Abstract:

Obiettivo del mio elaborato è stato indagare la didattica dell’interpretazione dialogica in alcune università europee e analizzarne le differenze. A tal fine, è stata condotta un’indagine comparativa attraverso un questionario proposto a tredici professori di sette università europee (Forlì, Roma, Padova, Vienna, Colonia, Siviglia e Manchester). Sono state esposte e, successivamente, analizzate le risposte di ogni docente. Maggior attenzione è stata posta sullo strumento didattico del Role Play, sono stati illustrati e analizzati i vantaggi e gli svantaggi.

The dissertation is a reading on the school Geography Hilton Sette and Manuel Correia de Andrade aims to discuss the teaching of geography from the first authors of textbooks and the Northeast Hilton Sette Manuel Correia de Andrade. These manuals were published in the 1950s, in a social and educational context in which it is thought new directions for education in Brazil. We began the first chapter of this work, defending the idea of school textbooks as historical documents, for both did research on work by leading scholars of the textbook issue and brought its main contributions. Even this first stage of the thesis, we emphasize the importance of textbooks to the understanding of school subjects. The reading marks, left by students who studied with school books Sette Hilton and Manuel Correia de Andrade were also significant for the study of the methodology applied by teachers in the period that the books were used. We also performed a thorough analysis in textbooks of other authors of geography, such as: Aroldo de Azevedo, Moses Gicovate, Renato Stempniewski in partnership with Eli Piccolo, and Geraldo Sampaio de Souza with Jose Armando Sampaio de Souza, published in the same time cutting it the textbooks on the Sette Hilton and Manuel Correia de Andrade. The second chapter on geography and school manuals Sette Hilton and Manuel Correia de Andrade, we propose a brief history of the discipline in which, on occasion, we treat the configuration of secondary education in Brazil during the 1950s. The scientific debates on contemporary textbooks Sette Hilton and Manuel Correia de Andrade, likewise, were part of the composition of this text. In the last chapter, discussing, specifically, the teaching of geography from the content of textbooks in the authors' study as well as school culture that involve education in the period in which the authors Sette Hilton and Manuel Correia de Andrade were in classroom teaching Geography in schools in the state of Pernambuco.
A dissertação uma leitura sobre a Geografia escolar de Hilton Sette e Manuel Correia de Andrade tem por objetivo discutir o ensino de Geografia a partir dos primeiros manuais escolares dos autores nordestinos Hilton Sette e Manuel Correia de Andrade. Esses manuais foram publicados na década de 1950, em um contexto social e pedagógico em que se pensavam novos rumos para a educação no Brasil. Iniciamos o primeiro capítulo, deste trabalho, defendendo a idéia dos manuais escolares como documentos históricos, para tanto fizemos uma pesquisa nos trabalhos desenvolvidos pelos principais estudiosos do tema livro didático e trouxemos suas principais contribuições. Ainda nesta primeira etapa da dissertação, enfatizamos a importância dos manuais para a compreensão das disciplinas escolares. As marcas de leitura, deixadas pelos alunos que estudaram com os manuais escolares de Hilton Sette e Manuel Correia de Andrade também foram significativas para o estudo da metodologia aplicada pelos professores no período que os livros foram utilizados. Também realizamos uma análise criteriosa em manuais escolares de outros autores da Geografia, tais como: Aroldo de Azevedo, Moisés Gicovate, Renato Stempniewski em parceria com Éli Piccolo, e Geraldo Sampaio de Souza com Armando José Sampaio de Souza, publicados no mesmo recorte temporal que os manuais didáticos de Hilton Sette e Manuel Correia de Andrade. No segundo capítulo, sobre a Geografia Escolar e os manuais de Hilton Sette e Manuel Correia de Andrade nos propomos a fazer um breve histórico dessa disciplina, em que, na ocasião, tratamos da configuração do ensino secundário brasileiro nos anos de 1950. Os debates científicos contemporâneo aos manuais escolares de Hilton Sette e Manuel Correia de Andrade, de igual modo, fizeram parte da composição desse texto. No último capítulo, debatemos, de forma específica, o ensino de Geografia a partir do conteúdo dos manuais escolares dos autores em estudo, bem como da cultura escolar que envolvia a educação no período em que os autores Hilton Sette e Manuel Correia de Andrade estavam em sala de aula ensinando Geografia nas escolas do Estado de Pernambuco.

