Abstract:
The shelf-life of mayonnaise is a major concern for manufacturers and restaurateurs especially in regions where adequate refrigeration is scrace. Temperature, climate and food additives affect the properties of mayonnaise. When subjected to torsional flow at constant temperature and stress, mayonnaise reveals a quasi-exponential time-dependent viscosity curve, with a shere thinning and temperature dependent phenomena. These behaviors cannot be characterized by a single well-known mathematical equation and thus must be fitted with additional piecewise functions.

Abstract:
Lowstand valley fill and shelf-edge deltaic deposits in the Tannehill sandstone (Wolfcampian Cisco Group) in the Eastern Shelf of the Permian Basin are major targets for oil and gas exploration. The most-productive trends link coarse-grained alluvial systems in Baylor County to shelf-edge and upper-slope deepwater systems in Dickens County. Depositional axes in the Tannehill sandstone in the updip (eastern) facies tract in Wichita, Archer, Clay, and Montague Counties, proximal to sediment source areas in the Ouachita fold belt and the Arbuckle Mountains, contain 40 to 80 ft (12–24 m) of net sa

Abstract:
Review question / Objective: The efficacy and safety of Shenfu injection for cardiogenic shock. Condition being studied: Cardiogenic shock (CS) is a disease with high mortality worldwide. Shenfu injection (SFI) can effectively improve end-organ hypoperfusion and hypoxia; thus, its role in alternative therapy for CS has received widespread attention. However, a systematic review or meta-analysis has not been conducted on the treatment of CS with SFI. Therefore, we designed a protocol for the systematic review and meta-analysis of the efficacy and safety of SFI in the treatment of CS.

Abstract:
The shelf life of garden strawberry fruits when stored under recommended conditions is about a week. Due to microbiological spoilage and seasonal availability of fruits, the issues of their long-term storage are relevant. Various methods of post-harvest treatment have been used to prevent microbial contamination and extend the shelf life of garden strawberries. The purpose of this study is to review modern post-harvest methods of garden strawberry fruits treatment to reduce microbiological spoilage and extend the shelf life of berries. A review of scientific publications and electronic resourc
