Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan Pelaksanaan Sub Bagian Program dan Keuangan Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gunung Mas. Menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaan Sub Bagian Program dan Keuangan Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gunung Mas. Populasi dalam sampel penelitian ini adalah Sekretaris DPRD, Kepala Bagian Umum, Kepala Subbagian Program dan Keuangan di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gunung Mas, serta wawancara dengan Ketua PDIP Praksi, Ketua Kelompok Kerja Praksi, Ketua Praksi Demokrat. Populasi dalam sampel penelitian ini adalah Sekretaris DPRD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kerja Subbagian Program dan Keuangan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Gunung Mas, adalah Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. dipimpin oleh Sekretaris DPRD. Secara teknis Sekretaris DPRD secara operasional berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada pimpinan DPRD, sedangkan secara administratif dalam melaksanakan tugasnya Sekretaris Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) bertanggung jawab kepada Bupati melalui Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Gunung Mas. .umum, yaitu ketersediaan sumber daya aparatur; adanya program kerja dan mekanisme kerja yang terukur; adanya kewenangan dalam memberikan pelayanan; adanya kerjasama dan dedikasi serta disiplin kerja pegawai yang baik; adanya dukungan pimpinan dalam menjalankan fungsi bagian dan subbagian; serta koordinasi yang baik antar Bagian dan Subbagian di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gunung Mas.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan sekretaris Daerah Kota Parepare, kinerja pegawai, serta hubungan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Parepare. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi 146 pegawai dengan jumlah besaran sampel yang telah dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 60 pegawai. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan sekretaris Daerah Kota Parepare termasuk dalam gaya kepemimpinan demokratis karena pada indikator gaya kepemimpinan demokratis memperoleh nilai rata-rata yaitu 22,6 dengan nilai interval 15-58 dengan kategori pernyataan positif. (2) kinerja pegawai sekretariat Daerah Kota Parepare secara keseluruhan tergolong baik sekali dengan persentase 81,82%. (3) terdapat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kinerja pegawai sekretariat Daerah Kota Parepare berdasarkan hasil rhitung 0,407 ≥ rtabel 0,254 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima

Arsip Keputusan Sekretaris DPRD DIY yang berada di bagian Pembentukan Produk Hukum dan Pengkajian Sekretariat DPRD DIY merupakan arsip dinamis aktif yang memiliki unsur penting dalam penentuan status hukum suatu masalah di internal Sekretariat DPRD DIY. Penelitian ini memiliki intensi untuk mengetahui, mengkaji, dan menganalisis pengelolaan arsip Keputusan Sekretaris DPRD DIY yang ditinjau dari Peraturan Gubernur DIY Nomor 43 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengelolaan Arsip Dinamis. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi partisipasi, wawancara secara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa dalam pengelolaan arsip Keputusan Sekretaris DPRD DIY terdapat prosedur pengelolaan yang belum diterapkan sesuai dengan Peraturan Gubernur DIY Nomor 43 Tahun 2021. Pertama, pengelolaan arsip belum menerapkan alih media arsip dalam rangka pemeliharaan arsip. Kedua, pengelolaan arsip belum menerapkan pemusnahan dan penyerahan dalam rangka penyusutan arsip. Hal ini disebabkan karena belum adanya kebijakan alih media arsip, belum adanya jadwal retensi arsip sebagai pedoman penyusutan arsip, dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia pengelola arsip.

