Bambu termasuk salah satu hasil hutan non kayu Indonesia yang dapat ditemukan mulai dari dataran rendah sampai dataran tinggi, hidup merumpun terdiri dari sejumlah batang yang tumbuh secara bertahap, mulai dari rebung, batang muda hingga dewasa. Identifikasi jenis-jenis bambu di Daerah Aliran Sungai Semoya Lombok Barat dilakukan berdasarkan pengamatan karakteristik morfologi bambu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis bambu pada Daerah Aliran Sungai Semoya Lombok Barat, membuat deskripsi dan kunci identifikasi, membuat dendrogram hubungan kekerabatan jenis bambu serta peta penyebaran jenis bambu pada ketinggian tertentu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode jelajah yaitu dengan menelusuri sepanjang Daerah Aliran Sungai Semoya dari hulu sampai hilir. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di DAS Semoya diperoleh 2 kultivar, 7 jenis bambu yang termasuk ke dalam 5 marga yaitu Dendrocalamus asper, Schizostachyum bracyladum ‘Kuning’, S. bracyladum ‘Hijau’, Thyrsostachys siamensis, Gigantochloa apus, G. atter, Bambusa vulgaris, B. maculata.

Abstract:

A participação de acadêmicos da área da saúde em atividades extramuros possibilita o conhecimento e atuação nas dimensões estruturais dos serviços públicos de saúde e faz parte da proposta das diretrizes curriculares dos cursos de graduação em odontologia e das recomendações da lei 8080 que regulamenta o Serviço Único de Saúde. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o Serviço Extramuro Odontológico (SEMO) e suas atividades correspondentes, sob a ótica dos egressos da FOA-UNESP. Foi realizado um estudo descritivo transversal, de abordagem quali-quantitativa. Foi enviado por correio um questionário abordando diversos aspectos relacionados ao SEMO, para 76 ex-alunos formados em 2003. Os dados obtidos foram submetidos à análise quantitativa pelo software Epi Info. Para interpretação das questões abertas, utilizou-se o modelo Análise de Conteúdo. Retornaram respondidos 47% do total enviado, sendo que 100% destes afirmaram que a participação no SEMO foi satisfatória. Vários fatores foram relacionados à contribuição do SEMO na formação profissional, como conhecimento da realidade e contexto social (21,2%) capacidade de adaptação de recursos disponíveis (18,2%) e contato com a realidade (15,2%). Por meio da técnica de associação de palavras, foram identificadas categorias como “Importância do SEMO” (100%), “realidade social” (53,1%), e “ensino” (40,6%). Dentre algumas dificuldades encontradas, foram listadas as deficiências na infra-estrutura (63,6%). Os objetivos propostos pelo SEMO foram plenamente e razoavelmente alcançados para 36,4% e 63,6% dos ex-alunos, respectivamente. O SEMO foi avaliado pelos egressos como uma experiência válida, contribuindo na sua capacitação para atuarem com eficiência e resolutividade no Sistema Único de Saúde. D

Kerusakan lingkungan dan bencana alam dalam dua tahun terakhir sangat menjadi perhatian serius saat ini. Dampak kerugian dari berbagai aspek telah di rasakan dan memberikan efek pada kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu dalam kaitannya isu lingkungan saat ini menjadi tugas bersama pada upaya pelestariannya. Kerusakan yang terjadi tidak mungkin untuk bisa menjadi seperti sediakalah akan tetapi upaya strategi pembangunan dan penataan wilayah yang konservatif dapat menjadi isu strategis di dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di wilayah rawan bencana. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah mendeskripsikan sejarah gerakan sosial konservasi hutan rakyat berbasis masyarakat lokal di suatu wilayah dan menganalisis sebuah strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam gerakan konservasi dengan studi kasus pada wilayah Semoyo. Pengumpulann data oleh peneliti di peroleh dari analisis studi karya ilmiah sebelumnya yang kemudian lebih di fokuskan pada penyampaian strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian strategi gerakan yang dilakukan oleh para aktor gerakan sosial adalah strategi advokasi dengan mendirikan lembaga bank hutan rakyat semoyo (Forest Bank Indonesia) dan membentuk peraturan desa mengenai hutan rakyat dalam meminimalisir adanya tebang butuh serta strategi pemberdayaan sebagai langkah untuk memandirikan masyarakat semoyo dalam menumbuhkan ekonomi dengan tetap melindungi alam semoyo sebagai kawasan konservasi. Kata kunci: Gerakan sosial, hutan rakyat, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, dan strategi gerakan.

