso aplicado foi desenvolvido através de uma pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa, em um cenário ao qual a empresa se encontrava, sendo realizado um levantamento com amostra de funcionários sobre aquela determinada área de trabalho. A partir do layout do galpão analisado considerepu-se toda a estrutura interna, desde o ambiente atual de trabalho, a organização, limpeza, padronização. Frente ao exposto, foi observado a oportunidade padronizar, melhorar a organização, layout, otimizar o tempo, gerar disciplina, comprometimento e bem estar de cada colaborador dentro do setor e se destacar no meio de seus concorrentes por meio da implanteção do programa 5S. O método 5S originário da Japão, desde que foi estabelecido no país brasileiro, apresenta como finalidade no mesmo sentido auditar ambientes, os quais necessitam de cuidados organizacionais, e aqueles cujo, que regem grande fluxo do trabalho de vários colaboradores,como indústrias, empresas, fábricas, entre outras. No seu país de origem, este método auxiliou de forma fundamental a organização das cidades no pósguerra, retomando as atividades,trabalhos, e a organização empresarial propriamente dita. No Brasil, o método 5S é difundido principalmente em empresas do ramo industrial, as quais necessitam de um grande fluxo de colaboradores e turnos. O principal objetivo deste método, é realizar de forma simples o atendimento a alguns métodos que proporcionem uma série de vantagens para o ambiente,seguido de métodos, sendo 5: Seiri; Seiton; Seiso; Seiketsu e Shituske, os quais traduzidos para o português, configuram: Utilização; Organização; Limpeza; Conservação e Disciplina,respectivamente. Entretanto, existem alguns desafios quanto a implantação propriamente dita deste conceito na prática, principalmente pela falta do entendimento, conhecimento e aplicação do método por colaboradores e a população como um todo, Esse método promove algumas vantagens, como a qualidade de vida, padronização de procedimentos, gestão da qualidade, reutilização e conservação de materiais entre outros. Desta forma, o presente trabalho, buscou avaliar, através de um estudo qualitativo e quantitativo, a eficiência e o relacionamento com o método de colaboradores de uma empresa do ramo industrial, denominada na análise como Curtume de Nova Andradina – MS, localizada no mesmo município. Foi empregado o uso de questionário aplicado, e o registro de fotos dos relatos de antes e depois a aplicação do método 5S no setor da manutenção da empresa. A fim de relacionar os parâmetros encontrados na pesquisa foram utilizados também os métodos bibliográfico e exploratório, para entendimento, compreensão e a geração de novas conclusões sobre o assunto. Pode-se concuir que onde o método 5S, foi bem aceito pelos colaboradores de um determinado setor e após a interpretação das respostas ficou evidenciado que todos (100% da amostra) positivaram quanto a melhoria em geraldo setor. O principal objetivo com a implantação do programa foi a facilitar o trabalho e reduzir de tempo na procura de peças. Pode-se verificar que o objetivo foi atingido após as observações realizadas. O principal objetivo deste método, é realizar de forma simples o atendimento a alguns métodos que proporcionem uma série de vantagens para o ambiente,seguido de métodos, sendo 5: Seiri; Seiton; Seiso; Seiketsu e Shituske, os quais traduzidos para o português, configuram: Utilização; Organização; Limpeza; Conservação e Disciplina,respectivamente. Entretanto, existem alguns desafios quanto a implantação propriamente dita deste conceito na prática, principalmente pela falta do entendimento, conhecimento e aplicação do método por colaboradores e a população como um todo, Esse método promove algumas vantagens, como a qualidade de vida, padronização de procedimentos, gestão da qualidade, reutilização e conservação de materiais entre outros. Desta forma, o presente trabalho, buscou avaliar, através de um estudo qualitativo e quantitativo, a eficiência e o relacionamento com o método de colaboradores de uma empresa do ramo industrial, denominada na análise como Curtume de Nova Andradina – MS, localizada no mesmo município. Foi empregado o uso de questionário aplicado, e o registro de fotos dos relatos de antes e depois a aplicação do método 5S no setor da manutenção da empresa. A fim de relacionar os parâmetros encontrados na pesquisa foram utilizados também os métodos bibliográfico e exploratório, para entendimento, compreensão e a geração de novas conclusões sobre o assunto. Pode-se concuir que onde o método 5S, foi bem aceito pelos colaboradores de um determinado setor e após a interpretação das respostas ficou evidenciado que todos (100% da amostra) positivaram quanto a melhoria em geraldo setor. O principal objetivo com a implantação do programa foi a facilitar o trabalho e reduzir de