Full textExecutive women who have family responsibilities do not have enough time to be able to carry out household chores and cleaning workers who do not have a job need economic income to pay for their homes. This situation generates stress in addition to the challenges that arise in the context of Covid-19. An exploratory research has been developed with a qualitative methodology through in-depth interviews with the two client segments that are female executives and cleaning workers. The qualitative research helped to understand the needs, perceptions and expectations of the two segments. It was detected that there is a need for a reliable person in the home who provides a quality service and there are cleaning workers looking for safe jobs with serious people. For this reason, Clean House Peru is created, an intermediary that, through a mobile application, connects the demand for service of female executives with the offer of services of cleaning workers. The company is oriented to provide a service that meets the needs of both segments through a fast, safe, reliable service and with biosafety protocols to provide a different and unique experience supported by technology.

Full textIn recent years, the consumer profile of Modern Lima has changed, achieving a new lifestyle and showing an increase in the preference for online shopping, specifically in the food retail sector. In this context, Hommie Market was born, a startup that sells food and essential products online with a delivery service, aimed at families from the districts of Jesús Maria, San Isidro and Magdalena, of the AB socioeconomic levels, who do not have with enough time to do this activity. Hommie Market are focus on offering an easy-to-use e-commerce platform, with good quality products and brands, with a delivery in a maximum of 48 hours and, taking care of the customer's experience. On the other hand, the economic-financial analysis of the project includes a 5-year horizon starting in January 2021. The initial investment value of the project is S /. 106,250.00 soles. The estimated profit of the project is S/.1'797,865.00 soles at a WACC cost of 9.17% per annum, while the profit of investors for their contribution will be S/.1,865,216.00 soles, at a COK cost of 7.15%. Finally, an average annual growth of 1.10% is projected concerning net income, an established objective to be met.

Full textOur routine and priorities are constantly changing. Every time is becoming easier to find personalized and comprehensive products or services that let us to save time to carry out our priority activities. The active way of life that we lead reduce our free time and activities such as cleaning, washing and cooking are taking to the background. Our project seeks to provide support in daily tasks. It is focused on people of both genders, between the ages of 25 and 50, who belong to A and B Socioeconomic status, who live in such districts as San Miguel, Miraflores, San Borja, Magdalena, San Isidro, Surco or Jesus Maria. Wishes will be differentiated by providing a safe service since our staff will wear a bodycam which will allow our clients to watch in real time the performance of the service, guaranteeing practicality, safety and professionalism. Even more, the service will be easily accessible through a friendly website. The financial scenarios show that the project is viable. The NPV is S/ 325,920, a positive figure and above the COC (15%) which makes our project profitable. The IRR is above with a value of 54%. The recovery period for the investment is from the third year. The initial investment is S/ 151,756, of which S/ 114,056 will be allocated for working capital and S/ 37,700 in fixed assets.

In a world where technology has taken a step forward and in which most people are now unable to travel to work to their work centers, they have to work through their computers or use their electronic devices. So, we saw the opportunity that many people find their electronic devices difficult or damaged and that is why they need a requirement to help them with their devices. This business idea will help people not to have major problems with their appliances and with this we prepare a concierge where it will be a base point of work to be able to move forward with the project. With this in mind, we elaborate a sales plan, operations, the financial part and each one with a sub-budget and in order to be able to know and take into account the positive impact that this could cause on society, also that we take everything into account in which it means having a sustainable project based that helps the society. Finally, we will give our appreciations and conclusions about how we have been developing the work in our conclusions.

Full textThe objective of this Research Work is to demonstrate the viability in the implementation of the company "HOUSEMED", as a service specialized in healing medium and high complexity wounds and ostomies, which can be caused by chronic diseases or trauma, in addition to those generated by surgeries, located in the city of Lima. It has been shown that these types of patients are currently being cared for on an outpatient or hospital basis, most of whom are cared for under insurance or health plan coverage. Thus, a business opportunity has been found that will be served by HOUSEMED, whose value proposition is to provide this service from the comfort of the patients' homes. In addition, this service will be offered to the IAFAS as an adequate alternative to having a quality and timely service for its policyholders. The targeted potential market is 80,953. According to the financial analysis in the next ten years, the HOUSEMED proposal is viable and profitable, in which a VANE of S /. 1,027,185.42. Likewise, the EIRR is 44.49%. On the other hand, we estimate a VANF of S /. 506,286.13 and a TIRF of 64.66%; therefore, the business plan is profitable and attractive. After the technical, economic and financial analysis, it is concluded that this business is profitable for investors, as it is focused on a specialized service aimed at patients with a specific need.

An investigation and validation of the target market, development of the Marketing Plan, operations, organizational structure, and human resources and finally the economic-financial Plan has been carried out. Thus, Home Spa is not only presented as an innovative, safe, profitable, and sustainable proposal, but also contributes to the well-being of women in this situation that the country is currently experiencing.