Namun perencanaan pemasaran dan promosi yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat DKK Semoyo melalui media sosial Instagram belum optimal dikarenakan kualitas foto yang diunggah oleh masyarakat belum menarik. Metode pelaksanaan yang dipakai dalam kegiatan ini dimulai dari tahapan persiapan materi presentasi tentang prinsip-prinsip dasar fotografi dalam pengambilan gambar untuk nantinya dipresentasikan kepada masyarakat, pengambilan foto bersama masyarakat dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip dasar fotografi dan penggunaan mini box studio di lapangan, serta penggunaan aplikasi rekayasa foto untuk kepentingan bisnis sehingga kualitas foto yang akan diunggah di media sosial dapat menjadi lebih baik sehingga dapat menarik minat calon pembeli. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat DKK Semoyo mengerti dan memahami pentingnya prinsip-prinsip dasar fotografi dalam menentukan kualitas foto yang nantinya dapat digunakan dalam perencanaan promosi di media sosial Instagram. Abstract The Semoyo Conservation Village Community which located in Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta, has developed its area into a wood industry area that produces sustainable and independent wood furniture products. However, marketing and promotion plans carried out by the Semoyo community through their social media Instagram have not been optimal because the quality of photo uploaded has not attractive. The implementation method used in this activity starts from the preparation stage of presentation material about the basic principles of photography in taking pictures to be presented to the community, taking photos with the community by applying the basic principles of photography, the use of mini box studio in the field, and the use of photo engineering applications for business purposes so that the quality of the photos to be uploaded on social media can be better so that they can attract potential buyers. The result of this activity is that the people of Semoyo Conservation Village Community understand and comprehend the importance of the basic principles of photography in determining the quality of photos that can later be used in planning promotions on Instagram social media.

The objective of this article is to provide the heat transfer characteristics of Cu-H2O nanofluids in self-exciting mode oscillating-flow heat pipe under different laser heating input, and to compare with the heat transfer characteristics of the same heat pipe with distilled water as working fluids. In this paper, the peculiarity of heat transfer rate of the SEMOS heat pipe with Cu-H2O fluid has been experimentally confirmed by changing the proportion of working fluid and Cu nanoscale particles in the heat pipe. As the results, it has been confirmed that the parameter of filling rate of working fluid determine the heat transfer rate of SEMOS heat pipe, although under certain condition heat transfer performance could be improved because of the addition of nanofluids.

In 1904, Richard Semon introduced the term “engram” to describe the neural substrate for storing memories. An experience, Semon proposed, activates a subset of cells that undergo off-line, persistent chemical and/or physical changes to become an engram. Subsequent reactivation of this engram induces memory retrieval. Although Semon’s contributions were largely ignored in his lifetime, new technologies that allow researchers to image and manipulate the brain at the level of individual neurons has reinvigorated engram research. We review recent progress in studying engrams, including an evaluation of evidence for the existence of engrams, the importance of intrinsic excitability and synaptic plasticity in engrams, and the lifetime of an engram. Together, these findings are beginning to define an engram as the basic unit of memory.

Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat beberapa diversifikasi produk cabai merah diantaranya cabai merah kering dan cabai bubuk pada kelompok tani Ngudi Lestari. Selain itu, untuk membantu pemasaran maka dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pada pembuatan website untuk memperluas jangkauan penjualan produk cabai merah. Untuk hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah olahan cabai bubuk, cabai kering, serta website yang digunakan sebagai sarana penjualan online. For stochastic multi-objective combinatorial optimization (SMOCO) problems, the adaptive Pareto sampling (APS) framework has been proposed, which is based on sampling and on the solution of deterministic multi-objective subproblems. We show that when plugging in the well-known simple evolutionary multi-objective optimizer (SEMO) as a subprocedure into APS, ε-dominance has to be used to achieve fast convergence to the Pareto front. Two general theorems are presented indicating how runtime complexity results for APS can be derived from corresponding results for SEMO. This may be a starting point for the runtime analysis of evolutionary SMOCO algorithms.

