Full textThis thesis project "SERVICE OF GENERATION OF DIGITAL SIGNATURE AND ELECTRONIC AUTHENTICATION USING THE DIGITAL CERTIFICATES CONTAINED IN THE ELECTRONIC DNI” searches the development of a service that allows the generation of digital signature of the PDF documents, so that they have the same legal value as a handwritten signature as well as electronic authentication to enter to web applications. This service will allow the use of the digital certificates contained in the electronic DNI of the Peru complying with current legal regulations and might be integrated easily, quickly, and simply to any existing or new web application. To do the before mentioned, it will be implemented a service for the generation of digital signature, based on what is established in the guide of accreditation of software applications of INDECOPI, which details the functional requirements that must comply with a public key software application, which interacts with the electronic DNI. Part of these requirements will also be implemented in the service of electronic authentication. This way, it will be ensured that the service complies with the necessary requirements to perform the operations of digital signature and electronic authentication by using digital certificates contained in the electronic DNI. The implementation of the proposed solution will include the development of PC applications that will run on computers. Furthermore, the development of web applications that will connect to these PC applications, and there will also be a web application of maintenance that will manage the authorization of the use of the service.

Full textEn primer lloc ens centrem en l'estudi de la xarxa Internet i del comerç electrònic dins de la gestió empresarial, així com de la seva situació al nostre país. Seguidament, s'analitzen els principals components a tenir en compte per l'empresari en línia a l'hora d'establir una botiga a Internet. S'estudia el disseny i la seva relació amb la presentació gràfica, facilitat d'ús i d'accés.
Així mateix, s'analitzen les diferents formes d'establiment virtual que podem trobar i els diferents models de negoci que podem implantar en aquests centres comercials. També ens ocuparem de temes relacionats amb la seguretat, formes de pagament i promoció.
Paral·lelament es desenvolupa un concepte de qualitat percebuda adaptat a aquest tipus d'establiment virtual ubicat a Internet, al seu disseny i a la seva especificitat.
Finalment, i basant-nos en la metodologia i en els models d'operativització emprats en la mesura de la qualitat de servei, desenvolupem una eina de mesura de la qualitat percebuda als establiments virtuals.

RESUMEN
En el presente trabajo se describen las líneas seguidas para la construcción y validación de un instrumento de medida de la calidad percibida del servicio prestado por un establecimiento virtual.
En primer lugar nos centramos en el estudio de la red Internet y del comercio electrónico dentro de la gestión empresarial, así como de su situación en nuestro país. Seguidamente, se analizan los principales componentes a tener en cuenta por el empresario en línea a la hora de establecer una tienda en Internet. Se estudia el diseño y su relación con la presentación gráfica, facilidad de uso y de acceso.
A su vez, se analizan las diferentes formas de establecimiento virtual que podemos encontrar y los diferentes modelos de negocio que podemos implantar en estos centros comerciales. También nos ocupamos de temas relacionados con la seguridad, formas de pago y promoción.
Paralelamente, se desarrolla un concepto de calidad percibida adaptado a este tipo de establecimiento ubicado en Internet, a su diseño y a su especificidad.
Finalmente, y basándonos en la metodología y en los modos de operativización empleados en la medición de la calidad de servicio, desarrollamos un instrumento de medida de la calidad percibida en los establecimientos virtuales.

ABSTRACT
The present work describes the steps taken in order to construct and validate an instrument for measuring the perceived quality of the service rendered by online enterprises.
In the first place we studied the Internet and the e-Commerce in the context of Business Management paying special attention to the situation in our country. Thereafter we analysed the main components to be taken into consideration by the online entrepreneur who wants to establish a shop in Internet. We have studied the design concentrating in the graphic presentation as well as in the facility of use and access.
Secondly we analysed the different forms of online enterprises to be found and the various kinds of businesses that could be implemented in this commercial establishment. We have also dealt with security, forms of payment and promotion.
Using the findings made during our research, we have developed a concept of perceived quality, design and specificity adapted to online commerce.
Finally, and taking as a basis the methodology and the ways it was employed in measuring the quality of the service, we have developed an instrument for measuring the perceived quality in online enterprises.

