En prenant l’exemple de la duplication par l’intermédiaire de techniques numériques des Noces de Cana de Véronèse et de son accrochage dans son lieu palladien d’origine à San Giorgio à Venise, les auteurs envisagent la possibilité d’un détachement de l’aura par rapport à l’oeuvre originale. Grâce aux nouvelles techniques de fac-similisation, l’aura pourrait s’attacher à l’une ou l’autre des reproductions selon la qualité de ce que l’on peut considérer être les versions d’une oeuvre et selon la réussite de leur inscription dans un lieu particulier. Selon cette nouvelle logique, parallèle à celle des arts performatifs, l’oeuvre originale ne serait plus qu’une matrice première, l’origine d’une longue lignée de reproductions qui viendrait l’actualiser. Et dans la mesure où tous les originaux devraient être reproduits pour « survivre », il importera désormais de savoir distinguer les bonnes des mauvaises reproductions.

<em>Contos d’Escárnio. Textos Grotescos</em> est le deuxième volume de la trilogie obscène, une série de livres pornographiques publiés par Hilda Hilst entre les années 1990 et 1992. Le projet obscène de l’écrivaine fut un geste de protestation contre le manque de visibilité dont souffrait son œuvre. Bien que consacrée par la critique, l’écrivaine avait un nombre très restreint de lecteurs et elle a connu des difficultés à faire publier ses livres. La pornographie devient dans son œuvre une métaphore de la situation de l’écrivain contemporain qui doit se « prostituer » à cause des lois du marché pour vivre de son écriture. Dans cet article, on étudiera comment Hilda Hilst s’approprie les principaux codes et clichés de la pornographie et les transforme, créant une «pornographie déformée ».

Resumé L’identité artistique de Stockhausen s’est forgée juste après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, durant la période entre les années 1948 et 1950, dans laquelle elle s’enracine. Pendant ces années, il était très créatif, particulièrement sur le plan littéraire, et à ce titre il était à la recherche d’une orientation, qu’il a trouvée chez Hesse. En 1949, quelques jours après son 21e anniversaire, Stockhausen fit parvenir à Hesse une lettre de six pages pour se présenter et lui offrir un de ses poèmes. Cette lettre, ce poème et la réponse encourageante de Hesse sont ici analysés, comme le sont aussi d’autres échanges épistolaires entre les deux hommes, quelques lettres de Stockhausen à son ami Karel Goeyvaerts, dans lesquels est examiné le roman de Hesse Das Glasperlenspiel, et un second poème de Stockhausen. L’oeuvre de Stockhausen s’est développée à partir de concepts thématiques et d’objectifs établis durant cette période.

A doxorrubicina (DOX) tem se mostrado eficaz no tratamento de cânceres sólidos e hematológicos, mas a sua potencial cardiotoxicidade irreversível, limita o sucesso do tratamento, levando a um baixo índice terapêutico. O selol, mistura de selenitotriacilglicerídeos, mostrou atividade citostática em ensaios in vitro e demonstrou habilidade em reduzir a viabilidade de células resistentes à DOX. Os objetivos gerais do presente trabalho foram: 1) desenvolver uma nanocápsula contendo selol e doxorrubicina com diâmetro próximo a 200 nm, 2) avaliar sua atividade anticâncer in vitro e in vivo, e 3) verificar o seu potencial cardiotóxico. A formulação obtida consistiu de nanocápsulas com núcleo de selol e com invólucro de poli(metil vinil-éter co-anidrido maléico) conjugado à doxorrubicina. As nanocápsulas apresentaram-se estáveis e monodispersas. Para os testes in vitro, foram utilizadas as células de adenocarcinoma mamário murino (4T1) e