A cooperation is an agreement between two or more people to do business and achieve common goals. Cooperation can be necessary for human life, considering that humans are social creatures who need each other. People in various circles have practiced cooperation in various fields. In various cooperation practices, there are often deviations from the agreement when initially making cooperation. This article explores the problems of implementing the cooperation agreement at the Semoyo Jaya welding workshop in a review of Islamic law. By using a qualitative approach and field research methods. Meanwhile, for data collection, using observation and interview techniques. This research concluded that the implementation of the cooperation agreement at the Semoyo Jaya welding workshop was not following the principles and elements of the agreement, namely, not fulfilling any of the rights and obligations contained in the contract. Meanwhile, the profit-sharing does not meet one of the syirkah inan requirements because one party is arbitrary in providing profits to the other party. This research can contribute practically to the parties that carry out cooperation to fulfill the agreement's terms based on Islamic legal values.Kerjasama adalah kesepakatan antara dua orang atau lebih untuk melakukan bisnis dan mencapai tujuan bersama. Kerjasama dapat diperlukan bagi kehidupan manusia, mengingat manusia adalah makhluk sosial yang saling membutuhkan. Orang-orang di berbagai kalangan telah mempraktikkan kerjasama di berbagai bidang. Dalam berbagai praktik kerjasama, seringkali terjadi penyimpangan dari kesepakatan pada saat awal melakukan kerjasama. Artikel ini mengupas permasalahan pelaksanaan perjanjian kerjasama pada bengkel las Semoyo Jaya dalam tinjauan hukum Islam. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode penelitian lapangan. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan perjanjian kerjasama di bengkel las Semoyo Jaya tidak sesuai dengan prinsip dan unsur perjanjian yaitu tidak memenuhi salah satu hak dan kewajiban yang tertuang dalam kontrak. Sedangkan bagi hasil tidak memenuhi salah satu syarat syirkah inan karena salah satu pihak sewenang-wenang dalam memberikan keuntungan kepada pihak lainnya. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi para pihak yang melakukan kerjasama untuk memenuhi syarat-syarat perjanjian berdasarkan nilai-nilai hukum Islam.

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar y comprender los desafíos que teórica, empírica y conceptualmente implica desarrollar y aplicar la metodología de la investigación en el aprendizaje de una o varias disciplinas. Es una investigación con enfoque cualitativo bajo el método inductivo de investigación-acción-participativa. La población participante es de alumnos que cursan el Sistema Modular por Objetos de Transformación (SEMOT) de la Facultad de Ciencias Economías, Administrativas y Tecnológicas de la Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa en México. Las técnicas de análisis e interpretación de datos fueron la observación participante, el cuestionario y la entrevista semiestructurada. Los hallazgos revelan que la debilidad en el aprendizaje y conocimiento de asignaturas nodales, como metodología de la investigación, comprensión de textos científicos y resolución de problemas, representa una de las principales limitaciones y dificultades para desarrollar contenidos teóricos interdisciplinares y modelos teóricos metodológicos, restringiendo el buen desarrollo del SEMOT.

Abstract:

The shadowy Roman god Sēmō and the plural group Sēmōnēs have long been associated with sēmen ‘seed.’ But the evidence that Sēmō or the Sēmōnēs have anything to do with seeds is lacking. The Sēmōnēs first appear in the Carmen Arvale: here they constitute Mars's retinue. The Sabellic evidence also puts Semo firmly in the Martial sphere. The form Semo appears, in addition, as part of the Semo Sancus Dius Fidius complex. These divinities are connected with the sanctity (sancīre) of treaties (foedus, fidēs) and oaths. In “Dumézilian” terms Semo is a god of the first (priestly) and second (warrior) function, but not a god of the third (agricultural) function, precisely the opposite of what the standard etymology predicts. New evidence from Oscan allows us to reject conclusively the connection between sēmen and Sēmō. In an inscription from Pietrabbondante the god's name is spelled seemuneí (dat. sg.) and this spelling with ee is not the expected one. If the Oscan form were a derivative of the root seen in sēmen, the spelling would have to have been †síímuneí. The spelling ee shows that the Oscan form, and its Latin cognate, must have a different origin. The only plausible source is *seγVmōn-. A form that matches reconstructed *seγVmōn- exactly is Gaulish Segomoni and Ogham Irish SEGAMANAS. The Gaulish god is identified with Mars. The Celtic and Italic forms continue a Proto-Italo-Celtic *seĝhomōn- ‘strong one,’ ‘strongman,’ which is a derivative of a noun *seĝhom ‘strength.’ The root *seĝh- (Gk. ἔχω etc.) had the original meaning ‘hold firmly’ and this developed to ‘be strong,’ ‘conquer’ in Indo-Iranian and Western Indo-European. The god *seĝhomōn- is the sole example of a divine name that perhaps can be considered a unique and innovative feature of the ancient Proto-Italo-Celtic speech community.

