A espécie Drosophila antoneitae é cactófila, ovipositando principalmente no cacto hospedeiro Cereus hildmaniannus. Ambas as espécies são encontradas em solos drenados ou afloramentos de rocha na região de Missiones, um dos núcleos de Floresta Tropical Sazonalmente Seca (FTSS), e no litoral sul-brasileiro. O núcleo de Missiones compreende a base dos rios Paraná-Paraguai e é uma possível área de estabilidade climática durante as oscilações do Quaternário. Para avaliar a distribuição atual da diversidade genética de D. antonietae e sua associação com alterações na paisagem, foram realizadas as seguintes análises: estruturação populacional, estabelecimento de hipóteses filogeográficas e de eventos demográficos, testes de neutralidade e modelagem de nicho atual e paleoecológico. O gene mitocondrial COI e nuclear period foram analisados. O gene period é pouco variável e a distribuição da variabilidade genética é homogênea. O gene COI é bastante polimórfico e há estruturação entre as populações formando três agrupamentos: um em Santa Catarina e Rio Grande do Sul, outro no Paraná e São Paulo e o terceiro no centro-oeste brasileiro. A população do centro-oeste brasileiro provavelmente é a mais antiga, coincidente com a área do estudo mais estável climaticamente. Este agrupamento forma uma rede de haplótipos separada, devido alta estruturação e isolamento, provavelmente tendo no rio Paraná uma importante barreira de fluxo gênico. Sugere-se que o provável centro de dispersão das demais populações de D. antonietae se localiza no sudeste brasileiro, e que houve diversos eventos de migração para as demais regiões de sua distribuição. Há indícios de polimorfismo compartilhado devido à recente diversificação das populações. Ambos os agrupamentos genéticos exibem sinais de expansão populacional, especialmente nas áreas de borda no núcleo de Missiones, onde o clima parece ter sido menos estável. O período de expansão demográfica é recente e coincidente com a maior extensão da vegetação seca, que também pode ter papel fundamental na estruturação das populações.Drosophila antoneitae is a cactophilic species, ovipositing primarily in the host cacti Cereus hildmaniannus. Both species are found in drained soils or rocky outcrops in the Missiones region - one of the Seasonally Dry Tropical Forest (SDTF) nucleis, and in south Brazilian coast. The Missiones nuclei comprises the basin of the Paraná-Paraguai Rivers and it is a possible area of climatic stability during the Quaternary oscillations. To evaluate the current distribution of the genetic diversity of D. antoneitae and its association with landscape modifications, the following analyses were performed: populational structure, establishment of phylogeographic hypotheses and demographic events, neutrality tests and paleoecological niche modeling. The mitochondrial gene COI and the nuclear gene period were analyzed. The gene period had low genetic diversity and an homogeneity on the distribution of genetic variability. For gene COI analysis we found a high polymorphism and genetic structure among populations, forming three groups: one in Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, another in Paraná and São Paulo and the third in the midwestern Brazil. The midwestern population is probably the oldest one, coinciding with the most climatically stable area of this study. This group forms a network of separate haplotypes, due to a high structuring and isolation, probably with Paraná River acting as major barrier for gene flow. We suggest that the possible center of dispersion of the remaining populations of D. antonietae is located in southeastern Brazil, and there were several migration events to other regions of its distribution. There is evidence of shared polymorphism due to recent diversification of populations. Both gene clusters exhibit signs of population expansion, especially in border areas at the Missiones nuclei, where the climate seems less stable. The demographic expansion period is recent and coincides with the major expansion of dry vegetation, which can also play a critical role in structuring populations.

Atualmente, há uma crescente demanda pela disponibilidade de produtos fitoterápicos, para atender tanto o mercado privado quanto a inserção destes produtos no Sistema Único de Saúde. Para a indústria de medicamentos envolvida com a fabricação de fitoterápicos em escala, a estratégia de produção está hoje delineada pela utilização de extratos secos padronizados de espécies medicinais, sob a forma de cápsulas. As cápsulas duras comerciais mais disseminadas são elaboradas a partir de gelatina, que apresentam uma grande limitação de sua eficiência quando o material a ser encapsulado tem características higroscópicas, pois a gelatina é reconhecida por formar ligações cruzadas em condições de alta umidade e temperatura. Este fato tem sido um fator limitante para a indústria farmacêutica, especialmente no que tange à veiculação de extratos vegetais secos, desde que muitos fitoterápicos constituem pós extremamente higroscópicos, o que em última análise compromete a estabilidade do medicamento fitoterápico. O presente estudo teve como objetivo avaliar a eficiência de cápsulas de hipromelose e de gelatina contendo extrato padronizado comercial de Sene (Cassia angustifolia Vahl). As cápsulas de ambos os tipos foram submetidas ao estresse térmico acelerado a 35 graus Celsius (ºC) e 65% de umidade relativa (UR) e a 40ºC/75%U.R. por 6 meses. As medidas comparativas de estabilidade consistiram nas avaliações de (i) perda por dessecação, (ii) desintegração, (iii) suscetibilidade à quebra, (iv) atividade de água, (v) contaminação microbiana, e (vi) análise dos derivados hidroxiantracênicos e dos senosídeos A e B. Os testes físico-químicos foram realizados de acordo com os métodos farmacopeicos em vigor, e a comparação dos conteúdos químicos foi avaliada quantitativamente por Cromatografia Líquida de Alta Eficiência (CLAE), utilizando como marcadores os senosídeos A e B comerciais, cujas presenças nos extratos foram corroboradas com a CLAE acoplada à espectrometria de massas. Os resultados obtidos na caracterização física demonstraram que as cápsulas de hipromelose apresentaram maior estabilidade em todos os parâmetros estudados, quando comparadas as de gelatina. Os resultados da análise química apontaram uma queda maior no teor de senosídeo B para as cápsulas de gelatina em relação às de hipromelose: 0,021% e 0,022%, 30ºC/65%UR e 0,02% e 0,017% 40ºC/75% UR, respectivamente. Estes resultados demonstram preliminarmente que há vantagens no uso da cápsula hipromelose em relação à de gelatina para encapsular o extrato seco de Sene, em um estudo de estabilidade acelerada, no entanto outras avaliações serão necessárias, incluindo um estudo de estabilidade completo no produto.
Currently there is a growing demand for the availability of herbal products to meet both the private market and the inclusion of these products in the Unified Health System. For the pharmaceutical industry involved in the manufacture of herbal medicines in scale, the production strategy is outlined today by the use of standardized dry extracts of medicinal species in the form of capsules. The most widespread commercial hard capsules are made from gelatin, which present a major limitation of its efficiency when the material to be encapsulated has hygroscopic characteristics, because the gelatin is known to form cross-linking under conditions of high humidity and temperature. This has been a limiting factor for the pharmaceutical industry, especially in regard to the placement of dry plant extracts, since many herbal powders are highly hygroscopic, which ultimately compromises the stability of herbal medicine. The present study aimed to evaluate the efficiency of capsules of hypromellose and gelatin containing commercially standardized Senna dry extract (Cassia angustifolia Vahl.). The capsules of both types were subjected to accelerated heat stress at 35 Celsius degrees (°C) / 65% relative humidity (RH) and at 40ºC / 75%RH for 6 months. The comparative measures of stability in the evaluations consisted of (i) loss on drying, (ii) disintegration, (iii) susceptibility to breakage, (iv) water activity, (v) microbial contamination, and (vi) analysis of hydroxyanthracene derivatives and senosídes A and B. The physicochemical tests were performed according to the pharmacopoeial methods in place, and the comparison of chemical content was assessed quantitatively by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), using commercial senosídeos A and B as chemical markers, whose presence in the extracts were corroborated by HPLC coupled with mass spectrometry. The results of the physical characterization of the capsules showed that hypromellose capsules showed a higher stability in all these parameters, when compared with gelatin. The chemical analysis results showed a greater decrease in the concentration of senoside B for gelatin compared to hypromellose capsules: 0.021% and 0.022%, 30 ºC/65% R.H. and 0.02% and 0.017% 40 ºC/75% R.H., respectively. These preliminary results show that there are advantages in the use of hypromellose capsule in relation to the gelatin to encapsulate the Senna dry extract in an accelerated stability study, but further evaluation will be needed, including a complete study of stability in the product.

