Abstract:
I dedicate the article to Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Process of the Faculty of Law of Tomsk State University, Doctor of Law, Honored The article highlights the role of the Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of Tomsk State University Viktor Nifonovich Shcheglov in the development of the theory and method of teaching civil procedural law. I can separate the main directions of V.N. Shcheglov’s research activities: the legality and validity of a court decision, civil procedural legal relationship, the problem of a “broad” understanding of civil procedure and the subject of civil procedural law, a lawsuit and a claim form of legal protection. We pay particular attention to the formation of a scientific school under the leadership of Professor V.N. Shcheglov, continuity in conducting theoretical research, and introducing its results into the method of teaching civil procedural law. The content of the works of Professor V.N. Shcheglov enables us to conclude that the research interest of the scientist was focused primarily on the analysis of the nature, features and problems of the effectiveness of civil procedure as a special legal form of protection of rights and legally protected interests. Within the framework of this broad problem, it is possible to identify several methodologically significant aspects, which were found in the articles and monographs of V.N. Shcheglov. The first of them is the consideration of civil procedure as a special legal relationship. V.N. Shcheglov devoted several articles to this issue and his monograph “Civil Procedural Legal Relationship” (1966) was awarded the Tomsk State University Prize in 1967. The main idea defended by the author was the assertion that the civil procedure is a social relationship regulated by the norms of civil procedural law. The subject of this relationship is, on the one hand, the jurisdictional body that resolves the civil case, and on the other hand, the parties to a civil trial. The content of this legal relationship is the behavior of its subjects that is clothed in in the form of procedural powers, subjective, procedural rights and obligations. V.N. Shcheglov paid attention to a broad understanding of civil procedure and the subject of civil procedural law; whether civil procedure is only a trial of civil cases or any jurisdictional procedure aimed at protecting civil rights. V.N. Shcheglov and Professor N.B. Zeider concluded that the nature of the procedure is determined not by the body resolving the case, but by the nature (branch affiliation) of legal relations that are the subject of consideration within the framework of a particular procedural form. Therefore, civil procedural law regulates the procedural relations that develop in adjudication of civil cases by various jurisdictional bodies (a broad understanding of the subject of civil procedural law). The author declares no conflicts of interests.

Abstract:
The extensive unpublished correspondence of S. A. Rachinsky with the writer Ivan Shcheglov (I. L. Leontiev), which was conducted from 1891 to 1900, is a vivid epistolary monument of great historical and literary significance. Most of the literary subjects discussed here are related to the work of one of the participants in the correspondence. Rachinsky interprets Shcheglov’s works mainly from the point of view of a teacher, assessing their suitability or unsuitability for a wide range of readers and for his own schoolchildren. The article for the first time publishes large fragments of letters from 1891, one of which touches on the topic of war.

Abstract:
The article reconstructs for the first time the creative history of the memoir essay Visiting Father John of Kronstadt by Ivan L. Leontiev (Ivan Shcheglov) on the basis of the author’s diaries and his correspondence with Sergey A. Rachinsky, Vasily P. Gorlenko, Mikhail O. Menshikov and Priest Iosif Fudel. The essay was published for the first time in 1892, during the revered canonized churchman’s lifetime. The work on this essay coincided with the time of a fundamental spiritual change in the life of a “depressed humorist” (as Ivan Shcheglov was labelled by the critic Alexey A. Izmailov) and was underway in parallel to the completion of a story denouncing Leo Tolstoy’s ideology and the Tolstoyan movement (Around the Truth) and the creation of a story about “psychopathic times” (The Soul on the Wane). Conceived as an ordinary article for the Christmas issue of the Novoe Vremia newspaper, the essay grew both in size and content and was published in the Niva magazine’s book of collected stories and articles, which was followed by a separate edition. An impetus for making the concept more elaborate was the publication of Nikolay Leskov’s story Midnight People, which contained sharp criticism of Father John and his trustees. Abstaining from an open debate with Leskov, Ivan Shcheglov sought to treat the figure of his holy contemporary “with heroic grandeur.”

AbstractObservations of radial velocities in the F-corona in the elongation range from 3 to 6 solar radii were carried out on July 11, 1991 (Mexico, La Paz) by means of a Fabry-Perot spectrograph. The Fraunhofer lines in the spectral region of H and K Call were used. The average velocities to the West and to the East of the Sun within 30° of the ecliptic plane are +30 km/s and -27 km/s respectively. This confirms the main results of the F-corona radial velocity observations by Shcheglov et al. (1987), Shestakova (1987) on July 31, 1981 about predominance of prograde Keplerian motion of the dust near the ecliptic plane and the effective radius of dust grains (≈0.4μm)

Abstract:
The proposed study delves into the depiction of an imaginary doctor in mass humor during the late 19th century and in Chekhov’s early work. Its aim is to provide an explanation for Chekhov’s innovative humor, which stands out in comparison to that of his contemporaries. The work’s scientific novelty lies in the clarification of the concept of “speech mask in literature”. This refers to a hybrid of two languages, one inherent to the hero and the other appropriated from someone else, presented in a dialogic manner. Chekhov’s contemporaries such as Leikin, Amfiteatrov, and Shcheglov created simplistic comic scenarios in their works. The intentions of these authors were aimed solely at entertaining and distracting readers from their daily worries. Chekhov takes a complex stance on mass humor. On one hand, he must adhere to its demands in order to publish his stories in magazines. On the other hand, he subverts existing conventions by complicating his heroes’ speech characteristics through a speech mask. Chekhov not only entertains his readers, but also provides depictions of provincial customs and various social types. The image of the doctor in Chekhov’s mature works is ambivalent and only indirectly related to the imaginary doctor from his humorous pieces.

