Four hundred men in Honiara suburbs were interviewed about their reproductive and sexual problems and their general health. Disorders of sexual function were reported by many men in the Solomon islands, and were associated with common chronic diseases and poor mental health. However, levels of help-seeking, medical screening and treatment were low.
