Abstract:
This essay outlines the contours for Christian sexual ethics in the context of late modern concept of ‘sexuality’ and the state of affairs in current Western culture. On theological-anthropological grounds the essay distinguishes between sex and eros and proposes a definition of sexuality; basic biblical-theological themes point to a Christological-eschatological approach, including a plea for ascetism and sexual selfdiscipline. The essay then discusses a number of practical-ethical topics, including sexuality in marriage, cohabitation, masturbation, transgenderism and homosexuality.

Abstract:
Sexual purity before marriage in Corinth in the first century BC A socio-historical overview on the ethical codes within Judaism, Hellenism, and early Christianity shows that very definite codes were in place. Sexual purity within Judaism was based on two aspects, namely a property code and an ethical code. Early Christianity inherited its sexual ethics from Judaism and has reinterpreted it in the light of the Gospel. The moral status of Corinth was to a great extent the outcome of its religious and social history. The Christian community existed within these circumstances, but experienced problems in coping with the moral situation of its time. The Jewish, Graeco-Roman and Christian communities existed alongside each other in the city of Corinth and each of these groups had a code of conduct for sexual purity. It would seem that the different ethical codes for sexual purity had much in common. Virginity was a prerequisite, especially for unmarried females.

Abstract:
This study discusses the reporting of Sexual Harassment in the online media Tribunnews.com from the standpoint of journalistic ethics and sexual harassment. Media reporting is demanded to be gender responsive, but media content cannot be separated from market interests. The method used in this research is ethnographic content analysis. The results show that some of the publications on Tribunnews.com have met Article 5 Journalistic Code of Ethics, but there are some that have not been gender responsive, which tends to display the workplace address, place of study and residence of victims of immoral crime.

Abstract:
Cases of child sexual violence increased last year including recurrent sexual violence, so Indonesia Government provide chemical castration in accordance with Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning Child Protection in Article 81 paragraph (7). The Indonesian Doctors Association refuses to be the executor of the castration, because it considers it as a chemical castration not from health services and contrary to the Medical Code of Ethics. This research focus on the doctor's authorithy to executing castration. This article is normative research with statutes approach and conceptual aproach. Research result explain about chemistry catastration can not execute due to the absence of implementing regulations regarding castration execution. Execution of court decisions is the authority of the Prosecutor, but in the case of special competencies, doctors can have that authority over legal authority. It cannot replace as violation of medical code of ethics because doctor have justification reasons, otherwise castration implementation will give contribution for vulnerable children to prevent sexual violence compared to the negative effect on 1 person who disputes. Convicted (sexual violance) is person with psychological problems related to his desire to have sex with children. This needs psychological and medical intervention, so doctors intervention is not violate the medical ethics because they take appropriate precautions.
 
 Kasus kekerasan seksual anak semakin tahun semakin bertambah termasuk kekerasan seksual berulang, sehingga negara mengambil langkah hukum dengan memberikan hukuman kebiri kimia sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 Tentang Perlindungan Anak pada Pasal 81 ayat (7). Ikatan Dokter Indonesia menolak menjadi eksekutor atas sanksi tindakan kebiri, karena menganggap bahwa kebiri kimia bukan dari pelayanan kesehatan dan justru bertentangan dengan Kode Etik Kedokteran. Penulis berfokus pada kewenangan dokter dalam melakukan eksekusi hukuman kebiri. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penlitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan konsep (conceptual approach). Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eksekusi belum dapat terlaksana karena belum terbentuknya peraturan pelaksanaan tentang eksekusi kebiri. Eksekusi hukuman pidana merupakan kewenangan Jaksa, namun dalam hal komptensi khusus, dokter dapat memiliki kewenangan tersebut atas adanya perintah hukum (peraturan pelaksana eksekusi kebiri kimia). Hal tersebut tidak melanggar kode etik kedokteran karena yang dilakukan dokter memiliki alasan pembenar, selain itu penerapan hukuman kebiri memiliki kemanfaatan yang lebih besar pada sejumlah anak rawan kekerasan seksual dibandingkan dengan adanya dampak negative pada 1 orang pelaku. Selain itu pelaku kejahatan seksual berulang merupakan orang dengan kondisi psikologi yang terganggu karena keinginannya berhubungan seksual dengan anak. Hal ini perlu intervensi psikologis dan medis, sehingga dokter tidak menyalahi kode etiknya karena justru melakukan tindakan penyembuhan yang tepat.

