This thesis focuses on different structures mixer designs for minimizing the circuit. We propose a new structure Self-Oscillator Mixer at first. We use a double-balanced Gilbert cell mixers to combine NMOS voltage-controlled oscillator for minimizing the circuit. And then we propose to use a resistance mixer, to design a image-rejection mixer. We have obtained a well-designed image rejection mixer with low power, miniature and excellent isolation.