”Fashion is the eternal recurrence of the new. Are there nevertheless motifs of redemption precisely in fashion?” This question, left unanswered in Walter Benjamin’s late text “Central Park”, is the point of departure for this thesis. Benjamin is both adamant and explicit in his critique of fashion’s alienating influence on the collective, but despite this he seems at times to ascribe to it some kind of revolutionary potential. The most well-known instance of this is the 14th thesis of “Theses on the Concept of History”. There, Benjamin compares the ”tiger’s leap” of sartorial citation to the historical leap of the Marxist revolution. Employing Benjamin’s philosophy of history as a theoretical framework, this thesis examines the roles ascribed to fashion in The Arcades Project, in order to elaborate on its political potential in Benjamin’s late thinking, as well as to understand this potential in light of Benjamin’s critique of fashion as fetishism and phantasmagoria.

Si le bon sens est fréquemment invoqué au cœur des préoccupations organisationnelles, il n’existe pas de théorie du bon sens en sciences de gestion. Nous avons, grâce aux travaux de Bourdieu (1980), exploré le bon sens comme un concept dyadique, comprenant deux dimensions, le sens commun et le sens pratique. Diverses perspectives dépendant de l’importance relative qui est accordée à chacune de ses deux dimensions, montrent que le bon sens est multiple. Il est une dynamique qui articule ensemble le sens commun, attaché au jugement, et le sens pratique, attaché à la réflexivité. Afin de comprendre les mécanismes fondamentaux du bon sens dans l’organisation, nous avons conduit une étude en trois phases, inductive, longitudinale, d’un cas paradigmatique.La dynamique du bon sens dans l’organisation résulte de la combinaison et de l’interaction entre la constitution du jugement et la culture de la réflexivité. Nos travaux montrent que le bon sens repose sur une l’alternance entre différents états, ouvert, fermé, en cours d’ouverture et en cours de fermeture, favorisant ainsi une « respiration » entre la constitution d’un jugement avec une culture de la réflexivité. Le bon sens peut être pleinement un outil de gestion, à condition d’être prévu et reconnu, pour une vie organisationnelle qui n’est jamais totalement accomplieWhile common sense is frequently cited as a core organizational concern, there is no common-sense theory in management science. Thanks to the work of Bourdieu (1980), we have explored common sense as a dyadic concept, comprising two dimensions, common sense and practical sense. Various perspectives depending on the relative importance given to each of its two dimensions show that common sense is multiple. It is a dynamic which articulates together common sense, attached to judgment, and practical sense, attached to reflexivity.To understand the fundamental mechanisms of common sense in organization, we conducted a three-phase, inductive, longitudinal study of a paradigmatic case.The dynamics of common sense in organization results from the combination and interaction between the constitution of judgment and the culture of reflexivity. Our work shows that common sense is based on an alternation between different states, open, closed, opening and closing, thus promoting a "breathing" between the constitution of a judgment and a culture of reflexivity. Common sense can be fully a management tool, provided it is planned and recognized, for an organizational life that is never fully accomplished

Cette recherche étudie la place du licenciement dans les trajectoires professionnelles, en confrontant les pratiques de réductions d’effectifs et les réactions de salariés cadres et techniciens licenciés. La thèse défend l’idée d’une banalisation du licenciement dans la gestion de l’emploi, qui prend la forme d’une atténuation de la logique de rupture que constitue le licenciement. L’extension du risque du licenciement et l’atténuation dont il fait l’objet n’ont pas banalisé pour autant l’épreuve pour les salariés. Le licenciement bouleverse les identités professionnelles, même pour des catégories jusque-là relativement épargnées. Quand cette acceptation du licenciement peut donner lieu à des recompositions identitaires, elles sont plus le signe d’une réponse imposée qu’une reconfiguration d’un nouveau rapport au travail. Tandis que les arrangements face à la mobilité sont isolés et ne reposent pas sur un socle collectif, l’épreuve du licenciement est individuelle et collectiveThis research studies the place of redundancy in careers, by confronting the practices of downsizing and the reactions of executives and technicians who have been made redundant. The thesis defends the idea of a “normalisation” of redundancy in the management of employment. The softening of the break due to the redundancy is at the core of this normalisation process led by managers. But such evolutions on the management’s side and the increase of the risk of redundancy do not minimize at all this experience for employees. Redundancy still destabilizes professional identities, even for categories of workers who have been relatively unaffected up to now. When the acceptance of redundancy leads to a new adaptation from employees, this indicates more a necessary reaction than a reconfiguration of a new relationship to the work. Adaptations of employees always remain individual. No clue of collective adaptations has been identified. However the test of redundancy is experienced both individually and collectively, as it destabilizes the working collective in companies

