Die Auslegung des Antriebsstrangs einer Servopresse stellt einen komplexen Prozess dar. Aufgrund der konstruktiven Wechselwirkung der Komponenten ist dieser mit einer potenziell großen Anzahl von Iterationsstufen, häufig auch im Kontakt mit Zulieferern, verbunden. Im Beitrag wird ein Softwaretool vorgestellt, das den Entwicklungsprozess einer Servo- presse beschleunigt und variabler gestaltet. Im Rahmen des Vorhabens wurde neben einem parametrischen Motormodell ein variables mechanisches Modell eines Servopressen-Antriebsstrangs erstellt und validiert.   The design of a servo press drive is a complex process. Due to the interaction of the design components in the drive train, it is subject to a potentially large number of iteration stages, often also in contact with suppliers. This article presents a software tool that accelerates the development process of an electrical servo press drive. Within the presented research project, a parametric motor model and a mechanic model of a servo press powertrain were developed and validated.

Abstract:
Based on the constant speed driving mode of servo motor, analysis of capacitor energy storage device’s parameter design was made, and then a group of reasonable capacitor energy storage parameters were given. Based on the parameters, to realize variable speed driving and multi-adaptability of the press, it put emphasis on analysis of the servo driver’s control parameters and the press’s output ability. And important conclusion was also provided. To confirm the accuracy of the conclusion, the special permanent magnet AC servo system was designed and experiment was carried on it. The results prove that the designed capacitor energy storage device can satisfy the power and control request of press stamping. Analysis on control parameters of the servo driver and output ability of the press is reasonable, which provides the reference for the development of servo press’s flexibility.

Abstract:
This study shows the results of double servomotors synchronization controller (SC) for Mirco-precision servo press. Two systems are used in this study, one is the master motor and another is the slave motor. Each system is designed separately. Also, it is necessary to use the synchronous controller to minimize the synchronization error and the motion command is transmitted simultaneously to two motors. The control system for the master motor includes a feedback controller (FB) and a zero phase error tracking controller (ZPET). For the slave motor, only velocity is controlled. The feedback controller is a cascade control structure, velocity and position controller. It can make the output follows the command. In order to reduce synchronized motion error, two servomotors are synchronized by the SC. The results of simulation reveal that the performance of the overall control system is improved compare to open loop, the synchronous position error between two sliders were less than 4μmm.

Abstract:
The flow press servo valve has very special work principle, and it now is widely used in the electro-hydraulic force servo system as main and kernel part. According to its special work principle, electromagnetic basic theory and the flow continuity equation, the mechanics analysis of every main part of the flow press servo valve was finished; the author built the mathematic model of the flow press sever valve. During the process of building model, the author took into account the load torque on the torque motor keeper and the total load torque of torque motor. On the other hand, the neural network intelligent control strategy was used in the force servo system to improve the whole system performance. The mathematic model of the electro-hydraulic force servo system controlled by the flow press servo valve with the neural network control strategy was built. The simulation curves and the experiment curves were accord compared by system simulation and experiment results, so we can know also that the mathematic model of the flow press sever valve and the electro-hydraulic force servo system controlled by this kind of valve with the neural network intelligent control strategy are correct.

Manufacturing process using servo press machines have been highlighted in car manufacturers and other industries in Japan. It is necessary to establish an appropriate press working conditions for manufacturing highly accurate products with great extra value. Our aim is to investigate into effects of variable BHF (blank holding force) on press formability, comparing to using a conventional press machine. In this study, FEM analyses of deep drawing process using a variable BHF system has been conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of a servo die cushion on formability. According to experimental results obtained with a servo die cushion, it is found that maximum load subjected to dies was reduced by 11.8 %, when using a servo press with a servo die cushion comparing to a conventional press.

The objective of this paper is to study performance of triangular elbow transmission mechanism for servo press. Then kinematics models are deduced and given. Kinematics curves along slider motion direction are drawn. Moreover, under the same driving condition, the effects of different link ratios on slider output motion are examined and compared with common six bar transmission mechanism in the article. Through motion curves comparison, it can be seen that this triangular elbow mechanism has significant force increasing effect and good quick-return characteristics. In addition, we carried on triangular elbow servo press virtual design and simulation. The case study provides more visual and reliable decision basis for designer. The results would be useful reference for optimization design of transmission mechanism.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with the design of the single point crank press with direct drive. This crank press has an O-shaped stand and an access to the workspace from two sides. The introductory part of this paper describes the principles of mechanical presses drives, drives arrangement presses with direct drive and some conceptual solution stands. The main part of this work is a calculation of basic drive parameters of the press. There are suggested three design variants. The design with the smallest space requirements and good accessibility to the press working space was chosen. The calculation of the main shaft, the input shaft to the planetary gearing and calculation of brake sizes and the planetary gear to the bend and tough was done. Part of this thesis also includes technical drawing of the assembly press, technical drawing of the drive press, technical drawing of the stand a technical drawing of the satelitte gearwheel.

The present Master´s thesis deals with the concept of press drive of Blanking press LKDS 800 used for blanking in automatic blanking line. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the individual arrangements of press drives and servo press drives and to the description of main components. The second part of this thesis deals with the structural design of the drive. Based on the computation of the crank mechanism, several design solutions were suggested. From these solutions, the option with the lowest drive height is selected. This option, offers the computation of the main drive, flywheel, spur gearing and clutch/brake combination. This computation is followed by computations of individual construction nodes, which include a design and dimensioning of the individual joggles, shafts and bearings. The drawing of the press and clutch shaft assemblies with a list of items are also included.

