Abstract:
AbstractThe inquisitional register of Jacques Fournier from the years 1318–1325, well known thanks to the book Montaillou by Emmanuel Le Roy Ladurie, reaches far beyond the topic of heresy. It encompasses various details about the common life, including sexuality and sexual morals. This case study reconsiders the normdeviation model on the basis of four Fournier's trials dealing with sexual morals: that of Beatrix of Lagleize, Peter Vidal, Arnold of Verniolles, and Grazida Lizier. Sexual morals of these four people are certainly very different from the morals required by Jacques Fournier, but they are rather independent systems and norms than simple deviations from another system or norm, i.e. the official sexual morals. The paper suggests that the norm-deviation model distorts the field of medieval sexual morals.

<p class="06IsiAbstrak">Guidelines for Islamic Psychospiritual Conseling on Prevention of Deviant Sexual Behavior. Despite existence of religious inscriptions and warnings about the dangers and consequences of sexual irregularities, the practice of deviant sexual behavior such as pedophilia, rape, sexual harassment, and LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) remains rampant. Not to mention, cases of sexual deviations in adolescents have led to unwanted circumstances like premarital pregnancy. This study’s question relates towhat kind of sexuality counseling guidance techniques that a Muslim counselor can develop to prevent the occurrence of sexual deviations specifically. In order to answer this question, there is a need for an in-depth study of Islamic teachings originating from the Qur’an, sunnah, Jurisprudence or fiqh, guidance on Islamic counseling, psychology, and counseling and psychotherapy psychology, supplemented by positive legal regulations and the research journals’ results related to the problem of sexuality deviation. This study was carried out in-depth using content analysis, with a psychospiritual approach to Islamic counseling. This study concludes that the subject of deviant sex is due to lack of knowledge about its dangers, lack of religion, and lack of control skills for lust. Islamicpsychospiritual counseling with bibliotherapy techniques followed by creating cognitive maps confirms anti-sex deviant intentions, ended with cognitive therapy using techniques of cognitive restructuring, though stopping and letting gorelaxation. It is predicted to be effective in helping subjects manage lust so that they avoid deviant sexual behavior. This conclusion is still hypothetical which needs to be followed by experiments to be reliable and this caneventually be used as an Islamic psychospiritual counseling guidance technique to overcome sexual deviation.</p>

Abstract:
This behavior is deviant sexual behavior because it appears based on deviant sexual orientation, causing a person's tendency to direct his feelings of attraction, emotional and sexual, to men. The problem of homosexual deviant sexual behavior has no end to be discussed. This problem is a sensitive issue involving social, cultural, moral, and ethical aspects of society and rules in religion. However, it can still be found in MSM groups who are HIV positive and who are still actively carrying out risky activities whose impact will expand and increase the prevalence of HIV cases, especially in the MSM group. This study contributes to analyzing the factors of sexual deviation in the HIV MSM group. The study used descriptive research. The population in this study was 56 groups of sex men with HIV men who were still actively engaging in sexual activities. Sampling using the technique Non-Probability Sampling with total type sampling is 56 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by calculating the highest number of frequencies on the questionnaire (Frequency Distribution). The results show that of the five factors underlying the HIV MSM group who are still carrying out risk activities were categorized as having sufficient knowledge (62.5%), having an addiction (60.7%), economic factors (60.7%), having enough influence from peers (58.9%), influenced by authoritarian and permissive parenting styles (32.1%) and spiritual factors (48.2%. Sufficient knowledge factors are the most influential factors in sexual deviations that occur primarily in the HIV MSM group who are respondents, so it is expected to be able to focus more on prevention programs on the factors affecting the group. It is recommended to create a new program to reduce the impact of sexually deviant behavior on HIV MSM groups. Such as making an effective activity program (which can generate money) as a filler in spare time and a substitute for these sexual deviation activities. Conversely, organizing school counseling and consultation received a lower mean score, indicating a less preferred approach among participants. The use of mass media in sexual abuse prevention education garnered a positive response with some variability in opinions, suggesting the importance of multimedia campaigns. Additionally, opening educational training courses on sexual abuse prevention displayed a slightly higher standard deviation, indicating a more diverse range of opinions. Specialized education topics and meetings revealed nuanced perceptions, with varying mean scores and standard deviations. Establishing a club for sexual abuse prevention showed more varied opinions among participants. Lastly, educational coordination between Family, School, and Society received a relatively uniform response. The overall mean score for the evaluated forms of sexual abuse prevention education was 2.14, with a standard deviation of 0.15, indicating moderate agreement among participants. This detailed evaluation provides valuable insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each approach, contributing to the development of effective strategies to address the critical issue of sexual abuse prevention among elementary school students in Phu Tho province. Taking to consideration the antropology venues, the medical disclosures regarding paraphilia, centered on pedophilia, the present paper tries to make an introduction review on the topic under discussion. However, regardless the type of studies made over the time, whether they consisted in questionnaires and forums where people were invited to comment upon this sexual disorder or deviation, to more complex medical research involving MRI scans and DNA analysis, none of them proved their effectiveness, or found a real cause.