Hal ini mengharuskan seseorang remaja untuk mengenal pendidikan seksual dan seputar kesehatan sistem reproduksi. Oleh karena itu, diadakanlah project community development “PROTECT: Kenali dan Jaga dari Sekarang”, oleh SCORA Center for Indonesian Medical Student Activities Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (CIMSA FK ULM) dengan metode penyuluhan. Peserta kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah pengurus OSIS SMPN 27 Banjarmasin yang berjumlah sebanyak dua puluh satu orang. Pendidikan seks adalah upaya penyampaian informasi dan meningkatkan kesadaran tentang masalah seksual yang dikemas dengan menghilangkan kesan vulgar dan pornografi. Informasi yang diberikan di antaranya seputar aspek seksualitas, yaitu pengetahuan tentang fungsi organ reproduksi, perilaku seksual dan risiko kehamilan, penyakit-penyakit terkait, serta organ tubuh mana yang boleh disentuh dengan membentuk moral, etika, dan komitmen. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan ini, diharapkan lebih banyak remaja yang mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pendidikan seksual yang tepat serta dapat lebih sadar dan peduli dalam menjaga kesehatan reproduksi mereka. Kata kunci: remaja; pendidikan seksual ABSTRACTAt the time of entering adolescence, a person experiences a period called the puberty period. This requires a teenager to be familiar with sexual education and about the health of the reproductive system. Therefore, the community development project “PROTECT: Recognize and Take Care of it Now” was held by the SCORA Center for Indonesian Medical Student Activities, Faculty of Medicine, University of Lambung Mangkurat (CIMSA FK ULM) with the extension method. The participants of this counseling activity were the OSIS administrators of SMPN 27 Banjarmasin, totaling twenty-one people. Sex education is an effort to share information and raise awareness about sexual problems that are conveyed by eliminating the impression of vulgarity and pornography. The information provided includes aspects of sexuality, namely knowledge about the function of reproductive organs, sexual behavior and the risk of pregnancy, related diseases, and which organs are allowed to be touched by forming morals, ethics, and commitments. by instilling morals, ethics, and commitment. By holding this activity, it is hoped that more teenagers will get the right knowledge and sexual education and can be more aware and concerned about maintaining their reproductive health. Tulisan ini berpretensi untuk mengelaborasi salah satu unsur penting dalam etika seksual Islam yakni cinta untuk memperkuat dasar pernikahan. Cinta adalah dialog dan perjumpaan antara dua ‘Aku” yang kemudian melebur dalam ke-aku-an kekasih. Pandangan ini menunjukkan adanya beberapa komponen dalam cinta. Pertama, dialog dan perjumpaan mengisyaratkan kesetaraan eksistensi dan subyek yang otonom yang memiliki kebebasan determinasi-nya. Kedua, konsekuensi logis dari relasi dialog adalah mutualitas di mana masing-masing saling berbagi kasih sayang. Ketiga, kesatuan antara dua aku yang tidak menghilangkan subyektifitas masing-masing aku. Cinta meniscayakan adanya kemuliaan dan kesetiaan seperti yang digariskan oleh moralitas dan agama. Cinta juga sangat berkaitan dengan panca indera, karena penggunaan yang tepat berbasis pada prinsip abstinensi justru akan menguatkan ikatan cinta. Selain itu, akal juga penting dalam cinta, karena eksistensinya dapat mencegah efek negatif dalam memaknai dan merealisasikan cinta. Terakhir, cinta sangat terkait dengan pernikahan, karena hanya dengannya cinta dapat mencapai kondisi sempurna dan mengantarkan seseorang pada kebenaran dan kebijaksanaan.

