Abstract:
Ve dvou předkládaných kvantitativních studiích jsme zkoumali vliv procvičování učiva matematiky pomocí interaktivní sbírky úloh Khan Academy na znalosti a dovednosti žáků čtyřletého gymnázia. V první studii z roku 2016/17 jsme se zaměřili na přenos naučených procedurálních znalostí a dovedností z anglického prostředí Khan Academy do českého školního kontextu. Ve druhé studii z roku 2017/18 jsme se věnovali otázce rozvoje konceptuálních znalostí skrze procvičování procedurálních dovedností. Obě studie probíhaly na stejném vzorku 44 žáků ze dvou tříd pražského gymnázia. Data jsme analyzovali pomocí testování hypotéz s hladinou spolehlivosti 5 %. Autor studií byl v době výzkumu učitelem matematiky těchto žáků. Zatímco v první studii byl přínos procvičování statisticky významný, ve druhé studii nebyl rozvoj konceptuálních znalostí žáků tak jednoznačný. Sekundárně jsme se věnovali žákovskému vnímání vlivu Khan Academy na jejich znalosti a dovednosti.

Abstract:
Cílem dvou provedených studií je zjišťování psychometrických vlastností české verze Škály na měření důležitosti morální identity. Škála se skládá z devíti morálních vlastností vystihujících morální osobnost. Měří dvě dimenze morální identity, internalizaci a symbolizaci. Pro analýzu jsme si zvolili autory originální 13 položkovou škálu. Na základě statistické analýzy v pilotní studii (n = 163) jsme z původní škály vyloučili dvě položky, které nesplňovaly stanovená psychometrická kritéria. V druhé studii, na jiném souboru respondentů (n = 185), jsme následně ověřovali míru interní konzistence upravené 11 položkové škály. Konstruktovou validitu jsme měřili pomocí nástrojů měřících morální vyvázání a podvádění v práci. Na základě dosažených výsledků v naší studii doporučujeme zvážit pro použití v české populaci námi navrhovanou, jedenácti položkovou alternativu dotazníku, u které jsme zjistili dostatečně dobré základní psychometrické charakteristiky.

The volume Borders and Contacts. Local, Regional and Global Phenomena, coordinated by Carmen Darabus and Camelia Zabava, brings together 28 papers presented by different scholars (from Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Poland, Ukraine, the Northern Macedonia, Lithuania, and Sweden) in a panel organized at Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria, in June 22nd 2019. The volume is structured in three chapters: linguistics, literature and cultural studies. All the papers, having different subjects, are subordinated to the maine topic and try to demonstrate that the borders separate people, but the culture unites them.

Abstract:
In this article I study medieval concepts of locus studii: how they were constructed, proclaimed and discussed by social actors before producing any real university space in the first Iberian higher schools. I mark out three general types of university spatial concepts in early juridical documents from the universities of Palencia, Salamanca, Lisbon-Coimbra and Lleida. The first group is connected to the universal locale of the studium: “light of science” and scholars’ privileges should extend over the whole Christian world. In political rhetoric “universal” locus studii (that was based on the authorities of the Pope or the Emperor) was imitated by temporal sovereigns. The second type of loci studii is a city. Such conceptions (including civitas regia) considered urban space as integrated and homogeneous place of university activity leaving municipal law out of account. The third group described locus limitadus, a special university quarter. In the last part of my article I observe the use of spatial concepts in social and legal practices of Iberian medieval university corporations. En mi articulo estudio conceptos medievales de locus studii, como se construyeron, se proclamaron y se discutieron por los actores sociales antes de ser producido algún espacio universitario real en las primeras escuelas superiores Ibéricas. Destaco tres tipos generales de los conceptos espaciales en primeros documentos jurídicos de las Universidades de Palencia, Salamanca, Coimbra y Lleida. El primer tipo se vincula con el sitio ‘universal’ del studium: “la luz de ciencia” y los privilegios de escolares tenían que extenderse por todo el mundo cristiano. En la retórica política el locus universal (que se basó en las autoridades del Papa y del Emperador) fue imitado por soberanos temporales. El segundo tipo del locus studii es una ciudad. Tales concepciones (incluyendo civitas regia) estimaron espacio urbano como un lugar integrado y homogéneo para actividad universitaria sin tener en cuenta fuero municipal. El tercer grupo describió locus limitadus, un barrio académico especial. En la última parte de mi articulo analizo el uso de los conceptos espaciales en las prácticas sociales y legales de las corporaciones universitarias Ibéricas.

