Abstract:
<em>This study aims to determine user involvement on SIA performance in savings and loan cooperatives in Sibangkaja Village and determine the effect of SIA user training programs on moderating or strengthening the effect of user involvement on SIA performance in savings and loan cooperatives in Sibangkaja Village. The results of the study show that (1) the user involvement variable has an effect on the performance of the AIS. The calculation results obtained a regression coefficient of 2.830, the t-count value is 2.354 and the sig value is 0.021 &lt;0.05, so user involvement partially affects the performance of AIS. (2) The interaction variable of user involvement with the SIA training program on the performance of SIA, gives the calculation results obtained a regression coefficient of -0.112, the t-count value is -2.193 and the sig value is 0.032 &lt;0.05. So it can be concluded that the second hypothesis, namely the interaction of user involvement with the SIA training program, has an effect on the performance of the SIA. The amount of Adjusted R Square is 0.420, which means that 42% of the variation in SIA performance is influenced by user involvement, while the Adjusted R Square value based on variations in SIA performance which is influenced by the interaction of user involvement with the SIA training program has increased to 0.767, which means 76.7 %, while the remaining 23.3% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.</em>

Through Indo Global Mandiri University's Student Internship program (MBKM), the socialization of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) both traditional and based on the latest technology has made an important contribution in increasing students' understanding and acceptance of the importance of AIS in banking. Increased Understanding: Participation in the internship program has increased students' understanding of AIS both traditional and current technology-based. The important role of AIS in supporting appropriate decision making in banking activities. The MBKM internship program has proven effective in socializing AIS to students. Through various socialization methods such as hands-on training, workshops, and the use of technology, students can gain a comprehensive understanding of AIS. The socialization of AIS based on the latest technology also provides additional benefits, such as real-time access capabilities, better collaboration, and more accurate data analysis. This strengthens students' understanding of the importance of technology in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting processes. Nevertheless, there are challenges that need to be overcome in the AIS socialization process, such as the diverse level of understanding among students and the limited time in delivering the material. However, by continuing to improve socialization methods and adapting more sophisticated technology, opportunities to strengthen understanding and acceptance of AIS are increasingly wide open.

Abstract:
Abstract The implementation of Community Activities (PKM) this year is expected to provide good results for the community, students and especially the targets subject to the program. Related to the implementation of Community Activities (PKM) at the pesantren, all that must be done is to carry out training and application. As the activities that have been built by the caregivers and the entire management ranks in pesantren. Training and application is one of the teaching methods that cannot be separated for santri learning and as a guideline for teachers to implement shorof science to the yellow book so that students are able to read the yellow book properly and correctly. Factors that are often encountered are the inhibition of training and application experienced by students then there is no training in the form of simulation of shorof science to the yellow book. The solution that can be prepared is to familiarize training and application as a support for santri activities in order to be able to read the yellow books, in the hopes of reducing difficulties in understanding and deepening the science of shorof. After habituation, assistance is needed in the form of training to be able to ensure that students remain on the right path of understanding concepts. Often the concept given in the class is still ambiguous so there must be application in the daily life of the santri. Assistance is still needed after training and application so that what is accepted in training and implementation is not in vain. This activity aims to introduce muphrodat and enrich lafadz which is difficult to understand both in the classroom and outside the classroom so that students can use simple and straightforward language when reading the yellow book. With the training and application shows that students are very enthusiastic and active when interacting with teachers during learning. In addition, the learning can increase the understanding of shorof science in santri as a provision when reading the yellow books.