The service that will be provided is the washing of cars and / or trucks at home, the added value of the service is that we use ecological products. The service request process begins with the customer's order, which can be done through the APP, WhatsApp, Social networks. The source of income of the business will be the Car Wash Service, the project will provide two types of service, being Express Wash and Full Wash, both for cars and / or vans. The investment to be made will be S / 55,340.00 of which 40% will be financed with own resources and 60% will be financed by a banking entity. Finally, we consider that the project is profitable and viable since the result of the NPV is positive in the different scenarios.

Full textThe Hogar & Salud project managed to identify the need of approximately 120 thousand children who are part of the 11.4% of the population with disabilities in our country, these patients interrupt their therapy plan because of the saturation in the clinics and hospitals of our city or for the discomfort involved in mobilizing a patient of these characteristics. Hogar & Salud, with the objective of improving the quality of life of these children, offers therapies in the Physics, Rehabilitation and Language specialties in the comfort of the home to children from 0 to 12 years of age in the districts of Surco, Miraflores, San Isidro, San Borja and La Molina. Likewise, in order to give value to our patients, the first communication link will be medical traumatologists, orthopedists, among others; who, as strategic partners, will recommend us to their patients. This project with a 5-year horizon will be launched with an investment of 177,883 soles, of which the shareholders will contribute 50% and 50% will be financed with comercial banking, this investment will be recovered in 1 year and 7 months after operations started.

Full textThis thesis study is aimed at the implementation of a system of virtual application and technological delivery, the idea arises in the function of the current growth of the population in Metropolitan Lima, as well as the dissatisfaction of the population to the traditional service of laundry. In the present test, the technical, economic and financial viability of the implementation of this business model is found. The objective of this thesis is to optimize the current washing system and create strategic alliances with existing laundry companies that fit our business idea, our added value is the experience of the service, which will be reflected in the saving of time. An analysis of the micro and macro environment is developed, to then conduct market research to obtain useful data to help us adapt our business idea to the market, obtaining information such as the price that will be offered up to the types of service. It explains how the application works through cell phones, as well as the way in which they connect with laundries through strategic alliances, guaranteeing services that will be made and also ensuring the quality of the service in terms of time, type of washing and speed of the service. Finally, each of the investments to be made is quantified and then made by economic indicators such as: TIR: 27%, WACC: 24%, VAN: 19,164, PAYBACK: 1 year. The thesis is concluded giving the scope of the optimization of the service.

Full textThis research work seeks to understand the feasibility of implementing an innovative business model focused on the delivery of ingredients measured in exact quantities for the production of desserts in Lima, Peru. It was created under the name of The Baker Box. This business model was born as the alternative to supply ingredients in specific quantities for the portions required in the recipes, thus avoiding the disuse of ingredients, the tedious process of buying and searching for ingredients, as well as avoiding errors in the execution of the recipe caused by measurement failures. To this end, a number of experiments were carried out to validate the project, in addition to gathering valuable information that served to improve the creation process. With the aim of developing and maintaining a constant growth of the business, a strategic plan was made with analysis, actions and strategies that allowed the improvement of the business to become a reality. Likewise, throughout the creation of the project, the feelings and actions of the dessert lovers were considered in a significant way as feedback for continuous improvement. Based on all that was done, it was possible to find that the business model offered by The Baker Box is viable, scalable and, most importantly, profitable.

Full textEco Plus Limpieza, is a project of cleaning and disinfection services at home in order to satisfy needs of the costumer through the use of ecological supplies that take care of environment, also certified machines for health care of persons. It is aimed at socioeconomic level A and B for men and women aged 25 to 55 years who lives in the modern Lima and Lima Top districts. The value proposition is to secure the safety of its customers through its services with supplies and machines certified by its suppliers, social responsibility through the selection of employees with ONGs and Post-Service that find to secure customer satisfaction. The project has been developed on assumptions of an annual growth of 9% increasing in the next five years based on primary and secondary sources. The project will have an initial investment of S / 153,415, of that 60% will be shareholder financing and 40% will be financed by third parties. The project represents a positive scenario for the return on investment of shareholders with a COK of 13.38%. The financing cost of the WACC project is 12.28%, it is what the project will need to finance its obligations. The project is viable and profitable, the NPV is S / 723,938 and an IRR of 97.62%, the investment recovery period will begin in the second year and for each pen that is invested there is a profit of 8.86 soles.

