System diagnosis is a very challenging task due to the variety of symptoms, probable causes, impact analysis and the selection of the most suitable solution. Most system diagnosis activities today are human-based, for this reason, error-prone. The automation of the diagnosis decisions faces several challenges, such as: high complexity, lack of automatic knowledge transfer, and disconnection between context-oriented positive decisions taken in dissimilar domains. To address some of these issues, the contribution of this thesis is tow-fold. Firstly, we propose an adaptive framework for diagnosis

Nowadays, hospitals are equipped with high resolution medical imaging systems such as MRI, CT that help the radiologists to make more accurate diagnosis. However these systems cannot give any information of the explicit content that is on the image pixels. The vast amount of images that are produced in hospitals is processed mainly by the medical domain users. Even systems such as PACS cannot retrieve images with anatomical or disease-‐related criteria. The integrating of semantic web technologies in health care can pro

This system will make use of “Link Grammar Parser” to analyse the user’s problem . After analysing the learner’s grammar, it will expand the Semantic dictionary via WordNet and subsequently seeks answers in the system’s Ontology or search the internet for more appropriate answer . In addition, it will provide http links to the answer as supplement information. The implementation environment will use Spring Framework as development platform. This research will be focuse

In the information retrieval field, the multimedia content retrieval makes the non-word resources into the word annotation of metadata in order to help the user to search. However, the method of word annotation lacks the expression of semantic and concealment of knowledgeable understanding. Therefore, the machine is unable to interpret and causes the user’s drop of sensation retrieval. In order to solve this probl