Full textThe purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the digital signature and digital certificate, and the quality of the electronic service, measured through the response capability, the information security and the reliability of the information in the public entities, in Metropolitan Lima. In the first chapter, the theoretical framework has been developed to understand the present research, for which we will analyze the legal framework, electronic government, cryptography, digital signature and digital certificate, identity, electronic services, reliability and information security. In the second chapter, we will describe the qualitative, descriptive and explanatory research methodology used, from which we will identify the context, the sample, the main design and the procedure for data collection. In the third chapter, we will analyze the data and results obtained that allowed us to answer the general question of the research: What is the relationship between the digital signature and digital certificate, and the quality of the electronic service, measured through the response capability, the information security and the reliability of information in public entities, in Metropolitan Lima. In the fourth chapter, we will describe the findings, barriers and gaps that we identified during the data collection process during the research. Finally, in the fifth chapter, we will present the conclusions and recommendations of the present research.

Full textThe present project is about providing a cleaning service through an application and web platform, which shows us the viability of its execution. The research carried out in zone 7 of Metropolitan Lima, based on the districts of Miraflores, San Isidro, San Borja, Surco and La Molina of socioeconomic level A and B, which made it possible to detect the need of this segment to count with a person who can be a support in terms of cleaning home, because to the very busy lifestyle due to work, family and/or personal issues. Currently, there are companies that do not satisfy the need of this segment, which generates some discomfort in terms of the quality of the service and the lack of professionalism of the staff that comes to perform the service and the administration of these companies. Clean Flash, is a company that seeks to generate a unique experience in people, in terms of cleaning home, supported by technology, people will have at their disposal a tool that facilitates the contractibility in such a way that they can request the service from the comfort of anywhere and in the simplest way. Having a highly trained cleaning staff with a great sense of quality and being able to exceed expectations and generate a bond of trust. To start up, an investment of S/ 113,386.00 is required, financed 50% with a bank loan and the other 50% with the contribution of the shareholders, which according to our indicator of the period of recovery of the investment is estimated to recover the investment in two months and sixteen days.

Full textPetrobras es una empresa petrolera brasileña, de propiedad estatal en su mayoría, pero con participación de privados. Durante su participación en el mercado chileno, se ha trazado metas de crecimiento que le han permitido convertirse en uno de los principales competidores del mercado. Sin embargo, las metas trazadas han estado en el último año más alejadas de las ventas reales obtenidas, registrándose por ejemplo durante el 2013 un crecimiento de solo un 3,8% con respecto al 2012, en contraposición del 7,7% esperado, en las ventas de las estaciones de servicio concesionadas. Se pudo constatar mediante el análisis de estas ventas y los factores de incidencia en los resultados, que los atrasos en la gestión de medios de pago, y por ende, el no contar con opciones de tarjetas para las estaciones de servicio, provocan una importante parte de las pérdidas o ventas no alcanzadas, al ser una opción cada vez más utilizadas por los clientes. La resolución de requerimientos asociado al sistema de medios de pago necesita la gestión de diversos actores, teniendo que interactuar continuamente el área TI, sus proveedores, el área comercial, los distribuidores y los proveedores de medios de pago. En la práctica, la poca definición de los procesos a seguir y de los dueños de éstos, y la ineficiente coordinación entre los actores, provoca continuamente el atraso en la gestión de soluciones. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es mejorar los principales procesos involucrados en gestiones realizadas para la solución de problemas asociados a medios de pago y su integración al sistema tecnológico, con el fin de eliminar los períodos de tiempo en los que las estaciones están sin el servicio óptimo. El trabajo realizado apuntó a detectar las deficiencias presentes en las solicitudes con Transbank, y de esta manera formalizar y definir actores principales en cada uno de los procesos. Los procesos estudiados fueron los involucrados directamente con la gestión de equipos para estaciones nuevas, o cuando se produce un cambio de operador en las estaciones. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron reducir los tiempos de los procesos involucrados, y mantener un flujo de información efectivo para contar con equipos de pago en las estaciones a no más de 3 días desde su inicio de operación. Esto se ve traducido en una disminución en las pérdidas de venta, que pueden alcanzar por lo menos MM$21,9 para la compañía, y MM$7,82 para los distribuidores, durante el 2015 para los 10 proyectos contemplados como estaciones nuevas a la fecha.