Full textEl objetivo del presente trabajo de título fue desarrollar un plan de negocios para establecer un servicio de comida a domicilio en el Centro de Medicina, Ejercicio, Deporte y Salud MEDS. El motivo de su elaboración responde a la búsqueda de un mayor control en el tratamiento dado por los nutricionistas, ofreciendo comida envasada elaborada en base a pautas nutricionales. La empresa pretende ayudar a mejorar la atención de los pacientes formando una alianza estratégica con MEDS, cuya retribución será un mercado meta de 240 pacientes, según la investigación de mercado. Vía un análisis interno de carácter cualitativo y cuantitativo, se concluye que los pacientes de la clínica son en su mayoría deportistas, pacientes en tratamiento de lesiones y personas preocupadas por su apariencia física. El rango etario predominante fluctúa entre los 25 y 44 años, el estrato social es mayoritariamente ABC1, viven principalmente en el sector nordeste de Santiago y poseen poco tiempo para cocinar un plan nutricional que satisfaga tanto sus gustos como lo impuesto por la pauta. Se adopta una estrategia competitiva, analizando la industria mediante un análisis Porter, seguido de un estudio de los factores críticos a nivel de negocio, el cual es complementado con un análisis de grupos estratégicos. Finalmente, se obtiene un análisis FODA que orienta al negocio a seguir una estrategia genérica de diferenciación. Los insumos serán comprados a empresas de retail y proveedores directos de materias primas, siendo manipulados, almacenados y distribuidos, previa recepción de las pautas nutricionales. El resultado es compartido con la clínica, por ende, existirá una relación contractual que asegure reglas claras entre las empresas, evitando integraciones verticales y fomentando la cooperación mutua en términos de servicio. En el plan de marketing el posicionamiento del producto busca una diferenciación en calidad, segmentándose en 3 planes: Hipocalórico, Mantención y Deportista. El precio se testeó con método del valor percibido por el cliente, fijando un sobreprecio de un 10% respecto del líder de mercado. La promoción se realizará en pequeños stands portátiles ubicados en los locales de MEDS y será complementada con el reparto de folletos explicativos que motiven la compra. En el plan de operaciones se obtienen 80 horas de operación semanal, un surtido con 10 tipos de almuerzo/cena y 5 de desayuno/once. En el plan de RR.HH. se estimó la presencia de 12 cargos, alcanzando un costo aproximado de $9,6 MM mensuales en la etapa de madurez del negocio. Existen 3 opciones de financiamiento: propio, bancario y vía leasing, obteniendo resultados para el VAN de $280,7 MM, $361,2 MM y $355,5 MM respectivamente, descontados a una tasa del 25%, en un plazo de 10 años e invirtiendo $175 MM. Se realizó un análisis de sensibilidad MonteCarlo sobre las variables relevantes (clientes, precio, tasa de descuento, valor residual y costes de fabricación), donde una viabilidad con probabilidad de ocurrencia superior al 96% motiva la implementación del proyecto.

Full textThis thesis is an analysis of the technical, economic and financial viability of a Business Plan that pretends to implement a delivery service of healthy food for office workers in the districts of San Isidro, Miraflores, Lince and San Borja. For making this possible, we will take advantage of the growing trend of healthy food consumption but having our first contact with the human resources area of the partner companies; we will offer them the idea of a meal that considers the relationship between healthy nourishment and increase of productivity. The value added of DELFIT is centered in the flavor, variety, quality and the feeling of eating at home. We are planning of using a food delivery stations within the company so the workers wouldn’t have to go outside. Additionally, the workers would be able to access our services through memberships and that way, we will maintain a suitable number of clients for our business. Our products will contain innovative and nutritious Peruvian ingredients that can replace those used in traditional cooking. We have researched INEI statistics about how a bad nutrition could end up in different kind of illnesses; in Peru the 53.2% of the population aged 15 and older, suffers from obesity. An analysis of the business was carried out, analyzing several factors of the current conjuncture and then we were able to describe the conception, reality, opportunities and limitations of the market. For this reason, we are developing an entire strategy and a business model that allow us to understand and satisfy properly and profitably the needs of the potential market analyzed in the market study. Then, through a strategic analysis of the business, we have defined the vision, the mission, values, policy and objectives of the company. At that point, we were able to analyze the internal factors of the business and external factors of the market to get to know the different variables that take part in the preparation and delivery of the healthy food service. This analysis led us to establish the value chain and the competitive advantage to be different from our competitors. With all the elements described above, we have carried out also a technical analysis of the business, detailing the services we offer, both in the attraction of partner companies and their collaborators, as well as in the manufacturing and delivery service of healthy food. We have developed the marketing strategic plan that lead us enter in the target market properly, the operational planning with its process diagrams and assignment of responsibilities, the organizational structure, that enables the proper functioning of the business with the workers profiles he organizational chart and the business policies. Finally, through the economic and financial analysis, we could identify the implementation expenses, the expenditures and the total investment needed. The required investment is S/ 354,430.00 soles which is financed with a loan of S/ 35,443.00 and a contribution of S/ 318,987.00 from the partners. In the 5-year projection and according to market research and financial indicators, there is a favorable scenario for the business. The NPV is S/ 829,297.00 soles, considering a WACC of 14.90% and the IRR is 45.84%; these ratios allow us to conclude that the project is viable with a payback period of 3 years and 6 months.

