As the saying goes, "All things are difficult before they are easy." Setting up a new enterprise goes with elaborate procedures, including an innumerable input of human resources and starting capital. But if all the efforts that we put into lasted only for several years of prosperity and the following closure made employees take unpaid leaves, the country and society would suffer heavy losses and many social problems would emerge. As mentioned by ancients, "A thousand tones gateway of import coordinates with an entire house”, it shows the importance of the door, its position and its direction which decide the advantages and disadvantages of Feng Shui in the enterprises. Being engaging in Operation and Design Industry for a great amount of years, I realized the importance of this segment. Therefore, my motivation is to combine Feng Shui theory with Design theory in order to make enterprise last forever and become sustainable. This research is going to apply the ancient method to the door of enterprises in hope of designing the door of building toward favorable orientation. The methodology of this research is: Use the Luopan to measure the angle of the directions at first, then adopt the topographic analysis, examine the site and environment and refer to the "San Yuan Jiu Yun" to find out the year and specific timing of opening-door, accompanying with "Bagua" and "I ching" and the "24-orientation Rings of Luopan" to decide and differentiate the orientation. The research analyzes with the Xuan Kong Flying Star Feng Shui in the "24-orientation rings of Loupan" to search for the precise position and orientation for the opening door, and which orientation will hold the "qi" with luck outside. We can understand the architecture can be integrated with orientation elements in early stages of planning to design for the construction. By changing the orientation of the door, the environment of the space and the building can be in harmony with each other. There is a positive effect for the architectural culture and architecture industry.

Among the color paintings on traditional wooden architectures in Taiwan, the paintings of Door Gods on the wooden panel door is believed to be able to award off evil spirits and ensure household safety. However, the Door God color paintings are often exposed to high temperature, high humidity and air pollution for a long period of time. Those paintings on the doors of temples even have to endure smoke from the incense burning by worshipers. When left unattended without careful maintenance, these paintings are prone to problems of disrepair. This study is a scientifically-based discussion about the repair work of a color painting of Cin Shu-bao and Yu-Chih Kong, two generals in the Tang Dynasty who became Door Gods in folklore. Starting from the historical development of Door Gods in folklore, this study first discusses about the protective functions of Door God paintings in traditional Chinese culture and different types of auspicious color paintings on the door nowadays, and then provides a compilation and categorization. In the repair work, this study adopts visual observation and scientific equipment in analyzing how this Door God color painting was originally produced. This study also analyzes samples of the painting layer to find out the layer structure and then records the impairment as well as the repair process. After the test of cleaning solvents in this study, the olive-oil soap is chosen as the major solvent due to concerns of human health and aesthetic perceptions. The delicate ink lines on the color painting are further treated with acetone. Plextol® D498 is used to repair the flaking and cracking of the painting layer. The impairment of the support layer is filled with Plextol® D498 mixed with GB03 Micro balloon. In the retouching, acrylic and water color(Winsor & Newton)are used to complete the final step of the repair work.