Abstract:
The article considers the milestones of the historiography of Aleksey Khomyakov’s heritage from the end of the 19th century to the present day. Priority is given to works of independent theoretical and conceptual value. The article reveals the special character of the very fi rst studies of Khomyakov’s works dating back to 1870s1880s with particular attention paid to his religious views. The article analyzes the fi rst attempts to point out the importance of the philosopher’s socio-political positions. The article considers the essential features of works by Iu. F. Samarin, A. V. Gorsky, V. S. Solovyov, P. I. Linitsky, N. P. Kolyupanov, K. N. Leontiev, V. N. Lyaskovsky and E. А. Lebedeva. Khomyakov’s early views were shown to be criticized by Solovyov, Leontiev and Linitsky as not quite Orthodox ones. At the same time, the 1890s and 1900s witnessed a wave of apologetic monographs and articles on Khomyakov, canonizing his image as “the teacher of the Church” (books by Kolyupanov, Lyaskovsky and Lebedeva). The article analyzes the fundamental works on Khomyakov dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, written by V. Z. Zavitnevich, N. A. Berdyaev, P. A. Florensky and B. Shcheglov. The three-volume work by Zavitnevich appeared to be rather a compilation of biographical details than an independent apologetic writing, and so was subjected to fruitful critical discussion by Florensky and Berdyaev. Shcheglov’s monograph, published in 1917 and left unfi nished, summed up the pre-revolutionary stage in the research of A. S. Khomyakov’s views. The article presents an essay on the history of the study of Khomyakov’s heritage in the Russian expatriate community. Estimates of Khomyakov’s apologia are given in the works by Fr. Georges Florovsky and Nicolas Zernov. The fundamental signifi cance of the work by the Polish researcher Andrzej Valitsky is shown to be a turning point in Khomyakov’s historiography. The features of monographs by Soviet historians of the 80s are also considered. Their contribution to clarifying the socioeconomic position of Khomyakov, his participation in the peasant reform, his specifi c position between the conservative autocracy and the moderate liberal opposition is also evaluated. The article demonstrates the inconsistency and vagueness of terminological defi nitions in Khomyakov’s socio-political position among Soviet researchers, which reached critical proportions in Yankovsky’s theory of “the patriarchal liberal utopia” of Slavophiles. Attention is paid to the shift of emphasis in Russian and foreign works on Khomyakov in the post-Soviet period. Based on the analysis of the articles written in 2019–2021, conclusions are drawn about the current trends in the development of the history of the study of Khomyakov’s heritage.

Abstract:
A historiographical review of archaeological studies of the necropolises of the settlement structures of the North-Western Crimea of the Late Classical and Hellenistic periods is a necessary part of the development of the topic, in which the materials of these sites are the main subject of study. Chronologically, the history of the study is divided into five stages, from the end of the XIX century. until 2023. This is the history of the accumulation of materials that allow us to approach the solution of the problem of the composition of the population of the region under consideration in the 5th century. BC. - I century. AD The first stage represents spontaneous archaeological excavations carried out by non-professional amateur archaeologists. From the second stage, research begins under the guidance of professional archaeologists. As a result of the work of expeditions of various institutions, a significant number of artifacts are collected to study funeral rites and, accordingly, determine the ethnic composition of the population of the North-Western Crimea of the ancient era. As a result, essays on the analysis of the composition of the region's population appear in some works. A.N. wrote about this in most detail. Shcheglov in 1978. The studied necropolises, as well as the settlements to which they belong, are connected with the history of the Chersonese and Late Scythian states. Funeral rites correspond to the traditions of Greek and Late Scythian cultures. A.N. Shcheglov, having examined the materials of some necro-fields, came to the conclusion that the necropolises belonged mainly to the non-Greek, strongly Hellenized population of the Chersonesos choir, and it is also possible that representatives of the Tauris moved here. At present, the accumulated material makes it possible to more confidently associate certain artifacts with certain ethnic groups, which is the goal of studying the necropolises of the Northwestern Crimea. э. – I в. н.э.