células de fibroblasto murino como célula não tumoral (NIH-3T3). Os tratamentos DOX (doxorrubicina), NCS-DOX (nanocápsulas de selol contendo doxorrubicina) e Pol-DOX (produto da reação entre PVM/MA e doxorrubicina) provocaram significativa redução na viabilidade de células 4T1. Ensaios de interiorização mostraram que NCS-DOX e Pol-DOX são mais interiorizadas do que DOX livre em células 4T1. NCS-DOX manteve o potencial da DOX em expor a fosfatidilserina na face externa da membrana em células 4T1, sendo este evento um dos que indica a ocorrência de apoptose. NCS-DOX apresentou maior capacidade de provocar fragmentação de DNA, além de provocar maior alteração na polarização mitocondrial do que DOX. NCS-DOX também foi capaz de gerar maior produção de EROs em tempos de 3 e 24 horas de exposição do que DOX. NCS-DOX e Pol-DOX alteraram a distribuição intracelular da DOX quando comparados com a exposição à DOX livre, do núcleo para a mitocôndria. Em estudos in vivo a NCS-DOX apresentou mesma habilidade da DOX em reduzir o crescimento do tumor de células 4T1, além de apresentar a mesma biodistribuição em camundongos BALB/c. A NCS-DOX não elevou os níveis de CK-MB quando comparado ao controle, o mesmo efeito não foi observado para DOX livre. Portanto, conclui-se que a NCS-DOX é eficaz contra células cancerosas 4T1 in vitro e in vivo, e menos cardiotóxica que a DOX in vivo. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT
Doxorubicin (DOX) has shown to be effective in the treatment of solid and haematological cancers, but its potential irreversible cardiotoxicity limits the success of the treatment, lowering its therapeutic index. The selol, selenitotriacylglicerides mixture, has shown cytostatic activity in in vitro tests and ability to reduce the viability of doxorubicin-resistant cells. The general goals of this study were: 1) to develop nanocapsules containing selol and doxorubicin with diameter close to 200 nm, 2) to evaluate its in vitro and in vivo anticancer activity, and 3) to check its cardiotoxicity. The formulation consisted of nanocapsules with a core of selol and a shell of poly (methyl vinyl ether-co-maleic anhydride) conjugated to doxorubicin. The nanocapsules were stable and monodisperse. For in vitro tests, murine mammary adenocarcinoma cells (4T1) and fibroblast murine as non-tumor cell (NIH-3T3) were used. The treatments DOX (doxorubicin), NCS-DOX (nanocapsules of selol containing doxorubicin) and Pol-DOX (product of the reaction between PVM/MA and doxorubicin) caused a significant reduction in the viability of 4T1 cells. Internalization assays showed that NCS-DOX and Pol-DOX are more internalized than free DOX by 4T1 cells. NCS-DOX, similarly to free DOX, expose phosphatidylserine on the outside face membrane in 4T1 cells, this is an event that indicate apoptosis. NCS-DOX showed an increased ability to cause DNA fragmentation and to disturb the mitochondrial membrane polarization in comparison to free DOX. NCS-DOX was also able to induce higher production of ROS, at 3 and 24 hours of exposure. NCS-DOX and Pol-DOX altered intracellular distribution of doxorubicin when compared to free DOX alone, from the nuclei to the mitochondria. In in vivo studies, NCS-DOX and free DOX showed the same ability to reduce 4T1 tumor growth, and presented the same biodistribution in BALB/c mice. The NCS-DOX did not increase CK-MB levels when compared to the control. Free DOX significantly increased CK-MB activity. Therefore, it is concluded that the NCS-DOX is effective against 4T1 cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, and less cardiotoxic than free DOX in vivo.

