Abstract:
In his path of thinking, particularly from the 1930s onwards, Martin Heidegger firmly believed that Sein reveals itself, when human being, whom he termed as Dasein, awakened from his blindness of common sense and struggle for grasps his own authenticity. In this paper I examine Heidegger’s destruction of the work of art as a site of strife between art and politics in his text, Der Ursprung des Kunstwerkes. Heidegger’s position is complex: on the one hand, he acknowledges that Sein is a phenomenon beyond our horizon of understanding, Sein is all about not something particular; on the other hand, he insists that Sein’s presence through art inscribed in a certain particular identity, especially German volks. In response, I argue that the identification of Sein with a particular identity such as German volks, offers the truth that the politics itself is forged and instituted in and as work of art. Some conclusions will be drawn concerning the importance of the small dimension of Heidegger’s thought on art in contemporary politics.

Abstract:
Over 90 years (1870-1960), 800 authors published 3000 Chinese Malay erudite workshops. Bunga Roos from Cikembang is one of the most well-known workshops. The work was written by Kwee Tek Hoay, one of the most prolific authors of his day. Bunga Roos from Cikembang, similar to the previous Chinese Malay literary work, casts an indigenous womanish figure as a Chinese man's "nyaie." The distinction in this tale is that the "nyaie" is elevated to a higher status. She is no longer referred to as a "mistress" (a libido grater), but rather as a lady by her master, even though she has never been married. This distinction is noteworthy and warrants additional investigation. The goal of this research is to locate honorable examples for the female character who becomes the "nyaie" in a detail in this sense, the study theory employed a gender theory, specifically Richard A. Lippa's notions of nature and nurture. This research is the outcome of a library search. The data analysis was done in a descriptive-qualitative manner. Marsiti, like a lady"nyaie" (concubine) of a high-class Chinese, was lauded not only as a woman who satisfies her master's lust because of her beauty, sexiness, and service (nature) but also as a woman in a good social arrangement (nurture). Marsiti is seen as a "partner" who can be relied upon to help the master think through the various challenges that arise in his life as a result of his wimpiness, intelligence, and fidelity. In this case, the location of the woman "nyaie" in Kwee Tek Hoay's Cikembang Bunga Roos appears to be superior to the previous work.

Abstract:
Abstract One of the problems is crowded and is still being debated in the Islamic economy is a matter of usury which is forbidden in the Koran . This debate mainly focused on what is really meant by riba in the Qur'an and how the economy of the Muslims who are held in the middle of the current capitalist economy and modern banking practices that require interest in economic activity .In existential presence of banking institutions can not be separated from economic problems of Muslims as a whole . Muslims who live in the modern system of value-free economy can not escape the " dependency " with banking institutions . consciously or unconsciously banking institutions have been brought up to the Muslims to accept the reality of banking today . It is then disturb the attention of many Muslim community organizations in Indonesia to revisit karaktreristik prohibited usury , presumably withdraw in this case the researchers raised two Islamic society organizations that have a large period of the Nahdhotul Ulama ( NU ) and Muhammadiyah . Where the existence of this organization opposing the giving fatwa against religious issues in society . The subject of this paper is to examine how the public views the two organizations on bank interest .From in-depth discussion can be concluded that : For NU that bank interest law it is forbidden either privately owned banks and state-owned banks . Furthermore , NU revealed that the interest taken by depositors in the bank is forbidden usury . As for Muhammadiyah presumably still skeptical about the presence or absence of ' usury illat on state-owned banks , as seen with the determination , that the law is a state -owned bank interest musytabihat . Reason said musytabihat , is because there are two tendencies are lawful or unlawful , as well as in a bank that does not distinguish between people who borrow money to borrow for consumption and produced . Then this should be avoided , except in an emergency ( forced ) . Muhammadiyah 's decision seems consistent with the notion that interest rates may have an emergency , such as Mustafa az - Zarqani opinion , saying that the bank is a reality that can not be avoided . Therefore Muslims should bermu'amalah with the bank for emergency consideration. Furthermore , Muhammadiyah states , that usury is forbidden by religion is flowering trait that is always accompanied by substance abuse and oppression chance . Being in force today did not cause a sense of oppression or disappointment by anyone interested Keywords: Bank, Interest, Riba, Nahdhotul Ulama, Muhammadiyah

ABSRACT

Estimation of Genetic Parameters and Correlation Between Morphological Traits in Coconut (Cocos nucifera, Linn)

The objective of this experiment was to determine genetic parameters and correlation between morphological trails on the coconut population. A total of 19 local coconut populations were collected from some islands in Indonesia, planted at Pakuwon Experimental Garden, West Java in 1978 and 1982. The altitude is 450 meters above sea level with climate type Bl Oldeman. The total number of sample is 100 palms for each tall coconut with planting distance 9 x 9 m and 60 palms for each dwarf coconut with planting distance 7 x 7m. The observation was done in two steps i.e.: May - August 1996 on 14 populations and June - August 2000 on 5 populations when the coconut population was 18 years old. A number of 4 palms with 3 replications were observed of each population to measure morphological traits of he stem, leaf and inflorescence. Therefore, the total palms used in the experiment were 19 x 4 x 3 = 228. The results revealed that the genetic vaiability of coconut morphological trait were generally narrow. A few traits i.e.: stem diameter 1 5 m from ground level, stem length of 11 leaf scars, spadix without female flower, and number of female flowers/bunch showed a wide degree of variability. In general, the heritabilily estimates in broad sense and genetic gained in percent for all trails were high, except the henlability of spadix with female flower Irait was lowly. A positive significant genetic correlation were found to the morphology traits of stem with leaf and inllorcsccncc except Uic number of female flower/bunch and number of bunch/palm/ycar. From fifteen traits, only six traits had significant genetic correlation with the number of female flower Ihcy were diameter stem 1 5 m from ground level (rg 0.5215*), stem length of 11 leaf scars (rg - -0.5369'), leaflet width (rg - -0.5961**), peduncle thickness (rg 0.5802**), length of inflorescence (rg -0.6143**), and length of spadix (rg -0.4907*), and these traits could be used as selection criteria for selecting high female flower bunch on the coconut.

Keywords ;Cocos nucifera. genetic parameters, correlation, mor- phological trails

Abstract:
The Vedic concepts gave birth to Balinese noble culture that is implemented through the teachings of karma mārga. The effort to preserve the culture cannot be separated from the teachings of Hinduism which originates to the teachings of karma mārga yoga. In Bungaya Village, Bebandem District, Karangasem Regency there is a unique culture and full of creativity from young people. The culture is Tamlang Waluh tradition implemented by Teruna Desa. This tradition is unique because at the time of its execution, participants who follow the tradition pronounce words bojrag (porn) but has a deep meaning. The spoken word like “celi katuk”, based on the ethical view is inappropriate but based on the philosophical view that contains the meaning of the process of creation. The transformation of the teachings of karma mārga yoga in Tamlang Waluh tradition is the transformation of theology as the philosophical foundation of sujud bhakti before Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa trhough His manifestation as Purusa Pradana. Besides, improving the teachings of Susila (Ethics) is seen in the process of metinjakan that the younger generation is educated to always uphold the teachings of Tri Kaya Parisudha ie do not harm the opponent, do not speak harsh words, and do not hold a sense of resentment.
