Abstract:
Keberadaan perangkat elektronik pada kehidupan manusia sangat lekat adanya saat ini.Berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia selalu ditunjang oleh perangkat elektronik, dari mulai bidang telekomunikasi hingga bidang keamanan, salah satunya adalah sistem pengawasan (surveillance).Pemanfaatan elektronika dalam bidang militer saat ini dikenal dengan Electronic Warfare (EW).Salah satu jenis serangan elektronik (elektronic attack) adalah electromagnetic jamming. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang pengaruh EMP serta menentukan nilai gangguan dari medan elektromagnetik terhadap sistem pengawasan berupa mini kamera. Variabel dalam melakukan pengukuran terdiri dari tegangan sumber, jarak interferensi, dan lilitan yang masing-masing nilainya divariasikan.Formulasi data pengukuran menggunakan aplikasi Design Expert 11 dengan metode Response Surface D-Optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai fluks magnetik maksimum yang dihasilkan jammer sinyal adalah 0,479 Wb/m2, nilai gangguan maksimum pada level spektrum mini kamera adalah 2 dB, dan nilai gangguan maksimum paling sering terjadi pada frekuensi 4,9 MHz. Nilai koefisien korelasi dari pengaruh medan elektromagnetik terhadap sistem pengawasan antara nilai prediksi simulasi dengan nilai pengukuran langsung adalah -0,55093384.

Pengontrol proporsional, integral plus derivatif (PID) merupakan suatu strategi kendali yang paling banyak digunakan di industri untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah dalam sistem kendali dan untuk keperluan sistem kendali otomatik suatu proses. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman atas kinerja dan penerapan pengontrol PID sangat diperlukan guna keperluan analisis performansi suatu sistem kendali. Makalah ini melaporkan implementasi pengontrol PID dan analisis respon pengontrol PID elektronik sistem kendali umpanbalik pada suatu model fisis elektronik yang dibangun dari komponen elektronika resistor (R) dan kapasitor (C) guna keperluan peraga kelas dan praktikum sistem kendali di Program Studi Teknik Elektro, Universitas Padjadjaran. Dengan cara ini besaran yang terlibat adalah tegangan sehingga memudahkan pengamatan di osiloskop untuk analisis respon pengaruh parameter Kp, Ki dan Kd pengontrol PID di laboratorium. Analisis respon dilakukan melalui eksperimen dan simulasi komputer. Analisis respon menunjukkan bahwa jika Kp diperbesar maka keadaan mantap akan lebih lambat tercapai, tetapi terjadi kesalahan keadaan mantap. Setelah menggunakan pengontrol integral, kesalahan keadaan mantap hilang dan jika Ki diperbesar maka keadaan mantap lebih cepat tercapai, tetapi osilasi bertambah. Setelah menggunakan pengontrol diferensial,osilasi berkurang dan jika Kd diperbesar maka keadaan mantap akan lebih cepat tercapai. Sistem kendali dengan pengontrol PID telah dibangun dan diuji melalui model fisis elektronik rangkaian RC. Hasil analisis respon sistem melalui eksperimen dan simulasi menyimpulkan bahwa perangkat sistem kendali umpanbalik yang dibangun menunjukkan performansi yang sesuai dengan teori kendali otomatik dan dapat digunakan guna keperluan proses belajar-mengajar.

Currently the facility provided by mobile phones is very diverse. Starting from the phone, SMS, camera, music player, all rolled into one. Obviously the phone can also be used as electronic keys to replace the existing analog key at this time. Usually, to open a door key one must use a key, so to access a lot of doors must have a lot of different keys. But if the phone is used as an electronic key access control must implement all the keys are not needed anymore, just with one phone can open many locks. Simulation of an electronic lock is designed to use the phone as a remote control, and the computer as a central controller. Communication between mobile phones and computers using Bluetooth. While functioning as a door lock which is connected via parallel port of computer. This electronic key system to apply Access Control using RC4 encryption and MD5 Hashing. Design modules are built using NetBeans IDE 4.1 and the MySQL database, with some additional libraries. Libraries that are mobility netbeans 4.1, mysql-connector-java-3.0.9, BlueCove, Bluelet-Benhui. Abstract:
E-KTP or Electronic KTP is a population document that contains a system of security / control both in terms of administration or information technology based on the National population database. Kelurahan is one of the places visited by residents to make the E-KTP. But the high enthusiasm of the population to renew their KTPs, problems arose. The problem that occurs is a long queue occurs in several regions. Lack of information dissemination between officers and residents and systematic scheduling to the community resulting in services being less effective. The results of the data and analysis studies that have been carried out using Student Version 6.0 can be found that the pattern of population arrivals is Poisson distribution while the service time is exponentially distributed. The simulation output of utility level models from service facilities with the average percentage of teller utilities is 62.55% and the average waiting time of 12.71 minutes per person. Therefore it can be concluded that the queuing system that is long enough and the utility is low in the Kelurahan makes the services obtained by the population not optimal. Supposedly by increasing the queue window, systematic scheduling, and supporting facilities such as counseling the latest services can help overcome the duration of the population queuing. So that the proposal for the improvement of the system is very intended for Kebon Pala Village, in order to improve the quality of services that are more adequate so that residents feel satisfied with the service facilities provided and can minimize the time in line.