Babad Sepehi (disingkat BS) merupakan historiografi tradisional Jawa—biasa disebut babad--yang didalamnya banyak mengandung peristiwa di masa pemerintah kolonial Inggris berkuasa di Jawa, 1811-1816. BS menceritakan keterlibatan pasukan Sepoy—orang Jawa atau teks-teks Jawa sering kali menuliskan kata Sepoy dengan Sepehi, Sepei, Spehi, Sepahi, atau Sipahi—dalam penyerbuan Keraton Yogya, 18 Juni-20 Juni 1812. Orang Jawa mengenang peristiwa penyerbuan ini sebagai peristiwa “Geger Sepehi”. Naskah-naskah BS kemungkinan disalin dalam kurun waktu antara tahun 1813 sampai dengan awal tahun 1900an. Teks ini dibingkai oleh ragam karya sastra Jawa macapat. Tulisan ini menjelaskan aspek kesejarahan BS yang terdapat dalam naskah PW 141/NR 36, koleksi Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode sejarah. Aspek kesejarahan dalam peristiwa BS memperlihatkan bahwa teks ini banyak mengadung data sejarah atau lebih bersifat sejarah. BS dalam naskah PW 141/NR 36 merupakan model autobiografi penulisan babad, di mana pengarangnya Pangeran Mangkudiningrat—anak dari Sultan Hamengkubuwana II—terlibat langsung dengan peristiwa “Geger Sepehi”.

El cártamo (Carthamus tinctorius L.) es una especie oleaginosa que presenta gran adaptabilidad por su rusticidad, bajos requerimientos hídricos (Singh et al., 2016) y pocos problemas de plagas. La planta produce semillas con aceite oleico y linoleico de gran calidad; sin embargo, es un cultivo cuyo potencial de producción no se ha explotado (Ávila et al., 2017). La producción mundial de cártamo en el ciclo 2009-2010 fue de 697 mil toneladas de semilla, la más baja de los últimos siete años. Desde entonces se inició un incremento gradual y en el ciclo 2015-2016 se produjeron 981 mil toneladas, lo que representa un aumento del 40.7 %. En el periodo 2009-2016, México participó con el 16.3 % de la producción mundial (FAOSTAT, 2018).

BACKGROUND: Over the past decades, patient satisfaction has been increasingly recognized as a powerful tool to measure the quality of health-care services. AIM: This study evaluated the satisfaction of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients with current clinical management in Semey, East Kazakhstan, and explored the factors associated with dissatisfaction. METHODS: All adult SLE patients registered at health-care facilities of Semey were enrolled in a cross-sectional study. RESULTS: Out of 67 patients, 66 were females and their mean age was 39 years. Symptoms associated with the musculoskeletal system were the most commonly reported (95.5%), followed by fatigue (88.1%) and neurological symptoms (53.7%). None of the patients were very satisfied or satisfied with current clinical management and the overall rate of patient dissatisfaction was 83.6%. Education (p = 0.04), monthly income (p = 0.01), SLE disease activity index score (p = 0.031), therapy with biologic agents (p = 0.029), immunosuppressants (p = 0.01), and corticosteroids (p = 0.01) were predictors of patient dissatisfaction in multiple logistic regression analysis. CONCLUSION: This real-world study is the first effort to understand the experience of SLE patients within the health-care system of Kazakhstan and the results may facilitate doctor-patient discussions on the initiatives that need to be taken to improve the quality of the medical services provided.

Introduction. The article investigates the versatile activities of Polish diplomats on the example of the representative offices of the embassy of Poland (delegations) in Alma-Ata (Almaty) and Semipalatinsk (Semey). Documents in the Kazakhstani archives indicate the presence of nine delegations created during the war in Kazakhstan to facilitate the formation of the Polish army (Anders Army). Polish “delegates” – diplomats, military, civilian employees – helped to rescue the Poles from places of detention and settlements, to draw up their documents for further sending to the army. Materials. Documents of the “especially valuable” fund of the Semipalatinsk Archive (currently the Documentation Center of Modern History of the East Kazakhstan Region, Semey), which are put into scientific circulation for the first time, testify to the versatile activities of Polish delegations in a large space in the east of the country. Analysis and Results. Polish delegates organized not only military-political and consular issues, but also economic, social, humanitarian activities. Polish employees worked in contact with Soviet institutions. They provided social support to both the military and displaced, evacuated, orphans, and disabled people. The organization of orphanages and shelters for Polish children was carried out, including by the efforts of Polish diplomats. The Poles who returned after the war to their homeland organized societies of the so-called “sybyraki”. Today they act as a kind of bridge in relations between Kazakhstan and Poland.