Notre étude porte sur la notion de géométrie de sens. Ainsi, l’étude de la notion de verbe occupe l’axe principal de notre thèse. Cette notion est connue par sa complexité. Cela s’explique par la forte polysémie des verbes français. Nous avons focalisé notre étude sur l’analyse syntactico-sémantique des verbes « monter» et « passer ». La notion de polysémie, malgré sa grande importance, reste toujours très difficile à formaliser. Nous avons tenté, dans cette étude, d’utiliser trois dictionnaires électroniques pour désambiguïser les verbes « monter » et « passer ». Ce travail permet de rendre compte de l’influence de la syntaxe et du lexique sur les sens de ces deux verbes. Dans notre démarche, nous avons utilisé la méthode de désambiguïsation automatique de B. Victorri qui a pour spécificité l’analyse des unités lexicales polysémiques. Ce modèle se base sur des théories linguistiques et il exploite les mathématiques et l’informatique dans l’objectif de bien décrire et de résoudre le problème de la polysémie verbale. Donc, notre travail est pluridisciplinaire. C’est là où l’informatique et les mathématiques sont au service de l’analyse des langues naturellesOur study focuses on the concept of geometry of sense. the study of the concept of verb occupies the main axis of our thesis. This concept is known for its complexity. This is explained by the polysemy of French verbs. We focused our study on the syntactic-semantic analysis of the two verbs "to climb " and "to pass". Indeed, the multiplicity of use involves the notion of verbal polysemy. This notion despite its importance is still very difficult to formulate. We have tried in this study using three electronic dictionaries to disambiguate the verbs "to climb " and "to pass". This work allows us to account for the influence of the syntax and vocabulary of the senses of these two verbs. We explained the opportunity to disambiguate a polysemous verb not by recourse to a list of synonyms but by a set of meanings in specific syntactic constructions. In our approach, we used an automatic method of disambiguation B Victorri that has specificity for the analysis of polysemous lexical units. We found that there is reconciliation between the theoretical analysis and the analysis given by this method. This model is based on linguistic theories and operates mathematics and computer with the aim to clearly describe and solve the problem of verbal polysemy. So our work is multidisciplinary. This is where computer science and mathematics is at the service of the analysis of natural languages

Le Sens, notion primitive qui a concerné les plus grands philosophes, comme de moins grands, a donné lieu a des recherches sur "la question du sens" ou le "sens de la vie" qui n'ont jamais pu combler le fossé entre les "philosophies du sens" et les autres. Ce travail a voulu éviter toute globalisation et dans la mesure du possible toute hypothèse a priori sur la notion de sens. Il a réalisé dans un premier temps, avec aussi peu d'idées préconçues que possible, une sorte de cueillette des sens du terme "sens", une cueillette au sein d'un certain nombre d'oeuvres philosophiques et au sein d'uncertain nombre d'activités humaines situées dans le champ de la compétence de l'auteur. Les éléments de sens ainsi recueillis ont été ensuite largement "considérés" par l'auteur, afin de les "com-prendre" et non pas forcément de les rassembler, et toujours sans introduire d'idée a priori, du moins consciemment, vers de possibles regroupements. Le résultat de cette considération a été surprenant : des regroupements se sont produits, spontanément, avec l'aide d'une méthodologie très légère n'induisant aucun contenu, selon un cheminement composé de démarches de sens, de fonctions de sens et de lieux de sens, l'ensemble disposé dans les régions transcendantale, phénoménale, transcendante, en voyageant entre ces régions à travers des régions intermédiaires elles-mêmes riches en notion de sens. Un système global s'est ainsi constitué, un sytème non pas clos sur lui-même, mais ouvert, et de différentes manières, ce sytème représentant pour l'auteur un espoir, à la disposition de tous ceux pour qui un but n'est pas un sens, qui aspirent à des perspectives, et sont disposés à une expérience de compréhension, qu'ils aborderont selon leur convenance et selon le cheminement qu'ils auront choisi.

Architecture today does not respond to memory, the essence of character. As a result, a disengagement exists between people and place. In a world of constant movement a sense of place is not only uncommon but in some instances unknown; we are continuously in a state of motion. We commonly forget why we are here, who settled the land we now inhabit. We forget that life is more than technology bombarding us at every instant; it is more than work and more than financial success. We forget that life can be more. Architecture is also in this state of constant motion, financial success is placed ahead of experience, and as a result places become indifferent, unmemorable, and apathetic. Memory must not be put to the wayside; it is the bond that connects us to our culture. It enables our will to dream. Architecture can be the means of remembering. By cueing memory through emotion and sensory detail, one is able to pause and recall past events. The dilapidation of one’s environment can also cue memory. The act of showing the passage of time makes the past come alive. By responding to these aspects architecture becomes an indication of memory. As a result we will be connected to the land on which we live and have a reason to call that place home. We will have a heightened sense of place. Alienation and placelessness will be no more. The inevitable result of engaging memory in architecture will produce memorable spaces that inspire us, leaving us with a sense of belonging. The intention of this thesis is to illustrate that architecture is capable of unlocking memory, both collective and personal, through materials, form, and experience. This will evoke personal insights and ultimately provide memorable architecture that enhances a sense of place. As a result, we will be brought back to the days of childhood, to imagination, to a life full of meaningful events that imprint memories on the soul.