Full textThis thesis study is aimed at the implementation of a system of virtual application and technological delivery, the idea arises in the function of the current growth of the population in Metropolitan Lima, as well as the dissatisfaction of the population to the traditional service of laundry. In the present test, the technical, economic and financial viability of the implementation of this business model is found. The objective of this thesis is to optimize the current washing system and create strategic alliances with existing laundry companies that fit our business idea, our added value is the experience of the service, which will be reflected in the saving of time. An analysis of the micro and macro environment is developed, to then conduct market research to obtain useful data to help us adapt our business idea to the market, obtaining information such as the price that will be offered up to the types of service. It explains how the application works through cell phones, as well as the way in which they connect with laundries through strategic alliances, guaranteeing services that will be made and also ensuring the quality of the service in terms of time, type of washing and speed of the service. Finally, each of the investments to be made is quantified and then made by economic indicators such as: TIR: 27%, WACC: 24%, VAN: 19,164, PAYBACK: 1 year. The thesis is concluded giving the scope of the optimization of the service.

Full textEste estudio se presenta como el primer intento por desarrollar una escala de medición de la calidad del servicio en la banca On Line en Chile. A lo largo de la revisión literaria se revisan distintos modelos creados con el fin de medir la calidad del servicio en general, como modelos particulares para la banca. A grandes rasgos la calidad del servicio puede ser definida según Parasuraman et al., (1985) como la diferencia entre las expectativas y las percepciones que los consumidores tienen de un servicio en particular. El principal objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la factibilidad de replicar en Chile un instrumento de medida de la calidad del servicio en la banca electrónica realizado en Inglaterra por Jayawardhena (2004). De esta manera, se determinó en una etapa cualitativa, que la escala utilizada en ese país debía ser adaptada a los requerimientos de los usuarios en Chile. Un análisis factorial llevado a cabo entrego como resultado 19 atributos relevantes acerca de que es lo que los consumidores valoran de la experiencia de ingresar al sitio Web de su banco, las que se distribuyeron en cuatro dimensiones. Finalmente una regresión llevada a cabo indicó el peso que cada dimensión tenía en la valoración de la calidad del servicio en la banca electrónica en Chile Los resultados obtenidos en este estudio no son del todo concluyentes, por lo que se sugiere su utilización como base en una futura investigación acerca del mismo tema abordado a lo largo de este estudio. Sin embargo, esta investigación da un Proxy confiable acerca de que valoran los consumidores al momento de utilizar la banca On Line.

Full textRealiza el planeamiento, análisis y diseño de un sistema de comercio electrónico para brindar un servicio de registro y apoyo a la selección de proveedores, facilitando el intercambio de información entre organizaciones y la realización de operaciones comerciales entre empresas compradoras y proveedoras. En primer lugar se realiza un estudio de las necesidades de las empresas compradoras en el proceso de compras y de las empresas proveedoras en el proceso de ventas. De esta manera identificar los beneficios potenciales que pueden ofrecerse a través de la solución de comercio electrónico. Luego se procede a definir los requerimientos de negocio de cada proceso, para proceder a definir las funcionalidades más importantes del sistema que cubran dichos requerimientos. Finalmente se elabora el diseño del sistema para facilitar la fase de construcción, la cual no se encuentra considerada en el presente trabajo.