Full textLa empresa consultora Symnetics, especializada en Gestión Estratégica, es objeto de estudio en este trabajo de título, en el que se analiza los procesos para la entrega del servicio de consultoría levantando un modelo de gestión de proyectos que no existía de forma explícita. Chile se encuentra entre los países de más rápido crecimiento de Latinoamérica en la última década, y como resultado hubo una explosión de crecimiento en el sector de la consultoría que ha aumentado el nivel de competencia para la empresa, más del 300% en cuanto a cantidad de empresas entre 2004 y 2014 según datos del SII. A su vez, el rubro parece ser cada vez menos rentable según los mismos datos (hasta tres veces menos rentable que hace un par de años) Este trabajo de título surge como respuesta a una preocupación de los consultores de la empresa en estudio, en particular sobre elementos que conciernen a la ejecución de proyectos de consultoría y a la necesidad de obtener mejores resultados en las mediciones de satisfacción de los clientes. Al respecto se describe los dos principales macro procesos que engloba el servicio y que permiten gestionar desde la consultora a cada uno de los equipos de consultores que trabajan en terreno. El resultado es un rediseño que incluye la adición de planificación por escenarios al proceso de pre-consultoría, dos nuevas reuniones (exploratoria y de análisis del cliente) al proceso de consultoría, así como la formalización del rol de Control y Quality Assurance dentro del mismo proceso. Finalmente se propone la utilización de cinco indicadores que permiten robustecer la información que se entrega a los clientes y la capacidad de gestión que tiene la consultora, estos indicadores se clasifican en dos tipos: de control del proyecto y de gestión interna. Implementando estas propuestas se espera conseguir mayor nivel de cumplimiento de compromisos de los consultores, mejora en la tasa de adjudicación de consultorías licitadas, mejor control y gestión de las horas de trabajo utilizadas por los equipos de consultorías y mayor nivel de confianza con los clientes, entre otros.

Full textOur project establishes a business proposal whose main objective is to relieve people affected when their cars are involved in an incident and drivers find themselves suddenly with no vehicles. Nowadays, Lima's automobile fleet does not have an exclusive service for light vehicles involved in minor accidents. Some of these minor accidents do not need to send the vehicle to the automobile repair shops for, at least, a week, since this situation may generate frustration among the car owners, eventually deprived of their main tool to move freely, that’s without counting on independence. Facing this problem, and considering the growing trend of vehicles traveling in Lima, we observed a disregarded need in the market. That’s why we decided to create our start-up business called "Rush Car", a business that strives to offer an innovative service of at-home repair and painting of bodywork, through a web application. This idea targets a 25-55 year old public, belonging to income groups A, B and C living in the Metropolitan Lima, in area 7. The most interesting part of the service lies in the optimization of times. The traditional customer service channels (automobile repair shops) offer a repair time of no less than five working days. We will offer the customer an immediate quote through our website / application, the possibility to schedule the date and time and benefit from this service from the comfort of his/her own home or office since, nowadays, people greatly value their time as well as they spend it.

Full textEl objetivo de la presente tesis es presentar un plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa online, que opere mediante la modalidad bajo demanda, proporcionando un servicio de compra en tiendas de vestuario y calzado y posterior despacho a domicilio durante un tiempo reducido, mediante la asistencia personalizada y eficiente de un comprador personal. La oportunidad de negocio se sustenta en que actualmente no existe en el rubro de la moda local un servicio con una propuesta de valor similar y la tasa sostenida y creciente de evolución volumen de ventas del canal electrónico en el mercado local y mundial. Dirigido a clientes que valoran la comodidad y el ahorro de tiempo en la compra por internet con despacho a domicilio, a través de una plataforma online robusta, dinámica y moderna con alianzas estratégicas en tiendas de vestuario. El mercado objetivo de este proyecto se estima en $670MM. El proyecto considera una inversión de $58MM, generando un VAN de $96MM bajo una tasa de descuento del 10,2%, con una TIR de 39,4%, lo que demuestra viabilidad financiera. El análisis de sensibilidad indica que los factores que reflejan un VAN negativo es la variación negativa en la cantidad demandada sobre un 10% y el incremento de los costos por concepto de sueldos de los personal shopper y el fee a las tiendas con convenio. Las principales recomendaciones están dirigidas a enfocar los esfuerzos en incrementar la penetración en el mercado para la utilización del servicio, además de la revisión de la estructura de costos con foco en su minimización mediante acuerdos comerciales con las tiendas de moda, de esta forma lograr posicionarse como una alternativa atractiva para el cliente final y para las tiendas. Dado lo anterior, se sugiere implementar el proyecto.

Full textThe present work presents a business solution addressing a current social problem in the country, according to report Violencia en Cifras (Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables [MIMP], 2019, p.2) in 2019 there were 181,885 reported cases of violence being 85% against women. Therefore, it focuses on women in Metropolitan Lima who have been victims of domestic violence. The solution will allow women to develop economically, contributing to improve their quality of life and mitigating the negative consequences that affect their self-esteem. The solution consists of a mobile application called "IRIS" that will offer services in home cleaning, beauty and, starting in the third year, computer technical support services. These services will be provided by women employed by IRIS. The client will be able to choose the employee via geolocation or date scheduling. IRIS is an innovative solution because it offers a new digital, easy and safe way to purchase services at home, with company guarantee and discount options in exchange for ewaste. IRIS is socially sustainable because it has an impact on the lives of women allowing their empowerment through a payroll job with social benefits, psychological support, training to improve skills and learn new ones such as in the field of technology, access and management of bank accounts. Also, impact on customers by providing them with security, confidence and allowing them to save time for activities of higher priority for them. Also, an impact on the environment by promoting the recycling of electronic waste in customers. All these impacts are aligned with SDGs 4, 5, 8 and 11. Finally, financially viable since the company starts as an MSE (micro and small enterprise) with an investment of S/444,860.96, increases sales volume with exponential financial flows in a seven-year projection, with an NPV of 2.111 million dollars and an IRR of 52%.

