Ugotavljanje in potrjevanje sta značilnosti formalnega izobraževanja. Osnovni cilj ovog rada je implementacija Lean-a, u cilju unapređenja efikasnosti proizvodnog sistema. Pored teorijske osnove, izvršena je analiza stanja, prikazani su problemi i data su određena unapređenja. Zatim je ilustrovan proces proizvodnje u vidu mapiranja toka stvaranja vrednosti. Prikazan je i primer implementacije alata 5S. Na kraju je urađena diskusija i znet je zaključak.