Sexual harassment of women often occurs in Indonesia and is disturbing to society. Based on Komnas Perempuan's 2016 Annual Records, there were 16,217 documented cases of sexual harassment. Along with the times, sexual harassment has penetrated into the digital realm, namely one case of sexual harassment in cyberspace that occurred in 2020 by X baristas. The employee uses Closed Circuit Television to peek at the breasts of female customers and spreads through social media. Based on this case, Komnas Perempuan conducted organizational communication by stating that the actions of former X employees included sexual harassment by means of violence by verbally displaying women's bodies without consent. The formulation of the research problem is how Komnas Perempuan's organizational communication is in addressing the resolution of cases of sexual harassment by X baristas. Based on the theoretical study, this research has used organizational communication theory, public relations, and Komnas Perempuan. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods through case studies by collecting data in the form of interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study, Komnas Perempuan conducted internal communication by suggesting X to restore a safe space and external communication by responding to journalists through groups on instant messaging applications by maintaining a code of ethics to protect victims.Pelecehan seksual kepada kaum perempuan kerap terjadi di Indonesia dan meresahkan masyarakat. Berdasarkan Catatan Tahunan Komnas Perempuan tahun 2016 terdapat 16.217 kasus pelecehan seksual yang berhasil didokumentasikan. Seiring perkembangan zaman, pelecehan seksual merambah ke ranah digital. Salah satu kasus pelecehan seksual di dunia maya terjadi pada tahun 2020 dilakukan oleh barista kafe X. Pegawai tersebut menggunakan kamera pengawas untuk mengintip payudara pelanggan perempuan dan menyebarkan melalui media sosial. Berdasarkan kasus tersebut, Komnas Perempuan melakukan komunikasi organisasi dengan menyatakan tindakan mantan pegawai kafe X tersebut termasuk pelecehan seksual dengan bentuk kekerasan, dengan cara mempertontonkan secara verbal tubuh perempuan tanpa persetujuan. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana komunikasi organisasi Komnas Perempuan dalam menyikapi penyelesaian kasus pelecehan seksual barista X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskripsif kualitatif melalui studi kasus dengan mengumpulkan data berupa wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Komnas Perempuan melakukan komunikasi internal dengan menyarankan perusahaan atau kafe X mengembalikan ruang aman pada pelanggan. Komunikasi eksternal dilakukan dengan memberikan tanggapan kepada wartawan melalui grup pada aplikasi pesan instan. Tanggapan tersebut diberikan dengan tetap menjaga kode etik untuk melindungi korban.

The purpose of this study was todetermine the effect of internet media on sexual deviance behavior in adolescents of SMP Negeri 4Tebing Tinggi in 2019. This type of research uses a cross-sectional method. The population in thisstudy was 90 students. The results show that there is an influence on the frequency of internetmedia usage on adolescent sexual deviation behavior. There is an effect of the duration of internetmedia usage on adolescent sexual deviation behavior. There is the influence of internet mediaaccess used on adolescent sexual deviation behavior, and the variable that most influences thebehavior of adolescent sexual deviation is the variable frequency of using internet media withprevalency ratio 3.501. It expected that adolescents do not use the facilities and internet mediatheir have for pornography. Besides, teenagers should be positive things in their spare time, suchas taking school extracurricular activities, exercising, or did good hobbies to avoid deviantbehavior.

Abstract:
Reproductive health issues and adolescent sexuality are important studies, such as premarital sexual behavior, unwanted pregnancy, abortion, STIs, and HIV-AIDS. One of the factors that influence adolescent risky sexual behavior is knowledge. The knowledge index number on adolescent reproductive health in Central Java is still low about 58.1%. One of the parties that has a role in the field of adolescent reproductive health is the youth center. This research examined health communication about reproductive and sexual health at the PILAR PKBI Youth Center, Central Java. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design. The theoretical framework used the Logic Model. Informants were determined by purposive sampling with a total of 19 people. The data collection method was by in-depth interviews via Whatsapp and focus group discussions through Zoom meetings due to the pandemic situation. Data was analyzed with thematic analysis. Research ethics used the Helinski Declaration rules and informed consent. The results of the research were 1) The issues raised were in accordance with the CSE material; 2) The goal is to increase youth care and responsibility; 3) Inputs owned by trained human resources and adequate funding sources; 4) The communication process runs with educational activities, empowerment, and counseling with strategies for the formation of PE, lobbying, advocacy, and collaborative activities, as well as the materials and media, used vary widely according to the target; 5) Communication outputs are the establishment of peer educators and stakeholder support; 6) The results of the communication program are the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of target adolescents are qualitatively good. The health communication carried out by PILAR and the results obtained is quite good. However, it still needs attention to be paid to increasing the capacity of volunteers and peer educators as communicants.