Full textThe present thesis seeks to provide a solution to the most important problem of Courier companies, which is the "lead time". It is proposed to establish the flows for processes that exist, from the purchase requirement until the chosen product arrives to the final client, furthermore to propose concrete recommendations and practicable solutions for the most common problems which are: the unqualified personnel, the wrong process in the warehouse and the low quality of equipment that is used in the coding and reading of imported goods. To carry out the study, a quantitative and qualitative approach was used, which was developed through surveys for 34 courier companies that offered this kind of service. The current market was also analyzed through a documentary review, as well as interviews with three different experts in the sector, to the Customs Manager of SMP, to the Legal Advisor in the Management of Customs Reports - SUNAT and to the Import Analyst “Compra en USA”. Likewise, a case type of company in charge of Servicios Logísticos de Courier del Perú S.A.C was elaborated, through visits to its facilities. The objective of the paper is to help companies that offer this type of service in the country and laid bare its weaknesses with the aim of this companies make changes and improvements in their processes to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, which will generate an increase of the existing market for this import service of products from USA to Peru.

Female empowerment has allowed today's woman to worry about her image, personal care not for beauty but for her health, with a monthly expense budget, however, she has some needs to solve because of a lack of time and lack of confidence in stylists who do not have adequate biosecurity measures in a Beauty Salon. The solution is a comprehensive beauty service at home exclusively for women, with the use of technology such as a facial scanner and a mobile application to schedule your appointment. This will allow you to receive it in the comfort of your home without waiting time, with the confidence guaranteed by the company and with biosecurity protocols during the reception of the service. The project is innovative in its field, since today there is no service in our country like the one, we propose since the service we offer is unique in our market where excellent customer service, quality inputs, biosecurity measures and technology predominate. The methodology used is, mixed: bibliographic review, interviews, focus group, social media campaigns, landing page, among others. The results of the business analysis tell us that it is attractive to finance. It is concluded that it is a highly profitable and innovative business thanks to the management of its strategies, in particular marketing and sales.

Full textEl presente proyecto consiste en la construcción de un Plan de Negocios para SimplyCare, una empresa de servicio para el adulto mayor (AM) en Santiago de Chile, que ofrece control a domicilio de pacientes con patologías crónicas y aporta con la gestión de información de salud del usuario, reportando a sus familiares y médicos tratantes. El plan de negocios incluye un Análisis Estratégico, una Investigación de Mercado, un diseño del Modelo de Negocios y planes de Marketing, Recursos Humanos, Operaciones y Financiero. Del análisis estratégico se concluyó que la rentabilidad de la empresa es media-alta, puesto que el mercado en el que está inmerso el negocio tiene una gran porción de demanda no atendida y está experimentando un fuerte crecimiento con proyección de al menos 10 años. El atractivo del mercado inducirá la entrada de nuevos competidores, por lo que será necesaria la fidelización de los clientes. El estudio de mercado arrojó como resultado que hay disposición a pagar por los servicios ofrecidos y que actualmente no existen muchos oferentes para satisfacer al total de consumidores. Mediante un plan de marketing, enfocado en transmitir los atributos diferenciadores de la empresa, se posicionará a Simplycare con un servicio personalizado y confiable en el hogar del paciente a un precio menor al valor promedio de los competidores. La empresa ofrece como producto tres planes de servicio que cubren las distintas necesidades de los AM, desde las más básicas (Plan A), hasta las más complejas (Plan C). Los precios se establecieron a partir de considerar las características de los servicios a entregar, la disposición a pagar del consumidor y la estructura de costos del proyecto. En el plan de recursos humanos se considera clave retener al personal de la empresa para mantener la calidad de servicio y cuidar el vínculo afectivo que este crea con el usuario, para lo cual se aplican capacitaciones y estrategias de retención. En cuanto a lo operacional, se identificaron como principales procesos: Contratación, Preparación de Visitas, Control a Domicilio y Generación de Reporte. Señalando, a través de diagramas de flujo, las actividades que los conforman y las personas responsables. El plan financiero, tomó en cuenta la inversión inicial necesaria, los ingresos y los costos, por un periodo de 5 años. Obteniendo un VAN de $ 86.367.715, para una tasa de descuento de 10,49% y una TIR igual a 38,74%. Con estos resultados se concluyó que el proyecto es factible y económicamente beneficioso. Sin embargo, se recomienda tener cuidado con el efecto que podrían tener ciertas variaciones en el precio y la demanda.