Berdasarkan laporan kinerja sekretariat dari tahun 2019-2022 kinerja sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Jambi mengalami penurunan. Sehingga menarik untuk dilakukan penelitian terkait peran entrepreneur leadership, entrepreneur orientation dan kreativitas pegawai terhadap kinerja sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Jambi. Karena Entrepreneurial Leadership mencerminkan kepemimpinan yang berwirausaha, maka gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih inovatif ini dapat membuat organisasi bertahan dan unggul dalam persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh entrepreneur leadership, entrepreneur orientation dan kreativitas pegawai terhadap kinerja sekretaris dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada anggota DPRD Provinsi Jambi sebanyak 55 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa entrepreneur leadership dan kreatifitas pegawai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja skertariat DPRD provinsi Jambi, kreativitas pegawai hanya dapat memediasi hubungan entrepreneur leadership terhadap kinerja sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Jambi, sedangkan variabel, entrepreneur orientation tidak dapat dimediasi oleh kreativitas pegawai

Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana peran yang dilakukan oleh Sekretaris Dewan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pegawainya dan bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan Sekretaris Dewan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pegawainya. Dalam implementasinya saat ini, upaya pengembangan kompetensi melalui pemberian tugas belajar masih terkendala oleh anggaran dan motivasi pegawai yang rendah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi yang dipilih untuk melaksanakan penelitian adalah Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kota Bandar Lampung Provinsi Lampung. Hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan penulis menunjukkan bahwa peran yang dilakukan Sekretaris Dewan sudah cukup baik, dan gaya kepemimpinan Sekretaris Dewan lebih cenderung pada gaya yang berorientasi pada pegawai. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, terdapat hambatan yang dihadapi Sekretaris Dewan dalam mengembangkan kompetensi pegawainya yakni motivasi yang dimiliki pegawai masih dikatakan rendah, dan anggaran yang dikhususkan untuk pengembangan pegawai masih terbatas.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.subjek penelitian adalah sekretaris dewan, kepala bagian,dan pegawai negeri sipil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Seketariat Dewan perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat Pegawai sudah menerapkan disiplin kerja dimana disiplin kerja tersebut sangat penting bagi pegawai. Dengan kedisiplin tersebut pegawai juga lebih terpacu untuk melakukan pekerjaannya dengan sebaik mungkin dan dapat mencapai pekerjaan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa di Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

Penataan kelembagaan organisasi perangkat daerah dengan prinsip proporsional, efektif, dan efisien kini telah menjadi isu utama. Penataan kelembagaan diharapkan perangkat daerah menjadi organisasi yang efektif dalam menjalankan peran serta tugas dan fungsinya. Tiap daerah Kabupaten/Kota memiliki keunikan dan karakteristik yang berbeda-beda, kebutuhan terhadap beban kerja dan kemampuan daerah juga berbeda. Namun, di sisi lain, Pemerintah Daerah juga dituntut untuk melaksanakan penyesuaian terhadap regulasi yang ada, sehingga dalam prosesnya menimbulkan gap antara kebutuhan dan kemampuan Daerah dengan tuntutan kebijakan dari Pemerintah Pusat. Berdasarkan hasil penataan kelembagaan Sekretariat Daerah Kota Yogyakarta ada penambahan, pengurangan dan penggabungan Struktur Organisasi sehingga perlu diteliti terkait Struktur Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kota Yogyakarta yang ada sekarang, apakah sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi, menunjang Visi dan Misi Kota Yogyakarta serta memberikan pengelompokan yang logis dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptiif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kota Yogyakarta disusun dengan mempertimbangkan asas efektivitas dan efisiensi sesuai kebutuhan dan kemampuan daerah. Sekretariat Daerah Kota Yogyakarta termasuk dalam kelembagaan Tipe A, dalam implementasinya struktur organisasi Sekretariat Daerah tidak di optimalkan sesuai dengan Tipe A tetapi menjadi Sekretaris Daerah, 3 Asisten, 8 Bagian dengan masing – masing terdiri atas 3 Subbagian. Dalam pelaksanaan masih ditemukan kendala bahwa belum dipahaminya ketugasan dan fungsi pada Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat dan Bagian Administrasi pembangunan, hal tersebut terjadi karena masih ada duplikasi ketugasan dengan perangkat daerah teknis lainnya.