Full textWhat is a gift? What does it convey? What does it mean for people to deliver something without expecting to receive anything in return? For many, a gift represents the symbol of love, friendship or affection towards a person, reminding them how important they are to them through something so small, but with great significance. According to the Spanish Royal Academy, a gift is defined under the following concept: «A gift is' a gift that is done voluntarily or by custom 'and giving is:' give someone, without receiving anything in return; Offer something as a manifestation of affection or consideration or for another reason '. Therefore, we can say that the gift is born of a spontaneous desire to express to a person our positive feelings or appreciation ». We are people of customs, we manage a schedule, routines, habits and so on. While it is true that customs differ according to culture, it is inescapable to recognize that in every culture important events are celebrated and remembered, such as the birth of a new being, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. And we manifest our joy with a gift. Therefore, this activity is recognized as a ritual, part of our way of relating. It is a trend that transcends cultures. While there are department stores that offer a diverse range of gift options, as well as specialty stores or special tastes, these stores -especially department stores-are only looking to sell their products and not necessarily offer a kind of Additional service as updated trend information, consequently 'that gift' that will transmit our best wishes and feelings becomes increasingly complicated to find. Added to this, must suffer the terrible traffic of the city and that no longer focuses on a specific time or point; This urban phenomenon subtracts the time that the consumer can invest in the purchase of a gift. Faced with this unattended niche, we designed a proposal that will solve the aforementioned and the initiative arises to offer a different service that allows finding the desired and personalized gift for any occasion, thus not generating loss of time, bad shopping experiences or even a gift that is not to the liking of the recipient. The benefits we will offer will be important not only for the person who requests the purchase, but for the recipient who will have a pleasant surprise. On the other hand, and as a differentiation with existing services in the market, the emphasis of our project will be to communicate that the service has as main focus the "personalization" and "originality in each gift", being these our main competitive advantages. This service will rely on technology (virtual platforms) to contact its customers and will be advertised through the main social networks, with the support of fashion bloggers and trends and / or applications that are relevant to the service. Our work team is made up of four students from the EPE program of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC), together manage to exploit the essential skills to bring this idea afloat; such as teamwork, leadership, analytical vision, among others. Thanks to a solid idea and to the passion for what we do, we become a solid team with capacity to lead the present business project to its consolidation and success.

Full textEl objetivo de este estudio, es el desarrollo de un plan de negocio para la empresa Reservo.cl, la que inicia actividades en Febrero del 2014, contando con 35 clientes al inicio de este estudio. La empresa, ofrece un software online con herramientas financieras y administrativas, que permiten mejorar el control de gestión a los dueños de los centros de estética y belleza. El proyecto, se enmarca en una industria que ha mostrado un crecimiento constante del 7% anual en los últimos 5 años, presentando una oportunidad para apoyar a aquellas empresas, que ante este crecimiento, se les hace necesario optimizar la gestión de su negocio. Las metodologías aplicadas para el desarrollo del estudio son: Running Lean, la cual se utiliza como herramienta de construcción y validación del modelo de negocios; Design Thinking y Lean Startup, empleadas de manera conceptual, entregando un marco para guiar el diseño del servicio. El primer paso del estudio, propone una validación a esta necesidad, para lo cual se utilizó la metodología Lean Canvas, la que detectó, en los empresarios del rubro, el deseo de tener una herramienta que los ayude a cumplir y mejorar sus procesos. Con las metodologías mencionadas, se realizaron diferentes pruebas, las cuales tienen como objetivo validar las hipótesis planteadas, a través de experimentos cualitativos, que hacen posible desarrollar el mínimo producto viable, elaborado de los aprendizajes de las entrevistas. Luego, se desarrollaron pruebas cuantitativas con el prototipo de la solución, que fue probado por los potenciales clientes, obteniendo 18 nuevos centros en un período de 3 meses, con un ingreso adicional de $720.000 CLP mensuales. El análisis financiero se realiza a través de un flujo de caja a 3 años, con una tasa de descuento del 7%, la que da como resultado un VAN de $ 63.946.000 CLP con una inversión del primer año de $4.554.000 CLP y utilidades al tercer año por sobre los $33.994.000 CLP, esto se logra alcanzando menos del 10% del mercado de la Región Metropolitana. Con esta información, se logra desarrollar el plan de recursos humanos y en conjunto con las conclusiones anteriores, se define el modelo de negocios y se especifican los procesos. Finalmente, el estudio muestra que el proyecto es rentable en el mediano plazo, modificando ciertas características iniciales del proyecto, el cual a Febrero del 2016, cuenta con 68 clientes e ingresos mensuales de $2.433.727.

Full textThe purpose of this work is to propose a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for the use of digital certificates for encryption and digital signatures to offer an optimal solution for information security, to avoid the threats that are currently exposed to e-mail users in the target organization. In the first chapter the introductory aspects of the project will be presented. In this section the target organization will be identified, the problem to which the organization is exposed will be described and the current status of information security technologies that may apply to an e-mail service will be described. In addition, the objectives of the project will be proposed, which will be evaluated in the last chapter of the project. In the second chapter will be described in detail all the theories, principles and fundamentals of information security to which the subject of research will be described. Likewise, the technologies of which the PKI is composed will be described, analyzing standards, norms and policies of good practices used in international standards. In chapter three of the project the problems identified in the target organization are raised. Likewise, security requirements will be identified based on the defined problem. Likewise, this modality has been gaining ground in Peru and showed a constant evolution thanks to factors such as E-Service Quality. It should be noted that department stores in Peru have taken this variable into account in their digital sales strategy. As a result of this, this academic research aims to identify what is the level of relationship of variables such as E-Service Quality with E-Satisfaction and later with E-Loyalty in department stores in Metropolitan Lima. Therefore, using a convenience sample of 384 people, this study investigates the relationship between electronic service quality and electronic loyalty within Peruvian department stores. All responses will be measured on a 5-point Likert scale, where 1 is “totally disagree” and 7, “totally agree”.