AbstrakPelaksanaan Kebiri Kimia merupakan hukuman yang baru di Indonesia, terjadi pro kontra terkait pelaksanaan tindakan tersebut, dari salah satu sisi pelaksanaan pidana kebiri diharapkan mampu memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku kekerasan seksual pada anak dan juga menjadi salah satu bentuk pencegahan agar tidak kembali terjadi kasus yang sama, serta diharapkan agar dapat mengurangi tingkat kejahatan seksual terhadap anak. Penelitian ini hendak mengkaji pelaksanaan kebiri kimia dilihat dari perspektif yuridis dan kedokteran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif. Pendekatan masalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan kasus, sumber utama berasal dari literatur serta menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang dianalisis secara kualitatif. Dengan masih banyaknya pro kontra yang terjadi terkait penerapan eksekusi kebiri kimia yang dikarenakan Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI) menolak untuk melakukan eksekusi karena alasan kemanusiaan. Perlu adanya peraturan yang mengatur mengenai pelaksanaan eksekusi kebiri kimia agar dapat memberikan kepastian hukum dan keadilan baik bagi korban dan juga pelaku pelecehan seksual pada anak, dan juga memberikan dasar hukum yang sah bagi eksekutor kebiri kimia yaitu dokter untuk melakukan eksekusi kebiri kimia tersebut tanpa harus bertentangan dengan kode etik kedokteran sehingga pidana kebiri kimia dapat segera diberlakukan secara lebih efektif sesuai dengan tujuannya yaitu menggurangi angka kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak di Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Kebiri Kimia, Perlindungan anak, Pidana AbstractThe implementation of castration chemistry is a new punishment in Indonesia, there are pros and cons related to the implementation of these actions, from one side of the implementation of castration criminal is expected to be able to provide a deterrent effect for perpetrators of sexual violence against children and also be a form of prevention so as not to re-occur the same case , and is expected to be able to reduce the level of sexual crimes against children. This study wants to examine the implementation of chemical castration from a juridical and medical perspective. The research method used is normative juridical. Approach the problem by using the legislative approach and case approach, the main source comes from the literature and uses secondary data sources that are analyzed qualitatively. With the many pros and cons that occur related to the implementation of chemical castration execution due to the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI) refused to carry out executions due to humanitarian reasons. There is a need for regulations governing the implementation of chemical castration execution in order to provide legal certainty and justice for both victims and also perpetrators of sexual abuse on children, and also provide a legal basis for chemical castration executors namely doctors to carry out chemical castration execution without having to contradict with a code of ethics in medicine so that the chemical castration crime can be immediately applied more effectively in accordance with its goal of reducing the number of cases of sexual violence against children in Indonesia.Keywords: Chemical castration, child protection, criminal

One of the objectives of this strategy is that no more stigma which hampers HIV/AIDS prevention, PLWHA status in X village is not open yet, but WPA as the main exertion of HIV/AIDS prevention is not expected to have a stigma on the high-risk group. This qualitative descriptive research used a purposive sampling method in determining research subject which are 7 WPA members. The data were taken from in-depth interviews. The validity test in this research were conducted on 3 triangulation subjects such as AIDS Commissions (KPA), the risk group which are sexual worker and public health center. The reliability test is done by auditing data to determine the suitability of research, with look at the focus of research, determining research subjects, collecting research data, analyzing data, testing validity with triangulation subjects, and making research conclusions, and make sure that question is asked several time get a same answer from subject. The results showed that in the planning and the implementation of WPA program, the stigma and discrimination in WPA members were still found, and must be reduced because WPA as community participation in order to ward off the HIV/AIDS. The forms of stigma is the presumption of sexual workers are not devout, even though religiosity is a side that shown to family and God only, intentionally transmitting diseases because of spite with not using condom and not want to be checked if they feel sick, differing in how they dress, ethics, words, and it making presumption that sexual worker hard to be approached.

