Forty women were screened before being divided into two groups of twenty each. The same dependent variable, thyroid stimulating hormone, and anxiety, were reviewed after twelve weeks in both groups. To establish the significant difference between the dependent variable, thyroid-stimulating hormone, and anxiety, an analysis of variance was used.