A partir de l'analyse du rite d'exorcisme du rituel romain de 1952 et de l'action rituelle qu'il instaure, se dégage l'arrière-fond conceptuel qui la garantit. La conception de la possession selon le rituel romain est confrontée à la possession des cultes non-chrétiens, puis avec son héritage historique retrace à travers la lecture des cultures antiques, de la bible, de l'antiquité chrétienne, et de l'évolution postérieure. Le débat théologique contemporain est abordé dans son élaboration chronologique et soumis à une lecture critique; de même que la pratique actuelle de l'exorcisme à l'intérieur de l'église catholique occidentale de rite romain (France, Allemagne, Suisse, Italie, États-Unis). Nous avons finalement procédé à des analyses herméneutiques concernant le vécu de la possession et la pertinence de l'exorcisme à la lumière de l'anthropologie religieuse et de la théologie, avec une attention toute particulière pour l'articulation épistémologique entre psychologique et spirituel telle que la perçoit la religion catholique
Starting with both an analytic examination of the rite of exorcism in the roman ritual of 1952 and of its ritual action, we make appear their conceptual underpinnings. The conception of possession according to the roman ritual is confronted to possession in non-Christian cults and then traced through its own inheritance due to ancient cultures, the Bible, early Christianity and its subsequent evolution. We then critically interpret today's theological debate throughout its historical development. In the same way, we treat the present practice of exorcism within the occidental catholic church of roman rite (mainly France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, USA). Lastly, we turn to a hermeneutic analysis of the experience of possession and the pertinence of exorcism in the light of religious anthropology and theology, paying particular attention to the articulation of the epistemological relationship between the psychological and the spiritual as perceived by catholic faith

Tutorat et surdité sont ici associés. Une 1ère partie retrace les étapes du tutorat avant de le définir et de poser son cadre scientifique de référence. Celui-ci requiert l'approche psychosociale et notamment celle de Moscovici, la contribution de Piaget et de Vygotski pour la psychologie du développement cognitif. À partir de ces courants se dégage celui de la psychologie sociale génétique avec l'approche socio-cognitive : les interactions sociales sont considérées selon un parcours développemental pour les interactants. Ensuite, le handicap de surdité est présenté avec entre autres, les difficultés qu'il souligne dans les approches éducatives. C'est pourquoi notre recherche s'appuie sur des interactions de tutelle auprès de tutorés sourds. Les tuteurs sont sourds, demi-sourds ou entendants. Une approche d'une part quantitative fait apparaître que le tutorat permet de faire progresser les tutorés sourds. Cependant l'approche qualitative des interactions ne nous permet pas d'isoler de manière précise un élément de la communication qui serait à l'oeuvre dans ce processus de progression. Cependant, l'effet de la variable "communication" est positif sur les progrès des tutorés. L'observation qualitative fait en outre ressortir des constantes comportementales dans la relation intradyadique comme la construction d'un espace de communication. Il semblerait également que des facteurs motivationnels soient à l'oeuvre et fassent primer les effets relationnels
Peer tutoring and deafness are here associated. A first part relates the stages of tutoring before defining and placing its scientific frame for references. This frame requires a psychosocial viewpoint and Moscovici in particular, as well as Piaget's and Vygotski's contribution to cognitif development psychology. These movements bring out genetic development psychology with sociocognitif approach : social interactions are considered with respect to the developmental route of the interacting persons. Then, the handicap of deafness is described with the difficulties it emphasises concerning an educational approach. Therefore our research is based on peer tutoring interaction for deaf tutees. The tutors are deaf, half-deaf or hearing. A quantitative approach shows that deaf tutees progress with peer tutoring. However, a qualitative approach of the interactions doesn't allow us to isolate exactly a data in communication field which would be present in this process of progress. However, the variant "communication" has a positive effect on the tutees' progress. Moreover, the qualitative observation brings out some constant behaviours in peer tutoring relation. For example the construction of an area for communication. Some motivationnal factors would be operating too and would value relational effects