tempo na procura de peças. Pode-se verificar que o objetivo foi atingido após as observações realizadas. Environment of Quality Control and Safety Management in Japanese IndustriesThe Japanese customers are, in general, very strict on product quality. They can select products from many competitors, so they will not buy products with minor flaws. In addition, high-technology products are required to have very high reliability, so defects on products are critical. Human errors are not allowed in the production. Historically, Japanese economy has been concentrated on mass-manufacturing since 19th century. In the past, the quality control (QC) of Japanese companies was very weak in general. Most of the Japanese think the low quality resulted in unreliability of weapons in the World War II. After the war, most of Japanese companies adopted scientific QC methods from the United States, which is based on statistical analysis to reduce uncertainty in the productions. Japanese companies have developed other methods to manage product quality and workplace safety, which seem very original concepts developed among Japanese industrial society after the war. This paper introduces the Japanese concepts for QC and safety managements, named "3H", "4M" and "5S". Their theoretical backgrounds are also explained. Risks Prediction with 3H-4MIn safety management, it is very important to predict possible incidents beforehand. In Japanese industrial society, many people use the concepts of 3H and 4M for the purpose. “3H” stands for a triple of Japanese adjectives of “Hajimete” (“for the first time”), “Hisashiburi” (“in quite a while”), and “Henkou” (“change”). In most of incidents, the features of 3H are very likely to appear in the story. The Japanese engineers therefore consider 3H features as bad indications that evoke the accidents. “4M” means major four aspects in production processes, namely “Man”, “Machine”, “Material”, and “Management” [1]. (Some engineers may use the variation of “5M” adding “Method” into the four.) In some Japanese companies, supervisors responsible for safety are trained to doubt whether any of 4M is contaminated with baleful features of 3H. For example, supervisors pay special attention on “a new worker”, “a use of a machine in quite a while”, “a change of the instruction rule”, and other 4M with 3H features. This attitude concentrated on risks of “3H in 4M” is a very efficient way to predict large risks hidden in the workplaces, even though it might pay less attention to other minor aspects. Importance of Apparent Order: 5S “5S” is a group of five Japanese words of “Seiri” (organization), “Seiton” (placing things in order), “Seisou” (cleaning), “Seiketsu” (sanitariness), and “Shitsuke” (compliance to rules). Those five features keep simplicity and safety of workplace, that results in suppression of human errors. The 5S features are superficial and easy to see. Supervisors can quickly judge their condition just by observing the workplace. Most of Japanese industries attach top priority to maintenance of 5S to keep quality and safety. Reference 1. Die Stärkung der Kooperation Wissenschaft-Wirtschaft mittels institutionalisierter Forschungsförderungsprogramme, wie z.B. COMET, CDG und BRIDGE, sowie des (strukturellen) Wissens- und Technologietransfers an Österreichs Hochschulen und Forschungseinrichtungen mittels hochschulspezifischer Impulsprogramme, wie uni:invent (lanciert vor 20 Jahren) bzw. Prototypenförderung („Prize“), Wissenstransferzentren und jüngst via Spin-off Fellowships und der aws Spin-off Initiative, erfährt in Österreich seit jeher eine große FTI- und hochschulpolitische Bedeutung. Die Third Mission und damit verbunden die Entrepreneurial University sind in den Leistungsvereinbarungen seit mehr als einem Jahrzehnt verankert. Zudem sind die Universitäten verpflichtet, wissenschaftsgetriebene Output-Kennzahlen wie Publikationen, Patentanmeldungen und -erteilungen, Verwertungspartnerschaften und die Anzahl der Verwertungs-Spin-offs in den Wissensbilanzen jährlich auszuweisen. Bal Folk, so sieht es Dieter Holstein, umfasst eine Vielzahl traditioneller und populärer europäischer Tänze, die in einer offenen, generationsübergreifenden Gemeinschaft getanzt werden. Er schildert seine persönlichen Erfahrungen in der Bal Folk-Szene seit den 1980er Jahren und hebt die Vielfalt sowie den grenzübergreifenden Charakter der Tänze hervor. Er kritisiert jedoch die zunehmende, durch wirtschaftliche Interessen geleitete Kommerzialisierung und die Verengung des Repertoires durch Musiker:innen und Veranstalter:innen. Als langjähriger Tänzer, Tanzleiter und Musiker plädiert er für eine Rückbesinnung auf fundierte Tanzkenntnisse und auf die ursprünglichen Charakteristika der Tänze. Sein Wunsch: mehr Engagement für authentische Tanzvermittlung und eine vielfältigere Musikauswahl.