Abstract:
In this paper, we deal with the notion of sexual perversion as defined by Alan Goldman. He considered perverse those behaviors that represent a deviation of the norm that can only be statistical and in no way different. He also states that what we characterize as sexually perverted does not entail moral implications, because there is no morality inherent in sex. By analyzing Goldman?s theory and critiques addressed to it (which base their definitions on the notions of love, communication, reproductive function), we will come to the conclusion that the notion of statistical norm, when certain places were revised in Goldman?s theory, especially those related to moral implications, provides the best explanation for sexual perversions.

This meta-analysis of 14 studies examines the relationship between abstinence-only programs and the sexual behavior and—attitudes of urban students from middle school to early in college. The results indicate a significant relationship between abstinence-only programs and the outcomes examined. Abstinence-only programs, as a whole, were associated with reduced premarital sexual behavior by nearly .4 of a standard deviation unit. For sexual behavior and attitudes combined, abstinence-only programs were associated with improvements of nearly .3 of a standard deviation unit. When sophisticated controls were utilized in each of these analyses, the effect sizes were smaller, but were all statistically significant. The importance of these results is discussed.

Abstract:
The construct of healthy sexual behavior needs to consider the context in which the behavior will be applied by examining behavior based on a biopsychosocial-spiritual model approach. This study aims to describe the profile of adolescent healthy sexual behavior containing the Indonesian philosophy of life, both from the biological, psychological, social and spiritual aspects. The research design used was the development of a descriptive method, involving 1855 public and private high school students in the city of Bandung, West Java. Data was revealed by using a questionnaire and processed qualitatively through theme analysis and quantitatively by using Paired Samples Test and Manova. Based on the data processing, it was revealed that the profile of healthy sexual behavior of adolescents with the status of high school students in the city of Bandung, more than half of them had healthy sexual behavior, but there were still students who had healthy sexual behavior in the medium category and only a small proportion in the low category. Based on the aspects, the general picture of healthy sexual behavior on the physical and spiritual aspects tends to be high, while the psychological and social aspects tend to be moderate. The standard deviation of each school is fairly even, with a range of 0.475 to 0.723. The standard deviation by age with a range of 12 to 20 years varied from 0.524 to a high of 1.491. The standard deviation by class is almost equivalent, i.e. 0.570 to 0.645. Descriptive data shows that in general counseling teachers have provided sexual guidance services related to adolescent sexual development, dating and gender roles, but none of them have provided guidance on healthy sexual behavior, or vice versa the dangers of homosexual sexual behavior for adolescents. The data also shows that only 1 in 12 Guidance and Counseling teachers or 8.33% have heard and understood sexual guidance containing indigenous values, namely Pancasila as the philosophy of life of the Indonesian nation.

Behavior of sexual deviation is an unacceptable sexual behavior among the public. The lack of knowledge and the many obstacles to obtain information about early detection and community independence about sexual deviation and ignorance of the community in dealing with sexual deviation is also a factor not handled early. Forward chaining, consultation begins with a search of the premise or input data in the form of symptoms to the conclusion that is the conclusion of the type of deviation behavior as well as the solution. From the above problems will be built Web-based system that serves to detect the beginning independently of the perceived disorders that can be accessed with an extensive lap and time is not limited. The system is built using PHP and MySQL programming as the database. The method used for forwarding is forward chaining. While the results of the diagnosis will inform about the diagnosis of the list of symptoms included, information on the results of the rules of the disorder suffered and information about the possibility of handling can be done.Black box testing techniques are emphasized on data entry, output data, system functions, performance, and initialization in the system. While testing the alpha test is done by inviting 10 respondents testing is emphasized on the interface, dialogue, and information generated. Abstract:
Biological factors are likely predisposing and modulating elements in sexually deviant behavior. The observation that paraphilic behavior tends to cluster in some families is intriguing and potentially raises questions as to whether shared genetic factors may play a role in the transmission of paraphilia. This pilot study introduces five families in which we found presence of paraphilia over generations. We constructed genograms on the basis of a standardized family history. Results document the aggregation of sexual deviations within the sample of families and support a clinical/phenomenological heterogeneity of sexual deviation. The concept of paraphilia in relation to phenotypic expressions and the likelihood of a spectrum of related disorders must be clarified before conclusions can be reached as to family aggregation of paraphilia based on biological factors.

