AimTo measure the impact of introduction of triple combination modulator (TCM) therapy on adherence to other cystic fibrosis (CF) therapies.MethodThis study is a multi-site non-interventional study of clinical outcomes in CF patients prescribed TCM across 8 clinical sites in Ireland and the UK over 2 years. The study will be conducted over two phases based on TCM approval: 1. 12+ arm (patients 12 years and older), 2. 6+ arm (patients 6-11 years). A contented and satisfied life has been always connected with a munificent degree of psychological and physiological well being. Without having a strong health condition humans are indifferent to every action they do. Absence of health condition makes them inactive in every action or disease makes all the creativity in humans dormant inside their brain itself. There are many diseases in this universe where most of the individuals are hesitant to disclose openly about he or she has been suffering from that particular disorder. The prevalence of mental disorders experienced by the global community, including in Indonesia, is increasing steadily. It is thus necessary to have a time-efficient and valid screening measuring tool as a basis to provide appropriate treatment to mental disorders. The Self-Report Questionnaire-20 (SRQ-20) is a screening tool that is often used in Indonesia to identify mental disorder symptoms. However there is limited study that has attempted to discover the SRQ-20 factors and conducted a construct validity test on them. SRQs allow the participants to clearly express their overall cognition of the samples in the form of vocabulary, while ET captures their hidden thinking process. For long years, researchers in the field believed that the development of self-regulated learning (SRL) behaviors of students could only be initiated around middle school years. Nowadays, a growing number of research around the world attempt to challenge this belief by demonstrating that SRL behaviors and strategies can emerge in students at an earlier age than expected through proper training and eventually affect students’ positive academic outcomes in the learning process.