Abstract: The results of the study done in the Correctional Institution conducted by the Center of the Study and Development of Kemenkumham Policy for 3 months (4 May-6 August 2009) in 6 Provinces throughout Indonesia, found that the deviation of prisoners' sexual behavior varies greatly from object to object. The study was conducted to 326 prisoners, 108 respondents consisting of Head of Prison, Head of Coaching, Head of Security and discipline, head of coaching and education, and Guardian Prisoners, and 22 people including prisoners' families showed the results: 81 percent or 264 prisoners said they felt uncomfortable when their biological needs are not fulfilled. There are 78 percent or 244 prisoners often fantasize sex, 171 prisoners or 57 percent masturbate and 52 percent or 169 prisoners conduct deviant sexual activities. The above problems show a very different situation from the good and ideals objectives initiated by Sahardjo since the beginning of the establishment of Correctional institution as an institution of guidance, ethics and honor. The two cases above have shown enough that sexual deviations that occur in prisons are in a very alarming stage. Given that the main correctional function is as a process of fostering prisoners when reintegrating with social societies The research method uses doctrinal research methods, which are preliminary studies using a literary approach, in the form of secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The author finds facts of sexual deviation and the concept of sexual rights in a Human Right perspective, the author argues that reformulation of the provision of romance as an effort to fulfill the sexual needs of prisoners 'rights, the state must fulfill and protect it in the context of prisoners' protection. Reformulation in question without the need to change Law No. 12 year 1999 as the basis of the arrangement, because if the choice is taken as we can understand together that normatively legal politics requires a long time and process. <p><em>Children are people whose physical, psychological, and social abilities are weaker to overcome the risks that may occur, so child protection is an important matter for the state to fight for in terms of community welfare. Law Number 35 of 2014 regulates Child Protection, including the right to be protected from sexual violence. Punishments for sexual violence against children are set out separately in Law Number 17 of 2016, which regulates sanctions for chemical castration, the procedure for which is regulated by Government Regulation Number 70 of 2020. However, the implementation of chemical castration has not yet reached a bright spot, because of the vacancy of the executor and it is still not considered effective to be implemented in Indonesia. The problem is how Indonesian regulations regulate chemical castration, and how to implement chemical castration in Indonesia. This study uses a normative research method, a normative approach accompanied by qualitative analysis. The results of this study show that chemical castration has been regulated in detail, but there are still legal loopholes in terms of impropriety, which can make perpetrators of sexual crimes escape from chemical castration, which can weaken the verdict of inkracht judges. Giving chemical castration is considered to violate the Code of Medical Ethics and Doctor's Oath, because of the side effects that can harm a person, which is contrary to the medical principle of avoiding harm to the patient. There is a need for a review by the government in issuing regulations related to chemical castration, coordination with IDI, and a focus on prevention and better treatment of victims.</em></p><p><strong>Bahasa Indonesia Abstrak: </strong>Anak adalah orang yang kemampuan fisik, psikis, dan sosialnya lebih lemah untuk mengatasi risiko yang mungkin terjadi, sehingga perlindungan anak menjadi hal yang penting diperjuangkan negara dalam hal kesejahteraan masyarakat. Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 mengatur tentang Perlindungan Anak, termasuk di dalamnya hak untuk dilindungi dari kekerasan seksual. Hukuman atas tindak kekerasan seksual anak tertuang secara terpisah di dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016, yang di dalamnya diatur mengenai sanksi tindakan kebiri kimia, yang tata caranya diatur melalui Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 70 Tahun 2020. Namun, pelaksanaan kebiri kimia belum mencapai titik terang karena kekosongan eksekutor dan masih kurang dirasa efektif untuk dilaksanakan di Indonesia. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana regulasi Indonesia mengatur mengenai kebiri kimia, dan bagaimana pelaksanaan kebiri kimia di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif, pendekatan normatif yang disertai analisis kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tindakan kebiri kimia sudah diatur secara rinci, namun masih adanya celah hukum dalam hal ketidaklayakan, yang dapat membuat pelaku tindak kejahatan seksual lolos dari tindakan kebiri kimia, yang dapat melemahkan putusan hakim yang <em>inkracht.</em> Pemberian tindakan kebiri kimia dianggap menyalahi Kode Etik Kedokteran dan Sumpah Dokter, karena adanya efek samping yang dapat merugikan seseorang, yang bertentangan dengan prinsip kedokteran untuk menghindari kerugian pasien. Perlu adanya kajian ulang oleh pemerintah dalam mengeluarkan regulasi yang berkaitan dengan kebiri kimia, koordinasi dengan Ikatan Dokter Indonesia, dan fokus dalam pencegahan serta penanganan yang lebih baik kepada korban.</p>

