The quality of hen eggs after partial replacement (7%) of soybean meal with silkworm pupae flour (Bombyx mori) and black soldier fly larvae flour (Hermetia illucens) was studied. Three groups of eggs were examined -C (control, standard feed), K (7% pupae), L (7% larvae flour). Both replacements in feed didn’t have a significant effect on the pH of egg white and yolk (p > 0.05). Lightness (L*) of the egg white KW decreased, and it’s a* values increased (p < 0.05).