Abstract:
V této studii jsme zkoumali vliv zrcadla umístěného před účastníky na čestnost v modifikované hře Diktátor s explicitním pravidlem „Vezmi si jen jeden kousek odměny“. Očekávali jsme, že za experimentální podmínky se účastníci budou chovat čestně s vyšší pravděpodobností. První studie byla vykonána na skupině předškoláků, a to v uspořádání s jednou skupinou a opakovanou administrací. Administrace s experimentální podmínkou se uskutečnila dva týdny po prvním kole. Ve druhé studii jsme použili uspořádání se dvěma skupinami a jednou administrací; účastníky byli vysokoškolští studenti. V obou případech byly šance čestné hry za přítomnosti zrcadla signifikantně vyšší. Tyto výsledky jsou vyšší než ty, které jsou známé ze starších výzkumů využívajících jednoduchou hru Diktátor, což naznačuje, že v tomto uspořádání může hrát významnou úlohu proces hodnocení vlastního chování vyvolaný objektivním sebeuvědomováním.

Abstract:
In the first part this thesis deals with theory of information, particularly with characters that can have negative impact. It defines the processes and problems of information interpretation which are used in the next half. Consideration why interpretation is so individual for each of us is necessary for explaining how information can be translated in other sense than was the original. As a practical case, there is chosen one particular event from our history. It is political information, which has impacted, in a certain era, life in our republic. On this example I am analyzing, if this misinformation could be revealed and what was really misinterpreted. Work concentrates on main characteristics of this trial and next search for what was wrong with this interpretation in comparison with ideal interpretation. Following the evolution until this era, when the most of coherency is known. In the end, the methods and ways are proposed, how it is possible to discover the wrong interpretation and also disclose the resources of this historic event.

Work deals with methods of calibration of multi-center study of magnetic resonance imaging. Magnetic resonance is the phenomenon of the substance in a magnetic field of induction B0 delivers energy in the form of RF pulse with the Larmor frequency and thus to excite particles to higher energy levels. Calibration can be performed using the distinctive and homogeneous RF phantoms. Furthermore, we can perform calibration using image registration. To calibrate the images by registering the work described in the classical linear (affine) and nonlinear. Listed below are the simulators, which are also useful for modeling various artifacts.