En partant d’une distinction entre motifs, suggestion et injonction sceptiques d’une preuve ou démonstration de l’existence des corps, ce travail s’attache d’abord à l’analyse du traitement naturaliste du scepticisme tel qu’il est défini et soutenu par Peter Strawson, en posant la question de savoir à quelle catégorie de réponse il convient de l’assimiler pour en dégager toute la portée anti-sceptique. Après l’avoir identifié à un diagnostic théorique concessif (1ère partie), nous interrogeons la revendication, par Strawson, de la filiation de cette position avec celles de Hume et de Reid – qu’il crédite d’un même traitement du scepticisme à l’égard des corps. En insistant sur l’effort fait par Hume pour définir un scepticisme mitigé comme amendement des doutes sceptiques excessifs par le sens commun et la réflexion (2ème partie), nous sommes finalement conduits à considérer la plus grande proximité de la critique reidienne du scepticisme et de sa défense du réalisme de sens commun, dans leur propre contexte, avec le naturalisme épistémique de Strawson (3ème partie)Starting with a distinction between the motives for, the suggestion of external world skepticism, and the demand for a proof or demonstration of the existence of bodies, we first try to analyse the naturalist response to skepticism, as defined and endorsed by Peter Strawson, asking to what category it must belong in order to be maximally efficient. Underlying Hume’s endeavours to define a mitigated skepticism as the correction of the undistinguished doubts of excessive skepticim by common sense and reflection (part 2), we are led to see how closer is Reid’s criticism of skepticism and defence of common sense realism, in their own context, to Strawson’s epistemic naturalism (part 3)

La question centrale concerne l'universalite du sens: peut-on parler chez eschyle d'un sens definitif et global, un sens peranse qui comprend egalement la societe divine et humaine? or, le sens eschyleen est fondamentalement associe a la question de l'ordre terrestre et supraterrestre. Correlativement on devrait ici se demander sur la question concernant la fin du tragique: eschyle croit-il que sa tragedie clot le tragique ou bien elle le garde ouvert, voire insoluble. Dans ce cas, le sens serait definitivement frappe d'incompletude. Or, le sens eschyleen est crucialement lie a la mediation du tragique. Et, qui plus est, avec le developpement du divin lui-meme.

Notre but dans ce présent travail, c'était d'analyser et de comprendre l'historicité de l'esprit objectivé dans ses moments objectif et absolu dans la philosophie hégélienne sans minimiser l'apport de ses pairs idéalistes. Ce faisant le développement de notre travail a obéi à une structuration ternaire. La première partie traite de l'historicité de l'esprit objectif à travers ses grands moments ou déterminités ; la famille, la société civile et l'Etat. C’est l'étude des institutions humaines, de leur orient jusqu'à leur occident où elles obéissent aux normes universelles de Raison et de Liberté. L'expression du Geist que médiatisent ces déterminités objectives, révèle cependant, une permanence de la contingence dont le propre consiste à l'inscrire dans un processus fini. Ainsi, frappé par le négatif à son sommet qu'est l'Etat dans les relations internationales, l'esprit objectif inconscient dévoile ses limites, que l'esprit n'est pas que politique ; ce qui pose la nécessité de sa subordination à l'esprit absolu, le royaume de la pensée pure, de l'esprit conscient de soi. C'est ce que nous avons analysé dans la deuxième partie du travail. Ici, l'esprit absolu exprime le Geist dans sa haute sphère composée de l'art, de la religion et de la philosophie. Enfin, la troisième partie développe le rapport dialectique entre l'esprit objectif et l'esprit absolu. Cette dernière nous a permis de voir en quoi l'esprit absolu constitue la sphère fondant ce devenir objectif- esprit objectif- et doit être placée au premier plan. On en a tiré un enseignement : celui de la réhabilitation hégélienne de la religion. Celui-ci permet, entre autres, d'amener les daltoniens, en l'occurrence certains spécialistes de la philosophie hégélienne qui méconnaissent la portée de la religion dans le système, à mieux voir clairOur aim in this present work was to analyze and understand the historical dimension of the objectivized mind in its objective and absolute time in Hegel philosophy without minimizing the contributions of his idealist peers. Therefore, the process of our work has obeyed a ternary structure. The first part is about the historical dimension throughout its great times or detreminist aspect ; family, civil society and the State. It is about the study of human institution from their east to their west, where they are subjected to the universal norms of Reason and Liberty. The expression of Geist which those objective deterministic aspect mediatized, shows however a continuous presence of the contingency whose peculiarity is to put it down in a finished process. So, hit by the negative at its top which is the State in the international relations, the objective mind shows its limits because the mind is not even political ; which arises the necessity of its subordination to the absolute mind, the kingdom of pure thinking, of the mind conscious about itself. That is what we have analyzed in the second part. Here, the absolute mind expresses the Geist in its high sphere, composed of art, religion and philosophy. Finally, the third part deals with the dialectical relation between the objective mind and the absolute mind. The latter has enabled us to understand how the absolute mind is the sphere constituting the basis of the objective evolutionobjective mind- and must be highlighted. What we have learnt from it is the hegelian rehabilitation of religion. Lorsque la pathologie cancéreuse touche l’enfant, figure sacrée du XXIe siècle, c’est aussi le poids de représentations culturelles formant un discours social anxiogène qui pèse sur lui. Tantôt figure de victime, tantôt figure de héros, l’enfant malade est en réalité, le plus souvent, objet sous l’emprise de l’Autre qui s’exerce par la maladie en elle-même mais aussi par l’angoisse parentale bien légitime, ainsi que la fonction médicale et la mise en œuvre de moyens thérapeutiques nécessaires pour obtenir la guérison. Portant une attention particulière à la singularité du discours des enfants rencontrés en oncologie pédiatrique (situés entre 4 et 9 ans), et plus précisément, au processus psychique à l’œuvre dans la symbolisation et dans l’élaboration de leurs théories personnelles, subjectives autour de la maladie, nous soutenons que cette construction d’un sens, qui opère comme une tentative de guérison psychique à partir d’une effraction du réel, définit aussi une implication du sujet dans la maladie, lui permettant ainsi de ne pas rester dans cette position d’objet. De même, lorsque ces enfants manifestent un symptôme qui fait énigme ou qu’ils éprouvent le besoin d’élucider une question, notamment dans l’après-coup des traitements intensifs, comme une sorte de point de réel qui vient fissurer ce qui a pu s’édifier comme sens autour de la maladie, nous posons alors l’hypothèse d’une modification possible de cette position subjective par le travail analytique autour de ce sens qui peut se faire et se défaire grâce à l’équivoque du signifiant, la métaphore et la métonymie, dans la perspective de définir un nouveau mode d’existence, marqué par l’expérience de la maladie, plutôt qu’empêché par celle-ciA sacred figure of the 21st century, the child, when affected by a cancer pathology, is bound to carry the burden of cultural symbols and of the anxiety - inducing social discourse resulting from them. Sometimes considered a victim, sometimes a hero, an ill child is in fact an object under the influence of the Other ; a control acting through the disease itself, but also by the legitimate anguish of parents, the medical corps and the therapeutic measures that are necessary to reach the desired cure. With particular attention to the singularity of the discourse that we met in the paediatric oncology clinic (children aged 4 to 9 years old), and specifically to the psychological processes involved in the symbolization and in the development of their personal and subjective theories surrounding their condition, we believe that this development of a “signification” – acting as a psychological healing attempt following an incursion into reality – also defines the subject’s involvement in the disease, which frees them from being mere objects Furthermore, when these children show a puzzling symptom or feel the need to find the answer to a question, especially in the afterwardsness of intensive treatments – like a real point altering the constructed signification surrounding the disease – we believe that changing this objectification is possible thanks to analytical work around this signification, which can be deconstructed and reconstructed through the significant’s ambivalence, metaphors and metonymy. Ces savoirs cependant, ne sont pas restés ceux de l’institution militaire et ont souvent empruntés aux disciplines des sciences sociales, l’anthropologie et l’ethnologie pour commencer, les outils à même d’organiser et de formaliser leur contenu. Avec la guerre froide, ces savoirs prennent une autre dimension à mesure de leur rapprochement avec des disciplines telles que la sociologie et les théories de la communication et de l’information. This knowledge however has not been built within military institutions alone: social sciences, chiefly anthropology and ethnology, have provided suitable tools to organise and formalise its content. During the Cold War, this knowledge evolved as it drew closer to sociology and communication & information theories.The chosen genealogical perspective borrows methodological tools from the french philosophical tradition as well as from the critical approaches to international relations. This dissertation demonstrates how counter-insurgency knowledge conveys a specific world representation and that it is not as much obtained from learning and experience as it is a product of intertwined political ideologies justified by scientific demonstrations aiming at promoting a pacified view of the international world order