Sebagai masukan ke mikrokontroler diatur dengan memberikan level sinyal (1 / 0 ) ke port yang terhubung dengan parameter masukan MBE pada editor BASCOM8051. Sebagai keluaran dari Sistem Interlock disimulasikan menggunakan Led Indikator. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem interlock telah berfungsi sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip interlock.

Abstract:
Tujuan dari penelitian dengan judul “Pengembangan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Siswa SMA pada Topik Teori Domain Elektron melalui Simulasi Interaktif PhET Molecule Shapes” dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa SMA melalui penggunaan simulasi interaktif PhET MS versi 1.05 pada topik teori domain elektron. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment. Subyek penelitian terdiri atas 64 siswa kelas X IPA di salah satu SMA Negeri di Kota Bandung. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil tes tertulis dan angket terhadap siswa, serta hasil wawancara terhadap guru kimia. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan melalui uji statistik menggunakan independent-sample t-test atau Uji Mann-Whitney dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil analisis signifikansi menunjukkan bahwa PhET MS dapat meningkatkan penguasaan sebagian indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis. Peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa terjadi pada indikator membuat induksi dan mempertimbangkan hasil induksi (N-gain: 45,54 %), serta menganalisis argumen (N-gain: 57,03 %). Baik guru maupun siswa memberikan tanggapan yang positif mengenai penggunaan PhET MS dalam pembelajaran.Kata kunci: keterampilan berpikir kritis, PhET Molecule Shapes, teori domain elektron, simulasi interaktif

Abstract:
DC-DC Converter adalah suatu rangkaian elektronika daya yang mengubah tegangan DC ke tegangan DC lainnya dengan tegangan keluaran yang berbeda. Salah satu jenis dari elektronika daya tersebut adalah boost converter. Boost converter merupakan salah satu peralatan yang banyak digunakan dalam aplikasi DC-DC untuk menaikkan tegangan dari tegangan rendah ke tegangan yang lebih tinggi . Namun, boost converter konvensional mempunyai beberapa kekurangan, yaitu mempunyai ripple arus masukan dan ripple arus keluaran yang dapat mengurangi efisiensi dari boost converter dan tegangan keluaran pada boost converter tidak dapat mencapai tiga kali atau lebih tegangan masukannya. Karena keterbatasan dalam menaikkan tegangan ke level tegangan yang sangat tinggi, salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan menghubungkan rangkaian cascade. Kemudian untuk mengurangi ripple keluaran dan menaikkan nilai tegangan keluaran, boost converter perlu dihubungkan dengan rangkaian interleaved. Setelah boost converter dihubungkan dengan rangkaian interleaved disisi masukan dan rangkaian cascade disisi keluaran menghasilkan tegangan keluaran yang tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan boost converter konvensional dan dapat mengurangi ripple arus keluaran. Dynamic Evolution Control sendiri merupakan salah satu teknik kontrol baru untuk mengontrol rangkaian elektronika daya yang dalam hal ini di aplikasikan pada cascade interleaved boost converter. Dynamic evolution control merupakan turunan dari bentuk dasar teori kendali yaitu kendali umpan balik. Dimana ketika ada perbedaan antara keluaran dengan masukan yang dijadikan sebagai referensi pada suatu sistem kendali, maka dari itu keadaan error dapat berkurang atau dihilangkan dalam waktu yang singkat. Berdasarkan simulasi yang dilakukan, penggunaan cascade interleaved boost converter menggunakan kendali dynamic evolution control memiliki efisiensi yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan boost converter konvensional. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan R&D level 1 yang dilaksanakan dalam lima tahap yaitu potensi masalah, studi literatur dan pengumpulan informasi, desain produk, validasi desain dan desain teruji. Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini yaitu: 1) mengidentifikasi tingkat kebutuhan bahan ajar E-Modul dan media pembelajaran dan 2) mengembangkan modul pembelajaran elektronik berbantuan simulasi PhET pada pokok bahasan gerak harmonik sederhana di SMA. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar observasi, lembar angket siswa dan guru, dan lembar angket uji validitas oleh tim ahli. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, modul pembelajaran elektronik berbantuan simulasi PhET yang dikembangkan berada dalam kategori sangat valid dan merupakan desain teruji dengan perolehan skor pada aspek materi yaitu 92,3%, aspek bahasa yaitu 91,7% dan aspek media yaitu 94,2%, serta didapatlah perolehan skor persentase total rata-rata modul pembelajaran elektronik ini yaitu 92,7%. Berdasarkan hasil dengan penambahan daftar isi, sajian isi modul, petunjuk penggunaan modul, tujuan pembelajaran, materi, contoh soal, lembar kerja siswa dengan bantuan simulasi PhET, latihan soal dan kunci jawaban soal, kemudian terdapat gambar, video, simulasi serta animasi yang menarik maka dihasilkan modul elektronik berbantuan simulasi PhET pada pokok bahasan gerak harmonik sederhana di SMA. Kata Kunci: Bahan ajar fisika, modul elektronik, simulasi PhET, penelitian dan pengembangan ABSTRACT This research was level 1 R & D which was carried out in five stages, namely potential problems, literature studies and information gathering, product design, validated design and design. The objectives of this research and development were: 1) identifying the level of need for E-Module teaching materials and learning media and 2) developing electronic learning modules assisted by PhET simulation on the subject of simple harmonic motion in high school. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, student and teacher questionnaire sheets, and questionnaire validity test sheets by the expert team. The results of this study indicated that the teaching materials used at the Bengkulu City Senior High School in the form of printed teaching materials and that were obtained from schools, then there was a lack of use of ICT-based learning media. Furthermore, the PhET simulation assisted electronic learning module developed was in a very valid category and is a tested design with the acquisition of scores on material aspects namely 92.3%, language aspects namely 91.7% and media aspects namely 94.2%, and obtained the percentage score for the total average of this electronic learning module is 92.7%. Based on the results of adding the table of contents, presenting module contents, module usage instructions, learning objectives, material, sample questions, student worksheets with the help of PhET simulations, practice questions and answer key questions, then there are interesting images, videos, simulations and animations then generated electronic module with PhET simulation on the subject of simple harmonic motion in high school. This work deals with computer simulation of a guitar combo. The complete simulation is divided into separate blocks and then transfer characteristics and frequency responses of each block are obtained from a circuit analysis of analogue prototype. After their aproximation, the transfer characteristics are implemented as waveshapers and frequency responses are simulated using digital filters designed according to their analogue prototypes. Designed algorithms are implemented as plug-in mudule in language C++.