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, dukungan organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan di Biro Pemerintahan dan Otonomi Daerah Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Dan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Serta untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, dukungan organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi kerja di Biro Pemerintahan dan Otonomi Daerah Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sampel adalah 52 Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Lingkungan Biro Pemerintahan dan Otonomi Daerah Setda Provinsi Jawa Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, Dukungan Perusahaan, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai Biro Pemerintahan dan Otonomi Daerah Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai; serta variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan, Dukungan Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Biro Pemerintahan dan Otonomi Daerah Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur melalui Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract This study aims to determine the urgency of using legal analysis instruments in the formation of government policies within the Cabinet Secretariat Republic of Indonesia. This research was analyzed by using a qualitative analysis method that uses a comparative approach. The results showed that the use of legal analysis instruments in the formation of government policies within the cabinet secretariat is very important given the strategic role of the cabbage secretariat as an institution whose function is to provide approval to the Minister of State Secretary for requests for permission to draft legislation and on the substance of the draft regulations legislation. Keywords: Legal Analysis, Policy, Cabinet Secretariat, Over Regulation .Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi penggunaan instrumen analisis hukum dalam pembentukan kebijakan pemerintah di lingkungan Sekretariat Kabinet. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan perbandingan konsep (comparative approach). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan instrumen analisis hukum dalam pembentukan kebijakan pemerintah di lingkungan sekretariat kabinet sangat penting dilakukan mengingat peran strategis sekretariat kabinet sebagai lembaga yang berfungsi untuk memberikan persetujuan kepada Menteri Sekretaris Negara atas permohonan izin prakarsa penyusunan rancangan peraturan perundang-undangan dan atas substansi rancangan peraturan perundang-undangan. Abstract:
This thesis attempts to apply the Representative Bureaucracy theory established and developed within the Public Administration scholarship addressing the lack of formal accountability of bureaucratic bodies on the case of the largest international bureaucracy in the world - the United Nations Secretariat. It builds on the normative presumption that it is necessary to staff the bureaucracy proportionally from all the societal groups so that it reflected the values of the society in whole and the policy outcomes corresponded to those produced if all the society participated in the process. Accordingly, we aspire to find out whether the UN Secretariat is a representative sample of the world population in terms of its bureaucrats' national affiliation, and, if not, what are the factors associated with a better relative representation of a Member State in the UN Secretariat. Through the usage of descriptive statistics tools and Ordinary Least Squares Multiple Linear Regression, we find out that the per capita representation of different Member States in the UN Secretariat is by no means equal and, thus, the UN Secretariat is not a representative sample of the world population. This thesis is concerned with the issue of the publication of church newspapers and magazines and the regulation thereof by state institutions and organs of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia in the period 1956-1989. The first chapter gives a general overview of the policy of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia in the field of mass media and is divided into three parts: after the Second World War, after the communist putsch in February 1948 and after the invasion by armies of the Soviet Block in August 1968. To better understand the situation of the church in that period of time it was necessary to include a chapter that outlines the general context of the way in which the Communist Party perceived and understood the church and religion as such, and therefore the second chapter offers a short introduction to the 'church policy' of the Communist Party. The third chapter monitors general facts related to the publishing business of the time, with special reference to the church newspaper and its control and restriction by the Central Church Publisher and Secretariat for Church Affairs of the Ministry of Culture. My thesis is focused on the composition and countries' representation in the professional staff of the World Health Organization. The thesis will analyse the overrepresentation and underrepresentation of the WHO's member states and explain possible patterns in the staff. The thesis will focus on the relationship between the number of Member State's professional staff in the WHO and the state's GDP growth, expenditure on education and population size. My thesis aims to research the characteristics of staff's composition in the WHO. I will analyse professional staff structure and apply the Principal-Agent theoretical framework. The research will show how the state's representation of member states changed over time and see also the gender composition of the Secretariat. The timeline of this work is from 1999 till 2019. The thesis works with official documents from human resources of the WHO and datasets of the World Bank. Analysis of data is provided by the statistical programme SPSS and Microsoft Excel. Primatily on regional character of the (comunist) state church policy focused works you are handing, depicts also the work routine of the church secretaries (CT), who were in the Czech socialistic republik (ČSR) of the normalization era (1969 - 1989) the ones responsible for every step in that sector. Every branch of the state administration has, obviously, its hierarchical structure and in this case we are talking about the department of Ministry of the culture, who se name was The Secretariate for the church (or ecclesiastical) affairs, shortly called SPVc. This bureaau had its deputies by the regional and district state administration, the regional called KNV (regional national comittee), the district ones by the name were ONV (district national comittee). These deputies were profesionally known as referents, also referent for church affairs, but oficially named as was mentioned above, in distinction level as OCT (district) or KCT (region). CT, as we should say, can be seen like an base unit for the supervision above the churches. For this work OCT depended on small army of agents, whose information were so important for the "inner sight" in the actions of the common priests (the reprezentatives - bishops, seniors and so on were still watched by agent s of the secret police and the most prominent of them...