Abstract:
[English]: West Nusa Tenggara Province is the region with the second highest rate of early marriage in Indonesia. Getting married and then getting pregnant at an early age will threaten the safety of the mother and baby because of the unpreparedness of the mother from all sides. This issue will affect the NTB IPM because maternal and infant mortality is one of the indicators. Seeing this problem, it is necessary to pay attention to all groups to find the best alternative in solving the problem. One of the alternatives that can be done is to provide a 'positive' activity in the form of handmade product skills training. Handmade products in the form of bags from talikur. The specific aim of this community program is to equip teenagers with positive activities in filling their spare time so that teenagers do not have the time wasted especially just to do things that do not support their education and future. In addition, the long-term goal is for teenagers to have a place for entrepreneurship. The program was held from July to August 2018. It involved students and young women in the village of Mambalan, Gunungsari District, West Lombok. The stages of the activities carried out included the recruitment of the participants, debriefing materials, mentoring and practice of making talikur bags, surveys and coordination with partners, socialization of the program to the community, socialization of early marriage to teenagers, socialization of handmade products to teenagers, skills training handmade products by participants, socialization of handmade product marketing management and program evaluation. At the stage of participants recruitment, the participants should meet academic and administrative requirements. The results of program include; (1) the direction of adolescents and society about ideal marriage, (2) teenagers in Mambalan village have the skills to entrepreneurship (3) the creation of handmade products in the form of talikur bags, (4) the creation of adolescent understanding of product marketing management. The results of evaluation show that youth empowerment activities through handmade product skills are acceptable and very useful to minimize the occurrence of early marriage.&#x0D; Keyword: young women, handmade, early marriage

Abstract:
MSMEs are the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The most famous copper craft center in Indonesia is Tumang Village, Cepogo, Boyolali, Central Java. It is called a craft center because of the local residents, some of whom are copper craftsmen. The problems that occur are the limited information technology and the ability to access technology and information from outside, as well as management that has not been implemented properly that can support the craftsman development program, both from the point of view of the professionalism of its human resources as well as in terms of product development, craft design equipment and management. In addition, sales systems and data processing are still carried out conventionally, resulting in limited marketing opportunities and transaction processing. The lack of literacy of SMEs towards information technology is the cause. Only about 25% of all business actors in Tumang have utilized technology for marketing and financial management. The implementation of this Community Service is intended to provide socialization and training as well as assistance to improve skills and knowledge for craftsmen to market their products on a global scale and provide electronic sales applications for craftsmen so that customers can get information quickly, and can make online shopping transactions. As well as a digital accounting information system that will increasingly provide convenience in creating accountable, transparent, and secure financial reports. This PKM activity was carried out by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Management Economics Study Program at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta through the 2021 Matching Fund grant. The PKM activity was aimed at brass and copper metal craftsmen in Tumang, Cepogo Boyolali. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of PKM activities are technological innovations in the form of a Marketplace Application called "Javacraft", which is a web application developed by the Islamic University of Surakarta Batik as an online sales medium or as a sales medium for MSMEs of local Indonesian handicrafts, especially copper or brass crafts in Tumang Boyolali, handicraft products and sales processing facilities. In addition, PKM activities also include socialization about digital marketing (e-commerce) and Accounting Information Systems (SIA), training and assistance in using the "Javacraft" Marketplace Application to support sales of brass and copper metal crafts in Tumang.

Full text
Abstract:
Sustainability-oriented start-ups are fundamental to developing solutions for, and to fostering, a societal transition towards a low carbon society. In this context, social impact accelerators (SIAs) are organizations specializing in accelerating the progress of sustainability-oriented start-ups. In order to design their accelerator elements (e.g., training, coaching, and funding) effectively, SIAs must be aware of the knowledge needs of start-ups to support them in developing a sustainable business model (SBM). Using a case study approach, we present one of the largest cleantech accelerator programs in Europe, the EIT Climate-KIC RIS Accelerator. Based on the program’s curriculum and manual in 2019, we analyze from the perspective of the program how cleantech start-ups could be supported in the development of their SBMs by presenting accelerator elements that are intended to support start-ups in reducing their knowledge needs by (1) providing new knowledge to start-ups (e.g., trainings, workshops, and e-learning), (2) supporting start-ups’ assimilation of new knowledge (e.g., coaching), and (3) supporting start-ups’ application of new knowledge (e.g., documentation of planning and reporting as part of the program’s contract design). Further, we discuss the knowledge needs of 63 European start-ups before and their progress as a result of accelerator participation in developing a SBM based on qualitative and quantitative data. All 63 start-ups participated in the same batch of the accelerator in 2019. Regarding the development of a SBM, knowledge needs are described considering the triple bottom line including the economic, ecological, and social layer of a business model. Based on the start-ups’ evaluation, we reflect—with a focus on the environmental layer—about the most promising content and support elements of our SIA case to address the different layers, discuss their combination, and present improvement potentials to reduce start-ups’ knowledge needs. With our findings, we claim to contribute to theory development in the emerging literature on SIAs and give practitioners working with sustainability-oriented start-ups insights into the usefulness of start-up support programs and different accelerator elements for developing a SBM.

