Abstract:
The process extraction of ecdysterone from the aerial parts of Silene brahuica was studied. On the basis results research, the following extraction conditions were established: extractant – 90% ethanol, particle size of raw material – no more than 5 mm and process temperature – 20–30 °C. A five-fold extraction of ecdysterone from the aerial parts of Silene brahuica is proposed. To purify of the extract, a sequential liquid-liquid extraction is proposed, according to which the concentrated extract is diluted with water and treated three times with extraction petrol to remove hydrophobic impurit

In this work, the influence of various extraction methods on the release of ecdysterone from the aboveground part of Serratula brahuica was investigated. Despite changes in extraction conditions, it was found that the yield of the dry extract and the content of ecdysteroid remained virtually unchanged, indicating the universality of the proposed purification method. Based on a comparative analysis of the time consumption and the extractant, it was found that the most optimal method is a triple extraction with forced circulation of the extractant. AbstractThis paper presents the results of phytosociological research on scree vegetation of the Pamir and south-western Tian Shan. We collected 222 phytosociological relevés during field studies conducted in 2015–2019, applying the Braun-Blanquet approach. We identified 21 plant communities on mobile and stabilized screes of colluvial cones, aprons and fans, inhabiting mainly the montane and alpine belts in several ranges (e.g. Peter the First, Alichur, Shugnan, Shachdarian, Darvaz, Rushan, Vanch, Fergana, Kyrgyz and Terskey ranges). As a result we provide the first comprehensive hierarchical