En 2008, le Conseil canadien d'agrément des services de santé reconnaissait le rôle de l'ergothérapeute dans les équipes interdisciplinaires en soins palliatifs. Pour mettre en oeuvre ses compétences liées à la pratique en soins palliatifs, l'ergothérapeute a besoin d'explorer le concept de qualité de vie. Plusieurs études transversales ont porté sur sa conceptualisation dans le domaine médical. Cette étude qualitative longitudinale s'appuyant sur la méthodologie de l'étude de cas vise à comprendre en profondeur la signification personnelle et l'importance des dimensions jugées nécessaires pour avoir une bonne qualité de vie en soins palliatifs oncologiques dans un contexte hospitalier. L'enjeu méthodologique consiste donc à identifier l'importance relative des dimensions de la qualité de vie définies par les patients et leur réseau (famille et intervenants) en soins palliatifs. L'étude a également pour but d'identifier les contributions de l'ergothérapie afin de donner priorité aux interventions en soins palliatifs auprès de patients et de leur famille. Une collecte de données rigoureuse a été effectuée à partir d'entrevues individuelles, de récits de vie, d'un groupe de discussion focalisée, d'observations et d'un journal de bord pour saisir la perception dynamique de cinq patients en soins palliatifs et leur réseau (famille et intervenants). Selon une logique inductive, l'analyse qualitative des données (avec validation intra- et interjuge), assistée par le logiciel NVivo, a permis d'identifier les déterminants jugés nécessaires pour avoir une bonne qualité de vie à propos desquels l'ergothérapie a un rôle essentiel reconnu : 1) sentiment d'avoir du contrôle au quotidien; 2) identité comme personne humaine au-delà de celle du malade; 3) milieu de vie où il est possible de se centrer sur soi; 4) sens comme personne vivante jusqu'à la mort. Outre la maladie, il faut donc se centrer sur l'histoire et la quête de sens pour permettre à la personne de renouer avec son identité première. Voilà toute l'importance de travailler en équipe interdisciplinaire, incluant l'ergothérapie, en partenariat avec le patient et sa famille dont les besoins relationnels et existentiels doivent être au centre des interventions

L'eau, que ce soit l’océan Atlantique, le Río de la Plata ou la Seine, peuple l’imaginaire de Silvia Baron-Supervielle. Ces trois espaces ont marqué sa vie et sa littérature, depuis son départ d’Argentine jusqu’à son arrivée en France. Frontière naturelle qui la sépare de son pays d’origine, l’eau constitue également un chemin libre, sans frontière ni obstacle, qui l’amène de l’île Saint-Louis où elle habite jusqu’aux plages de Buenos Aires et à la baie de Montevideo qui hantent ses souvenirs. Le passé et le présent, le français et l’espagnol, s’unissent et se rejoignent à travers l’eau, pour construire une identité propre à l’auteur. L'eau est synonyme d’énergie créatrice dans son œuvre, et elle se transforme en une métaphore de l’écriture. L’eau sous toutes ces formes constitue une caractéristique fondamentale de son œuvre littéraire. De ses recueils à ses essais, en passant par ses romans, elle explique ce qui l’unit inlassablement à l’eau, sans pouvoir s’en éloigner, comment elle occupe toutes les strates de sa vie et participe à la création de son identité en tant que personne, en tant qu’exilée et en tant qu’auteur. Frontière, pont, espace créateur, chemin qui mène au passé, l’eau est l’objet auquel Silvia Baron-Supervielle s’identifie. Leitmotiv de son œuvre, elle lui permet d’évoquer le reste des thèmes qui lui sont chers, pour éviter selon elle, de « faire naufrage ». En 1728, le Chevalier de Mailly publie Principales Merveilles de la Nature, un texte qui se trouve à mi-chemin entre l’œuvre encyclopédique et le récit de voyage. L’auteur offre un très riche recueil d’extraits littéraires, concernant des éléments ou des phénomènes naturels, tirés de la production d’une grande variété d’écrivains anciens et, surtout, modernes. Mailly consacre huit chapitres de son ouvrage à l’eau dans son état liquide et solide, ainsi qu’à des variations de sa composition dans diverses régions de la Terre.Qu’elle soit de source, de rivière, de lac ou de mer, l’eau est nécessaire à la vie et elle se révèle utile au quotidien des hommes dans plusieurs facettes. Or il arrive que ce liquide acquière des propriétés rares, voire inouïes. L’écrivain présente un classement selon la nature des eaux qu’il cite : pierreuses, huileuses, enivrantes, brûlantes, etc. Quant à notre étude, elle dégage une perspective utilitaire des particularités de ces eaux qui se changent en pierre, en verre ou en bois –et qui servent à la construction de bâtiments–, des sources huileuses –tantôt utiles à goudronner les bateaux, tantôt utiles à fabriquer des médicaments ou des baumes–, des fontaines qui ont le goût du vin, des fleuves où la baignade