One of the community empowerment programs that seek to optimize the potential of the marine and fisheries sector by the government is "Program Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Pesisir” (PEMP), which became the flagship program to improve the welfare of coastal communities in a structured manner through community empowerment and utilizing coastal resources optimally and sustainable but PEMP that proclaimed in 2000 failed and continued with PEMP kemuduan 2001. This failure is caused because PEMP considered not able to channel the aspirations of local communities (coastal). The program is the Family Welfare Economic Empowerment Program which is a partnership program between the villages located in the vicinity of the “Usaha Pengelolaan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejehtera” (UPPKS) based fisheries. Economic empowerment of the family welfare program focuses on community empowerment chips processed fish traders who use the main raw materials result from the sea. Economic empowerment programs aimed at improving the welfare of traders through the trade group increased production through training and processing of raw materials results from the sea.

Abstract:
Spinocerebellar ataxia (SCA) is a hereditary neurodegenerative disorder that presents as ataxia. Due to the decline in balance, patients with SCA often experience restricted mobility and a decreased quality of life. Thus, many studies have emphasized the importance of physiotherapies, including gait training, in SCA patients. However, few studies have examined the effectiveness of robotic gait training in SCA. Here, we report the therapeutic outcomes of exoskeleton-assisted gait training in a patient with SCA. A 23-year-old woman with SCA participated in a gait training program using a powered lower-limb robotic exoskeleton, ANGELLEGS. The 8-week training program consisted of standing training, weight-shifting exercises, and gait training. Several measures of general function, balance, gait, and cardiopulmonary function were applied before, after, and 4 weeks after the program. After the program, overall improvements were found on scales measuring balance and gait function, and these improvements remained at 4 weeks after the program. Cardiopulmonary function was also improved 4 weeks after the program. Robotic exoskeleton gait training can be a beneficial option for training balance, gait, and cardiopulmonary function in SCA.

Abstract:
Continuous professional development (CPD) is integral in educational reform; developing and enhancing teachers’ pedagogical skills and knowledge. In Malaysia, the cascade training model is often preferred for CPD programmes in public secondary schools. This may be due to cost effectiveness and reach, where many teachers can be trained in a short timeframe. Critics of the cascade model of training tend however, point to a risk of knowledge being diluted as it is transferred from the trainers to the attendees and then to teachers in schools. This paper focuses on documenting the experiences of Malaysian secondary school English teachers attending school-based assessment (SBA) CPD training courses using the cascade training model. Adopting a qualitative research approach, through the use of in-depth semi-structured interviews, data was collected from 14 English teachers from 14 public secondary schools. The findings indicate that there were mixed experiences of teachers attending cascade training programs and that of subsequent trainings that were conducted by attendees of the programmes. These experiences were affected largely by the quality of the training programme (i.e. design of program curriculum and materials), trainer quality, participants selected, and follow up support afforded to participants. This paper culminates with recommendations for further CPD improvements.