Full textOne of the main topics to be discussed in the digital economy is the tax legislation, due to the fact that, with the arrival of the digital revolution, the electronic commerce has had an accelerated growth, generating differences in the regulations as a result of the lack of updating. The subject of analysis to be developed are the streaming services, due to the fact that their consumption is higher in natural people than in legal companies, so, the tax legislation does not contemplate natural people for the application of the IGV for these services. Consequently, the service is not taxed and, therefore, the IGV is not collected in the Peruvian territory. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of the tax treatment of the IGV of non-domiciled streaming service companies on the tax revenues of the Peruvian State. In addition, the specific objectives aim to verify whether the tax treatment of the IGV allows the tax on these services in Peru, the impact of the growth in consumption of the service on the collection of IGV and the compliance with the principle of neutrality in these companies. To this end, the work is done through a descriptive, explanatory and correlational design that allows the analysis of the objectives. It should be emphasized that the work is intended to serve as a subject of study for future academic investigations.

The marketing plan is developed to analyze the needs of our target public and the principal focus of it, is to provide requested services. Likewise, in it, we analized the investment of the marketing plan and the projection of the demand with the purpose to make the plan sales. In the part of operative plan, is established the policies company, the purchasing management and the stock management. Also, we analized the structure of costs and the expenses that will be incurred in the acquisition of the fixed and intangible assets, and finally, the productive process. The organizational structure is developed in order to constitute the company, mark the objectives and the company policies, in it design the functions of the jobs and make the expense structure of the area of human resources. Finally, in part of the financial plan, in it we analize the cost effectiveness, the initial investment required and the financing that we need to start operations. It will allow us to obtain the financial indicators of the cost effectiveness and to be able to determine the viability of the academic project.

Full text96.5% of the companies in the Peruvian market are made up of micro and small companies. They have a 24% share in the national PBI and most are located in the interior of the country. The owners of these companies usually acquire their merchandise from Lima, moving to the capital or using their frequent supplier. This displacement causes the CEO to leave his business and hire staff to take care of the business during his trip to the capital, incur interprovincial transportation expenses, lodging, food, internal transportation and that generates that he does not obtain the income generated by his sales. After this problem arise BUYERS, which aim to be strategic allies that employers of MYPES in the interior of the country need to optimize their operations. In this sense, the buyers act as personalized purchaser of the goods that the entrepreneurs of the MYPE market retail, according to the characteristics of quality and time required. The buyer team is made up of a group of UPC students, who trust in the success of the project, due to the commitment and passion with which they perform their functions. Therefore, during the financial analysis, our team found that "Buyers" is an attractive and profitable project with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 31%, a Net Present Value (NPV) of the Project of 64,483.58 soles and a projected Net Margin is between 13.52% and 22.98%.

In addition, this market has a great reception at night hours. However, liquor stores such as retail stores cannot supply at dawn hours because the sale of them are prohibited after 11:00 pm, according to legal regulations, so many customers must buy those products before starting an event or they find it impossible to find an open establishment with availability to sell these drinks. What it can generate discomfort for not continuing the meeting how people expected. Thus, this project takes in consideration this problem focusing in young people between the ages of 18 - 39 years of socioeconomic level A and B residing in Metropolitan Lima. Through a service delivery of alcoholic drinks in the hours from Thursday to Saturday from 09:00 pm to 04:00 am. The work team chooses this target because it has the purchasing power to pay established prices of “Sr. Shot” and is at the forefront of E-commerce technology to be in contact with any of the sales channels of the business. For the initial investment, a contribution of S/. 137,722 will be required from the shareholders, where a COK of 14.73% will be received with a return on investment from the third year.

