This study determined the influence of demographic factors on loan portfolio quality in Tanzania, focusing on the Hazina SACCOS. The sample of the study was 134 out of 423 borrowers from Dar es saalam and Dodoma cities, whose loans did not exceed Tanzanian Shillings 5 millions. Only 100 questionnaire sheets were returned. Abstract The last stage bladed disk of a steam turbine is analyzed with respect to both flutter susceptibility and limitation of forced response. Due to the lack of variable stator vanes unfavorable flow conditions may occur which can lead to flow separation in some circumstances. Consequently, there is the risk of flutter in principle, particularly at nominal speed under part load conditions. The mission of Pro Mujer Perú is to support women through loans and training programs that will contribute to their comprehensive development. The majority of these women are self-employed peddlers whose business produces an income for their families. This presentation gives an overview of the program, describes the loan process itself, and concludes with future challenges for the organization.