Abstract:
This study analyses several aspects of incest as a sexual crime, as well as its law enforcement, by comparing criminal law and Bugis customary law. This normative study was conducted by examining primary and secondary legal materials, which were then analysed qualitatively and descriptively. The findings indicate that incest can occur in the form of sexual violence caused by internal and external factors, such as psychological and family condition. Incest also has a very serious impact on victims, especially children. In terms of criminal law, the regulation of incest is spread across several laws such as obscenity in Criminal Code (KUHP); sexual intercourse with children in the Child Protection Law; and sexual violence against a family member in the PKDRT Law. However, in the Bugis customary law, incest is a sexual deviation against dignity and honour (siri’). On that basis, incest is determined as the most severe customary offense (malaweng) and is punishable by the death penalty. In principle, the criminal law and Bugis customary law both consider incest a prohibited sexual deviation. Although there are differences regarding the severity of sanctions against perpetrators, both legal routes have proven to be complementary and can be applied in court.

Advertising is not a tool to sell a product. The ideology that has been carried by the advertising creator is used to resist the common ideology. Homosexuality is still thought of as a sexual deviation and a crime. This research’s purpose is to disassemble the homosexuality in the Taipei McCafe’s advertising. This research is using popular culture, and Barthes’s analysis. From the second order of signification (denotation, connotation and myth) it is shown that having a gay son is a shame condition for a parent commonly. It is a hard situation for each parent to find out that his son loves a guy too. In the beginning, advertising is only a tool to sell the product, but this situation shows that becoming gay is a common thing. Homosexuality is just the sexual preference. Homosexuality it is not a sexual deviation. So parent nowadays, has to accept their son’s sexual preference. From this advertising, the advertisers are trying to resist the ideology about refusing the homosexuality.

The term social deviation or more commonly referred to as deviation of behavior is a pattern of behavior that for many people this social deviation is a bad deed and exceeds the limits of the norms of propriety that can be tolerated by humans. Sexual orientation between men or gay sex is an example of behavioral deviations that clearly violate the norms of propriety in society and certainly do not conform to the teachings of any religion. exual relations between men or gay sex is an example of behavioral deviations that clearly violate the norms of propriety in society and certainly do not conform to the teachings of any religion. Abstract: The results of the study done in the Correctional Institution conducted by the Center of the Study and Development of Kemenkumham Policy for 3 months (4 May-6 August 2009) in 6 Provinces throughout Indonesia, found that the deviation of prisoners' sexual behavior varies greatly from object to object. The study was conducted to 326 prisoners, 108 respondents consisting of Head of Prison, Head of Coaching, Head of Security and discipline, head of coaching and education, and Guardian Prisoners, and 22 people including prisoners' families showed the results: 81 percent or 264 prisoners said they felt uncomfortable when their biological needs are not fulfilled. There are 78 percent or 244 prisoners often fantasize sex, 171 prisoners or 57 percent masturbate and 52 percent or 169 prisoners conduct deviant sexual activities. The above problems show a very different situation from the good and ideals objectives initiated by Sahardjo since the beginning of the establishment of Correctional institution as an institution of guidance, ethics and honor. The two cases above have shown enough that sexual deviations that occur in prisons are in a very alarming stage. Given that the main correctional function is as a process of fostering prisoners when reintegrating with social societies The research method uses doctrinal research methods, which are preliminary studies using a literary approach, in the form of secondary data consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The author finds facts of sexual deviation and the concept of sexual rights in a Human Right perspective, the author argues that reformulation of the provision of romance as an effort to fulfill the sexual needs of prisoners 'rights, the state must fulfill and protect it in the context of prisoners' protection. ObjectiveTo evaluate mutual interaction between sexuality and personality we tried to study 111 patients with QSAF 2009 and MCMI-III.MethodsHundred and eleven consecutive patients with sexual problems (76) or personality disorders (35) were examined with two tests. Only volunteer personality disorder patients were enrolled to this trial. The results were compared with 325 examinees evaluated with QSAF and 1600 patients evaluated with MCMI-III.ResultsAll patients with sexual problems showed at least two scores higher than 72 in their MCMI-III. This was more prominent in sexual deviations than dysfunctions. Homosexuals had higher scores in schizoid and schizotypal, pedophiles in schizoid and antisocial, voyeurs in schizoid and avoidant, masochists in dependent and self defeating personality scales …. Sexually deviated persons remain clinically latent and show themselves as alien, aloof and eccentric. Almost all deviated persons show high scores in personality disorder scales. On the contrary, only a minority of personality disorder patients show prominent sexual problems in the form of deviation. They predominantly have disturbed sexual self image, show inhibited sexual desire problems (dependent, schizoid and avoidant) personality, dyspareunia and vaginism (avoidant and schizotypal personality), spouse abuse (borderline and antisocial personality) postcoital disorders (borderline, dependent and narcissistic personality) and extramarital relationship in a series of disorders including histrionic personality …. as studied by the QSAF 2009 which evaluates 64 sexual scales.ConclusionEvaluation of personality disordered patients in regard to sexuality and vice versa is essential for better understanding the pathogenesis of each disease and helps in smoother treatments.