Full textIn the competitive context in which we find ourselves, we can see how something that has been growing for the last 10 years is becoming more and more important: The e-commerce. The positive perception of consumers about the performance of online shopping sites is a key point and has not only become a strategy, but also a differential factor to attract customers. In this sense, exploring the quality of service perceived by consumers in different categories and segments has become one of the main concerns for marketing experts. The objective of this study is to investigate the correlation of the E-S-Qual model and its relationship with the variables: e-satisfaction, e-trust and e-loyalty in the e-grocery store category. The target audience of this research are people who have experience in shopping in the mentioned category and a frequency of not less than twice a month. The data will be obtained from a sample of 400 participants, who will be chosen by the convenience sampling technique. They will be given structured questionnaires with three sections: filter questions, demographic questions and questions related to the variables under study. Likewise, the results will be analyzed by means of a structural equation model, implementing the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique and the Smart-PLS software.

Al efecto, el estudio se ordena del mismo modo que la Ley N° 19.799 enuncia los principios, y en él se determinan las propiedades, elementos, las características, funciones y los efectos jurídicos que, en virtud de ellos, producen las instituciones y actividades que incorpora el texto de la Ley. Se ha optado por tratar en forma conjunta los principios de libertad de prestación de servicios y de libre competencia en el primer Capítulo. Por otra parte, el análisis del principio de equivalencia de soportes se ha separado en dos Capítulos. Uno destinado a tratar la aplicación de este principio a los documentos electrónicos y otro destinado a tratar la firma electrónica. This relationship will be studied through concepts analyzed by different authors and following a quantitative measurement. Data collected from 384 surveys will take place from respondents in Lima to study the dimensions used by Khan's (2019) model, such as efficiency, system skill, compliance, privacy and security. This data will be analyzed through a Likert scale and structural equations.

Full textEste trabalho focou-se no estudo dos efeitos cruzados em sistemas de comunicação ópticos passivos. Para isso foram abordados de uma forma genérica os factores cruzados mais relevantes que ocorrem em fibras comuns. Estes foram analisados na perspectiva das aplicações que temos em mãos, que correspondem a redes de acesso baseadas em G-PON e com convivência de canais de vídeo. A característica dos sinais, especificamente a potência do sinal de vídeo evidencia-se como a mais potencial causa de efeitos cruzados, dados os níveis elevados de potência que podem ser transmitidos. Ainda, os efeitos cruzados que parecem os mais relevantes, dada a sua característica de largura de banda elevada, são o Raman e a modulação de fase cruzada e como tal vão ser descritos com mais profundidade. Os resultados apresentados tentam sempre mostrar os efeitos em ambos os sinais e tentam-se obter os resultados para diversos cenários possíveis, os quais, sempre que possível, respeitam as normas respectivas relativas a esses sinais. Em alguns casos, e para demonstrar a validade do processo, são expandidos em termos dos vectores passíveis de controlo mais comuns: a potência, o comprimento de onda e o formato de modulação. Com um formato de modulação avançado pretende-se estudar o potencial da introdução deste tipo de sinais no sistema como soluções viáveis para NGPON2.
This work aimed at the study of cross effects in passive access optical communication systems. With that purpose the more relevant cross factors that occur in common fibers were approached. These were analyzed in the perspective of the most recent applications, corresponding to the access networks based on G-PON and with coexistence of video channels. The characteristic of the signals, specifically the power of video signals is seen as the most potential cause of cross effects, since the power levels that are allowed to be transmitted can be rather high. Moreover, from the identified cross effects, the ones that seem to be the most relevant, due to their high bandwidth characteristics, are the Raman and the Cross Phase Modulation and for that reason they will be described deeper depth. The results presented always show the effects in both sources and the targeted results try to observe a variety of possible scenarios, which whenever as possible, respect the related standards. However, for a broader vision, in some cases, the vectors that can be commonly controlled: the power, the wavelength, and the modulation format; are expanded. By studying one advanced modulation format for the digital data it is intended to study their potential for NGPON2.