La tesi tratta il profilo umano e la produzione letteraria degli studiosi di Leonardo da Vinci in ambito milanese tra il tardo Settecento e i primi due decenni dell'Ottocento. La discussione critica di tali contributi (talvolta inediti) posti in successione cronologica ha permesso di delineare le principali acquisizioni storiografiche su Leonardo da Vinci e la sua produzione artistica.
Thesis deals with the literary production made by Leonardo da Vinci's scholars in Milan area between the late eighteenth century and the first two decades of the nineteenth century. The critical discussion of these contributions (sometimes unpublished) placed in chronological sequence has enabled us to identify the major historiographical acquisitions on Leonardo da Vinci and his art.

Abstract:

La richesse de l’anthologie Sette libri di Satire (1560) tient au défi que l’éditeur vénitien Francesco Sansovino relève avec succès à un moment où la Contre-Réforme bat son plein : élaborer une codification en langue vulgaire du genre satirique en rupture avec le genre tel que les auteurs sélectionnés - ou exclus - l’ont pratiqué ou sont censés l’illustrer. L’éditeur oppose le pouvoir de la règle au pouvoir de l’écriture au point de laisser apparaître une triple phase de l’évolution du genre : l’inventio reviendrait à Horace, l’écriture à l’Arioste et la réécriture à Sansovino. L’ensemble de la recherche partagée entre théorie et pratique, vise à interroger cette bipolarité comme une forme de coincidentia oppositorum dans la dialectique que la règle et l’écriture mettent en jeu, autrement dit dans la capacité qu’elles manifestent à « se récuser » et « se fondre l’une l’autre », sur le versant latin et vulgaire. Dans cette optique, loin d’être un exemple de « muséification » des auteurs et des textes, l’anthologie se présente comme la création d’un ‘Hermès bifront’ qui met à son tour le lecteur au défi d’en appréhender les subtilités
The anthology Sette libri di Satire (1560) is so rich due to the challenge that the Venetian publisher Francesco Sansovino successfully took up at a time when the Counter-Reformation was in full swing. It consisted in elaborating in common language the codification of the literary genre of satire as it broke away from that genre as the authors selected for, or excluded from, the anthology, practised satire or were supposed to exemplify it. To the sway of the rule the anthologist opposes the power of writing, revealing three distinct phases in the development of the genre: the inventio as ascribed to Horace, writing, to Ariosto and re-writing to Sansovino.The research in its entirety, divided as it is between theory and practice, aims to question such bi-polarity as a form of coincidentia oppositorum in the dialectics brought into play by rule and writing, in other words in their ability to reject each other or blend in with each other, within Latin and common language. From this perspective, far from being an example of the transformation of authors and texts into museum pieces, the anthology is presented as the creation of a ‘bi-frontal Hermes’, in turn challenging the reader to grasp its subtleties