Or, il ne s'agit pas de détruire le Pré-dicat. Car, le Pré-dicat, en tant que notre objet, a un triple statut : comme cause occasionnelle, comme matériau, et comme support symbolique. Sans ce statut, notre théorie ne peut être une théorie pratique. Par contre, il s'agit de transformer le Pré-dicat, de le faire fonctionner autrement. Procédant par des études encore philosophiques dans ses premiers chapitres consacrés respectivement à Edmund Husserl (philosophe allemand, 1859-1938), à Martin Heidegger (philosophe allemand, 1889-1976), à Emmanuel Lévinas (philosophe français, 1906-1995), à Jacques Derrida (philosophe français, 1930-2004) et à Gilles Deleuze (philosophe français, 1925-1995), notre thèse consiste en premier lieu à dégager le geste fondamental qui fait fonctionner le Pré-dicat : le Dire philosophique qui a pour caractère de résonner entre deux côtés, entre les termes contraires. This thesis attempts a study of the published plays of Rejean Ducharme. Apart from the fact that they have both been published, Ines Peree Inat Tendu et HA!ha!... form a coherent whole because of their shared place in the history of contemporary Quebec theatre. Associated from the beginning with the claims made by the "New Quebec Theatre", Ducharme's plays are now part of the repertory.The first chapter examines the textual forces that allow one to trace the narrative structure in Ducharme's dramatic writing. It also describes the different actantial models as well as the mechanisms that regulate their function.
In the second chapter, an analysis of the characters adds a layer of significance to the analysis of the actants and reveals to us the "small world" of Ducharme's plays. The actants take shape, becoming characters who establish ties among themselves.
The third chapter describes the universe in which these "unusual" characters evolve. Space and time throw referential precariousness into relief which in turn, gives a sense of meaning and non-meaning to different objects as well as to the logic of events.
Finally, the fourth chapter deals with the discursive process and, more particularly, with the initiations that stem from the dialogues. With the advent of theatrical communication, the spectator or the narratee is also initiated into Ducharme's theatre where he or she re-assumes his or her place. (Abstract shortened by UMI.)

Les investigations de ces artistes toucherent un large choix de formes: objet, photographie, texte, performance, installation, carte. . . De la fin des années 1860 au milieu des années 1920, un courant théologique d'opposition à la modernité s'organise à l'intérieur du protestantisme états-unien. C'est au terme de cette période que ses partisans choisissent de se désigner sous le qualificatif de fondamentalistes. Cette réaction n'est pas totalement originale, elle renoue avec les courants les plus conservateurs, non seulement des États-Unis mais aussi d'Europe. Dans cet environnement idéologique, notre enquête vise à retracer les origines de ce courant et réfléchit sur le statut de ses énoncés doctrinaux. Ce fondamentalisme primitif a été l'objet de nombreuses études, principalement anglophones, dont la plupart se sont focalisées sur le contenu des doctrines. Nous souhaitons dépasser cette dimension descriptive-normative et centrer notre recherche sur l'histoire du mouvement, le contexte de son émergence et sa problématique. Le fondamentalisme n'obéit pas seulement à une volonté d'orthodoxie. En conséquence, notre analyse a essentiellement pour objet d'interroger le rapport qu'il entretient avec ses propres croyances et le regard qu'il porte sur les opposants à sa tradition. Notre première partie correspond à la phase d'émergence du fondamentalisme au cours des années 1910 et 1920, prenant en compte les principales controverses et les publications de cette période. Notre deuxième partie s'intéresse aux racines, spécialement religieuses et philosophiques, qui ont favorisé son avènement. Les analyses de la troisième partie portent sur le modernisme protestant, mouvement d'une profonde diversité qui sera la cible du fondamentalisme. Au terme de ce travail, nous conduirons une étude comparative du fondamentalisme protestant et d'un mouvement catholique d'opposition au modernisme qui lui est contemporain. En épilogue, sur la base des sources primaires étudiées, nous proposons une définition du phénomène fondamentaliste en nous inspirant de l'histoire de ces deux dogmatismes chrétiens au début du XXe siècleFrom the late 1860s to the mid-1920s, American Protestantism saw the rise of an anti-Modern theological trend. At the end of this period, its adherents chose to call themselves Fundamentalists. This reaction was not totally unprecedented : it was a resurgence of the most conservative tendencies, not only from the United States, but also from Europe. Our research into this ideological environment attempts to trace the origins of this trend and reflect on the nature and status of its doctrinal statements. This early Fundamentalism has been the subject of many studies ; mostly in the English language, the majority of which focus on the content of its doctrines. We propose to go beyond this normative-descriptive dimension and concentrate our research on the history of the movement, the context of its genesis and related issues. Fundamentalism does not merely revolve around orthodoxy. Our analysis therefore aims to scrutinise its relationship to its own beliefs as well as the way it views those who oppose its tradition. The first part of our study relates to the initial phase of Fundamentalism from the 1910s to the 1920s, taking into account the main controversies and publications of this period. The second part looks at the roots - religious and philosophical in particular - which have favoured its emergence. The third part analyses Protestant Modernism ; an extremely diverse movement which was to be the target of fundamentalist attacks. To conclude we shall carry out a comparative study of Protestant Fundamentalism and a Catholic anti-Modernist movement of the same period. Based on original documents studied, we propose a definition of the fundamentalist phenomenon, drawing from the history of these two Christian dogmatisms of the early twentieth-century