Abstract:
The shoulder joint is the most flexible joint in the human body which experiences high loads during certain sport activities involving overhead motion. Overhead athletes experience rapid shoulder elevation, abduction and external rotation during the movement and rapid deceleration after the movement, making them susceptible to shoulder injuries. Due to the extreme ranges of motion, overhead athletes tend to develop increased external rotation, combined with decreased range of internal rotation, emphasizing the need for balanced shoulder care program in the training process to prevent such occurrences. The aim of the research paper was to develop training regimen for injury prevention and shoulder maintenance that can be incorporated in daily training activities of the athletes in order to decrease the occurrence of injuries. Three part training program was designed consisting of specific warm up, strengthening and stabilization exercises and stretching exercises. The aim of the specific warm up was to prepare the shoulder for the training loads, mimicking the overhead movements and stimulating the stabilization in the joint. Strengthening and stabilization exercises aimed to strengthen external rotators in the shoulder and improve the stabilization of the shoulder joint by targeting specific muscles such as serratus anterior. The focus of stretching exercises was to stretch internal rotation muscles, which experience high loads in the overhead athlete's training. An effective training program that can be performed with minimal equipment and in a short time frame was designed to enable its simple incorporation into the daily training of overhead athletes.

Abstract:
This article provides a typology of higher education educational programs in the field of water resource management. Data for the study were obtained from the statistical reporting form “VPO-1” for 2017-2023. Data processing and analysis were performed using the pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, sklearn libraries for the general-purpose Python programming language. To determine the typology of regions, the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) clustering method was used. Clustering was performed for the entire period from 2017 to 2023 according to the parameters of the number of applicants and admitted students, resulting in three models. The training of specialists in the field of water resources is structured and hierarchical, encompassing three mainstream educational tracks implemented at both the bachelor's and master's levels: "Environmental management and water use," "Aquatic bioresources and aquaculture," and "Water transport management and hydrographic support of navigation." All three models feature only one bachelor's degree program: "Environmental Management and Water Use", implemented in Moscow in 2021 in official state universities. According to the first model, it is classified as “traditional”, according to the second - as “popular”, according to the strings - as “growing popularity”. Typology of training programs of a regional nature. All three economic models represent programs either from regions where water management is an important part (Astrakhan region - 2 programs and Krasnodar Territory - 1 program), or implemented in Moscow and St. Petersburg, which confirms the centripetal dynamics of the Russian economy that determines advanced research. Higher education systems. Consequently, St. Petersburg is not only a second educational center but also a region with a developed economy in the field of water resources due to its access to the Baltic Sea.

Citizen education seeks to prepare individuals for democratic life. One of the main topics that is necessary to address in citizen education is the concern for the shaping of identity or individual subjectivity, which implies cultural and historical transactions. In this study, it was analyzed how Citizen Education was handled by a university through the documentary review of the curricular activity programs of four undergraduate programs. The analysis reveals that the didactic sequence of the purposes linked to citizenship is neglected, since there is a weak or null link between purposes-methodology and evaluation in the planning.

Abstract:
AbstractAn accident that may occur during maritime transport has substantially tangible, intangible, and environmental consequences. Approximately 85% of accidents at sea depend on human and communication factors. Therefore, it is expected to prevent adverse events in advance and to determine the procedures to be followed with simulator trainings before navigation at sea. National and international agreements set a standard for seafarers' education programs. The use of the simulator is recommended according to the Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) for maritime training, which is in accordance with international standards. These training programs should be designed to improve seafarers' ability in order to make accurate decisions, think quickly, and find solutions. Developments in the field of technology have enabled a wide range of simulation applications in electronic devices. The studies have shown that the professional knowledge of students has been increased with simulator-based education in many professions. This article presents a comparison that was made between simulation training and theoretical education. Two hundred surveys were conducted for 100 maritime students who received Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS) simulation training. It is aimed to measure the effect of ECDIS computer simulators on educational efficiency and suggest the use of simulators for the training of maritime students.