The world of sugar plantation in Brazil, since the conquest and colonization, has been built as a favored subject of European speeches, as per example the 1500-s chronicles of European travelers and settlers, besides the innumerous mentions contained in the Jesuitic Letters, especially those from José de Anchieta and Manuel da Nóbrega, obtaining, in 1711, an enormous visibility with the work Culture and opulence of Brazil, from Father Antonil. Among the most varied speeches of colonial phase, the subject of the Portuguese sugar enterprise in Brazil would surpass the texts from periods after our autonomy, guaranteeing its frequency as much in literary speech as in essayistic and sociological speeches. In the beginning of 20th century, this subject would be retaken as central by the Pernambucan Mário Sette, with the work Sugar plantation lady. The publication of this novelistic speech, in 1921, would make Mário Sette the precursor of Modern School in Northeast and Northeastern Regionalism of 20th century and, consequently, a forerunner of the essayistic speeches of Gilberto Freyre and the novelistic narratives of José Américo de Almeida and José Lins do Rego, literary icons of Northeastern Modernism. Far from losing strength as speech motivation, the sugar society would be retaken as novelistic speech at the end of 20th century with the publication of the work Bonfire of memory, from Francisco Dantas, published in 1991. Knowing the importance of the sugar universe in our several cultural speeches, we undertook a comparative reading between the works Culture and opulence of Brazil, from Father Antonil, and Sugar plantation lady, from Mário Sette, seeking to observe the representative traits that informam and enformam these speeches about the world of sugar plantation in Brazil. To achieve our purpose we take refuge with an interdisciplinary theoretical-methodological approach, more precisely in the basis of Integral Critic outlined by the Brazilian critic Antonio Candido since the beginning of the second period of last century.
O mundo do engenho no Brasil tem, desde o período da conquista e da colonização, se constituído como tema privilegiado dos discursos europeus, a exemplo das crônicas quinhentistas, de viajantes e colonizadores, além das inúmeras menções contidas nas Cartas jesuíticas, especialmente as de José de Anchieta e as de Manuel da Nóbrega, alcançando, em 1711, uma enorme visibilidade com a obra Cultura e opulência do Brasil, do Pe. Antonil. Presente nos mais variados discursos da fase colonial, a tematização da empresa lusitana do açúcar, no Brasil, perpassaria os textos dos períodos que sucedem a nossa autonomia, garantindo sua freqüentação tanto no discurso literário, quanto no discurso ensaístico e sociológico. Nos inícios do século XX, essa temática seria retomada, como centralidade, pelo pernambucano Mário Sette, com a obra Senhora de engenho. A publicação desse discurso romanesco, em 1921, tornaria Mário Sette o precursor do Modernismo no Nordeste e do Regionalismo nordestino do século XX e, consequentemente, num antecipador dos discursos ensaísticos de Gilberto Freyre e das narrativas romanescas de José Américo de Almeida e de José Lins do Rego, ícones literários do Modernismo nordestino. Longe de arrefecer, como motivação discursiva, a sociedade do açúcar seria novamente retomada, como discursividade romanesca, em fins do século XX, com a publicação da obra, Coivara da memória, de Francisco Dantas, publicada em 1991. Cientes da importância do universo açucareiro em nossos mais diversos discursos culturais, empreenderemos uma leitura comparativa entre as obras Cultura e opulência do Brasil, do Pe. Antonil, e Senhora de engenho, de Mário Sette, buscando observar os traços representativos que informam e enformam esses discursos sobre o mundo do engenho no Brasil. Para a realização de nosso propósito, nos valeremos de uma abordagem teórico-metodológica interdisciplinar, mais precisamente dos pressupostos da Crítica Integral, esboçada pelo crítico brasileiro Antonio Candido, desde os inícios da segunda metade do século passado.

Abstract:

The Seven Comuni Plateau (Asiago) feeds a large karst aquifer whose main springs are located in the Brenta Valley and they are called Ponte Subiolo, Fontana Moretti, Cogol dei Siori e Cogol dei Veci. These springs provide on average 7,7 m3/s of water. If is considered a recharge of the acquifer of 20 m3/s, it is noticed that only 40% of the water flows out to these springs. In this research it is characterized a part of the water that infiltrates the karst massif and does not flow to the main springs. Here the North-Eastern area of the Plateau is studied. In this area of 200 km2 there are 60 km of karstic conduits where the water is transported from the summit to the springs located at the base of the steep northern slope of the Plateau. The caves on the top of the Plateau are predominantly vertical and descend for hundreds of meters inside the massif. The caves on the northern slope are predominantly sub-horizontal and they are called Bigonda and Calgeron Caves. The monitoring points, located both in the caves and on the valley floor were periodically sampled for chemical analysis, and it was measured the temperature, the electrical conductivity, the pH, and the discharge. The main springs of the study area have been monitored with dataloggers for measurement of electrical conductivity, temperature and level of the water. It revealed that T and EC are constant, this suggest the springs have diffuse dominated flow. The springs in Valsugana slowly pull out the neoinfiltration water through a large saturated zone, in case of heavy raining the springs do not efficently flow out the water supply and the phreatic level of the karstic massif rises and leads to the discharge of water from the entrance of the Bigonda cave and in extreme cases from the entrance of the Calgeron cave. A multiple dye-tracer tests was done from the summit of the Plateau, which has shown the exclusive connection to the spring in Valsugana and no connection to the springs of the Brenta Valley.

Abstract:

The aim of the present work was to make more accessible a documentary film that focuses on the life and work of the Russian journalist killed in Moscow in 2006: Anna Politkovskaja. The film, entitled “Anna, seven years at the frontline” is a collage of several video-interviews with Politkovskaja’s friends and colleagues, in which they talk about who she was, what was her job about and how she tried to make the public aware about the Chechen wars. Working on this translation gave me a unique opportunity to deepen one of the most controversial issues in the recent history of Russia and to create a useful final product for those who have a particular interest in this topic but do not have the necessary linguistic competence to understand this documentary film.