Abstract:
Relevance. Any changes in the functional processes in the body of cows are reflected in the biochemical parameters of their blood. In highly productive animals, the energy costs in the postpartum period for the formation of lactation are not covered by the volume of feed consumed. The lack of energy is compensated by the internal reserves of the body, which causes the catabolic nature of metabolism. The consequence of a violation of protein, carbohydrate-fat and vitamin-mineral metabolism in general is a change in the hormonal status of the body, which negatively affects the reproductive function and leads to a decrease in milk productivity.Methods. The formation of animal groups and methodological techniques for setting scientific and economic experience were performed according to A. Ovsyannikov. The diets, the composition of the premix and the tested feed additive are designed using the program «Optima expert» («Cormersurs», Russia) the needs of milking cows in nutrient and biologically active substances were determined by A. Kalashnikov, V. Fisinin, V. Shcheglov and others. In the blood serum, the content, glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, general calcium, and the unorganic focoria on the semi-automatic biochemical analyzer with the BS-3000M cuvette were determined. The results were processed biometrically, the reliability of the differences was evaluated by the Students t-criterion.Results. The maximum increase in the concentration of glucose in the blood was observed in cows of the third group (7.93%) (p < 0.05), cholesterol – in cows of the second group (24.43%). The content of triglycerides in animals of the control group decreased by 25.00% (p < 0.05). The level of calcium in the blood serum of animals was a tendency to increase. The most pronounced increase was observed in individuals of the third group. In animals of experimental groups, the level of fosphor inorganic decreased.

Abstract:
The article continues the conceptual description of theoretical and applied literary criticism as an academic discipline and focuses on its historical and methodological aspects. The purpose of the work is to present a strategy for selecting precedent texts of Russian literary criticism and their contextual analysis. The authors consider modern approaches to the definition of scholarly discourse and characterize the special status of the literary studies, on the one hand, striving for a discursive synthesis with linguistics and logic, and on the other – giving greater importance to the subjective sides of personality, which brings it closer to philosophy and fiction. The use of the concept of “precedent texts” (Yu.N. Karaulov) has been clarified in relation to the description of scholarly discourse. The authors substantiate the prospects of a historical and methodological approach to identification of precedent texts in Russian literary criticism of the 20th century, presented as a dynamic semiotic system (Yu.M. Lotman), the scientific “canon” of which undergoes constant transformations in the process of development. They consider the works of A.P. Skaftymov, A. Lezhnev (A.Z. Gorelik), N.Ya. Berkovsky, M.A. Shcheglov, A. Terts (A.D. Sinyavsky), A.P. Chudakov, Yu.A. Karabchievsky as examples of precedent texts. It is proved that the key methodological role in their selection belongs to the concept of context as a set of extra-textual connections of a work, which forms a background for its perception. At the same time, the study of a scholarly text proceeds from the priority of objective contexts over subjective ones, in contrast to the study of fiction. An algorithm of contextual analysis is presented, which includes a consistent consideration of historical, scientific, biographical and bibliographic contexts, which are closely related and influence each other. Their reconstruction has an interdisciplinary character and forms students’ skills of critical selection of contextual information, identification of its factual and heuristic value while observing the principle of historicism. Anticipating the immanent analysis of a scholarly text, contextual analysis also allows a literary researcher to come to a more rational understanding of the role of his own personality in research activities.

Abstract:
The critic and essay writer E. Shcheglova paints a critical portrait of A. Obukh, conducting a thorough analysis of the Petersburgian writer’s creative manner, describing the themes of her short stories and their genre-specific and stylistic features, and initiating a discussion that not only concerns Obukh’s prose, but also applies to ‘new twenty-year-olds’ in general. Shcheglova is attentive and benevolent as a critic. She explores both the light, airy substance of Obukh’s prose and her drawings, which the writer uses to illustrate her slightly absurdist short stories that maintain an amazingly harmonious presence in the two worlds, the literary and artistic one, and places Obukh in the context of the typical Petersburgian style with its somber graphics and attention to architectural elements. According to Shcheglova, Obukh’s creative approach as a writer and an artist is constituted by a pronounced artistic and romantic view of life and its poetisation.