rétablit la santé et, bien sûr, des lacs où la pêche non seulement garantit la subsistance, mais encourage le commerce. Toutefois, la nature des eaux que décrit Mailly n’est pas toujours bénéfique à l’homme, puisqu’il faut aussi retenir des cas où les sources empoisonnent, causant un malaise temporel, l’aliénation mentale ou la mort. L’eau devient aussi un danger dans la mesure où certains lacs engloutissent les êtres qui troublent leur calme. Community entrepreneurship is a kind of entrepreneurial activity for common utilities that is carried out in cooperation with members of that community. Both entrepreneur and enterprise function together for the well being of community members in this kind of entrepreneurship sense since the main aim of community entrepreneurship is contribution to regional economy and social growth. Nevertheless, existence of community entrepreneurship can be possible in the light of an entrepreneurial leader rising from the community. Community entrepreneurship is seen as more essential for developing countries as rising of such countries is possible from below to top. Since entrepreneurs, who has intention to community entrepreneurship, obtain required capital in a different way than the traditional understanding of entrepreneurship. In this way, local people who normally do not prefer to invest in a private enterprise, are convinced to invest in a community enterprise. There are many examples of community entrepreneurship with established businesses in the context of people's sector in Denizli. Babadaglılar Office Block was organized as a model form of community entrepreneurship with the leadership of Kazım Kaynak in 1976. Even though, that was founded in order to market commodities of producers and sellers from Babadag, today, it is an office block in which sellers from Denizli come together to sell textile products usually made in Denizli. Within this scope, interview method is preferred as a research methodology. Interviews were done with Kazım Kaynak’s son and Office Block manager. They told how Babadag Office Block emerged and how still operated.

Abstract The Permian Basin of west Texas is the largest and most prolific shale oil producing basin in the United States. Oil production from horizontal shale oil wells in the Permian Basin has grown from 5,000 BOPD in February, 2009 to 3.5 Million BOPD as of October, 2020, with 29,000 horizontal shale oil wells in production. The primary target for this horizontal shale oil development is the Wolfcamp shale. Oil production from these wells is characterized by high initial rates and steep declines. A few producers have begun testing EOR processes, specifically natural gas cyclic injection, or "Huff and Puff", with little information provided to date. Our objective is to introduce a novel EOR process that can greatly increase the production and recovery of oil from shale oil reservoirs, while reducing the cost per barrel of recovered oil. A superior shale oil EOR method is proposed that utilizes a triplex pump to inject a solvent liquid into the shale oil reservoir, and an efficient method to recover the injectant at the surface, for storage and reinjection. The process is designed and integrated during operation using compositional reservoir simulation in order to optimize oil recovery. Compositional simulation modeling of a Wolfcamp D horizontal producing oil well was conducted to obtain a history match on oil, gas, and water production. The matched model was then utilized to evaluate the shale oil EOR method under a variety of operating conditions. The modeling indicates that for this particular well, incremental oil production of 500% over primary EUR may be achieved in the first five years of EOR operation, and more than 700% over primary EUR after 10 years. The method, which is patented, has numerous advantages over cyclic gas injection, such as much greater oil recovery, much better economics/lower cost per barrel, lower risk of interwell communication, use of far less horsepower and fuel, shorter injection time, longer production time, smaller injection volumes, scalability, faster implementation, precludes the need for artificial lift, elimination of the need to buy and sell injectant during each cycle, ability to optimize each cycle by integration with compositional reservoir simulation modeling, and lower emissions. This superior shale oil EOR method has been modeled in the five major US shale oil plays, indicating large incremental oil recovery potential. The method is now being field tested to confirm reservoir simulation modeling projections. If implemented early in the life of a shale oil well, its application can slow the production decline rate, recover far more oil earlier and at lower cost, and extend the life of the well by several years, while precluding the need for artificial lift.

