This diploma thesis deals with theme of sexual assistance to people with disabilities. Its aim how social workers and social service workers looks at sexuality their clients and use of sexual assistance within residential social services. The research was based on semi-structed interviews. Obtained data are dividet into four categories - access to client sexuality, the way of meeting clients sexual needs, viewing at sexual assistance service, the way organizations participate in providing sexual assistance. The research results show that in most of organizations sexuality belongs among the areas of work with their clients. Some organizations perceived certain obstacles that prevent them from effectively opening or developing the topic of sexuality. In differece experience of organizations that work with sexuality in the form intimate assistance bring positive results and have good assumption for the introduction of active sexual assistance. The diploma thesis on "Gender perspective on the provision of paid sexual assistance to people with disabilities" deals with the topic of sexual assistance. How is sexual assistance perceived in our country and abroad. For our country, the project is quite new and not yet fully resolved. The questionnaire survey was focused on men and women with disabilities as they perceive their own intimacy, whether they are interested in sexual assistance and whether they would like to use it. Gender differences in the issue were clearly apparent. This survey has confirmed the needs of people with disabilities in the sexual area. The using of sexual assistance in our country has its merits and this service will find its supporters and users. KEYWORDS People with disabilities, sexual assistance, sexuality

I would like to look at sexual issues for persons with disabilities from the perspective of social work and ethics. The aim is to present the project as a possible sexual assistance service for persons with disabilities, which will be directed to social services and then be ethically evaluated. I will focus on the area of sexuality, that is to understand the topic of sexual assistance is important.

In my thesis I discuss sexuality of disabled people, the service of sexual surrogacy and the conditions which are in this sense set in social care institutions. My aim is to offer an insight into the openness of the representatives of these institutions to discuss sexuality of social care recipients. This should outline what starting position for those who provide information or practical assistance in satisfaction of sexual needs of disabled people is. Besides, I compare the situation in the Czech Republic with the situation in New South Wales. In this Australian country, there was a survey few years ago similar to the one I recently made here in the Czech Republic and I want to compare their results. New South Wales is in my thesis the example of countries where providing sexual services is legal while in the Czech republic there this way of making money lies in "grey market". The different approach to legislation of providing sexual services in my point of view and also according to the information I found out influences how people perceive the service of sexual surrogacy for disabled. Based on that, I expect the results of Australian survey and also the extent of accessibility to information and sexual surrogacy shows to be more favourable than those in the Czech Republic.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of sexuality of handicapped persons and its realization. Its main aim is to chase the general view of this theme, which is still taboo in our society. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. It specifically defines handicapped persons, their sexuality and specific needs of people with different types of disabilities. It slightly describes the work of social service facilities with the theme of sexuality. Moreover, it is concerned with project "Right of Sex" and sexual assistance as one possibility of realizing the sexuality of people with disabilities. The practical part is realized through quantitative and qualitative research. There were fourteen respondents that were further dividend into three groups. First group was composed by people with disabilities, second by sexual assistants and to the last belonged experts engaged to this topic. This research identified respondent's opinion and view concerning the theme of the sexuality of handicapped persons and sexual assistance.