M.A. (History)
In 1985 the world took renewed interest in the Soviet Union with the ascendency of its dynamic new leader Mikhail Gorbachev. His policies of glasnost and perestroika made an unprecedented impact within the Soviet Union and the Western world. As a result of all the attention Gorbachev's restructuring received, and the subsequent drama and disintegration of the Yeltsin "take-over", interest in the two leaders who preceded Gorbachev, i.e. Yuri Andropov and Konstantin Chernenko, waned considerably. Andropov and Chernenko, together with Brezhnev, were often perceived as a trio of ineffectual old men, endeavouring to keep together a tottering Soviet system. While this perception may be appropriate to Brezhnev in the latter decade of his rule, and to a lesser extent to Chernenko, it is not a justified evaluation of Yuri Andropov's leadership. While he came from the same dispensation and was a contemporary of theirs, he set out with determination and dedication to bring new life into the fossilized system he inherited from Brezhnev. Andropov was a highly intelligent and competent person who had a long and varied political career behind him when he became Secretary General. He had been a member of the CPSU for more than four decades and during this time he served as Komosomol leader, Ambassador, Secretary, Chief Ideologist and headed the KGB for 15 years. In each of these capacities he strived for excellence and conducted himself with integrity. (Dissidents who had dealings with him during his period in the KGB may be of a different opinion, however.) When Andropov took over from Brezhnev, the Soviet system did not correspond to his ideals of Socialism. Over the decades and especially during the last stagnant years of Brezhnev's rule, corruption had become rife in the Soviet Union and it appeared to be entrenched in every aspect of Soviet life. The situation was aggravated by the gigantic bureaucracy which was not in favour of change as it was well-entrenched and elitist. Resistance to change had had a paralyzing effect on all previous endeavours. However daunting the task seemed to be, Andropov set about fighting corruption on every level. Corruption went against the grain of his puritan personality and even more importantly, against his perception of the ideal Socialist system. It was often alleged that Andropov's anti-corruption campaign was merely a mechanism with which to eliminate opponents and attain power. There is some truth in this, but it was not his primary reason for trying to eradicate corruption. He did achieve power through eliminating corrupt officials, but even when he had reached the ultimate position, a sound administration remained a priority for him. Indeed, the fact that he was not selective in this process reflects his determination in this regard. Even very high officials, persons within the Kremlin and members of the Brezhnev family itself were not spared. He not only fought corruption but strived to upgrade social, and labour discipline in the Soviet system. A strict disciplinarian himself, he saw many of the negative aspects within the system reflected in the lives and attitudes of the Soviet citizens. This led him to try to install discipline as a way of life and he stressed a high work ethic. However,Andropov must not be perceived one-dimensionally as the ex-KGB chief using police methods on a civilian population. His chief priority in his internal policy was to rectify and improve the declining Soviet economy. The gross corruption that existed had a negative effect on the economy, so eradicating corruption was a prerequisite for economic recovery. As a staunch Marxist-Leninist, he believed that any economic reforms had to be brought about within the strict framework of Socialist principles. He never queried the validity or superiority of the Socialist system and he ascribed the economic ills not to the system itself but to the way it was functioning. He never deviated from Socialist principles and indeed repeatedly warned against the dangers of bringing about changes alien to the nature of Socialism. He was in favour of the centrally planned system but not of the rigidity and corruption that had become part of it. His ideal was for greater flexibility and greater participation with more input from worker, manager and minister. He believed each individual should take full responsibility for the aspect of production or service he was involved in. Only if the total creative force of the masses could be released could the system function as it was originally intended to. The pillars on which this could be achieved were greater democratization and decentralization.