ABCB11/BSEP est le transporteur des acides biliaires, localisé au niveau du pôle canaliculaire des hépatocytes. Les mutations de ce gène sont responsables de la cholestase familiale intrahépatique progressive de type 2.Au cours de ma thèse, j’ai évalué la capacité des aminoglycosides et du PTC124 à induire la translecture de codons stop prématurés, l’adressage et la fonction de mutants non-sens et faux sens de Bsep ainsi que l’effet d’une bithérapie (translecture+chaperone).Dans nos modèles cellulaires, la gentamicine était capable d’induire la translecture du codon-stop prématuré du mutant non-sens BsepR1090X dans les lignées NIH3T3, HEK293 et Can 10. La protéine entière générée était partiellement détectée aux membranes plasmiques des cellules HEK293 et canaliculaires des cellules Can 10 et était partiellement fonctionnelle puisqu’elle était responsable d’une augmentation de l’activité de transport de 3H-taurocholate (3H-TC) dans les clones MDCK. Ces effets étaient potentialisés par l’addition de drogues chaperones telles que le 4-phenylbutyrate (4-PB).J’ai également mis en évidence la capacité de nouveaux composés dérivés du 4-PB (MHMPB, OTNC et HMPB) à corriger l’adressage et à augmenter le transport de 3H-TC du mutant faux sens BsepR1128C à des concentrations plus faibles que le 4-PB. Enfin, j’ai pu montrer que d'autres drogues chaperones (GPB, PA, SAHA et C18), pouvaient corriger l’adressage canaliculaire de BsepR1128C et augmenter son activité de transport de 3H-TC dans les clones MDCKABCB11/BSEP is the main bile acids transporter located at the canalicular pole of hepatocytes. Mutations of ABCB11 are responsible for progressive familial intrahepatic cholestasis type 2.During my phD, I evaluated the ability of aminoglycosides and PTC124 to induce readthrough of premature termination codons, targeting and function of nonsense and missense mutants of Bsep and also the effect of combined therapy (readthrough + chaperone).In our expermental models, gentamicin increased readthrough of p.R1090X mutation NIH3T3, HEK293 and Can 10 lines. The resulting full-length protein was detected at the plasma membrane of HEK293 and at the canalicular membrane of Can 10 cells; and was partially functional since it was responsible for increasing the transport activity of 3H-taurocholate (3H-TC) in MDCK clones. These effects were potentiated by the addition of chaperone drugs such as 4-phenylbutyrate (4-PB).I have also demonstrated the ability of new 4-PB derived compounds (MHMPB, OTNC and HMPB) to correct mistrafficking and to increase 3H-TC transport of BsepR1128C missense mutant at lower concentrations than 4-PB. Finally, I showed that other chaperone drugs (GPB, PA, SAHA, and C18) were able to correct mistrafiking of BsepR1128C and to increase its 3H-TC transport activity in MDCK clones

L'approche communicationnelle est, ici, le fil conducteur pour comprendre les interactions individuelles et collectives des acteurs au sein des services. Notre statut de Directeur de la DSI de l'Université Paul Cézanne nous a permis de conduire une recherche compréhensive de terrain. Celle-ci a particulièrement mis en évidence les logiques relationnelles qui donnent une plus grande efficacité au système d'information. La question de départ est donc de savoir comment optimiser le SI d'une Université. Pour répondre à cette question, nous sommes allé chercher dans les Sciences de l'Information et de la Communication, les fondements théoriques de la mise en relation. Les travaux de l'Ecole de Palo Alto et particulièrement sa mise en application dans le modèle orchestral nous ont donné des outils conceptuels pour construire une meilleure compréhension de la dynamique des relations. La Communication devenait ainsi la clé des pratiques et des usages communs qui construisent un SI. Elle devient un catalyseur de la compréhension entre les métiers et même, sous certains aspects, le lien entre les facteurs techniques et humains. Grâce à notre démarche, à la fois conceptuelle (celle du doctorant) et pratique (celle du professionnel), nous avons identifié les différentes visions du SI perçues par les acteurs et nous avons mis en avant leurs ambivalences et leurs complémentaritésThis thesis presents the role of communication in human organization of the University's Information System. By human organization, we mean all the different socio-technical groups constituting the technical servicing of an establishment. The approach is communicative, here the link to understand the interactions of individual and collective actors within departments. Our status as DSI Director of the University Paul Cézanne has allowed us to conduct a comprehensive research field. This was particularly highlighted the relational logics that give greater efficiency to the information system. The initial question is how to optimize the IF of a University. To answer this question, we looked for in Information Science and Communication, the theoretical foundations linking. The work of the School of Palo Alto and especially its implementation in the orchestral model gave us the conceptual tools to build a better understanding of the dynamics of relationships. Communication thus became the key practices and common usage that build an IS. It becomes a catalyst for understanding between business and even, in some respects, the link between the technical and human factors. With our approach, both conceptual (the PhD's) and practice (the profesionnal's), we identified the different visions of SI perceived by the actors and we have put forward their ambivalence and their complementarities. The purpose of this thesis is to explore in what way might the concept of common sense inform leadership action? The thesis takes as a starting point typical dictionary definitions of common sense and moves on to critically review related literature from, Delaney (2001), Gerber (2001), Lissack & Roos (2000), Rausch (2009), Zhao (2009) and gains an appreciation of the different aspects of common sense to understand how the implicit nature of common sense influences leadership actions within the context of a large family owned business. A description of Common Sense as something 'positive and desirable' (Fulton, 2006) whilst at that same time something taken for granted which offers the prospect of development according to Rausch (2009) and the possibility of an advanced form of Common Sense (Delaney, 2001) or Critical Common Sense (Watson, 2006) is also considered. The common sense literature is reviewed against the past theories of leadership and using Bryman's (2006) leadership framework the interconnecting elements of both strands of literature are pulled together to form a model of common sense leadership incorporating: trait, style, contingency, and new leadership. The model of common sense leadership integrates common sense with people management, the character and competence of the leader and the new leadership aspects of transformation, vision, and charisma. The research is undertaken predominantly using semi structured interviews and building on an 'interpretative and subjective' general analytical inductive methodology, it contributes to both theory and management practice by making more explicit an aspect of leadership often overlooked - a common sense approach.