Abstract:
The researches had been held in 2015-2021ss in FSBSI FARC of the North-East (FEDERAL STATE BUDGET SCIENTIFIC INSTITUTION “FEDERAL AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH CENTRE”). The studied objects were 36 varieties of black current collection of 2013 planting year. The check variety was Vologda. The aim of the researches is to estimate black currant varieties for productivity, fruiting stability, sustainability and adaptability in conditions of Kirov region. The most common technique to estimate productivity of the varieties is comparison with the check variety. 13 varieties were referred to the most numerous group of high productive (4.7-14.3 t/ha), including the varieties of FARC of the North-East, such as, Benefis (Benefit) and Sputnick (Satellite). The coefficient of productiveness stability (S) and the coefficient of adaptability (CA) were calculated for detection of adaptive varieties in conditions of the region. On the coefficient of productiveness stability (S) in conditions of Kirov region, the black current varieties with maximum demonstration of this feature were distinguished: Fortuna (Fortune) (0.86), Arcadia (0.83), Mulatka (Mulatto) (0.83), Dobriy Dzhin (A Kind Jenie) (0.82), Alivas (0.79) and the check variety Vologda (0.77). The estimation of the adaptability coefficient (CA) allows distinguishing 16 black current varieties with high adaptability (101280 % on average over 7 years). The coefficient of regression (bi) shows how far the amount of harvest varies in changing environmental index per unit and characterizes flexibility of the variety. 10 flexible, high-intensity varieties, which coefficient of regression was 6.8-1.4, were identified. The technique, which was suggested by S. N. Shcheglov, allows the combination of productivity and sustainability. The applying of the technique permitted to distinguish 13 varieties with above the average productivity among the whole complex of varieties (more than 4.5 t/ha). As a result of the research, the following black currant varieties were emphasized: Benefis (Benefit) which was differed in high productiveness stability, average fruiting stability, high flexibility and adaptability; Sputnick (Satellite) and Naslednitsa (Inheritress), which combined high productiveness stability, high flexibility and adaptability. The adaptive varieties of the intensive type Cherniy Zhemchug (Black Pearl) and Nezhdanchik showed high but instable productivity during the years. The productive varieties Arcadia (the selection of FARC of the North-East) and Dobriy Dzhin (A Kind Jenie) were prominent for high fruiting stability and adaptability.

Abstract:
The article deals with the formation of avant-garde as an alternative to the academic artistic paradigm in the Kharkiv Art School. The contribution of Kharkiv artists to the world culture is determined primarily by the avant-garde art. Its agents, who steadily carried the baton of modernization of artistic culture, were V. Yermilov and B. Kosarev. During 1915–1916 a group of artists, The Union of Seven, was formed at the Art School; their work reflected the diverse palette of changes that accompanied the formation of Cubo-Futurism in Kharkiv. Fundamental changes took place in the artistic culture of Ukraine in the 1920s. The initiative to transform Kharkiv Art School into an Art Technical School with the rights of an institution of higher education in 1921, is attributed to Yermilov (it actually became an institute in 1927). In the 1920s–1930s his teaching team was joined by such artists as Mykola Burachek, Ivan Padalka, Oleksander Khvostenko-Khvostov, Anatol Petrytsky, and Borys Kosarev. Studios were established: easel painting (Mykhailo Sharonov), monumental (Lev Kramarenko), and theatrical (Oleksander Khvostenko-Khvostov). From 1922 to 1934 Yermilov led the graphics studio (together with Padalka starting in 1925). The key figures in the creation process of artistic avant-garde culture in Kharkiv after the 1930s were V. Yermilov and B. Kosarev, who influenced the formation of the next generation of artists. Yermilov’s work in Kharkiv (including teaching at Art Institute) had an impact on the creative features of O. Shcheglov, V. Platonov, V. Savenkov, and defined the horizon of effective development of design in the region. Among those who continued Yermilov’s design traditions are M. Molochynsky, І. Krivoruchko, V. Lesnyak, O. Bojchuk, V. Danilenko, O. Veklenko. Launched by the latter International Environmental Forum of Eco Poster “The 4th Block” has found quite a resonance in the world. “Yermilov’s Mansard” appeared on Kharkiv cultural space as an artistic centre and an original example of artistic design in the spirit of Bauhaus. Due to B. Kosarev a constellation of talented artists appeared in Kharkiv artistic culture and defined its uniqueness. Among his students in the theatre and decorative department there were such people as a teacher Konstantinov; a theater artist, a Doctor of Architecture, corresponding member of the AAU V. Kravetz; the Main artist of Kharkiv State Academic Ukrainian Drama Theater named after T. Shevchenko T. Medvid; theatre artists M. Kuzheliev, G. Nesterovska, P. Osnachuk, L. Pisarenko, N. Rudenko-Krayevska and others. Among the artists, whose creative work shaped under the influence of B. Kosarev, were Honoured Artist of Ukraine, member and Vice President of AAU V. Sidorenko, and Honored Artist of Ukraine, famous graphic N. Myronenko.

Abstract:
The publication is devoted to the relationship of Dmitry Merezhkovsky, one of the main authors of Russian modernism, and Pavel Shchegolev, an outstanding specialist in the history of the liberation movement and the socio-politi- cal life of Russia in the 18 th –19 th centuries. For the first time, 15 letters from Merezh- kovsky to Shchegolev (1905 –1914) are published. Along with a discussion of current events in the world of literature and journalism, the main topic of the correspondence is Merezhkovsky's work on historical compositions – the drama “Paul I”, the novels “Alexander I”, “December 14”. Shchegolev actively helped the writer in the selection of historical materials, provided copies of archival files of the investigation and tri- al of the Decembrists; he was impressed by Merezhkovsky's strict documentary ap- proach to the recreation of the heroes and the era of Alexander and Nikolay. The letters and scientific commentary highlight the contradictory perception of Merezhkovsky's works by contemporary Russian criticism.

