Abstract/ short description
The article brings up the universal idea that interpretations of historical events change in the course of history. The examples presented here are related to Latin American and Soviet history. One of such examples is the Marxists reading of the the important historic figure Simon Bolivar. In the original writings of Karl Marx, Bolivar was regarded as a Bonaparte-like despot. Later Marxists revised this critical portrayal claiming that Marx was badly informed, and Bolivar's anti-colonialism can be understood as compatible with the principles of Marxism.

Abstract Introduction: T cell engagers (TCEs) are a class of targeted therapies with demonstrated clinical potential in solid tumors. A main challenge currently facing TCEs is the availability of clean cancer targets with a wide therapeutic window. Intracellular targets presented to T cells by HLA complexes are strongly linked to disease mechanisms and are therefore very attractive, but drugging HLA-presented targets has been challenged by our ability to map the specificity of T cell repertoires. We here present the T-Cα platform, which represents a fundamental change in TCR discovery methodol

Abstract Introduction: T cell engagers (TCEs) are a promising class of targeted therapies with recent clinical successes in solid tumors. A unique advantage of HLA-presented targets is that they can be derived from any part of the human genome providing an opportunity to build next generation TCEs against novel targets. We here present our discovery and development of a half-life extended TCE against a novel tumor-target towards clinical candidate selection. Our proprietary TCE drug format is based on a solubilized TCR, engineered as an Fc-based bispecific, showing high potency and safety in p

The spider genus Audifia Keyserling, 1884 currently comprises three described species, two species from Brazil and one from Guinea-Bissau and Congo. In this paper the male of an Audifia species is illustrated for the first time and new records are presented for the genus. Audifia laevithorax Keyserling, 1884 is recorded for the first time from Bolivia, and new record from Amazonia, Brazil is reported. The male Audifia semigranosa Simon, 1895 is described and illustrated for the first time and new record from Brazil is presented.

The genus Epicadinus Simon, 1895 can easily be distinguished from the other Neotropical Stephanopines by their abundant and robust setiferous tubercles, topped by elongated macrosetae, which cover most of the tegument. Additionally, the genus can be recognized by a pair of conical ocular mounds above the ALE, the anterior eye row very recurved, posterior one slightly procurved; carapace flattened and without tubercles, and opisthosoma with three conical projections (“tubercles”) of variable size and shape.