Abstract:
In the midst of free development in today's era of globalization, there have been many widespread sexual deviations committed by young people. Lack of sex ethics education which has caused many problems and violation of norms. It has also led to a free and unhealthy sex life and disease. This sexual deviation often occurs among young people such as pregnancy out of wedlock, abortion, rape, cohabitation and others. Factors for the occurrence of these sexual deviations can be seen in the internal factors contained within themselves and external factors contained in their environment. Sex and the issues related to it should be studied well before one enters marriage. Many young people are familiar with sex, but their introduction to sex is not deep into the science of sex. The desire to know sex is a tendency of basic human traits, so it's time for this to be satisfied by providing proper sex and health education. Lack of education about sex among young people causes and exposes themselves to be obscene, cheap, free, and creates a permissive attitude of free sex that makes them lie and destroy. This unfortunate situation will eventually lead to conflict between young people and their families, especially parents.

Abstract:
Shock wave therapy (ESWT) for the treatment of Peyronie's Disease (PD) is still controversial. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of shock wave therapy in patients candidates for surgical treatment of stable PD for at least 12 months. 238 patients affected by PD were treated with ESWT since January 2000. We selected those patients (65 cases) who were having a stable disease for at least 12 months, previously treated unsuccessfully with different therapy (pharmacological, ionophoresis or infiltrations), and with an adequate follow-up. The parameters considered were the size modification of the lesion, the reduction of the penile deviation and the overall satisfaction for reaching an adequate sexual activity after the ESWT treatment. All patients received a 3000 shock waves treatment in 4 occasions during 2 weeks according to the institutional protocol. All the study patients reported to have an inadequate sexual function before the ESWT treatment. The mean age was 57 years, the penile deviation varied between 30° and 90° and the average follow-up was 18 months. In 43 cases (66%) the ultrasounds revealed a significant reduction of the penile deviation and 39 patients (60%) reported to have reached an adequate sexual activity after the ESWT treatment. ESWT represents a valid option in the treatment of PD considering that the patients’ main goal is to regain a satisfactory sexual activity. Therefore this non-invasive treatment should be included in the therapeutic guidelines of PD together with other non-surgical treatments.

Abstract:
Introduction: in our opinion, special attention should be paid to the content of the terms “pedophilia” and “pedophile”, which are often found in the analysis of the legal literature, the reports of government officials, on the Internet, as well as in the content of the normative legal acts regulating the responsibility for committing sexual crimes against the category of victims of interest to us. To date, none of the legal sources operating within the territory of the Russian Federation does not contain the interpretation of the above terms, which fully reveals the specifics of the form of sexual deviation we are studying. The purpose of the study is to analyze the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the responsibility for the commission of a crime that encroaches on the sexual freedom and sexual integrity of minors and juveniles, by persons suffering from a disorder of sexual preference in the form of pedophilia, as well as the medical and psychological sources containing information about the sexual deviation we are studying, to form the concept of the terms “pedophilia” and “pedophile” in the legal sphere. Methods: the statistical method, the methods of induction, analysis and synthesis are used. Results: the paper considers various definitions of the terms “pedophilia”, “pedophile”. The paper analyzes the affiliation of the previously mentioned term with any branch of scientific knowledge. Conclusions: as a result of the conducted research, the author formulated the concepts of the terms “criminal pedophilia” and “criminal pedophile”, whose use in the normative legal acts regulating the responsibility for committing crimes that infringe on the sexual freedom and sexual integrity of minors and juveniles, in our opinion, would contribute to the significant development of the system of combating sexual crime in relation to the category of citizens of interest to us.