L'enquête a présumé une étude minutieuse du squelette crânien, des membres et de la colonne vertébrale et leur analyse, en ensemble ou en fonction des zones d'intérêt. Alors, l'étude a présumé une connaissance de l'anatomie des os du squelette, pour déterminer les conditions mécaniques pour l'implantation. L'étude a eu besoin aussi, de l'analyse des principes de la théorie de modélisation en biomécanique. On a élaboré les modèles pour la mandibule, le fémur, la colonne vertébrale et aussi les appareils de fixation. L'optimisation des formes des implants métalliques varie, le choix du plus efficace type de montage pour l'ostéosynthèse et l'analyse des interactions biomécaniques complexes os-implant, représentent des problèmes de complexité à part. Les recherches ont été complétées par l'étude des caractéristiques de l'os, qui ont un rôle très important dans l'interaction os-implant pour l'ostéosynthèse. La thèse de doctorat concerne la conception, la réalisation et la certification d'une trousse des implants chirurgicaux pour le sytème osseux. Grâce aux résultats positifs après l'analyse mécanique virtuelle et expérimentale et les tests cliniques, la trousse des implants crânio-maxilo-faciales et le distracteur mandibulaire ont été certifiés par le Ministère de la santé (le certificat n°13/032/2220/04) et représente la première trousse d'implants conçus et réalisés en Roumanie
The research supposed a meticulous study and analysis of the head skeleton, the upper and lower limbs and spine, according to the zones of interest. The study assumed knowledge of the skeleton anatomy, in order to determine the mechanical implantation characteristics. Also the study asked for an analysis of the theoretical principles of biomechanical modelling. The models for the mandible , the femur, the spine and also for the medical fixation devices were realised. The shapes optimization of the metal implants, the choice of the most effective type of assembly for osteosynthesis and the analysis of the complex biomechanical interactions bone-implant, represent difficult problems. The research was completed by the study of the mechanical characteristics of the bone, which has a very important role in the interaction bone-implant fot osteosynthesis. The thesis of doctorate relates to the design, the manufacturing and the certification of a surgical implants set for the maxilo-facial surgery. Due both to the positive results obtained during the numerical and experimental analysis and the results of the clinical tests, the test of cranio-maxilo-facial implants and the mandible distractor were certified by the Ministry for health (the certificate n°13/032/2220/04) and represent one of the the first set of implants designed and manufactured in Romania

Abstract:
This master´s thesis deals with the analysis of experimental telemetrical ECG records with intention to determine the long-term influence of anticancer drug sunitinib on the electrical activity of heart. A laboratory rat was chosen as a model organism for the experimental study carried out at the Department of Physiology at Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk university. The sunitinib was applied to the rats at an early age and the ECG was measured with a 20-week delay using the Stellar telemetry system. To measure the effect of sunitinib on the electrical activity of the heart chambers, an analysis of the duration of the RR and QT interval and the width of the QRS complex was chosen. These parameters were detected by the wavelet transform method. Statistical analysis was performed using nonparametric tests - the Wilcoxon signed rank test, the MannWhitney test and the Friedman Test. The obtained results suggest that the use of sunitinib has no long-term effect on the observed parameters for the chosen animal model. After extension of the study, the results obtained could contribute to assess the effect of drugs on electrical activity of the human heart several decades after sunitinib treatment termination.

Hue de Rotelande, poète anglo-normand dont l'activité littéraire se situe dans le dernier quart du XIIe siècle, est l'auteur de deux romans en vers, Ipomedon et Protheselaus. Souvent interrogés par la critique - bien qu'une étude d'ensemble sur l'œuvre de Hue fasse défaut - ces textes posent problème quant à leur classification et à leur interprétation. En effet, les ouvrages de Hue, que l'on ne peut tout à fait considérer ni comme des romans antiques ni comme des romans arthuriens, semblent n'être composés que d'épisodes empruntés à des récits contemporains. S'il est vrai que l'on retrouve des motifs et des personnages connus par ailleurs, Hue n'organise pas ses textes de la même manière que ses prédécesseurs. Sous un double rapport de dépendance et d'innovation, Hue s'approprie différents matériaux pour recomposer un monde romanesque, qui repose en grande partie sur la répétition et la variation des traditions littéraires. Puisque les textes de Hue empruntent et utilisent sans cesse l'espace et la matière d'autres romans, et se développent sur des codes déjà existants, il nous a paru nécessaire d'étudier la manière dont l'auteur ordonne ses compositions et établit un dialogue avec d'autres œuvres. Se plaçant sous le signe de la translatio studii et présentant ses ouvrages comme de simples traductions, Hue joue avec ses modèles référentiels qu'il vide de toute auctoritas. Il montre que cette tradition qui veut que les textes s'écrivent les uns sur les autres, le nouveau sur l'ancien, est de l'ordre du semblant (chapitre I). S'il construit ses textes sur le moule et les recettes du roman courtois, il remet en question les modalités de celui-ci afin de proposer une nouvelle conception courtoise qui donne à ses romans une tonalité égrillarde (chapitre II). Hue ne cesse de tenir un discours réflexif sur sa pratique d'écrivain de façon à souligner le travail de l'écriture qui s'exerce dans ses textes. Hue of Rotelande, an Anglo-Norman poet whose literary activity took place in the last quarter of the twelfth century, wrote two verse novels, Ipomedon and Protheselaus. These texts are often questioned by critics - although a comprehensive study of Hue's work is lacking - and their classification and interpretation are problematic. Indeed, Hue's works, which can be considered neither as ancient nor as Arthurian novels, seem to be composed of episodes borrowed from contemporary stories. While it is true that we find motifs and characters known elsewhere, Hue does not organise his texts in the same way as his predecessors. In a dual relationship of dependence and innovation, Hue appropriates different materials to recompose a novelistic world, which is largely based on the repetition and variation of literary traditions. Since Hue's texts constantly borrow and use the space and material of other novels, and build on already existing codes, we felt it necessary to study how the author orders his compositions and establishes a dialogue with other works. Placing himself under the sign of translatio studii and presenting his works as simple translations, Hue plays with his referential models, which he empties of all auctoritas. He shows that the tradition of writing one text on top of another, the new on top of the old, is a semblance (chapter I). If he builds his texts on the mould and the recipes of the courtly novel, he questions the modalities of the latter in order to propose a new courtly conception that gives his novels an eccentric tone (chapter II). Hue is constantly engaged in a reflexive discourse on his writing practice in order to underline the work of writing that is carried out in his texts. He draws attention to his own role as an author, to the image he gives of himself and his function in his work (chapter III)