Abstract:
Background and context: Fisher folk use tobacco products to avoid sea sickness and to stay awake during night, while working at sea. They have minimal education, low income and are unaware of harmful effects of tobacco. It has also been observed that the prevalence of oral precancerous lesions and conditions are high in this community. The present dental curriculum does not emphasize on training undergraduates on antitobacco counseling. Aim: To assess the effectiveness of interprofessional initiative using service training to enable a fisher folk community to quit tobacco habits. Strategy/Tactics: Dentists are in a strategic position to diagnose oral cancerous and precancerous lesions and facilitate tobacco cessation. As tobacco addiction is based on physical, psychological and behavioral factors, it could be managed through multisectoral approach by interprofessional collaboration. Involvement of primary health care workers and community leaders will ensure reinforcement and sustainability of the desired effects in the community. Program/Policy process: A training module was formulated by an interprofessional team consisting of psychiatrist, public health dentist and tobacco interventionists. Thirty dental interns and three primary health workers participated in training program on lifestyle of fisher folk, tobacco epidemic, harmful effects of tobacco use and tobacco cessation. The interns were also trained for role play in local language, conveying the same message which empowered them to conduct awareness programs in the community there after. A house to house survey was conducted by primary health workers in 308 houses of the community to assess knowledge and attitude of fisher folk toward tobacco use before and after tobacco intervention program by interns. Outcomes: There was highly significant increase in knowledge and skills of dental interns after training program. Thirty seven percent of current tobacco users in the community decided to quit the habit and there was 52% increase in the number of smoke free homes in the community, three months after tobacco awareness programs were conducted in the community. What was learned: The interprofessional initiative empowered interns to incorporate tobacco cessation in routine dental practice and effectively enabled fisher folk community in adopting smoke free home policy.

Abstract:
Systematic overload, which is a training characteristic of powerlifters with visual impairments of high qualification has a negative impact on the functioning of body systems and the course of the underlying and comorbidities. This determines the relevance of the scientific substantiation of training programs for athletes with visual impairments as the most important component of ensuring the achievement of sports results in powerlifting. This study aimed to experimentally substantiate the effectiveness of the impact of various training programs on physical fitness and athletic performance of powerlifters with visual impairments of high qualification. To solve the goal we used methods of analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment and methods of mathematical statistics. The study involved 16 visually impaired athletes who were members of the national powerlifting team. The pedagogical experiment was based on testing the effectiveness of two training programs, which differed in the parameters of the load components in the annual training and macrocycle periods. After the pedagogical experiment, the experimental group showed reliable indicators of growth on all tests and improvement of sports results, and athletes of the control group increased physical fitness in three tests out of five and sports results are available only in squat and bench press. In both groups, the highest growth rates in the level of development of physical qualities were found in tests aimed at determining the level of development of strength and flexibility. Comparing the results of the introduction of various training programs in the training process of powerlifters with visual impairments, we can conclude that the performance of the experimental group is much higher than among the powerlifters of the control group.

Abstract:
Anesthesia shortages impact patient accessibility to endoscopy procedures. The administration of midazolam and fentanyl by a nurse is an accepted practice of delivering procedural sedation, though there is still controversy around the safety of a nurse administered propofol sedation (NAPS) program. Applicable professional organizations have provided statements supporting NAPS by a trained and competent nurse under the direction of an appropriately credentialed proceduralist. Research demonstrates the safety of NAPS in comparison to procedural sedation provided by anesthesia personnel or administration of midazolam and fentanyl by a nurse. Research shows that patients, providers, and health care organizations can see procedural and financial benefit of implementing a NAPS program. An outline of implementation and development of a NAPS program is presented covering equipment, supplies, resources, provider credentialing, nurse education and training requirements, patient eligibility criteria, propofol administration order sets, and a quality assurance program.