Abstract:
The article examines the prose of the Saint-Petersburg-based philologist and writer A. Astvatsaturov: in focus are its key motifs, images, and archetypes. E. Shcheglova points out that without any risk of missing an important insight into the protagonist’s psyche, a reader is free to disregard the books’ chronological order — their protagonist remains the same, be it in the inaugural People in the Nude [Lyudi v golom] (2009), or in the latest Don’t Feed or Touch the Pelicans [Ne kormite i ne trogayte pelikanov] (2019), or the two novels published in between, Skunkamera [Skunskamera] (2010) and Autumn in My Pockets [Osen v karmanakh] (2015). The image of the protagonist — a world-weary, fickle, and spoilt descendant of generations of intellectuals — becomes the principal subject of Shcheglova’s study. Her analysis of Astvatsaturov’s writings seeks to detect when the image directly corresponds to the narrator’s true self, and when it is merely a disguise. While recognizing the masterful execution of the novels, Shcheglova nevertheless remarks on their facetiousness and lack of variety — inevitable consequences of the writer’s known fondness for the genre of anekdot.

Abstract:
The subject of this research is the history, chronology and archaeological artifacts from the Kemerova village (Kemirova, Komarova, Temirova). The research is a part of a scientific topic of exploring Russian settlements in the Tom’ River region of the XVII–XIX centuries. The aim of this work is to identify the archaeological layer structure, determine the stages of Kemerovo village site development using stratigraphic data and archaeological objects, to compare the archaeological data with the results of written and cartographic sources. The archaeological research results showed two archaeological layers well stratigraphically recognizable. The lower archaeological layer contains artifacts of the middle of the XVIII century – the cusp of the XIX–XX centuries. So, it is about pre-industrial rural society’ life. The upper layer separated from the lower one by a layer containing some coal dates from the XX century. The artifacts bear witness of how the village was transforming into a industrial township. Comparison of the archaeological data and other historical sources materials highlights the need to find cultural remains of Kemerova village emerging period and a clearer differentiation of the middle of the XVIII–XIX centuries which requires further researches on the site. The area of use of the received results includes not only the history of Kemerovo but also issues of emergence and development of Russian and other ethnic groups’ settlements in the XVII–XIX centuries in the Tom’ River basin. Main conclusions: the received results allow us to determine two periods (pre-industrial and early industrial) in the history of Kemerova village before its inclusion into the territory of Shcheglovsk town (Kemerovo since 27 March 1932). It can be suggested that Kemerova village with the other Kemerovo rural settlements (Krasnaia, Shcheglova-Ust’- Iskitim, Kuchukovy Yurty / Ulus-Mozzhukha, Evseeva, Borovaia and others) formed the urban territory. In this context, the role of Kemerova village is not only in using its name for the mine, the train station and, finally, for the city but the early idea of connection of this rural settlement with the «burnt hill», coal deposits (1721) which defined the further industrial potential of Kemerovo

Recent years have witnessed the publication of a variety of scholarly papers highlighting region-specific peculiarities of education in the Russian Empire. However, they tend to focus on statistical information regarding the number of schools, the number of students, etc. Therefore, theoretical and pedagogical views and unique features of the methodological work done by major provincial teachers remain poorly researched. The paper discusses the case study of the Novocherkassk Gymnasium that was the most prominent scientific and educational center in the Don region in the 19th century and that boasted a teaching personnel of renowned local figures. Remarkably, the material on the actual pedagogical process in the gymnasium was already collected before 1917, mainly in the initiative to celebrate the facility’s centenary, and as many appropriate documents lacked, much attention was paid to gathering information from former gymnasium students. As a result, the knowledge of real teaching practices used in the gymnasium is based both on official documents and on oral, often critical, accounts by contemporaries of its teachers, and the group of teachers include persons who played an important role in the Don history.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the poetics of prose works by Nikolai Shchegolev. Harbin poet created not only lyrical works but also wrote stories, as well as reviews, articles, dreamed of creating a novel. We analyze Shchegolev’s story The Incident in the Park, focusing on the study of a rather rare motive for fiction – the motive of a double suicide. We trace the origins of this motive, which has gained great importance in emigrant literature, both in the European, western part of it, and in the eastern. The relevance of the topic under consideration is that at present Nikolai Shchegolev’s work remains poorly studied. Existing studies consider the life and creative path of the poet, give a description and analyze individual poetic works, but Shchegolev’s prose remains practically unexplored. In addition, the study of this topic will allow you to trace how the picture of the world is changing, human values and priorities in a changing world are transforming. On the example of the analysis of the motives of the authors in the works who were forced to emigrate, to break their ties with their homeland, we can see the importance of preserving cultural and historical values in the context of the transformation of all spheres of modern life. We examined in detail the techniques that Shchegolev uses in the story, such as creating the effect of cinematic storytelling, editing. We also dwell on the accompanying motifs of a prophetic dream, old women-harbingers of death, and others. All of them introduce an element of phantasmagoria into the story, although the work is written in a realistic manner, and allow the author to create an intrigue that violates the reader’s expectations. The theme of double suicide in the story by Nikolai Shchegolev becomes a transformation of moods among the Russian emigration (both its western and eastern branches). At the same time, suicide, surrounded by the above motives, turns into a theatrical action, and Harbin, where the events described take place, is transformed into an ideal mythological space.