Full textEsta tesis es una aproximación al fenómeno humano que significa la migración interna femenina en Chile entre 1952 y 1970 y la particular adaptación que desarrollaron las mujeres migrantes al ámbito urbano. Esta adaptación significó , fundamentalmente, una incorporación masiva al servicio doméstico lo que da cuenta del condicionamiento y la carencia de alternativas a que se sometía la mujer. El objetivo de la autora es aportar a la explicación de la migración femenina y descubrir porqué el servicio doméstico constituye la ocupación más frecuente de la mujer migrante. Complementando la información estadística disponible con la entrevista de siete mujeres migrantes a Santiago empleadas en este oficio, entre 1952 y 1970 , se concluye que el servicio doméstico constituye la ocupación típica de la mujer campesina recién llegada a la ciudad porque, a través de sus rasgos tradicionales, ésta logra integrarse a la realidad nueva y desconocida de la urbe.

Full textAbstract: The continuous advance in the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) opens a wide window of opportunity for its application in different business areas, one of them being the health sector. ICTs enable the user to approach a service with its provider, thus reducing existing accessibility gaps. In the present project an important gap has been detected for the initiation of physical therapy and rehabilitation sessions in the private clinics of the district of Santiago de Surco, San Borja, Miraflores, La Molina and San Isidro, zone 7 according to APEIM 2018, since the patient must wait, on average, up to 20 days for the treatment of acute musculoskeletal pain of the spine, upper and lower limbs, among others, generating dissatisfaction, because clinics do not have sufficient operative capacity. "TERAPEUTAS A DOMICILIO" offers to shorten this gap through the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs), as a strategic tool, improving accessibility to the service by the user. "TERAPEUTAS A DOMICILIO" proposes to perform rehabilitation sessions at home, providing functional accessibility from a mobile application (App), improving geographic accessibility, saving time and money of the companion or caregiver, avoiding the transportation need of the user. "TERAPEUTAS A DOMICILIO", will also provide post therapy accompaniment as a complement to the treatment received and will offer recommendations, in order to improve the quality of life of the user.

Full textThis paper has as main objective analyzing the repercussions of the Home Care Program deployed by the National Health Policy in family caregivers, to understand how they experience the process of taking care, considering the public policies that take responsibility for the patient‟s care and at the same time leave them unassisted. It presents the care in a historical-critical perspective, highlighting its meaning to the ones who take care, as an unrecognized job that demands attention, zeal and skills in the care of another person. It problematizes the changes provoked by the home care and presents the survey realized in the Basic Health Units of Schools in the city of Pelotas, which used as main instrument the realization of open interviews. Ten family caregivers of adult patients in care for more than 30 days and of relatives deceased until three months before were interviewed. The analysis traces a profile of the caregivers showing that the repercussions produced in their lives create an illness worsened by the lack of assistance. Given this a proposal is presented about the possible contribution of the social worker in the Home Care Program focusing the caregiver
Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal, analisar as repercussões do Programa de Cuidado Domiciliar implantado pela Política Nacional de Saúde nas pessoas cuidadoras de familiares, para compreender como elas vivenciam o processo de cuidar, considerando as políticas públicas que responsabilizam pelo cuidado do doente e ao mesmo tempo desasssistem. Apresenta o cuidado em uma perspectiva histórico-crítica, destacando o seu significado para quem cuida, como um trabalho não-reconhecido e que exige atenção, desvelo e habilidades no atendimento ao outro. Problematiza as mudanças provocadas pelo cuidado domiciliar no Brasil e apresenta a pesquisa realizada junto a Unidades Básicas de Saúde de Escolas no município de Pelotas, a qual usou como principal instrumento a realização de entrevista abertas. Foram entrevistados dez cuidadores familiares de doentes adultos em cuidado há mais de 30 dias, e de familiares que tinham ido a óbito até três meses atrás. A análise realizada traça um perfil dos cuidadores evidenciando que as repercussões produzidas em sua vida geram um adoecimento agravado pela desassistência. Diante disso, é apresentada uma proposta sobre a possível contribuição do assistente social no Programa de Cuidado Domiciliar com enfoque no cuidador