Abstract:

Today electronics becomes more and more complex and to keep low costs and power consumption, both digital and analog parts are implemented on the same chip. The degree of automization for the digital parts have increased fast and is high, but for the analog parts this has not come through. This have created a big gap between the degrees of automization for the two parts and makes the analog parts the bottleneck in electronics develop.

Research is ongoing at Electronics systems group at Linköping University target the increase of design automization for analog circuits. An optimizationbased approach for device sizing is developed and for this a good optimization method is needed which can find good solutions and meet the specification parameters.

This report contains an evaluation of the optimization method Simulated Annealing. Many test runs have been made to find out good control parameters, both for Adaptiv Simulated Annealing (ASA) and a standard Simulated Annealing method. The result is discussed and all the data is in the enclosures. A popular science and mathematical description is given for Simulated Annealing as well.

Abstract:
The dissertation thesis deals with optimization of the scintillation detector for efficient detection of low energy signal electrons in a specimen chamber of a scanning electron microscope. The solution was based on the study of signal electron energy loss mechanisms during their interaction with a conductive layer and a scintillator that can be studied using simulations based on the stochastics Monte Carlo methods. Based on test simulations and their comparison with experimental data, the ideal Monte Carlo software was chosen and used for the study of signal electron energy losses during their transport through the conductive layer as well as following interaction with scintillator, in dependency on the signal electron energy. Simulation results allowed to define criteria for the optimization of the conductive layer. According to these parameters, the optimized layers were deposited on the surface of different scintillators and experimentally tested in the scintillation detector of the scanning electron microscope. Experimental measurements allowed to verify accomplished simulations and provide new information about impact of materials and thicknesses of conductive layers in combination with materials of scintillators and light guides. The increase of the detection efficiency of the scintillation detector equipped with optimised conductive layers and its capability to detect low energy signal electrons were experimentally proved.

In this report we describe an adaptive simulated annealing method for sizing the devices in analog circuits. The motivation for use an adaptive simulated annealing method for analog circuit design are to increase the efficiency of the design circuit. To demonstrate the functionality and the performance of the approach, an operational transconductance amplifier is simulated. The circuit is modeled with symbolic equations that are derived automatically by a simulator.