Abstract:

L'elaborato si pone l'obiettivo di sviluppare un azionamento sensorless per macchine asincrone multifase, affrontando il controllo sensorless di un motore asincrono a sette fasi. Tale tecnica di controllo si basa sulla stima della posizione e/o della velocità meccanica del rotore della macchina elettrica senza richiedere l'utilizzo di trasduttori di posizione e velocità, in modo da ridurre la complessità hardware, la necessità di manutenzione, il costo e l'ingombro dell'intero sistema, aumentandone inoltre l'immunità ai disturbi generati dall'acquisizione dei segnali provenienti dal trasduttore stesso a causa di interferenze elettromagnetiche ed errata taratura. Lo sviluppo di tale azionamento multifase è stato affrontato proponendone due differenti sistemi di controllo, simulati in ambiente Simulink ed implementati successivamente su DSP, di cui è stato analizzato il funzionamento nelle prove sperimentali. Il secondo sistema di controllo presentato ha permesso la chiusura dell'anello di velocità con la stima effettuata nello spazio 3, mostrando prestazioni dinamiche e a regime soddisfacenti, anche a bassa velocità. La realizzazione del primo sistema di controllo non è invece andata a buon fine a causa della piattaforma di calcolo utilizzata che, essendo a virgola fissa, non ha permesso di effettuare con sufficiente risoluzione i calcoli necessari al funzionamento del sistema.

Abstract:

Il presente elaborato mira ad analizzare in maniera concisa e oggettiva il bushidō, noto nella cultura popolare come il codice etico e di condotta degli antichi samurai. Esso è stato oggetto di dibattito e di ricerca sia a livello nazionale che internazionale sin dalla fine dell'Ottocento, e costituisce tuttora un aspetto molto controverso della storia e della cultura giapponese. Se ne ripercorreranno le origini storiche, i fattori che hanno influenzato il pensiero dei suoi teorici, le virtù e le idee fondamentali che ne sono alla base attraverso un confronto tra l'interpretazione popolare del bushidō e un'alternativa proposta da studi recenti.

Während die Zahl journalistischer Veröffentlichungen zu Umweltthemen immer weiter steigt, sind wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen zu ihren Verfassern in Deutschland immer noch Mangelware. Die Diplomarbeit geht mithilfe einer Online-Befragung der Frage nach, wie die Arbeitsbedingungen von Tageszeitungsjournalisten aussehen. Außerdem wird mit einigen narrativen Interviews exploriert, welchen Rollenselbstbildern sich Journalisten zugehörig fühlen, die sich mit Umweltthemen befassen und ob dieses Selbstverständnis sich auch in den Arbeiten der Journalisten zeigt.

Abstract:

L’étude est consacrée au groupe religieux des Pérates, décrit dans la « Refutatio omnium haeresium V, 12-18 » et autrement peu connu. La thèse est partagée en trois parties : une première concernant l’exégèse du groupe, basée sur des « testimonia crucis et ligni » et sur le renversement de plusieurs figures bibliques négatives (Caïn, Esaü, Nimrod), une procédure appelée « Protestexegese » ; une analyse des matériaux païens recueillis par la secte parmi les cultes à mystères ou polythéistes, surtout en rapport avec l’adoration du serpent et l’astrologie ; une tentative de situer le groupe en Asie Mineuse et d’en offrir une perspective sociologique. Les résultats de la recherche permettent d’en montre l’origine chrétienne, même si les éléments chrétiens ont été mélangés d’une façon syncrétiste avec la philosophie grecque, les cultes à mystères, l’astrologie et d’autres composantes ; la connaissance de l’exégèse et de la culture juive par les appartenants au groupe permet de montrer une probable origine à l’intérieur des églises chrétiennes de la disapora, entre Ier et IIème siècles
This work studies the sect of the Perates, which is described in the Refutatio omnium haeresium V, 12-18 and which is otherwise very little known. The study is divided into 3 main parts : an assessment of the exegesis of the group, founded on a series of “testimonia crucis et ligni”, and on the reversal of some negative figure of the Bible (Cain, Esau, Nimrod), a procedure usually called Protestexegese ; an analysis about the materials gathered by the sect in heathen cults and religions, above all the adoration of the serpent and astrology ; a trial to place the group in the “milieu” of Asia Minor and of a sociological assessment. The results of the research allow to point to a Christian origin of the sect, even if the Christian elements have been syncretistically mixed with Greek philosophy, mystery cults, astrology, and other components ; the knowledge of Jewish exegesis and culture by the sectarians shows a likely origin inside the Christian churches born in the Diaspora among Ist and IInd centuries