Full textUna de las principales atribuciones y responsabilidades del Químico Farmacéutico en su quehacer profesional, es la entrega de información de medicamentos a los pacientes y a otros profesionales de la salud, lo que puede hacerse en los servicios hospitalarios o en las farmacias comunitarias. En un estudio realizado por Domecq y Mascaró en el año 1989 se establece que el mayor conocimiento por parte del paciente a cerca de la terapia que recibe, está asociado a un mejor cumplimiento del tratamiento prescrito. Con el objetivo de entregar a los pacientes información rápida, actualizada y personalizada sobre la terapia que llevan a su domicilio se elaboró una base de datos y se creó el programa Gastro 1.O. Utilizando esta herramienta se entregó información de medicamentos a los pacientes que egresaron del Servicio de Gastroenterología del Hospital Clínico de la Universidad de Chile entre el 16 de diciembre del 2005 y el 18 de enero del 2006. De 63 pacientes dados de alta en el período de prueba de la base de datos, se presentó el estudio a 21 pacientes y se entregó información sobre medicamentos a 20 pacientes de los cuales 12 eran mujeres y 8 eran hombres. Sus edades fluctuaban entre los 16 y los 79 años. El promedio de medicamentos indicados por paciente fue de 4.1 ± 2.1 El promedio de medicamentos con información entregada fue de 2.6 ± 1.7. De los 20 pacientes 16 debían tomar sus medicamentos en forma permanente, 3 pacientes debían tomar sus medicamentos por 6 días y 1 sólo en caso necesario. Para evaluar la información entregada y si fue útil en el tratamiento de los pacientes se aplicó una encuesta en forma telefónica en dos oportunidades. La encuesta realizada a los pacientes tenía un puntaje asignado a cada respuesta, el puntaje máximo de la encuesta era de 19 puntos y el puntaje mínimo de 6 puntos. El puntaje medio obtenido en la encuesta de evaluación tanto en la primera como en la segunda entrevista fue de 16.5 ± 1.2 puntos Al analizar los resultados obtenidos en cada pregunta se ve que el trabajo realizado ayudó a los pacientes en su tratamiento

Full textEl objetivo general de esta memoria es diseñar un modelo de negocios e implementar un prototipo funcional de Flirty, servicio web que ofrece asesoría online a la pareja para fortalecer su vida íntima y entregarles nuevas ideas para innovar. Actualmente, existen diferentes medios para ayudar a las parejas tales como la psicoterapia y algunos programas preventivos como el PREP. El problema con éstos, es que el primero no es demandado por las parejas hasta que el quiebre es muy grande y, el segundo, no es de fácil acceso para todos, ya que requiere clases presenciales. Por esta razón, se crea Flirty, cuyo objetivo es ayudar a las parejas a mejorar su relación, dándoles herramientas preventivas (en base a la entretención y la intimidad), a través de un servicio web, de fácil acceso para todos. Además, se plantea una solución que ayuda a los usuarios a cumplir sus fantasías sexuales, evitando tener una conversación vergonzosa con su pareja, y propone nuevas actividades innovadoras, evitando que caigan en una monotonía. Las metodologías utilizadas para el desarrollo del proceso son Running Lean, el cual se ocupa como herramienta de construcción y validación del modelo de negocios, Design Thinking y Lean Startup que se usan de manera conceptual y entregan un marco para guiar el diseño del servicio, y la Usabilidad, que se ocupa para obtener feedback del prototipo creado. Para ir afinando el proyecto, primero se realiza un ajuste del problema solución, el cual valida los quiebres por los que se crea Flirty. Segundo, se hace un experimento cualitativo con un prototipo de la solución, del que se obtiene feedback, para luego rediseñar el producto en base a los aprendizajes. Siguiendo, se crean test cuantitativos, los que son probados con los adoptadores tempranos. Por último, se corre un test de usabilidad, para aprender sobre los principales errores que existen, y ver por qué ciertas acciones no son realizadas por las personas. En cada proceso se va iterando el modelo de negocios. El análisis financiero que se realiza a través de un flujo de caja a 3 años, con una tasa de descuento de 30%, da como resultado un VAN de -$63.186.679clp, que además entrega flujos negativos todos los meses. Esto muestra que el proyecto no es atractivo, y que no debe realizarse. Aún así, dados los resultados del test de usabilidad, sumado a los aprendizajes del mercado, y a la falta de pruebas que aún se pueden realizar, se cree que rediseñando el sitio, se podría hacer subir la tasa de conversión de usuarios a clientes, lo que lograría obtener un VAN positivo. Por esta razón, se decide indagar durante un tiempo más, para ver si se logran aumentar las ventas, o si es que definitivamente Flirty debe ser cerrado. Para lo último, se propone un plan de actividades a realizar en el siguiente año luego de finalizada la memoria.

A Atenção Domiciliar é um modelo substitutivo ou complementar à internação hospitalar ou atendimento no ambulatório. Objetiva a desospitalização dos usuários e a operacionalização das equipes multiprofissionais para atendimento no domicílio. A inquietação da pesquisa surge da problemática relacional e dos sistemas de trocas no momento do cuidado a partir da Teoria da Dádiva de Marcel Mauss. O estudo teve o objetivo de analisar as relações de cuidado entre usuários e profissionais de saúde do Serviço de Atenção Domiciliar da Secretaria Estadual de Saúde de Pernambuco. Um estudo qualitativo descritivo, utilizando a Metodologia de Análise de Redes do Cotidiano, por meio de entrevista semi-estruturada e observação participante. O tratamento dos dados a partir da análise de conteúdo, com temas de discussão acerca do contexto, das motivações e da dádiva nas relações de cuidado. Os entrevistados identificaram o ambiente do hospital como espaço de controle do cuidado e de não participação do usuário nas decisões terapêuticas. Identificamos desde a necessidade da obrigação de compromisso dos participantes até a necessidade sentida pelos profissionais de serem acolhidos. As categorias construídas relativas aos atos de dar e receber foram: atitudes simbólicas e revelação, práticas do cuidado, processos de subjetivação, religiosidade, dimensão política e valores do cuidado. No que concerne à retribuição às categorias foram: afetividade e generosidade, gratificação material, religiosidade e o reconhecimento na realização da dádiva do cuidado.