The interest in researching this topic arose from the proliferation of broadcasts by transgender groups on social media such as Facebook and YouTube. Where the broadcast received a good response from the public, as if the community justified their every behavior. That is why through this research, transgender behavior will be studied and evaluated in order to contribute ideas to Christians. In this study it was concluded that transgender behavior is behavior that is against the principles and teachings of the Bible, behavior that arises from the consequences of sin, and behavior that must be prohibited, but for victims they must be loved so that they become aware and repent and return to correct, normal sexual behavior and glorify Allah.
 Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah tentang kajian dan evaluasi terhadap perilaku transgender dari perspektif Etika Kristen. Ketertarikan meneliti topik ini muncul dari maraknya tayangan kelompok transgender pada media sosial seperti facebook dan youtube. The article analyses the aspects of sexual education of adolescents with a moderate intellectual disability in the family and the needs for the realisation of the role of mothers as educators. The experiences of mothers are revealed in order to understand the experiences of mothers, reactions towards the sexual maturation of the adolescents, educational efforts in the family, the search for assistance. The answers to the following problematic questions are sought: What experiences, which are related to the sexual maturation of the adolescents and sexual education in the family, do mothers experience? What are the efforts and assistance search of mothers as sexuality educators in the family? 8 mothers, who are bringing up children with a moderate intellect disability, participated in the study. To collect the data, the method of focus group discussion was employed, qualitative content analysis was used for the data analysis. Sexual education of the adolescents with a moderate intellectual disability in the family cause discomfort and inconvenience to the mothers, they experience doubts, confusion, a burden, when performing the role of a sexual educator. Their efforts, at the time of the initiation educational conversations on such themes as the dignity of a girl, the maintenance of sexual, romantic, love relationships, childbearing and parental responsibilities with the adolescent in a family environment, are cautious and unassertive. The needs for psychological and educational preparedness of the mothers to perform the role of a sexual educator are revealed: the understanding of personal reactions to the sexual maturation of the adolescents and seksual behavior, the acquisition of confidence to develop social and self-expression skills of the adolescents with a disability, value-related attitudes regarding family ethics, a man and a woman love, friendship, family relationships. The perspective of social assistance for the mothers is related to the expansion of the possibilities for their self-realization, professional career, leisure time and relief and the promotion of the participation of their family in community activities.

His study aims to determine: (1). The contents of the content of Q.S An-Nur verses 30-31 according to the opinions of the commentators. (2). The essence of Q.S An-Nur verses 30-31 (3). Opinions of experts on moral education. (4). The educational implications contained in Q.S An-Nur verses 30-31 about maintaining the view of a Muslim towards moral education. From this study, the contents of Q.S An Nur verses 30-31 which contain the values of moral education that humans must keep their eyes, maintain their genitals and cover their genitals. The concept of covering the genitals for men is that they are ordered to keep their gaze and their genitals on women who are not their mahram. Likewise, women are commanded to guard their gaze and their private parts towards men who are not their mahram. In Islam, the female genitalia limit is the entire body except the face and palms, while the male genitalia limit is between the navel to the knees. The implications contained in the Qur'an Surah An Nur verses 30-31 (1). The behavior of a Muslim must be based on the Qur'an and Hadith, because a Muslim is obliged to keep his eyesight in order to avoid immoral acts. (2). Islam is very concerned about the distribution of sexual desire in accordance with the right rules and ethics. (3). Covering the aurat for every Muslim is an obligation that must be fulfilled. By covering the genitals, you can avoid crimes such as sexual harassment, and avoid other dangers. So from the importance of self-awareness and guidance from the family about covering the genitals for every Muslim. (4). Reflect on yourself by regretting the sins that have been committed in earnest.
 
 Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bagaimana kaum muslim dan muslimah dalam pergaulan agar dapat menjaga diri, menahan pandangannya serta memelihara kemaluan sesuai perspektif Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis teknik pengumpulan yaitu kepustakaan (library reasearch) dengan mengkaji secara mendalam berbagai tafsir dan buku yang berhubungan dengan pokok masalah penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1). Isi kandungan Q.S An-Nur ayat 30-31 menurut para pendapat para mufassir. (2). Esensi Q.S An-Nur ayat 30-31 (3). Pendapat para ahli tentang pendidikan akhlak. (4). Implikasi pendidikan yang terkandung dalam Q.S An-Nur ayat 30-31 tentang menjaga pandangan seorang muslim terhadap pendidikan akhlak. Dari penelitian ini, diperoleh isi kandungan Q.S An Nur ayat 30-31 yang mengandung nilai-nilai pendidikan akhlak bahwa manusia harus menjaga pandangan mata, memelihara kemaluannya serta menutup aurat. Konsep menutup aurat bagi kaum laki-laki yaitu diperintahkan untuk menjaga pandangan dan kemaluannya terhadap perempuan yang bukan mahramnya. Demikian juga bagi perempuan diperintahkan untuk menjaga pandangan dan kemaluannya terhadap laki-laki yang bukan mahramnya. Dalam Islam batas aurat perempuan yaitu seluruh tubuh kecuali muka dan telapak tangan, sedangkan batas aurat laki-laki yaitu antara pusar sampai lutut. Implikasi yang terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an Surat An Nur ayat 30-31 (1). Perilaku seorang muslim harus berlandaskan pada Al-Qur’an dan Hadist, sebab seorang muslim di wajibkan untuk menjaga pandangan agar terhindar dari perbuatan maksiat. (2). Islam sangat memperhatikan penyaluran hasrat seksual sesuai dengan aturan dan etika yang benar. (3). Menutup aurat bagi setiap muslim adalah suatu kewajiban yang harus ditunaikan. Dengan menutup aurat dapat terhindar dari kehajatan seperti pelecehan seksual, dan terhindar dari marabahaya lainnya. Maka dari pentingnya kesadaran diri dan bimbingan dari keluarga tentang menutup aurat bagi setiap muslim. (4). Muhasabah diri dengan menyesali dosa-dosa yang telah dilakukan dengan sungguh-sungguh.

Marriage is a holy path that binds couples and spouses together. The happy knot however, when failed to be protected, eventually drives pair to end their marriages with separation or divorce. This study was aimed at identifying the trend and divorce factors among couples in Selangor from 2011 to 2015. Data are acquired through the method of documentation and interview. The divorce trend from 2011 – 2015 attained are classified according to gender, marriage period and couple’s age while the reason and factors data presented based on complaints at the Selangor Islamic Religious Department. Data is then analyzed through quantitative study and presented in the form of frequency and percentage. The results showed that there was an increase in divorce rates from 2011-2015 and the cases varies according to gender, period of marriage and also the couple’s age. Responsibility negligence among the couple is the highest factor contribute to the divorce in Selangor, followed by miss-communication, personal ethics, third party interference, low religion education, economy, sexual, career, health. The most least is the cultural differences. Various approaches and cooperation of all parties are needed to mobilize and to curb this divorce issue from rising further.

 Perkahwinan merupakan suatu jalan suci yang mengikat pasangan suami dan isteri, namun apabila ianya gagal dipertahankan, ramai pasangan mengambil keputusan mengakhiri perkahwinan mereka dengan perpisahan atau perceraian rumah tangga. Kajian ini dibuat bertujuan bagi mengenal pasti trend dan faktor perceraian rumah tangga dalam kalangan pasangan suami isteri di Negeri Selangor dari tahun 2011 hingga 2015. Data kajian ini diperolehi menerusi metode dokumentasi dan temubual. Trend perceraian dikemukakan dari tahun 2011 hingga 2015 mengikut kategori jantina, umur perkahwinan serta umur suami dan isteri manakala faktor perceraian dikemukakan berdasarkan data aduan di Jabatan Agama Islam Selangor. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan dikemukakan dalam bentuk kekerapan dan peratusan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat peningkatan kadar perceraian dari tahun 2011 hingga ke tahun 2015 yang direkod di Negeri Selangor. Kes-kes perceraian pasangan suami berlaku adalah berbeza mengikut kategori jantina, umur perkahwinan serta umur suami dan isteri. Pengabaian tanggungjawab antara pasangan merupakan faktor paling tinggi berlakunya perceraian rumah tangga dalam kalangan pasangan suami isteri di Negeri Selangor diikuti dengan faktor masalah komunikasi, akhlak dan sosial, campurtangan pihak ketiga, lemah didikan agama, ekonomi, seksual, kerjaya, kesihatan dan faktor yang paling rendah ialah disebabkan perbezaan budaya. Pelbagai pendekatan dan kerjasama semua pihak penting digembleng bagi membendung isu perceraian ini daripada terus meningkat.