This problem has caused people to abandon, give up or to neglect the welfare of their pets. Currently, social assistance has increased in our country and animals have greater protection of their rights. The overall mentality and the perception of people on proper pet care has become more aware of the effects of what a good upbringing, love of the pet, medical care and an increased balanced diet can have on their pets. From this information, we have found a neglected niche, those of whom do not want to leave their pets on the street as they have become part of their family and will do everything possible to stay with them. For this reason, we have concluded that our project has the main objective of satisfying the need for food and water for your pet, which will accompany them all day when the master is not at home, satisfying a balanced diet that is monitored through the programming of our electronic dispenser. Currently, in the national market we find different electronic dispensers that only satisfy the need for food, but do not provide the facility to provide water to the pet. The dispensers that are in the food and water market aren’t very practical.

En este sentido, el objetivo que se persigue es diseñar conceptualmente dichos procesos y subprocesos, permitiendo con ello un mejor entendimiento de la operación de una entidad prestadora de servicios de certificación (PSC). Los alcances están definidos de acuerdo a un proyecto piloto que se ha desarrollado durante el último tiempo en la comunidad objetivo, representada en una unidad del Ejército, el cual busca implementar una autoridad certificadora que le permita administrar los certificados digitales y masificar su uso; aumentando la confidencialidad, autenticidad e integridad de la información que se administra a través de sus redes. Para cumplir el objetivo de la presente tesis se desarrolló una descripción formal de cada uno de los procesos y subprocesos involucrados, utilizando para ello la notación Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) en el modelamiento de una entidad prestadora de servicios de certificación, específicamente de la autoridad certificadora, autoridades de registro y usuarios. Con ello se buscó satisfacer la necesidad de contar con procesos confiables que permitan mantener en el tiempo la implementación de una infraestructura de clave pública en la organización. El trabajo realizado se desarrolló en seis capítulos. En una fase inicial, se describe la problemática, los objetivos, alcances y limitaciones del trabajo. En una segunda fase se desarrolla una breve perspectiva técnica respecto al estado del arte en sistemas criptográficos, describiendo su desarrollo histórico, sus ventajas y desventajas. Posteriormente, se realiza una descripción general de las normas jurídicas y legales exigibles para el funcionamiento de una entidad prestadora de servicios de certificación. Una vez estudiadas las normas, se describen las relaciones funcionales entre las distintas entidades que participan en el proceso de servicios de certificación, detallando cada una de las actividades al interior de la misma (funciones de la autoridad certificadora, autoridad de registro, usuarios y/o sistemas asociados). Una vez levantada la información requerida de su funcionamiento y las leyes que la enmarcan, se elaboraron los modelos y las relaciones adecuadas que describen su correcto funcionamiento, utilizando para ello una diagramación formal y fácil de entender como es la descripción mediante la notación BPMN. Finalmente, se realiza una evaluación y conclusiones del trabajo desarrollado.

However, in spite of these proposals, there are still some issues to be covered.From the payment systems point of view, the features to improve in B2C (Business to Customer) scenarios of electronic products are non repudiation and fair exchange. The use of e-purses can contribute to increase the security of these systems, facilitating the mobility of electronic money and its use in different scenarios. However, currently its use to make payments on the Internet is reduced. The main problem that payment-based solution present is the requirement, for vendors, of incorporating hardware devices with SAM (Secure Application Module) modules that could lead the payment process is slow.On the other hand, there are more and more payment protocols, with different features and that depending on them can be adapted better to the purchase of certain products or services in specific scenarios. With the aim of facilitating the use of different payment protocols in the same scenario, payment frameworks appeared. However, until now, there is no payment frameworks secure enough that take into account all the elements needed to use these protocols in a generic way.As a response to these needs, this PhD thesis presents several solutions. On the one hand, we propose two payment solutions based on e-purse that intend to facilitate the use of these devices progressively. Firstly, by facilitating the payment with the existing e-purses and, secondly, by proposing a new e-purse that facilitates the use of e-purses to make payments on the Web.On the other hand, different payment frameworks that will allow the purchase of the main types of electronic products and services (Web contents, contents distributed by streaming, Web services and multimedia services based on sessions) have been defined.These frameworks are based on the definition of several generic components, as wallets for supporting the negotiation and choice of payment options to use and their prices, and, finally, the description of payment information in a generic way.Thus, the proposals presented offer secure payment protocols based on e-purses and different frameworks for the main electronic products and services that facilitate the use of the protocols as well as any other payment protocol. Furthermore, these proposals can improve the use of payment systems in a trusted way.