Full textNowadays, the consumption of alcoholic drinks are more frequently, as increases of 10% were predicted for the coming years in the industry. In addition, this market has a great reception at night hours. However, liquor stores such as retail stores cannot supply at dawn hours because the sale of them are prohibited after 11:00 pm, according to legal regulations, so many customers must buy those products before starting an event or they find it impossible to find an open establishment with availability to sell these drinks. What it can generate discomfort for not continuing the meeting how people expected. Thus, this project takes in consideration this problem focusing in young people between the ages of 18 - 39 years of socioeconomic level A and B residing in Metropolitan Lima. Through a service delivery of alcoholic drinks in the hours from Thursday to Saturday from 09:00 pm to 04:00 am. The work team chooses this target because it has the purchasing power to pay established prices of “Sr. Shot” and is at the forefront of E-commerce technology to be in contact with any of the sales channels of the business. For the initial investment, a contribution of S/. 137,722 will be required from the shareholders, where a COK of 14.73% will be received with a return on investment from the third year.

This business idea is adapted to the context in which we are currently in, Covid-19, which ask us to have biosecurity protocols; safeguarding the lives of our customers and collaborators In addition, the project seeks to formalize a service that for many years has been developed informally and, under low quality standards,in this way, we also seek to boost the formality of small businesses in our country We have a team with experience in the field of services and a technical staff with experience in each area. Finally, having developed this research project, we can indicate that House's Workers is a profitable business idea because it has a positive profit from the first year and at the end of the fifth year, we will have a net profit of S/. 157,281 soles with growth of 10% from the second to the fifth year.

Full textThe main goal of this thesis is to analyse paid caregiving occupations providing care to individuals living in situations of dependency in Catalonia. The social and gender representations associated with these occupations, performed in the dependent care services (both at home and in institutions), will be analysed from a qualitative perspective, and empirical data will be provided about this occupational sector, characterised by feminisation and job instability. A proposal to apply the research will also be formulated with a view to fostering gender equality and the social recognition of the activity. The research methodology involved two research strategies: firstly, Home-Help Services were selected as ethnographic cases to highlight the observation and analysis of gender relations, the characteristics of the paid care work in these services and the relation between the service providers and the municipal administration. Secondly, various caregiving services were selected to highlight the barriers and opportunities of the involvement of men in this occupational sector. In-depth interviews were conducted with those individuals who participate in the management of the service and in directly providing the care; as well as the observation of different caregiving services. The qualitative methodology served to reconstruct the experiences and perceptions of people working in this occupational sector, with a view to determining the impact of the working conditions and the social and cultural representations related to this activity. The empirical data worked on were mainly examined from the theoretical contributions of the economy of care, social care, performative gender approaches and through the adoption of an intersectional perspective. This thesis confirms that, although care continues to be mainly provided by the family, the growth in the need for care as a result of the ageing of the population means that this occupational sector is currently expanding. It is a strongly feminised sector which has become established as an occupational niche both for native women with a low educational level and immigrants. With the externalisation process of public services, private organisations have become the main service providers of the sector, something which has not improved the quality of the service or the working conditions. The thesis has also demonstrated the unequal opportunities for men when accessing these jobs, although their (minor) involvement entails emerging models of men devoted to these types of jobs and therefore, changes in the gender systems and relations. This thesis provides in-depth knowledge of this occupational sector which is essential to guide proposals for change that promote the social recognition of this job, its redistribution and the improvement in the care of persons in situations of dependency. The thesis concludes with a series of recommendations which could be used to move towards conferring dignity and professionalization on paid caregiving work, in order to guarantee a sustainable and quality caregiving system. In this way, the results presented herein are highly applicable, especially in social intervention and in the design of social policies.

Full textThe research analyses lodging people, described as an informal enduring and non professional greeting, by an host, in his house, about homeless related to him, homeless friend or homeless next of kin. It is led from practitioner - researcher's position and aims to be at the same time qualitative, comprehensive and inductive. The geographical ground of investigation is the city of Paris. Data were collected in five districts with fifteen guests and twelve hosts and with nine social workers practicing within the General Council of Paris in specialized service Active Solidarity Revenue or the framework of the versatility of sector. The interpersonal accommodation is analyzed as a social situation, with its characteristics and specificities, then as significant social practice for his actors, with his appropriate dynamics, governed by the economy of the gif, producer of including personal and social effects, in a dimension of “social substitution", or excluding for the accommodated, sometimes for the hosts. Social intervention methods are studied through an analysis of the professional practices, from the positioning of the social services department as mediation symbolic and third social, party, accompanying the actors of the hosting in the resolution of their problems (support for the functions and the places held by agents, propping up and mediation favoring the preservation of the hosting, the procedural actions of type of search for alternative solutions the hosting)