This master’s thesis deals with a design and optimization of an experimental scintillation secondary electron detector for the environmental scanning electron microscope and with a description of a detector operation principle. The experiment is founded on simulations of a gas flow in detector inner sections and on simulations of secondary electron trajectories in electrostatic fields of the detector. On the basis of the simulations, new solutions of the detector designs are proposed. For these designs, same simulations as previous are performed and designs that seem to be feasible for the secondary electron detection in environmental scanning electron microscope are selected.

U tezi je predstavljena implementacija metode teorija funkcionala gustine (DFT) bazirana na metodi za sklapanje naelektrisanja (CPM) koja koristi bazise gausijanskih funkcija. Metod je baziran na pretpostavci da se elektronska gustina naelektrisanja velikih sistema, može predstaviti kao suma doprinosa pojedinačnih atoma, takozvanih motiva gustine naelektrisanja, koji se dobijaju računanjem malog prototip sistema. Talasna funkcija,kao i gustina naelektrisanja, se u našoj implementaciji reprezentuju uz pomoć bazise gausijanskih funkcija, dok se motivi opisuju korišćenjem prostornih koordinata. Uz pomoć procedure za minimizaciju se iz motiva opisanih koordinatama, dobija gustina naelektrisanja predstavljena u bazisu Gausijana. Implementacija serijskog programa pokazuje značajno poboljšanje u performansama u odnosu na prethodne implementacije bazirane na ravnim talasima. Ova implementacija rešava sistem od približno 1000 atoma na jednom procesorskom jezgru za svega nekoliko sati. Paralelna implementacija uz pomoć naprednih metoda paralelizacije i distribucije podataka omogućava rešavanje sistema od više desetina hiljada atoma. Najveći testirani sistem ima približno20000 atoma i testiran je na 256 paralelnih procesa.
We present the implementation of the density functional theory (DFT) based charge patching method (CPM) using the basis of Gaussian functions. The method is based on the assumption that the electronic charge density of a large system is the sum of contributions of individual atoms, so called charge density motifs, that are obtained from calculations of small prototype systems.In our implementation wave functions and electronic charge density are represented using the basis of Gaussian functions, while charge density motifs are represented using a real space grid. A constrained minimization procedure is used to obtain Gaussian basis representation of charge density from real space representation of motifs. The code based on this  implementation exhibits superior performance in comparison to previous implementation of the charge patching method using the basis of plane waves. It enables calculations of electronic structure of systems with around 1000 atoms on a single CPU core with computational time of just several hours. The parallel implementation enables calculations for the system with more than ten thousand atoms. The largest system tested has around 20000 atoms and was computed on 256 parallel processes.

Abstract:
A conventional logic synthesis flow is composed of three separate phases: technologyindependent optimization, technology mapping, and technology dependentoptimization. A fundamental problem with such a three-phased approach is thatthe global logic structure is decided during the first phase without any knowledge ofthe actual technology parameters considered during later phases. Although technologydependent optimization algorithms perform some limited logic restructuring,they cannot recover from fundamental mistakes made during the first phase, whichoften results in non-satisfiable solutions.We present a global optimization approach combining technology independentoptimization steps with technology dependent objectives in an annealing-basedframework. We prove that, for the presented move set and selection distribution, detailedbalance is satisfied and thus the annealing process asymptotically convergesto an optimal solution. Furthermore, we show that the presented approach cansmoothly trade-off complex, multiple-dimensional objective functions and achievecompetitive results. The combination of technology independent and technologydependent objectives is handled through dynamic weighting. Dynamic weightingreflects the sensitivity of the local graph structures with respect to the actual technologyparameters such as gate sizes, delays, and power levels. The results showthat, on average, the presented advanced annealing approach can improve the areaand delay of circuits optimized using the Boolean optimization technique providedby SIS with 11.2% and 32.5% respectively.Furthermore, we demonstrate how the developed logic synthesis framework canbe applied to two emerging technologies, chemically assembled nanotechnology andmolecule cascades. New technologies are emerging because a number of physicaland economic factors threaten the continued scaling of CMOS devices. Alternativesto silicon VLSI have been proposed, including techniques based on molecularelectronics, quantum mechanics, and biological processes. We are hoping that ourresearch in how to apply our developed logic synthesis framework to two of theemerging technologies might provide useful information for other designers movingin this direction.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with analysis and implementation of Power-HIL system that is designed to simulate real DC motor with comutator and permanent magnets. For problem analysis were used simulations of real components in Matlab / Simulink. The electronic parts of system were simulated with using the SimElectronic library. Idividual hardware components were designed according to simulation results. The outcome of this thesis is a power electronic simulator of real DC motor, which is implemented on dSPACE platform. The system allows software to setup parameters and behavior of simulated motor. The final system can be used for testing DC motor ECU (electronic control units).