Abstract:
In Romanian traditions, the making of the „plague shirt” is a spectacular event, organized in order to protect the rural community from disease and natural cataclysms. The making of the „plague shirt” was entrusted to a certain number of women (3, 7 or 9) who gathered on Tuesday evening to spin, weave and sew a hemp shirt which was later worn „over seven borders”, being brought at the end an offering to the ruthless Plague. This custom is attested in Muntenia, Oltenia, Transylvania, Maramureş, Bucovina and Dobrogea. Similar traditions are present in Greece where the „plague shirt” was offered as a gift to Saint Haralambie and in the Romanian communities in Serbia. In its essence, the „plague shirt” is an ancient agricultural practice, a magical-mythical manifestation, aimed at protecting animals and agricultural crops from evil forces.

Abstract:
The information, containing the entire world experience of mankind and serving as historical memory of the nation and the basis for further economic and spiritual progress of society, is stored in libraries. The preservation for future generations of this invaluable information and its carriers – the books that make up the library funds, has become a global task that all civilized countries of the world are solving. In order to preserve the Jewish cultural documentary heritage in the Library named after I. Manger, the department “Rare Book” has been functioning since 2000. Its fund has more than 1500 copies of documents. The collection in Hebrew includes mainly religious books published in the XIX and early XX centuries. The rarest of them are 2 Torah scrolls, volumes of the Babylonian Talmud, published in 1848–1880 in Lemberg, the edition of the Torah (Pentateuch of Moses), dated 1874; Books of the Prophets 1904 and 1914 editions, Zohar 1910, Haggadah. The collection of these rare and valuable books was formed partly through acquisitions in Bukinist bookshops, but the main part was received as a gift from residents of Chisinau and Moldova. Libraries are firstly designed to perform a dual function: to store documents published and written in the past and to provide access to them for present and future generations.

Abstract:
One of those holidays that unites the Russian urban community of the Republic of Moldova is the celebration of the New Year. Even more important for Russians is the celebration of the New Year in the old style, which according to the Julian calendar occurs from 13 to 14 January. Based on the materials of the newspaper “Russkoe slovo” and a number of online news sites, the elements of the celebration of this event were analyzed. Every year the main organizer is the Russian Community of the Republic of Moldova and the Russian Center for Science and Culture. According to the mass media, the New Year celebration was held in educational and cultural institutions in such cities as Chisinau, Balti, Tiraspol and Bender. As a result of the analysis of the news, it became obvious that the old New Year is of great interest as a cultural event. During the performance, the pupils demonstrated the tradition of celebrating the New year from pagan times to the present day. The reporters noted the educational nature of the holiday: the pupils were told about the history of the holiday and the customs of celebrating the Old New Year in Russia, which coincides with St. Basil’s Day.