La maladie de Parkinson est une pathologie neurodégénérative qui peut être liée à la présence de mutations génétiques au niveau du gène SNCA codant pour le pro oxydant α-synucléine. De nombreux travaux montrent que la levure Saccharomyces cerevisiae constitue un modèle utile et valable pour étudier les mécanismes moléculaires de la toxicité cellulaire de l'α-synucléine. En effet, l'expression hétérologue de l'α-synucléine chez une souche sauvage de S. Cerevisiae entraîne des dysfonctionnements cellulaires identiques à ceux déjà observés dans les neurones. En plus de ces anomalies fonctionnelles, l'α-synucléine entraine une accumulation de particules lipidiques cytoplasmiques dans les levures. Afin d'élucider le rôle de ces particules lipidiques dans la toxicité cellulaire de l'α-synucléine, nous avons exprimé cette protéine dans une souche de S. Cerevisiae incapable de fabriquer les particules lipidiques. De manière surprenante, l'incapacité de fabriquer les particules lipidiques rend les cellules plus tolérantes à l'α-synucléine. Nos résultats indiquent que le niveau de toxicité de l'α-synucléine est corrélé non seulement à l’activité de synthèse des acides gras mais également au statut redox cellulaireParkinson’s disease is a neurodegenerative pathology that has been linked to several genetic mutations of the SNCA gene encoding the pro-oxidant α-synuclein protein. Indeed heterologous expression of α-synuclein is toxic to wild type yeast, and recapitulates the main features of damages caused to mammalian neurons including an increase of neutral lipids storage (triglycerides and steryl esters, embedded into lipid droplets). To address the significance of this accumulation, we forced α-synuclein production in a strain unable to synthesize triglycerides and steryl esters. Surprisingly, inability to store neutral lipids rendered cells more tolerant to α-synuclein. Our results indicate that the level of !-synuclein toxicity is correlated to fatty acid synthase activity and intracellular redox state

Sena fördyrande ändringar under produktionsfasen i byggprojekt är vanligt förekommande i byggbranschen. Skanska Mora är inte ett undantag och har börjat se dessa fördyrande ändringar som ett problem som de vill undersöka. Syftet med detta arbete har varit att definiera och minimera fördyrande sena ändringar under produktionsfasen. Målet har varit att ta fram en rekommendation till Skanska Mora på hur de kan förebygga kostsamma sena ändringar under produktion. Förhoppningen har varit att detta på sikt ska leda till möjligheter till fler lyckade byggprojekt på många plan för Skanska Mora, och att skapa diskussion för att belysa grundproblematiken i området. Arbetet grundar sig främst på en litteraturstudie i områden om fördyrande sena ändringar, ändringshantering i projektarbeten och andra delar i byggbranschen. En studie på tre fördyrande sena ändringar i Skanska Moras projekt Kv. Valhall har genomförts parallellt med en skriftlig intervjuundersökning som skickats ut till en utvald del av projektpersonalen. Litteraturstudien har format studien av projektet för att identifiera och utreda dessa sena ändringar. Utifrån studierna formulerades en rekommendation till hur Skanska Mora ska kunna arbeta för att förebygga dessa sena fördyrande ändringar. I rekommendationen föreslås att man börjar arbeta mot ett bättre samarbetsklimat för en bättre social miljö mellan alla medarbetare. För att uppnå det så ska arbetet inriktas mot att effektivisera kommunikationen och informationsöverföringen och skapa teamkänsla i företaget och projekten. Teamkänsla uppnås genom att ledarskapet inriktas mot att värna om de inre resurserna, det vill säga människorna i projekten. Att arbeta mot en bättre fungerande erfarenhetsåterföring är också en rekommendation som bidrar till att skapa god teamkänsla och ger möjlighet att tillsammans arbeta mot mer lyckade projekt utifrån att dra nytta av alla värdefulla erfarenheter.

Listening to lung sounds, feeling the pulse, observing posture and gait-these are just a few of the examinations that doctors perform on their patients. A physical exam exists for every organ, from the brain to the bones of the feet, each carried out with the physician's senses. For thousands of years, humans had been solely responsible for this exam ritual, until the emergence of diagnostic equipment-CT scans, MRI scans, ultrasounds, echocardiograms, mammograms, and more. In some cases, these devices replaced the physical exam. But in areas of the world where technology is unavailable, and even in places where it exists, many physicians and healthcare professionals cannot or will not to cede their tasks to tools. Their goal: to maintain an environment in which technology and the learned senses can coexist; an environment in which the physical exam remains an integral part of medicine.