Na administração pública, a gestão de projetos de interesse municipal deve buscar a otimização de recursos humanos para possibilitar redução de tempo nas etapas de avaliação e acompanhamento das atividades dos projetos. O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar os benefícios que foram adquiridos com a implantação de uma adaptação do framework Scrum no setor de Gerência de Projetos (GP) da Secretaria Municipal de Obras Públicas e Serviços Urbanos – SEMOP, no município de Santana (AP). A partir da implantação desta metodologia foi possível padronizar a elaboração de projetos de arquitetura e seus complementares e ao mesmo tempo gerenciá-los, indicando que o framework Scrum não está restrito apenas projetos de engenharia de software e que quando bem empregado melhora o relacionamento da equipe, facilita o acompanhamento e desenvolvimento de qualquer projeto, diminuindo o desperdício de materiais e o tempo de elaboração. Além de proporcionar uma constante manutenção nas boas práticas da organização e disseminando o conhecimento tático dos envolvidos em equipes participantes de projetos. Durante o tempo de análise da ferramenta houve otimização, em média, de 66% no tempo destinado anteriormente às atividades de avaliação e aprovação de projetos na SEMOP. Apesar dos resultados positivos quanto à economicidade de recursos, ainda se faz necessária a contratação de novos servidores e aquisição de equipamentos que os auxiliem na execução do seu trabalho diário na elaboração de projetos.

Aim.To determine the severity of chronic kidney disease (CKD) in patients after acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Material and methods.The study was conducted in Semey (Semipalatinsk), East Kazakhstan region. The case histories of patients with ACS who were admitted to the University Hospital of the State Medical University (Semey State Medical University) of the East Kazakhstan Region for 1 year were studied. A total of 659 case histories were analyzed, of which 263 were patients with myocardial infarction (MI), and 396 were patients with unstable angina (UA). The diagnostic criteria for CKD were: proteinuria, levels of creatinine, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) <60 ml/min/1,73 m2. CKD stage was determined by the parameters of GFR.Results.The average proteinuria in patients with MI (Me=0,033) were higher than in patients with UA (Me=0,00), U=39564,5, Z=-5,579 p=0,000. The average values of creatinine in patients with MI were 10,26 mmol/l higher than in patients with UA (t=3,333, df=657, p=0,001). The mean GFR values in patients with MI were lower by 4,69 L/min/1,73 m2 than in patients with UA (t=-3,794, df=657, p=0,000. The highest percentage of CKD in patients with ACS were in stage 2-3, the second stage of CKD was more often diagnosed in patients with UA.Conclusion.The results of study allowed us to characterize the severity of CKD in patients undergoing ACS. We consider that widespread introduction of international and national clinical guidelines on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of CKD in patients undergoing ACS is needed.

AbstractThis essay argues for reconsideration and greater scholarly attention to the insights of Prof. Dirk Kolff as expressed in his 1989 book, Naukar, Rajput and Sepoy and in later writings. Kolff described a fluid, pervasive military labor market in late Mughal and early colonial North India that made vast numbers of armed, largely peasant soldiers available to military contractors, rulers, and rebels alike. His formulation permits us to see that armed Indian peasants in this period had considerable agency and independence within a society that was riven with con flict. Such a reconsideration underscores the magnitude of the changes wrought in Indian society by violent British conquest, pacification and disarmament in rural society — especially after the failed 1857 revolt. L'article plaide pour une reconsidération et une réévaluation des idées du professeur Dirk Kolff, telles qu'elles sont présentées dans son ouvrage paru en 1989, Naukar, Rajput et Sepoy, et dans ses publications ultérieures. Kolff décrit un marché du travail militaire flexible et omniprésent en Inde Mogole et en Inde Septentrionale au début de l'ère coloniale, et qui a rendu disponible aux courtiers militaires, aux dirigeants et aux rebelles un grand nombre de soldats d'origine paysanne.