Abstract:

Kjelkehockey er basert på de samme prinsippene som vanlig ishockey, men er rettet mot utøvere med funksjonsnedsettelser i nedre del av kroppen. Utøverne sitter i en tilpasset kjelke med skøytestål på undersiden av bakre del av kjelken. De har en tilpasset hockeykølle i hver hånd, og disse har en todelt funksjon; i den ene enden er de utstyrt med stålpigger og benyttes til fremdrift gjennom staking, den andre enden ligner en vanlig hockeykølle og brukes til håndtering av pucken. Spillets hyppige retningsforandringer gjør svingresponsen til et kritisk behov og den bestemmes av flere aspekter av kjelkens konstruksjon, hvor et av de viktigste er hvordan utøveren er festet til kjelken. Her er setet en kritisk komponent og det er viktig at det passer godt til den enkelte utøveren.Det har de siste årene vært en tydelig forbedring av kjelkene som benyttes av andre nasjoners landslag, men det norske laget har benyttet kjelker som har blitt stadig mer utdatert og dermed ikke tatt del i denne utviklingen. I samme periode har den norske produsenten av kjelker opplevd sviktende salg, hvor økte prestasjoner på konkurrerende produkter anses som en viktig faktor. Hovedfokuset i denne masteroppgaven har derfor vært utviklingen av et sete og en tilhørende produksjonsprosess som gir mulighet for en kostnadseffektiv småskalaproduksjon av individuelt tilpassede seter til hockeykjelker.Det ble gjort en gjennomgang av hvordan de ulike kjelkeprodusentene håndterer variasjonene blant utøvere gjennom modellspekteret – hvilke valg som kunne gjøres ved bestilling og hvordan disse ville påvirke utformingen. Videre ble det gjort en analyse av hvilke aspekter som var forventet å variere mellom utøverne med tanke på anatomiske variasjoner, effekter fra funksjonsnedsettelser og individuelle preferanser. Setets funksjonsflater ble identifisert og det ble utviklet spesialiserte måleverktøy for å hente inn anatomiske data fra utøvere. Målinger av halve landslaget, med mål for å bestemme plasseringen av setets funksjonsflater, ble utført og systematisert. Det ble etablert et parametriseringssystem for å definere hvordan et sete må kunne tilpasses ut fra disse målene. Neste steg var å utforske muligheter for oppnå dette gjennom justering i produktet, i produksjonen eller en kombinasjon av disse. For å møte behovene for individualisering ble det utviklet og presentert to ulike konsepter; Konsept 1 – justerbart produksjonsverktøy som dekker hovedvariasjonene mellom utøverne og brukes til å vakuumforme seter av plast. Konsept 2 – tredelt sete bygget opp av to vakuumformede sider av plast og en midtre del av karbonfiberkompositt, hvor individualiseringen oppnås ved montering av de ulike delene. Begge konseptene gjør det mulig å variere bakre setebredde, fremre setebredde, rygghøyde og fremre setehøyde for å gi god passform for alle oppmålte utøvere, og håndterer også krav fra utøvere som er enkel- eller dobbelamputerte. Forskjellen mellom konseptene ligger i prioriteringene av manuell innsats i produksjonen og hvor dette er påkrevd. Konsept 1 krever mer justering ved formingen, mens Konsept 2 krever mer tilpasning ved montering.

