Abstract:
For the first time, promising biological technologies for processing secondary raw materials and waste from crop production, animal husbandry and the processing industry of the agro-industrial complex (AIC) have been generalized. The main attention is paid to the bioconversion of agricultural raw materials and waste, as well as products of their processing. The technologies in question have an undoubted advantage — they are safe, economical and environmentally friendly. Waste transformation products find practical application in agriculture, industry and medicine. Waste from a dangerous source

Abstract:
The monograph is practice-oriented and is one of the first to present a model of the organization of specialized education of schoolchildren based on individual curricula, brought by the author to a technological, methodological level, used in an ordinary general education school and fits into the conditions of its work (up to regulatory funding and compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards).
An unconventional approach to the organization of specialized training is proposed, which provides for the inclusion of each student in the independent design of their individual curric

Abstract:
This chapter explores how individual knowledge leaders use research-based management knowledge to stimulate organizational and system-level change. Situated within literature on organizational processes and practices, we study empirically how key knowledge leaders, embedded within each of our sites, mobilized research-based knowledge into organizational practices. First, we characterize knowledge leadership tactics, of knowledge transposition by mid-level specialists identified with particular knowledges, who used their local credibility to authoritatively interpret and transpose certain texts

Over the last few decades our understanding of what Australia was like during the Mesozoic Era has changed radically. A rush of new fossil discoveries, together with cutting-edge analytical techniques, has created a much more detailed picture of ancient life and environments from the great southern continent. Giant dinosaurs, bizarre sea monsters and some of the earliest ancestors of Australia’s unique modern animals and plants all occur in rocks of Mesozoic age. Abstract:
This chapter examines the role of scribes in private letters from Roman Egypt. The role of the scribe here refers to the scribe’s activity in producing the linguistic form of the letter. Most private letters in Roman Egypt were not written by their senders, but by a scribe (usually not professional) to whom the sender dictated his message. It is pointed out that on the levels of orthography, phonology, and morphology, we see predominantly the output of the scribe. Concerning syntax, it is possible to distinguish two types of scribal behaviour: first, reproducing the author’s message in the for