Analisis data hasil wawancara menggunakan software NVIVO pro12. Adapun hasil wawancara, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepala Sekolah telah melaksanakan kewajibannya, baik dari pendekatan POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling), maupum melalui pendekatan peran Emaslim” (Edukator, Manajer, Administrator, Supervisor, Leader, Inovator, dan Motivator). Sedangkan Profesionalis Guru, menunjukkan kompetensi pedogogik Guru lebih dominan, dibanding kompetensi kepribadian, professional dan sosial. Hasil analisis dari NVivo pro12 For windows dengan metode clustered by Coding Similarity. Keseluruhan hasil informan menyebar pada berbagai titik, posisi titik tentunya akan memberikan informasi bahwa peran Kepala Sekolah sebagai Educator, motivator, Inovator, lebih menonjol, dibandingkan dengan peran sebagai Leader, Supervisor, Entrepreneur dan Manajer. Sedangkan hasil grafik dari informan, menunjukkan Profesionalisme Guru, lebih kuat pada kompetensi pedagogik. Dengan demikian kompetensi kepribadian, profesional dan sosial, harus lebih ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan ilmiah dan kegiatan lainnya yang terstruktur dan terukur.

Abstract:
Under 2022 genomförde sekretariatet för selektivt fiske, vid institutionen för akvatiska resurser (SLU Aqua) tillsammans med svenskt yrkesfiske, 3 projekt inom ramen för regeringsuppdraget selektivt fiske. SLU Aqua har sedan 2014, på uppdrag av Havs- och vattenmyndigheten (HaV), inrättat ett sekretariat som administrerat och drivit en lång rad projekt grundade i fiskenäringens anpassningsbehov till ett förändrat regelverk. Den övergripande målsättningen för alla projekt inom selektivt fiske är att underlätta införandet av den landningsskyldighet som sedan 2015 införts i och med den senaste reformen av EU:s gemensamma fiskeripolitik, samt att utveckla mer skonsamma fiskemetoder. Projekten syftade därför till att minska oönskad fångst i svenskt fiske antingen genom att utveckla befintliga fiskemetoder (framförallt inom trålfiske) eller genom att utveckla alternativa fiskemetoder (främst passiva redskap såsom fällor och burar), och att minska bottenpåverkan och energiförbrukning vid trålfiske. De tre projekt som utfördes under 2022 var: 1. ”Reduktion av oönskad fångst med Excluder i tobisfisket, fas 2” 2. ”Förenklad design av storleksselekterande kräftristtrål” 3. Utveckling av ett skonsamt demersalt trålfiske LIT (Low Impact Trawling), fas 3” Projekten genomfördes genom att förslag togs fram gemensamt av näringen och SLU Aqua utifrån fiskets uttryckliga behov och idéer. Projektförslagen prioriterades och beslutades av en särskild styrgrupp bestående av representanter för HaV och Jordbruksverket, varefter SLU Aqua upphandlade utförare och agerade projektledare för respektive projekt. Vinnande part ansvarade sedan för att anskaffa och utveckla respektive projektidé enligt projektplanen med stöd från Aqua:s sekretariat. De olika projekten avslutades genom en vetenskaplig utvärdering, där personal från SLU Aqua deltog i ett experimentellt fiske. I detta avslutande fiske utvärderades de relevanta delarna av det nyutvecklade redskapets egenskaper (fångsteffektivitet, selektivitet, bränsleförbrukning, etc.) dokumenterades och analyserades vetenskapligt under kommersiella fiskeförhållanden.