Abstract. Sexual violence that occurs in Indonesia is increasingly prevalent and the victims of sexual violence are women. Sexual violence also occurs in educational institutions such as universities. The phenomenon of sexual violence in college can occur due to several factors and can be done by anyone if any opportunity. Sexual violence experienced by women resulting in prolonged trauma and requires social and psychological assistance to heal their trauma. This study aims to see how social worker interventions to carry out psychosocial support to victims of female sexual violence. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research to be able to explain the research results comprehensively. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation studies. Interviews were conducted with the academy and social worker profession at LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The results showed that sexual violence to students who had received assistance from LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta was caused by several factors, namely factors of proximity, attachment, and helplessness, as for the services of social workers LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta based on knowledge, skills and values and ethics applied in social worker practices. In this study, it was found that the theory used by social workers at LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta used Strength Based Perspective. The stages of services carried out by social workers at LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta to clients of victims of sexual violence are relationship building, assessment (problem digging), intervention planning (planning), implementation of interventions, evaluation, termination and follow-up.Keywords: Sexual Violence, Intervention, Social Worker. Fenomena kekerasan seksual di perguruan tinggi bisa terjadi karena beberapa faktor dan bisa dilakukan oleh siapa pun. Kekerasan seksual yang dialami oleh perempuan berakibat trauma berkepanjangan dan membutuhkan pendampingan sosial dan psikologi untuk menyembuhkan traumanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat bagaimana intervensi pekerja sosial melakukan dukungan psikososial kepada korban kekerasan seksual perempuan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk dapat menjelaskan hasil penelitian secara komprehensif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan kepada akademi dan profesi pekerja sosial di LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kekerasan seksual pada mahasiswa yang sudah mendapatkan pendampingan dari LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor kedekatan, kelekatan, dan ketidakberdayaan, Adapun pelayanan pekerja sosial LK3 UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta berdasarkan pengetahuan, keterampilan serta nilai dan etika yang diterapkan dalam praktik pekerja sosial. Sex education provided through parenting is expected so that childrenget the right information about sex, this is due to other media that can teach children aboutsex. Every parentusually has a different parenting pattern, parenting pattern of perents isdivied into three, democratic parenting pattern, permissivea parenting and authoritarianparenting. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of parenting parentswith the provision of sex education in 5th and 6th graders of SD N Inpres Boyong Pante.Thedesign of this study using Cross Sectional approach, sampling method by total sampling is41 parents. Instruments in this study from of questionnaires an analyzed using spearmanrank statistic with a significance level of 95%.: α = 0,05. Spearman rank test results with asignificance level of 95% (α = 0,05).Conclusion, three is a relationship of parenting patternswith the provision of sex education in 5th and 6th graders of SD N InpresBoyongPante, wherethe p.value of both is 0,000samller than (α = 0,05).Keywords: The Parenting Parents, giving sex education to childrenAbstrak: Pendidikan seks adalah upaya pengajaran, penyadaran, dan pemberian informasitentang masalah seksual. Informasi yang diberikan di antaranya adalah pengetahuan tentangfungsi organ reproduksi dengan menanamkan moral, etika, komitmen, dan agama, agar tidakterjadi penyalahgunaan organ reproduksi tersebut. Pendidikan seks yang diberikan melalui polaasuh orang tua diharapkan agar anak mendapat informasi yang tepat mengenaiseks, hal inidikarenakan adanya media lain yang dapat mengajari anak mengenai pendidikan seks. Polaasuh orang tua berpengaruh terhadap pemberian pendidikan seks pada anak. Setiap orang tuabiasanya memiliki pola asuh terhadap anak yang berbeda-beda. Pola asuh orang tua terbagiatas tiga yaitu pola asuh demokratis, pola asuh permisif dan pola asuh otoriter. Tujuanpenelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh dengan pemberian pendidikan seks padaanak kelas 5 dan 6 SD N Inpres Boyong Pante. Metode penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan cross sectional. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan caratotal sampling yaitusejumlah 41 orang tua. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner dan di analisa menggunakanuji statistic spearman rank dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95%: α = 0,05. Hasil uji spearman rankdengan tingkat kemaknaan 95% (α = 0,05), menunjukkan ada hubungan pola asuh denganpemberian pendidika seks pada anak kelas 5 dan 6 SD N Inpres Boyong Pante, dimana nilai padalah 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,05.Kata Kunci: Pola asuh Orang Tua, Pemberian Pendidikan Seks Pada Ana