Dieser Aufsatz beschäftigt sich mit der Zerstörung netzförmiger Organisationen, und wählt damit einen bislang beispiellosen und vor allem unpopulären Zugang zum Thema Netzwerk: In den Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften begreifen wir Vernetzung heute fast ausschließlich als Ermöglichungshorizont. Aber auch die wenigen pessimistischen Einschätzungen beschreiben konsequent die Unausweichlichkeit der kritisierten Entwicklung. Wir wollen dennoch zeigen, dass es sowohl notwendig als auch fruchtbar ist, sich auch in den genannten Disziplinen mit der Zerstörung von Netzwerken auseinander zu setzen. Zum einen aus Gründen der Prävention. In der Hauptsache aber, weil der strategische Zugang zu einer eigenen Form von Präzision zwingt. Bevor wir also auf Grundlage eines erweiterten transaktionskostentheoretischen Netzwerkverständnisses Strategien der Zerstörung identifizieren konnten, mussten wir den aktuellen Diskurs entlang der an dieser Stelle populär formulierten Frage strukturieren, warum ein Technologiedienstleister wie SISCO mittlerweile bundesweit für selbstschützende Netzwerke wirbt, während der sozial- und wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Diskurs (erfolgreiche) Angriffe auf Netzwerke nicht thematisiert. Hinter dem selektiven Desinteresse vermuten wir seither Struktur.

Abstract:

Leuchtdioden (light-emitting diode, LED) werden seit einigen Jahren mit hohen Wachstumsraten in allen Bereichen moderner Lichttechnik eingesetzt. Auch im Straßenverkehr, insbesondere bei Lichtzeichenanlagen wie z. B. Ampeln und in Scheinwerfern, kommen LEDs zum Einsatz. Dies hat verschiedene Vorteile, wie hoher Wirkungsgrad, längere Lebensdauer, kurze Ansprechzeiten und günstiges Defektverhalten. Speziell im Straßenverkehr steht diesen jedoch ein wesentlicher Nachteil entgegen: durch eine gepulste Ansteuerung der LEDs entsteht ein optischer Flicker: ein hochfrequentes Pulsieren der Lichter, das Diskomfort auslösen kann. Der Beitrag steht unter der Forschungsfrage des Diskomforts durch Flicker. Analysiert wird der subjektive Diskomfort im Bezug zu objektiven Flimmerverschmelzungsfrequenzen sowie Unterschiede von zentralen und peripheren Flimmerverschmelzungsfrequenzen. Die erste von zwei durchgeführten Studien hat zum Ergebnis, dass etwa ein Drittel der Probanden den Flicker wahrgenommen haben und davon etwa die Hälfte diesen als (sehr) unangenehm empfinden. Die periphere Flimmerverschmelzungsfrequenz differiert nach der zweiten Studie von der zentralen Flimmerverschmelzungsfrequenz und hat im Bereich zwischen 20° und 30° um den zentralen Sehpunkt um ca. 10 Hz höhere Frequenzen. Die zentrale Flim-merverschmelzungsfrequenz beträgt 47 Hz ± 5 Hz, die peripheren betragen um 25° etwa 54-56 Hz. Die Ergebnisse zeigen sehr deutlich, dass der Flicker seit der Nutzung von LEDs in Verbindung mit gepulster Ansteuerung ein relevantes Phänomen im Straßenverkehr ist. Technische sowie ergonomische Fragestellungen sind offen und bedürfen dringend einer Untersuchung. Insbesondere die Frage, wie es zu dem Diskomfort bei Frequenzen von 100-200 Hz verursacht durch Ampeln und Fahrzeugleuchten kommt, sollte beantwortet und in Vorgaben für die Leuchtenhersteller überführt werden.

Ces oeuvres en langue vulgaire et en prose reposent sur une même problématique, la réécriture de textes bibliques. Le chapitre premier éclaire cette problématique en fonction du contexte des années 1530, qui se situe entre Réforme et Contre-réforme, et dans lequel Venise joue le rôle de plaque tournante dans la circulation des nouvelles idées religieuses. C'est aux idées érasmiennes de libre accès à la Bible et de fidélité à la pureté et à la simplicité évangéliques, fortement affirmées dans la Passion de Jésus-Christ, que se rattache l'entreprise de l'Arétin. In less than a year, between 1534 and May 1535, Pietro Aretino publishes in Venice The Passion of Jesus-Christ, The seven psalms of David's penitence and The humanité of Christ. Each work proposes a different way of rewriting the Scriptures. The first chapter replaces this production in the context of the years between Protestant Reformation and Counter Reformation, when Venice was a center in the diffusion of new religious ideas. The erasmian ideas of free access to the Scriptures and of evangelical pureness and simplicity, asserted in the passion of Jesus-Christ, are important to understand Aretino's enterprise. The three following chapters are dedicaded to each work. .

Abstract:

Background: Different forms of reward systems have been more common in Sweden and are used in purpose to motivate employees to work in accordance with a company’s goals. By creating work motivation among the employees, a more congruent situation can appear between them and the managers, and the company can perform better results.