Abstract:
The article analyses «bobo-similar» plates jewelry from Malyi Rzhavets and Martynivka — four specimens. In 1889 near the village Malyi Rzhavets was found a small treasure of women’s jewelry. In 1907, in the village Martynivka was found another treasure that included the women’s and men’s jewelry and Byzantine wares. Both complexes belong to the treasure of «Martynivka» type or the first chronological hoard-group by O. A. Shcheglova. One can assume the interpretation of these products as large temple ornament or decoration of scythe. Quite similar (though not entirely similar) bronze ware — lamellar temporal rings — are known in the antiquities of Roman times in Central Lithuania. The chronology of these jewelry — the phase B2 or B2 / C1 — 100—230 АD. Finds from Central Lithuania and treasures from Malyi Rzhavets and Martynivka differ in some design features, ornamental motifs and sizes. This can explain the chronological difference.

The review is devoted to the monograph of Siberian historian T.K. Shcheglova, published in 2018. The author not only summarized the results of many years of research on the adaptation of Russian peasants in the south of Western Siberia to the socio-economic and cultural-political changes of the 1930s and 1950s, but also deeply and comprehensively investigated the impact on their life of the radical restructuring of the rural world and largescale historical events that were accompanied by unfavorable, and sometimes extreme external conditions. Abstract:
This article analyses the poetics of Nikolai Shchegolev’s works from the point of view of the influence of the futuristic and avant-garde tradition on the artistic world of his works. The research aims to identify semantic (themes and motifs) and asemantic aspects (such as the rhythmic structure and construction peculiarities of stanzas and rhymes) of Shchegolev’s poems. These aspects resonate with such phenomena in the poems that were associated in émigré circles with the revolution and Soviet Russia’s art. There is a tendency in scholarly literature to consider the works of poets and writers of the “Eastern branch” of emigration as part of the development of nineteenth-century classical literature and as a continuation of the traditions of symbolism and Acmeism. This approach is often associated with the special position of Harbin, the Russian city in China, which has become a kind of symbol of the past, as life there was based on the model of pre-revolutionary Russia. Nevertheless, some scholars (A. A. Zabiyako, G. V. Efendiyeva, E. O. Kirillova, E. Yu. Kulikova) note the reflection and development of Harbin poets’ avant-garde experience. Nikolai Shchegolev’s works, including these aspects, remain insufficiently explored. In this work, referring to historical and literary and structural and semiotic approaches and the principles of intertextual and poetic analysis, the author turns to the study of themes, motifs, and images, as well as rhythm and strophic structures in the poetry of Nikolai Shchegolev, which makes it possible to deepen and summarise ideas about the poetics of his works. When considering individual texts, the author concludes that some themes and motifs (such as urban themes, the images of a cinematograph and a mannequin which is coming back to life, and the associated theme of oscillation between the living and the dead), as well as experiments with rhythm, strophic division, and word coinage were accepted and understood by Shchegolev through the poetry of Vladimir Mayakovski, Boris Pasternak, and the futurists.

Abstract:
The paper presents studies of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) synthesised by microwave method, which are intended for the creation of functional composites - possessing the effect of self-regulation of temperature. Microwave technology allows the synthesis of CNTs, which differ in morphological characteristics, as well as the presence of metallisation of the CNT surface. Different composition ratios based on graphite and ferrocene were used for CNT synthesis. The obtained CNT samples were characterised by CR spectroscopy, SEM and X-ray diffraction analysis. It is shown that combinations of ferrocene and graphite in the ratio of 3:1; 4:1; 5:1 and 6:1 result in the formation of different morphological structure of CNTs, which has a high level of diversity and allows to carry out effective modification of elastic matrices with giving the composite electrically conductive properties. The diameter of CNTs is in the range from 30 to 60 nm and there are Fe3C cogenite particles on the surface of CNTs obtained by synthesis with the ratio of ferrocene to graphite 6:1. Metallisation of the CNT surface layer significantly improves the thermophysical characteristics (thermal conductivity and diffusivity) of both the CNTs themselves and the composites obtained on their basis, which affects their heat release and allows them to operate with higher values of the self-regulation temperature at the same value of the supply voltage. The synthesis is characterised by a microwave power of 700 W. Microwave synthesis is a fast method for obtaining CNTs (synthesis time 10 s) and can be used for directed synthesis of CNTs, which are intended for modification of polymers and creation of conductive composites, which can be the basis of electric heaters with the effect of temperature self-regulation. Abstract:
The article is devoted to the prose of the fantasy writer S. Arno and considers its principal motifs, images, and stereotypes. The scholar and literary critic E. Shcheglova focuses her analysis on the novels A Novel about Love, and Also Dunces and Drowned Girls [Roman o lyubvi, a yeshchyo ob idiotakh i utoplennitsakh] (2012), A Straitjacket for Geniuses [Smiritelnaya rubashka dlya geniev] (2012), and The Dead Know Why [Myortvie sami znayut otchego] (2020), etc., which display the characteristics of the classical Petersburg text, on the one hand, and are peppered with the aesthetics of theatrical postmodernism, on the other. Therefore, Arno’s works cannot be considered serious literature. Noting that virtually all of Arno’s plotlines and characters draw on the preexisting constructs of the Petersburg prose shaped by Pushkin, Gogol, and Dostoevsky, the critic finds that, more than the continued existence of such artistic constructs in modern literature, Arno is fascinated with the fate of those contemporary writers unable to keep a straight face when confronted with literary goings-on. As a result, various fairies and demons swarm with gusto in Arno’s novels, while the living appear dull and unconvincing.