This document concerns the regulatory oversight and governance of high-hazard industrial activities. A complex set of laws, regulations and institutions contribute to the social control of these activities, reinforcing and serving as a complement to the risk prevention mechanisms put in place by operating companies. This document focuses in particular on the relationships between regulated firms, regulatory authorities and third party intermediaries who play a role in safety oversight (certification bodies, auditors, insurers, professional associations, etc.) and the impact of the quality of these relationships on industrial safety. The scope is the prevention of major accident hazards in different industry sectors (process industry, transport, energy), in France and at an international level. We focus our attention on different forms of “coregulation”, the act of enrolling the entities concerned by regulatory measures in their elaboration and the verification of their compliance, which is believed to improve their appropriation by private actors and thereby produce better oversight than classical command-and-control regulation. We analyze in particular the partial delegation of authority, internal risk control mechanisms and the use of third party intermediaries in the oversight process. This coproduction of regulation by public and private entities is increasingly used in different industry sectors, and leads to a more collaborative and interconnected regulatory process, based on a network of actors rather than a simple regulator-regulatee duopole.

Mobilität ist eine wesentliche Voraussetzung, um an außerhäuslichen Aktivitäten teilzunehmen und somit am gesellschaftlichen Leben teilhaben zu können. Da das Nutzen von Verkehrsmitteln mit Kosten verbunden ist, kann dies insbesondere für Personen mit geringen Einkünften eine Mobilitätsbarriere darstellen und das Risiko erhöhen, von mobilitätsbezogener sozialer Exklusion betroffen zu sein. Eine besondere und tragende Rolle fällt dem öffentlichen Personennahverkehr zu (ÖPNV), auf den wir mit diesem methodischen Beitrag eingehen möchten: Zunächst tragen wir zusammen, wie finanzielle ÖPNV-Erschwinglichkeit quantifiziert werden kann, wobei wir auf Grundlage internationaler Fachliteratur zwei Ansätze (beobachtete und potenzielle Erschwinglichkeit) unterscheiden. Anschließend diskutieren wir mögliche Indikatoren für die ÖPNV-Erschwinglichkeit, die auf dem Einkommen privater Haushalte basieren. Darüber hinaus skizzieren wir einen GIS-basierten Indikator für den Nutzen des Deutschlandtickets, das seit Mai 2023 bundesweit im ÖPNV gilt.

Mit dem Ziel, Erkenntnisse darüber zu gewinnen unter welchen Umständen verkehrspolitische Maßnahmen seitens der Bevölkerung befürwortet und angenommen werden, wurde im Hebst 2020 eine quantitative Haushaltsbefragung (N = 832) in vier Frankfurter Befragungsgebieten durchgeführt. Als Untersuchungsgegenstand wurde die Umwandlung von Auto- in Fahrradspuren ausgewählt – eine Maßnahme, die in Folge des Frankfurter Radentscheids entlang verschiedener Verkehrsachsen in Frankfurt geplant und teilweise bereits umgesetzt wurde. Dabei wurde deutlich, dass die Akzeptierbarkeit für die zukünftige Umsetzung einer solchen Maßnahme zur Neuaufteilung öffentlicher Räume in Frankfurt insgesamt sehr hoch ausfällt. Unter Heranziehung des stage model of self-regulated behavioural change (SSBC) konnte zudem aufgezeigt werden, dass sich eine starke Orientierung am Auto negativ auf die Höhe der Akzeptierbarkeit auswirkt, während eine regelmäßige Nutzung des Fahrrads höhere Zustimmungswerte für die Maßnahme hervorruft. In einem zweiten Schritt wurde weiterhin untersucht, inwiefern die bereits umgewandelten Radspuren zwischen der Alten Brücke am Main und dem Friedberger Platz im Frankfurter Nordend, eine Veränderung in der Wahrnehmung und Verkehrsmittelnutzung der Befragten begünstigen und somit auch wirksam sind. Dabei wurde mitunter ersichtlich, dass es seit der Umwandlung sowohl zu einer gesteigerten Fahrradnutzung als auch zu einer reduzierten Autonutzung entlang der umgewidmeten Strecke gekommen ist.