Purpose: The purpose with this thesis is to study and analyse a reward system from the employees perspective, regarding it’s affect on work motivation.

Demarcation: Salary and reward are two different kinds of incitement and we will only focus on rewards that are received beyond the ordinary salary. We will also demarcate the thesis to focus on bonussystem as a form of reward system.

Research method: We have carried out interviews with a person who represent the trade union and with three employees who represent the three different departments at the company. Interviews have also been made with the person who is responsible for the company’s reward system at Östgöta Brandstodsbolag.

Result: The study shows that a reward system founds to be very positive among employees, due to that it is an extra compensation that can be received beyond the salary. A reward system is motivating when the employee gives the opportunity to influence the goals and measures. Communication is also of great importance to cause work motivation among employees.

Resumo: Este trabalho desdobra-se sobre a obra do encenador canadense Robert Lepage, refletindo sobre o modo pelo qual ele traz à cena teatral ou cinematográfica determinados elementos, criando, através do jogo entre eles, uma poética singular e híbrida. Partindo do processo criativo da autora na encenação de Ofélia em Off e das memórias de sua experiência como espectadora da cena lepagiana, o trabalho apresenta, através das memórias de Robert Lepage, passagens de sua trajetória pessoal, relacionando suas possíveis repercussões sobre o processo de criação do encenador. Através de sete espetáculos criados e dirigidos por Robert Lepage (Vinci, Trilogia dos Dragões, Agulhas e Ópio, Os Sete Afluentes do Rio Ota, Elsinore, Geometria dos Milagres e A Face Oculta da Lua), é analisado o modo singular pelo qual o encenador faz uso de sete elementos recorrentes em sua arte: o idioma, os objetos, as imagens, o espaço, a palavra, a memória e o jogo. Apresentando a obra cinematográfica de Lepage, através da sinopse dos filmes Lê Polygraphe, Nô, Le Confessional e La Face Cachée de la Lune, relaciona sua criação teatral à cinematográfica, confluindo para a singularidade de sua poética multidisciplinar e híbrida. Abstract: This dissertation discusses the work of the Canadian director Robert Lepage. It proposes to reflect on his method of bringing specific elements to theater or cinema, creating, through the dialectics between them, a singular and hybrid poetics. A director herself, the dissertation.s author uses as a foundation her own creative process (in the play Ofélia em Off) and her experience as a spectator of Lepage.s works. She then examines Lepage.s memoirs and parts of his personal trajectory, relating their possible repercussions on his work. Focusing on seven theatrical pieces created and directed by Robert Lepage (The Dragon.s Trilogy, Vinci, , Needles and Opium, The Seven Streams Of the River Ota, Elsinore, Geometry of Miracles and The Far side of the Moon), the author analyses Lepage.s unique methods in treating seven elements: language, objects, images, space, words, memory, and games. Examining Lepage.s cinematographic work, via his films Le Polygraphe, Nô, Le Confessional and The Far side of the Moon, the author relates Lepage.s theater to his cinema, bringing together the singularity of his multidisciplinary and hybrid poetics. In her conclusions, the author shows how researching Lepage.s work has resonated in her own artistic praxis and thought, relating Lepage.s harmonic, interdisciplinary poetics and his openness to the audience.s creative participation to a contemporary vision of the world, one that seems to point to the integration of opposites as complementary, dissolving dualities normally seen as irreconcilable.

Deficits inpatient safety causes adverse events, these can be caused by the healthcarepersonnel but also by a malfunctioning system. The Swedish Association of LocalAuthorities and Region declares that about 100 000 patients each year is affectedby adverse events.Aim: To illustrate factors that can influence patient safety according to the nurseperspective.Method: The study was carried out as a literature review with a qualitativeapproach. Abstract:

Esta pesquisa documenta e analisa uma série de trabalhos realizados pela arquiteta Odiléa Setti Toscano, entre o fim da década de cinqüenta e o início dos anos noventa, no âmbito do design visual: o design gráfico editorial vinculado ao trabalho de ilustração e o design ambiental de painéis e murais para espaços privados e públicos.
This paper documents a series of projects by architect Odiléa Setti Toscano from the late 1950s to the early 1990s, in the scope of visual design: editorial graphic design related to the work of illustration and environmental design of panels and murals for public and private spaces.