Abstract:
Since the 1980s, visual artist Stefan Sadovnikov has been involved in book graphics. In this field, the artist managed to approach various genres of literature: poetry, prose, scientific literature, etc. According to the illustrated topics, the graphic techniques approached by the graphic designer are: pencil, pen, gouache, including computer techniques. The strong part of his illustrations consists in appealing by the artist to the plastic principles related to the sign and symbol. Analyzing the book illustrations signed by the fine artist Stefan Sadovnikov, we notice a wide range of allegorical symbols and metaphors created by the artist based on various principles of agglutination, interference of shapes and plastic lines, specific especially to the thinking of sculpture artists. By plastically combining the human figure with the object, the artist personifies the ideas of home, city, music, poetry and love. The artistic image appears as a quintessence of the human character’s relations with the object. Thus, in several illustrations created by the fine artist Stefan Sadovnikov, inanimate objects came to life and features identical to human character and spirit.

Abstract:
The article elucidates the situation of children in educational institutions in the Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic in the context of the reoccupation of Bessarabia and the restoration of the Soviet-type educational system. Following the analysis of the archive documents, we found that the general schooling of the children was carried out in precarious socio-economic conditions, in the absence of appropriate buildings, furniture and adequate teaching inventory. It also happened in situations of poverty, when a large part of the population did not have enough resources to dress and feed children properly. The unsatisfactory conditions in schools have led to poor results in studies, the spread of diseases and epidemics among children. The situation in the educational institutions of the Moldavian SSR in the academic year 1944–1945 clearly illustrates that schooling had a compulsory character being motivated by the interest of the Soviet authorities to install administrative, political and ideological control over the young generation. After the occupation of Bessarabia, given the continuation of military operations to the countries of Western Europe and the need of restoration following them, resources were insufficient and political and ideological objectives were achieved in circumstances of poverty. The 1944–1945 academic year was a turning point for the young generation in the Moldovan SSR. It began to be subjected to ideological training through ideological study programs and involvement in communist organizations for children and youth. Also, the “convert” of children to the communist ideology, to the detriment of national traditions and values, began.

As a consequence of the changes currently taking place worldwide and nationally in the field of the wine industry, combined with the mobility of visitors, there is found a structural review of the overall picture of local wine complexes based on a number of specific principles: of continuity through the buildings with architectural value remaining on their territory, of priority of the ambient environment, of architectural diversity, of integration of non-production functions, of organization of the zoning of multifunctional public space, etc. The research directions of the study are focused on the assessment of the components of wine complexes in view of their capacity to deal with economic, social and cultural problems by creating an optimal structure and an expressive architectural aspect appropriate to the destination of the new requirements. This conditioned the option for the development of the subject, important as a current architectural and social phenomenon – the creation of the new image of modern winemaking enterprises.

Abstract:
This article will follow the evolution of dowry boxes on the territory of the Republic of Moldova (late nineteenth century – mid-twentieth century), the role of external influence, the Romanian, Ukrainian and Russian, which left its mark on the type of decoration to these boxes. It will also be followed, the place and the way of their execution. The peasant’s economic factor and the social condition led to a different number and different quality of the dowry boxes, made by local craftsmen or purchased in fairs and cities. Models of dowry boxes made of joiners or carpentries, differed according to the way of joining and decoration techniques (notching, painting, carving, etc.), each in its own way presenting special artistry. The field research on the Republic of Moldova’s entire territory (2.3 localities from each district of the Republic), related to historical data and literature, has allowed classification of crates and their dating in its historical evolution. This classification allows us to capitalize on and promote our cultural heritage.