Abstract:
This article examines the interpretations of the causes, features, development, and outcomes of the English Revolution of the 17th century by scholars from the «Russian historical school» (école russe). Its older and younger generations were primarily focused on the history of France and the French Revolution. While renowned for their studies on revolutionary France, they also covered other topics. N.I. Kareev (1850–1931), M.M. Kovalevsky (1851–116), P.P. Shchegolev (1903–1936), and I.L. Popov-Lensky (1893–1931) addressed the problems of revolutionary England during the 17th century. Their complex works analyzed the revolutionary process of that period from all angles. Therefore, the theories of the English Revolution and their interpretations by the «Russian historical school» determined the subsequent development of English studies in both Soviet and post-Soviet space.

Abstract:
The article is based on the synthesis of research advances of Russian and foreign authors covering the issues of young people’s self-identification and the practices of their association. This interest is caused by the project implemented in the Samara region «Youth Identity and consolidation practice: regional aspect». The article uses the research results of foreign scientists, which discuss the issues of digital, ethnic-racial, religious identities, as well as the identities of poor youth in the context of establishing the consumer culture values. The results of the All-Russian project «Z Generation Eventivity» (2018) on the childhood eventivity, directed by S.N. Mayorova-Shcheglova, are significant. The research results on the issue under study, obtained in the Samara region, are important. These studies are on the social and medical volunteering, the importance of the activities of folk performance teams for preserving and developing the Russian culture. It was found that the identity problems in foreign studies are mainly placed in the context of consolidation practices of various minorities, socially vulnerable, discriminated youth groups. Russian studies have another approach: the self-identification issues are considered as related to various activities of the young people, their participation in various prosocial groups. We consider the second approach to be more productive in the Russian conditions.

Abstract:
A renowned historian, Evgeny Tarle (1874–1955) was famously preoccupied with literature. His ‘eternal companions’ included Pushkin, Lermontov, Nekrasov, Dostoevsky, Saltykov-Shchedrin, and L. Tolstoy. Another notable fact is his ambiguous attitude to contemporary Russian and Western literature. Tarle was a keen reader of Pascal, Schopenhauer, Vladimir Solovyov, and Rozanov, among others. His literary and particularly epistolary legacy features a few exceptionally perceptive and brilliant characteristics of writers and philosophers, many of which are published here for the first time. Tarle maintained a wide circle of literary acquaintances. He was a close friend of the authors Tatiana Bogdanovich, Tatiana Shchepkina-Kupernik, and Evgeny Lann – recipients of his most interesting letters. Tarle was also well acquainted with several literary scholars and critics, including S. Vengerov, P. Shchegolev, A. Gornfeld, K. Chukovsky, B. Eichenbaum, Y. Oksman, and others. Conveying shrewd observations on literature, Tarle’s comments on the subject also provide insights into the scholar’s own personality and work.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the history of the Moscow magazine “Ukrainian Life” (1912-1917) and the role that it played in the discussion around the Ukrainian question on the eve of and during World War One. One of the tasks stated by the editorial board of the magazine was to inform the Russian public about the main tasks and problems of the Ukrainian national movement. From the first issues the magazine became a space for acute controversy: contributions of both prominent supporters and opponents of the Ukrainian movement were published on its pages: F. Korsh, M. Hrushevsky, D. Dontsov, as well as P. Struve, S. Shchegolev, E. Trubetskoy. The outbreak of World War One led to a change in the nature of the discussion around the prospects of the Ukrainian movement in Russia. The magazine, initially open to a broad discussion with the Russian liberal movement, gradually refused to publish articles by Russian authors, primarily by those critical of “Ukrainism”. As a result, the discussion on the Ukrainian issue turned out to be curtailed, and the events of 1917 put an end to the very existence of the magazine.