Apres le tournant, dans la pensée de la "vérité de l'être", le sens peut être compris comme un cheminement eschatologique, libère de la méthode et de la métaphore. Au sein d'une troisième période, celle de la "localité de l'être", le sens peut être envisage à partir de l'ereignis comme milieu du quadriparti. Seulement alors serait atteint le sens du sens comme milieu de la circularité herméneutique. Une telle circularité est propre à une dernière pensée : la phénoménologie de l'inapparent comme pensée tautologique (1973). Supposons que je sois amnésique. Je pourrais affirmer à tort que je suis Platon. Mais quand je dis que je pense, même si je n'ai aucune information me concernant, il semble absurde de me demander si je suis sûre d'être la personne qui pense (Wittgenstein, 1958 ; Shoemaker, 1996). Comme je suis la seule à avoir une connaissance introspective de mes états mentaux, nous pouvons nous demander pourquoi je devrais rendre explicite le fait qu'ils m'appartiennent en dehors de tout contexte de communication. Cependant, mon accès privilégié ne me garantit pas que je reconnais ces états comme miens. En effet, les expériences xénopathiques dans la schizophrénie et dans le syndrome de la main étrangère montrent que nous pouvons ne pas nous attribuer nos propres états mentaux et corporels. But when I say that I am thinking, even if I have no information about myself, it seems that it makes no sense to ask whether I am the person who is thinking (Wittgenstein, 1958; Shoemaker, 1996). As I alone have an introspective access to my mental states, we can wonder why I should need to make explicit the fact that they are my own states outside a communicative context. However, this privileged access does not guarantee that I recognize these states as mine. Indeed, xenopathic experiences in schizophrenia and the alien hand syndrome show that whether one is the owner of one's own mental and bodily states is not always obvious. This is not so surprising given the proximity between oneself and the others. The phenomena of empathy and imitation show that we use representations that are partly neutral as to who the subject is. Consequently, I suggest that far from being superfluous, the first-person concept is the product of an underlying cognitive process of self-attribution that needs to be investigated. I start from the sense of agency and I point out the importance of the control of one's own actions for determining whether I am the agent. Word sense disambiguation (WSD)—the task of determining which meaning a word carries in a particular context—is a core research problem in computational linguistics. Though it has long been recognized that supervised (machine learning–based) approaches to WSD can yield impressive results, they require an amount of manually annotated training data that is often too expensive or impractical to obtain. This is a particular problem for under-resourced languages and domains, and is also a hurdle in well-resourced languages when processing the sort of lexical-semantic anomalies employed for deliberate effect in humour and wordplay. In contrast to supervised systems are knowledge-based techniques, which rely only on pre-existing lexical-semantic resources (LSRs). These techniques are of more general applicability but tend to suffer from lower performance due to the informational gap between the target word's context and the sense descriptions provided by the LSR.
This dissertation is concerned with extending the efficacy and applicability of knowledge-based word sense disambiguation. First, we investigate two approaches for bridging the information gap and thereby improving the performance of knowledge-based WSD. In the first approach we supplement the word's context and the LSR's sense descriptions with entries from a distributional thesaurus. The second approach enriches an LSR's sense information by aligning it to other, complementary LSRs.
Our next main contribution is to adapt techniques from word sense disambiguation to a novel task: the interpretation of puns. Traditional NLP applications, including WSD, usually treat the source text as carrying a single meaning, and therefore cannot cope with the intentionally ambiguous constructions found in humour and wordplay. We describe how algorithms and evaluation methodologies from traditional word sense disambiguation can be adapted for the "disambiguation" of puns, or rather for the identification of their double meanings.
Finally, we cover the design and construction of technological and linguistic resources aimed at supporting the research and application of word sense disambiguation. Development and comparison of WSD systems has long been hampered by a lack of standardized data formats, language resources, software components, and workflows. To address this issue, we designed and implemented a modular, extensible framework for WSD. It implements, encapsulates, and aggregates reusable, interoperable components using UIMA, an industry-standard information processing architecture. We have also produced two large sense-annotated data sets for under-resourced languages or domains: one of these targets German-language text, and the other English-language puns.

Les pratiques des psychomotriciens sont à la croisée de la thérapie, de la rééducation et de l'éducation. Elles concernent les personnes de tous les âges, allant du sujet sain au sujet malade en passant par celui rencontrant des difficultés circonstancielles. L’étendue du champ de compétences et l’extension des domaines d’intervention nous amènent à poser la question de la spécificité de l’activité du psychomotricien en situation d’interaction avec ses patients ou avec ses partenaires de séance. Notre recherche porte sur l’analyse de cette activité professionnelle. Il ne s’agit pas d’étudier son travail ou de décrire son emploi. Son activité, telle qu’il la réalise en situation d’intervention et telle qu’il l’organise au cours de son développement spatial et temporel, est la dimension de son métier que nous cherchons à comprendre. Dans les processus de conceptualisation sous-jacents à la conduite de son activité en situation opèrent des formes d’organisation invariante de son activité et des concepts organisateurs de cette activité. Le cadre théorique dans lequel s’ancre notre démarche est celui de la didactique professionnelle. Notre analyse se fonde sur une approche interactionnelle et multimodale de l’activité professionnelle, une approche de l’activité par le sensible. Il apparaît dans cette activité une forme de développement spécifique que nous appelons "stratégie chorégraphique". Elle se décline dans une dynamique organisationnelle sous-tendue par la mise en œuvre d’un schème spécifique, celui que nous nommons « le sens de l’équilibre ». Composition, mesure et souplesse le caractérisent.Notre recherche recèle des enjeux relatifs à la formation professionnelle. The perspective of this profession and its conceptual field in which it is anchored differ from those related with an activity of production; This professional activity is entirely characterized by its interactional nature. The approaches of psychomotor therapists are at the intersection of therapy, rehabilitation and/or education. Originally addressed to children with a compromised development, those practices are now relevant to people of all ages, from the healthy to sick subjects as well as to subjects having circumstantial difficulties. The scope of the field of competence and the extension of the fields of intervention leads us to question the specificity of the activity of the psychomotor therapist while he intervenes with his patients or his partners of working session. Our research focuses on the analysis of this professional activity. The matter is not to study the work or to describe the job. The way of he realizes his activity in situation of intervention and the way he organize its spatial and temporal development are what we attempt to understand. In the processes of conceptualization that underlie the conduct of one's activity in a situation, there are forms of invariant organization of one's activity, concepts that organize it.Our research takes place in the theoretical framework of adult learning, i.e. professional didactics. Our analysis is based on an interactional and multimodal approach of the professional activity, an approach through the sensible. In this activity appears a specific structure of development that we call "choregraphical strategy". It comes in an organizational dynamic underlied by the implementation of a specific pattern, that we call “sens of balance pattern”. Composition, moderation and flexibility characterize it.