Denne rapport har til formål at sammenfatte, hvordan HF-uddannelsen på Steinersko-lerne har fungeret, siden den implementeredes i 2018. Evalueringen har over en 2-årig periode fulgt to hovedspor, nemlig på den ene side et spørgeskema til alle elever på Steiner HF og på den anden side kvalitative interviews med rektorer og lærere ved de 5 HF-skoler inden for sammenslutningen af Steinersko-lerne i Danmark. Spørgeskemaet sigtede efter at frembringe et samlet overblik over eleverne (køn og so-cial baggrund), deres vurdering af HF-undervisningen ved de 5 skoler, deres ønsker om videre uddannelse efter HF og tillige også, om de har haft behov for at supplere deres HF-uddannelse med gymnasiale suppleringskurser for at kunne blive optaget på den uddannelse, de har ønsket at gennemføre. Samtalerne med rektorer og lærere har i særdeleshed været optaget af, hvordan de 5 skoler har formået at implementere de mange og omfattende ændringer, som en over-gang fra friskole til kombineret institution med privat gymnasium har indebåret. Æn-dringerne har bestået i faglig kompetenceudvikling af lærere ved skolerne (f.eks. i form af universitetseksamener og pædagogikum), rekruttering af nye lærere til at dække de fag, HF forudsættes at omfatte, og ikke mindst organisatoriske forandringer som følge af etableringen af HF på 5 Steinerskoler. Disse interviews blev gennemført af videnska-belig assistent Naya Lykke Jørgensen og ph.d.-studerende Malene Engsig Brodersen, DPU. På grundlag heraf skrev Naya og Malene en samlet rapport, som blev drøftet med følgegruppen og rektorer på et møde i maj måned 2022. Fra mødet og efterfølgende ind-kom kommentarer og forslag til forbedringer, som er indgået i den endelige rapport, der udgør en del af denne samlede afrapportering. Selve evalueringen har fundet sted i et tæt samarbejde med skolernes følgegruppe og Steinerskolernes sekretariat. Et første udkast til elektronisk spørgeskema udformet af projektleder med teknisk bistand fra ph.d.-studerende Anders Astrup Christensen, DPU, diskuteredes ad flere omgange, inden det fandt sin endelige og således også rele-vante form, bl.a. efter at have været pilottestet af tidligere HF-elever. Målet var at skabe sikkerhed for, at eleverne kunne forstå spørgsmålene og dermed var sikre på, hvad de blev bedt om at svare på. Skemaet udsendtes august 2021 til Steiner HFs første kuld som surveyXact. Besvarelsesprocenten var over 85, hvilket betød, at forskere og følgegruppe havde et bredt og robust fundament for at kunne gennemgå det indkomne materiale og foretage de første deskriptive analyser af fundene i skemaet. I løbet af efteråret 2021 og foråret 2022 blev skemaet endnu engang gennemgået i dybden, spørgsmål tilrettet og nye spørgsmål tilføjet. Derefter udsendtes det reviderede skema til alle tidligere HF-ele- ver, hvorved et ensartet grundlag for besvarelse var sikret. I alt udsendtes skemaet i au- gust 2022 til 360 elever. Heraf besvarede 344 enten hele spørgeskemaet eller betydelige dele heraf. Selve rapporten er opbygget i tre dele. Første del (A) gennemgår fundene i spørgeske- maet, anden del (B) består af en rapport byggende på samtaler og interviews med rekto- rer og lærere, mens tredje del (C) består af oversigter over kompetenceløftet for under- viserne. Vi vil gerne benytte lejligheden til at takke rektorer, lærere, HF-unge samt følgegruppen for venlig imødekommenhed og frugtbare diskussioner undervejs i forløbet.