Abstract:
This chapter examines the role of the newspaper, and of public opinion, in a political society that frequently described and defined itself as advanced and progressive, and which was apparently moving inexorably towards democracy. Yet while the press was often seen as crucial to this process—as a liberating, inclusive, and representative agent—it could often serve equally as a mechanism of political control and influence. Historians have written of ‘educational ideals’ and the growing professionalization of journalism, but there is clearly no simple characterization of the press. Examining how the perceived role of the press has changed over 200 years, taking account of the views of owners and editors, politicians, and readers, the chapter considers the political functions of the press and, more widely, how the so-called fourth estate has impacted on and shaped political change in modern Britain.

This chapter examines the twentieth-century British press in its imperial and transnational contexts. It demonstrates how Britain's imperial press system, which developed during the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries to allow news to flow around the British empire, increasingly failed to serve British geopolitical interests from the mid-twentieth century onwards. It considers the relationship between the British government and the news agency Reuters, and the role of the Empire Press Union. It argues that although contemporary journalists often emphasised the importance of the ideal of press freedom when talking about their profession, state intervention in the affairs of news agencies represents a significant thread in the history of the twentieth-century British press.

Servo presses are notably developed and studied nowadays out of their flexible ram motion. In practice, press users can advantageously utilize a single servo press to deal with different stamping operations such as blanking, drawing, coining, embossing, etc. In this paper, a hybrid-driven servo press mechanism is studied. The mechanism for such servo presses is a seven-bar linkage whose degree of freedom (DOF) is “2”. Two input links of the press mechanism are driven by one normal constant-speed motor and one servo variant-speed motor respectively. The dimensional synthesis of the press mechanism that is based on an analytical method is proposed. The motion function of the servomotor that generated a specified ram motion is derived by kinematic analysis. A design example is illustrated, and it shows that one could apply the proposed method to design a hybrid-driven press mechanism capable of carrying out various ram motions. This work contributes to press mechanism designers a method of dimensional synthesis. The ram motion flexibility of the servo press is achieved, and this provides significant benefit to improve the performance of any different kind of stamping operations.

Heavy duty machines consume a tremendous amount of energy during their life cycle. Therefore, designing an energy efficient machine is of great importance. This paper presents a method for the comparative life cycle assessment (LCA) of two different types of press machines: servo press and flywheel press to understand quantitatively the environmental emissions during their life cycles. To make a fair comparison of the two machines, the same amount of production is used as the basis for comparison. Assessment scopes and boundaries are defined first, then detailed product structures and manufacturing processes are investigated. After data collection from visiting enterprises, related project reports, academic papers, and commercial software databases, analysis of the life cycle inventory is performed. Comparative inventory tables for each life cycle stages and whole life cycle are presented. The results of the study can be used for decision making during the product purchase, planning and design process.

Abstract:
Servo presses providing flexible ram motions are extensively developed nowadays; the merit of such presses is the capability of generating versatile punch motions to fulfill the stamping. This paper studies a cup-shaped drawing process using a servo press. The aim of this research is to study the effect of the forming speed on preventing the cracks and wrinkles in drawing. A finite element method (FEM) software package—ABAQUS®, is utilized to predict the distribution of displacement stress, strain of the work material in drawing. Crack (related to thinning behavior) and wrinkle are two indices of the drawing failure criteria in simulation. An optimal forming speed could be estimated by simulation. The optimal forming speed would cause the maximum limit drawing ratio which is beneficial to prevent drawing failure. The analytical results were verified experimentally. The results show that the predicted drawing speed was consistent with the real experiment and simulation.

Abstract:
This paper aims to develop the energy flow model of mechanical servo press, which serves as the quantitative analysis tool for servo press energy efficiency optimization. A modular modeling method is used to address the variety of component configuration and complexity in electromechanical coupling mechanisms of mechanical servo press. Based on the general function principles and structure model of the servo motor drive linkage press, the consisting modules of the energy analysis model are first identified and interactions between modules are established. Then, the module of the servo motor and linkage mechanism, which are the major configurable parts are presented with more details. A case study of six-bar servo press energy analysis using the proposed model is also presented. The proposed method can strengthen product model building and enhance the convenience of energy efficiency design of mechanical servo press.

The article deals with the mental-existential relationship between ethnoculture, national identity and media culture as a necessary factor for their preservation, transformation, on the example of national original algorithms, matrix models, taking into account global tendencies and Ukrainian archetypal-specific features in Ukraine. the media actively serve the domestic oligarchs in their information-virtual and real wars among themselves and the same expansive alien humanitarian acts by curtailing ethno-cultural programs-projects on national radio, on television, in the press, or offering the recipient instead of a pop pointer, without even communicating to the audience the information stipulated in the media laws − information support-protection-development of ethno-culture national product in the domestic and foreign/diaspora mass media, the support of ethnoculture by NGOs and the state institutions themselves. In the context of the study of the cultural national socio-humanitarian space, the article diagnoses and predicts the model of creating and preserving in it the dynamic equilibrium of the ethno-cultural space, in which the nation must remember the struggle for access to information and its primary sources both as an individual and the state as a whole, culture the transfer of information, which in the process of globalization is becoming a paramount commodity, an egregore, and in the post-traumatic, interrupted-compensatory cultural-information space close rehabilitation mechanisms for national identity to become a real factor in strengthening the state − and vice versa in the context of adequate laws («Law about press and other mass media», Law «About printed media (press) in Ukraine», Law «About Information», «Law about Languages», etc.) and their actual effect in creating motivational mechanisms for preserving/protecting the Ukrainian language, as one of the main identifiers of national identity, information support for its expansion as labels cultural and geostrategic areas.