Abstract:
In the paper presents first hoard of the Martynivka circle. It was discovered in the middle of the 19th century near the village of Nyzhnia Syrovatka, Sumy district, Kharkiv province (now Sumy district, Sumy region). The complex included: three radiate-headed fibulae of the Dnieper circle, fragments of three bracelets, two trapezoidal pendants, ten small conical through hole bell, bronze tubular bead and bone pendant. Unfortunately, the fate of most of the jewellery from hoard is unknown, only two fibulas made it to the museums of Western Europe. Hoard from Nyzhnia Syrovatka was first complex of Martynivka circle or first chronological group by O. Shcheglova. The appearance of hoards is connected with the military-political tribal association of Slavs in the Middle Dnieper and the Dnieper Left Bank. The archaeological equivalent of this formation could be parts of the carriers of the Penkivka and Kolochyn cultures. Jewelry from hoards of Martynivka circle dates from the second half of 6th – the end of 7th century. And «concealment» occurs in the middle – third quarter of 7th century. The exact location of the find is unknown. But this complex is surrounded by early medieval Slavic monuments, including those with Kolochyn materials (Bezdryk). Hoard from Nyzhnia Syrovatka supplements information about the ethno-cultural situation in the basin of Psel. Recently number of new hoards of Martynivka circle has increased significantly from Sumy region. Some of them got to the museum institutions. This prompted the writing of this article about the first complex of this group, discovered 160 years ago. Keywords: Nyzhnia Syrovatka, hoards of Martynivka circle, Early Middle Ages, Kolochyn culture, jewelry.

Abstract:
The research focuses on correlation between the parameters of life position and temporal characteristics of personality of female university students. The study is based on the following psychodiagnostic methodologies: “Questionnaire of the life position of a person (LPP)” (D.A. Leontiev, A.E. Shilmanskaya), “Temporal modalities of life fulfillment” (E.V. Bredun, E.A. Shcheglova, E.V. Smeshko, T.A. Shmer). The research evaluated the level of development of harmony, awareness (reflectivity) and activeness of the life position as well as temporal components of life (emotional fixation on events, rationalization of life fulfilment periods, and balance of modal assessments). The reliability of the correlation between the obtained results was estimated according to the Pearson – C and Chuprov – P mutual conjugacy coefficient (p≤0.05). The tested group have shown mostly high and average indicators of awareness and activity combined with a low level of harmony. The results of the study of subjective attitude to time demonstrated the ability of the tested students to integrate the past, the present and the future into a continuous succession, and structure the present focusing on the future and using the experience of the past. Statistics proved the authentic correlation between the parameters of harmony and awareness of young female students and their emotional fixation on events, as well as correlation between harmony and balance of modal assessments. The synthesis of low harmony and high awareness defines engagement into the present, intense activity aimed at its organization and structuring, taking into consideration their visualization of the future. In the case of a constructive variant of personality strategies, it is a resource for the living space transformation; in the case of destructive strategies, it is a psychological indicator of a risk and barriers to authentic self–realization and life transformation.

Abstract:
The prevalence of peripheral arterial disease requires the search for an optimal solution for preserving blood flow by using devices of various modifications. Drug-coated balloons are widely used in the surgical treatment of peripheral arterial disease. The article aims at the summarization of the study results on the efficacy and safety of the various drug-coated balloons, in particular, with paclitaxel, in the treatment of steno-occlusive lesions in the peripheral arterial disease. Comparing the study results is fraught with certain difficulties, given the differences in the study endpoints, the demographic characteristics of patients and the lesion patterns. Nevertheless, the study results of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) with drug-eluting ballons on the femoropopliteal segment are superior to the results obtained using conventional PTA and other endovascular interventions in the same vascular bed. PTA with drug-eluting balloons has a Class 1 recommendation in accordance with the issued recommendations of the SCAI (Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions). However, conducting PTA with paclitaxel-eluting balloons requires further determination of the possibilities of its use. KEYWORDS: drug-coated balloons, paclitaxel, percutaneous transluminal angioplasty, angioplasty, atherosclerosis, peripheral arterial disease. Abstract:
The article analyzes the works of authors who served exile in Vologda in 1902. The research material is text fragments in which the language, speech, and style of a person are comprehended. We have attracted texts published after 1902. In our opinion, it is in works remote in time that the manifestation of reflection on communication is a trace of existentially saturated direct contact. The article deals with the works of former exiles who were once in Vologda at the same time. Therefore, the fragments involved in the study acquire the status of reference points for describing the experience of a “forced conversation” that occurred in their lives. The methods of Russian linguistics (description, continuous sampling, contextual analysis, comparison) and philosophy (reconstruction) are used in the work. The leading methodological strategy is the interpretation of the text. We were able to establish that eleven people (P.E. Shchegolev, N.A. Berdyaev, I.E. Ermolaev, V.A. Rusanov, P.L. Tuchapsky, A.M. Remizov, O.A. Kvitkin, S.A. Suvorov, B.V. Savinkov, A.V. Lunacharsky, A.A. Bogdanov) comprehended their communication in the works published after the “Vologda exile”. This fact can be explained neither by the education received, nor by the unity of scientific interests, nor by the commonality of philosophical grounds. This is not a coincidence, not an accident, it is the experience of a “forced conversation” experienced simultaneously in 1902.