Les dernières technologies informatiques ainsi que le développement des imprimantes 3D ouvrent des perspectives intéressantes en terme de diagnostic et de thérapeutique en implantologie (1). Le plan de traitement prothétique doit guider le choix du nombre et du positionnement des implants. Les logiciels de planification implantaire permettent de superposer les fichiers DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) de limagerie tridimensionnelle issue du CBCT et les données numériques de surface issues d’empreintes optiques ou de la numérisation de modèles conventionnels (2). Les modélisations occlusales peuvent être elles aussi réalisées virtuellement en statique et dynamique via l’utilisation darticulateurs virtuels (3,4). Un guide chirurgical est alors imprimé permettant de positionner les implants selon la planification virtuelle. Dans certains cas, la restauration provisoire peut être prévue à l’avance et mise en place à lissue de lintervention (5,6). Bien quil soit établit que la chirurgie guidée soit plus précise que la chirurgie à main levée (7), son utilisation en pratique quotidienne a été ralentie en grande partie à cause du coût de fabrication élevé. Le développement récent dimprimantes 3D de bureau de haute précision (8,9) et la multiplicité des logiciels de planification implantaire ont permis le développement de la chirurgie guidée. Cependant, à chaque étape du flux numérique, des imprécisions peuvent se cumuler pouvant aboutir à des erreurs de positionnement ayant des conséquences potentiellement graves : proximité avec les racines adjacentes, perforation des racines, lésion nerveuse. La précision des guides chirurgicaux sté- réolithographiques dépend de nombreux paramètres : lempreinte, l’impression du guide, le matériau utilisé, la nature du support, lexpérience du praticien. Les empreintes optiques réalisées avec des scanners intra-oraux de plus en plus puissants présentent de nombreux avantages par rapport aux techniques conventionnelles en terme de rapidité, de précision et de reproductibilité. (10-14). Les guides peuvent être à appui osseux, muqueux, dentaire ou mixte. Une revue systématique de la littérature de Gallardo et coll. en 2017 (15) compare la précision des guides chirurgicaux en fonction du type de support. Cette revue conclut que les guides à appui osseux présentent le plus de déviation au niveau de langle, du point dentrée et de la localisation de lapex de l’implant par rapport aux guides à appuis dentaires. Les guides à appuis muqueux montrent moins de déviation par rapport aux guides à appuis osseux. Les auteurs nont pas trouvé de différence statistiquement significative entre les guides à appuis dentaires et muqueux. Selon L’étude de Cassetta publiée en 2017 (16), lexpérience du praticien influence la précision du positionnement des implants en chirurgie guidée. Un praticien novice en implantologie présente plus de déviation sur le positionnement des implants avec lutili- sation d’un guide chirurgical stéréolithographique quun praticien expérimentée. La chirurgie implantaire guidée reste un outil et nécessite une expérience chirurgicale. Le flux numérique en implantologie peut aujourdhui se réaliser de la prise d’empreintes d’étude à la fabrication de la restauration prothétique implantaire en passant par la conception et l’impression d’un guide chirurgi- cal. Ce flux est une aide précieuse en terme de communication avec le patient mais aussi avec le prothésiste, il permet daugmenter la reproductibilité des résultats et daboutir à une restauration prothétique esthétique et fonctionnelle.

Conference topics: City transformations.It is inevitable to be disappointed when we consciously compare today’s city with yesterday’s. Territorial occupancy was an arduous task which confronted man and nature. It was a collective act, the cultural manifestation of a society that aspired to artistically represent itself in the cities it built, both in buildings and public spaces. The city of the past, so conceived, successfully raised through time, and even today we can appreciate, in the human affection it brings about, the plastic value of its buildings and the ambient quality of its public spaces. Currently the contemporary city is just incapable of meeting a profound spiritual demand if it does not pursues a practical goal. In the Ensanche, one of its most renowned examples, the idea of the city imposes a restriction to the artistic or monumental value of the historic city in favour of a technical efficiency that facilitates the economic and administrative management of the new city. The unidentified reticular mesh so characteristic of the urban morphology of the Ensanche evinces the distortion of the hippodamian model which in past ages and also throughout time probed its validity to provide magnificent examples of cities thought and built also from artistic principles. In the late example of the 2nd Ensanche of Pamplona, we attend to the solitary labour of an architect such as Victor Eusa Razquin, who knew how to transform with his buildings the “technical” uniformity of the Ensanche by transforming, qualifying and enriching it with the incrustation of architectural episodes of elevated artistic value.
