Abstract The development of modern aviation industry urgently needs a large number of high-level flight simulation device (FSD) for multiple applications such as technologies research, aircraft test and pilot training. Traditionally, these FSD are manufactured by different TDM to meet individual requirement, which may encounter difficulty in correctness, integrity or fidelity. How to develop the FSD and its simulation packages for research, engineering and training scenarios with a more coordinated and efficient methodology is the key to the development of high-level FSD for one particular aircraft project. This paper proposes that FSD shall be classified, according to development process and control requirements into three categories, which are Flight Simulation Training Device (FSTD), Flight Simulation Engineering Device (FSED) and Flight Simulation Research Device (FSRD). In particular, the simulation package provide the basis for the evolution of the multiple applications of the FSD. In this paper, the key design of FSD and simulation packages is given by proposing a technical strategy, which is based on system engineering (SE), with the development of FSED simulation packages as the central objective, and evolving and applying them to more mission such as research and training by validation and verification (V&V) of the requirement. This technical strategy shows major value (1) in optimizing correctness, integrity, and fidelity through process assurance, (2) in shortening the development cycle and reducing the cost by reducing duplication of efforts, (3) in reducing the technical risk of the simulation package, which is accompanied by aircraft and system design and development, and (4) in standardizing and eliminating of inconsistencies of the simulation modeling data, which is oriented from FSED with rigor configuration management. This research intends to promote the development of the domestic aircraft and the growth of the FSD-connected technology.

Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) is a very effective tool in neuromarketing. However, time limits, subject fatigue, fMRI costs, and participants' concentration are problematic. Conjoint analysis and its cards enable shortening the time and providing more attributes for evaluation. Conjoint analysis models of orthogonal matrices keep the amount of conjoint cards to a minimum which shortens the time spent in the fMRI machine and thus lowering costs. All conjoint cards are different and keep subjects concentrated during the test. fMRI is an efficient analyzing method of neuronal architecture and functions for the identification of the brain areas and networks. The research objective was to investigate the sedative and hypnotic effects of Flos Daturae. Kunming mice were divided into control group, Estazolam (positive drug, 0.0005 g/kg) group and Flos Daturae groups (0.01, 0.02, 0.04g/kg) with random, ig once a day for 7 days. The central sedative effect of flos Daturae on the spontaneous activity of mice was observed using the locomotive activity test, and the hypnotic effect of Flos Daturae was observed in mice using the direct sleep test and the sleep latency with synergistic supra-and sub-threshold doses of pentobarbital sodium. Flos Daturae (0.04g/kg) significantly inhibited mice locomotive activity (P<0.05) and had no direct sleeping effect (P>0.05), increased the number rate of sleep (P<0.05), and significantly shortening sleep latency (P<0.05), enhanced pentobarbital sodium-induced sleep. Abstract:
Borehole acoustic testing is a comprehensive testing program that utilizes ultrasonic characteristics such as changes in acoustic wave bands, comparative analysis of waveforms, and energy attenuation in the rock mass to determine the structure, strength, macroscopic defects, and physical properties. Using the acoustic principle to test the rock mass within a specific depth range in the borehole, the test results combined with the on-site geologic description and laboratory rock mass results to establish the relevant geologic model, which can quickly get the integrity, physical properties, and mechanical parameters of the dam foundation rock mass. The application of quantitative indexes provides a more accurate and reliable basis for the determination and optimization of foundation rock mass, which can quickly respond to the design technical requirements, reduce the amount of excavation, reduce the amount of concrete pouring, and have an essential role in promoting the shortening of the construction period and the reduction of the cost, and this kind of research provides a reference case for the optimization of the excavation of other dam projects.

A brief account of different classes of scoring functions such as force field based, empirical, knowledge based, and descriptor based scoring functions is given along with the exemplary implementations of these scoring functions. By replacing test and trial based ligand screening with structure based virtual screening, molecular docking has helped in shortening the duration of novel drug discovery up to some extent. Abstract:
Customization of information from web documents is an immense job that involves mainly the shortening of original texts. Extractive methods use surface level and statistical features for the selection of important sentences. In contrast, abstractive methods need a formal semantic representation, where the selection of important components and the rephrasing of the selected components are carried out using the semantic features associated with the words as well as the context. In this paper, we propose a semi-supervised bootstrapping approach for the identification of important components for abstractive summarization. The input to the proposed approach is a fully connected semantic graph of a document, where the semantic graphs are constructed for sentences, which are then connected by synonym concepts and co-referring entities to form a complete semantic graph. The direction of the traversal of nodes is determined by a modified spreading activation algorithm, where the importance of the nodes and edges are decided, based on the node and its connected edges under consideration.