Abstract:
Abstract Introduction Skin graft complications can include pain, contractures, hypertrophic scars, sensitivity issues, recurrent wounds and infections. Genitalia, perineum and/or buttocks graft complications have a direct impact on walking, sitting, voiding, bowel elimination, sexual function, intimacy, thereby reducing quality of life. Perineal and pelvic rehabilitation is used for many pelvic floor disorders, however, has not been described after burn injury or necrotizing fasciitis. Thus, this case report describes, a new rehabilitation evaluation template following perineal grafting and treatment outcomes reported after necrotizing fasciitis. Methods Assessments included Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale (POSAS), penile deviation measure, sensitivity using monofilaments, Burn Survivor Fear Avoidance Questionnaire (BSFAQ), sexual function and satisfaction. Evaluation and treatment were conducted by a certified pelvic floor physiotherapist (PT) and occupational therapist (OT). The initial evaluation occurred 4 months post surgery with interventions occurring every 3-4 weeks thereafter. Results The patient is a 37-year-old male who had skin grafts and reconstructive surgery complications following necrotizing fasciitis of the perineum and the genitalia with 30% TBSA. He presented with complex wounds which closed in 4 months, contractures, hypertrophic scars, hypersensitivity, fecal incontinence, and sexual intimacy dysfunction. Treatment included pelvic floor approach, education, desensitization, vesical and bowel movement rehabilitation, adapted pressure garment, gel application, scar massage, cutaneous and myofascial stretching and manual therapy. There was an improvement in BSFAQ score (5 points), pelvic floor muscle tension, PT observed scar, resolution of fecal incontinence, reduced penile deviation in the frontal plane, decreased hypersensitivity and ability to engage in pain-free sexual intercourse after 2 months of treatment. The patient is still progressively accepting his new body image but feels more confident with sexual intimacy. The results for POSAS and sensitivity are still ongoing. Conclusions The patient has improved scars as well as reduced penile deviation, and sensitivity allowing masturbation and sexual intercourse without pain, which helped him regain intimacy with his partner. Applicability of Research to Practice This is the first report of a standardized evaluation and treatment approach for the rehabilitation of skin graft complications after necrotizing fasciitis involving the perineum, genitalia and/or buttocks. Rehabilitation interventions improved his sexual function, body image satisfaction, and quality of life.

Abstract:
The development of information technology has changed people's lives with new habits. Almost everyone has a smartphone and has a social media account. Such rapid evolution has changed human life in various fields and has given birth to new forms of legal action. Among them, there are groups of sexual fantasists who use social media as a means to network and find partners. Sexual fantasies are normal and can have a positive impact if applied correctly. However, currently many people use social media to find partners for sexual fantasies by uploading vulgar photos or videos and requiring them to give money, gifts and provide facilities if they want to carry out sexual fantasies with them. This research uses empirical juridical methods and analytical descriptive research specifications. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the cause of criminal acts of pornography and prostitution in the form of sexual fantasies using social media is the negative impact of the development of information technology, social media, a manifestation of cultural deviation, deviation from norms, and a manifestation of the absence of norms (anomie). Efforts that can be made to overcome this problem are by carrying out cyber patrols, cutting off access to electronic systems that violate laws and regulations, and carrying out repressive efforts against the perpetrators.

Abstract:
From the 19th century and early writings on the subject, psychosexual factors have been reported to play a role in pyromania. After a brief review of the literature on firesetting and pyromania, two cases of arsonists are presented in which fire appears to be part of a fetish. Full sexual behaviours assessments were completed, therefore providing objective findings. Both subjects were treated for the sexual deviation associated with the acts of arson and showed significant changes in their sexual functioning. This paper deals with the issues of identification and management of such conditions.
