Twelve Holstein steers (454 ± 32 kg) with cannulas in rumen and proximal duodenum were used in a generalized randomized block design to compare steam-flaked corn (SFC), barley (SFB), wheat (SFW), and oats (SFO) as grain sources (74% of diet dry matter, flake density = 0.31 kg L−1) on characteristics of digestion. Ruminal organic matter (OM) digestion was similar for SFC-, SFB-, and SFW-based diets, but lower for SFO. Ruminal microbial efficiency was greater for SFW and SFO. The Boltzmann equation has been solved using (EEDF) package for a pure sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) gas and its mixtures with buffer Helium (He) gas to study the electron energy distribution function EEDF and then the corresponding transport coefficients for various ratios of SF6 and the mixtures. Pork meat samples were inoculated with high or low levels (106 or 103 CFU/g) of Salmonella Enteritidis, vacuum packaged, exposed to γ radiation (1.0, 2.5, and 4.7 kGy), and stored for 1 month at 4 ± 1°C. The study of the effect of waiting time, loading and unloading on static and kinetic friction for real contact micro-systems was carried out. Three types of silicone fluid with the viscosity of 100, 450 and 5000 cSt at 25° C were used. Stop-start experiments allowed us to estimate the relaxation time after the static friction overshoot. For silicone liquid with viscosity of 100 cSt, relaxation of friction force (F) after the static friction overshoot occurred over one cycle of testing. Kecamatan Panti merupakan penghasil kopi terbesar kedua di Kabupaten Jember setelah Kecamatan Silo. Perkebunan kopi di Kecamatan Panti tahun 2016 memiliki luas lahan sebesar 1096ha, dengan ketinggian 50-1.340mdpl. Dengan ketinggian rata-rata tersebut salah satu tanaman kopi yang ditanam yaitu kopi arabika. Berdasarkan banyaknya perkebunan kopi yang ada, maka pada pengolahan kopi olah basah akan menghasilkan banyak limbah cair dan limbah padat.