Abstract:
This study explores the correlation of parental involvement on the academic engagement and performance of Grade 11 students in Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) academies within the Western Visayas region. Using a descriptive-correlational survey approach, the research examines the relationship between various aspects of parental involvement such as support with homework, school event participation, and parent-teacher meeting attendance and students’ academic outcomes. It considers how factors like parental gender, profession, student demographics, and educational background influence these dynamics. Data collection was conducted through a self-developed questionnaire and verified academic records, with statistical analysis using Pearson correlation, t-tests, ANOVA, and moderation analysis. Findings reveal a “moderately high” level of parental involvement, particularly among non-SDA parents, fathers, and professional parents, with financial support (e.g., for school supplies) rated highest. Academic performance showed an outstanding mean GPA of 90.38, with top scores observed among students from SDA Junior High Schools and female students. Results indicate that female students benefit more from parental involvement, and socioeconomic status, educational background, and school environment significantly shape both engagement levels and academic success. The study highlights the importance of gender-sensitive and inclusive strategies to enhance parental involvement, particularly for male students and students from non-professional backgrounds. It proposes collaborative training programs to foster parent-school partnerships, aligning with SDA educational principles to support holistic student development. Recommendations encourage deeper investigation into the impact of socioeconomic and community factors on academic outcomes in faith-based schools.

Abstract:
Cruise is a special type of tourist offer that includes a large market. Interests of guests - the structure of service users and their financial capabilities determine the content offered - entertainment, adventure, wellness or recreation, etc. One of the primary activities during long voyages are wellness procedures that are performed in order to preserve and improve the health of passengers. These procedures involve a multidisciplinary approach from several areas, of which tourism, medicine and physical culture stand out. The provision of services requires specific knowledge and skills, which have only recently taken their place in the nomenclature of јob titles, as well as a special direction of education. Successful effects require a proper hierarchy of treatment during procedures, but also a system of periodic evaluation. The paper presents a questionnaire with the results that was conducted on 102 guests on a cruise from Strasbourg to Köln, where passengers confirm the high quality and suitability of the program for users. The results especially emphasize the importance of the Wellness program for the quality and content of the trip itself. Training of personnel for these programs is possible and desirable in continental countries, whose graduates can find employment on one of the many cruises at sea, but also on larger passenger ships on continental navigation in the systems of rivers and canals of Europe.

Abstract:
We employed next-generation RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) technology to determine the extent to which exercise training alters global gene expression in skeletal muscle feed arteries and aortic endothelial cells of obese Otsuka Long-Evans Tokushima Fatty (OLETF) rats. Transcriptional profiles of the soleus and gastrocnemius muscle feed arteries (SFA and GFA, respectively) and aortic endothelial cell-enriched samples from rats that underwent an endurance exercise training program (EndEx; n = 12) or a interval sprint training program (IST; n = 12) or remained sedentary (Sed; n = 12) were examined. In response to EndEx, there were 39 upregulated (e.g., MANF) and 20 downregulated (e.g., ALOX15) genes in SFA and 1 upregulated (i.e., Wisp2) and 1 downregulated (i.e., Crem) gene in GFA [false discovery rate (FDR) &lt; 10%]. In response to IST, there were 305 upregulated (e.g., MANF, HSPA12B) and 324 downregulated genes in SFA and 101 upregulated and 66 downregulated genes in GFA, with an overlap of 32 genes between arteries. Furthermore, in aortic endothelial cells, there were 183 upregulated (e.g., eNOS, SOD-3) and 141 downregulated (e.g., ATF3, Clec1b, npy, leptin) genes with EndEx and 71 upregulated and 69 downregulated genes with IST, with an overlap of 35 between exercise programs. Expression of only two genes (Tubb2b and Slc9a3r2) was altered (i.e., increased) by exercise in all three arteries. The finding that both EndEx and IST produced greater transcriptional changes in the SFA compared with the GFA is intriguing when considering the fact that treadmill bouts of exercise are associated with greater relative increases in blood flow to the gastrocnemius muscle compared with the soleus muscle.
