Abstract:
Siyanür bilinen en toksik maddelerden birisidir. Akut zehirlenmelerine sık rastlanmamakla birlikte siyanürle intiharlar sıklıkla ölümle sonuçlanır. Bu çalışmada; internet aracılığı ile alınan potasyum siyanür ile intihar eden 27 yaşındaki bir erkek olgu sunulmuştur. Olay yerinde bulunan beyaz renkli madde ile bulaşıklı bir adet su bardağı ve internet üzerinden kimyasal malzemeler satan bir firmadan 1 kg potasyum siyanür satın aldığını belgeleyen fatura ve kredi kartı ödeme fişi bulunmuştur. Otopside özefagusta submukozal konjesyon ve fokal taze kanama alanları, diğer dokularda ağır hiperemi gibi nonspesifik bulgular olduğu görülmüş ve toksikolojik incelemede ağız yoluyla alınan akut siyanür zehirlenmesi nedeniyle öldüğü saptanmıştır. Bu olgu, bilinen en toksik madde olan siyanürün internet üzerinden kolaylıkla alınabilmesine dikkat çekmek ve bu maddelere erişimin sıkı bir şekilde denetlenmesi gerektiğini vurgulamak amacıyla sunulmuştur.

Abstract:
Poplar is a globally important industrial tree species due to its fast growth and abundant applications. However, poplars require sufficient water during the growing season, and drought usually limits their production. Drought caused by climate change poses a serious threat to widely planted poplar plantations, making it crucial to clarify and improve the drought resistance of poplars. We employed two male poplar clones, namely, Siyang-1 (Populus × euramericana ‘Siyang-1’) and NL3804 (Populus deltoides ‘Nanlin 3804’), to investigate the growth and physiological responses of these clones to soil drought stress within 25 days. Under drought treatment, both clones experienced a significant reduction in height growth and biomass accumulation, with Siyang-1 exhibiting a more substantial decrease. Under drought treatment, Siyang-1 allocated more assimilates to roots than NL3804. Compared with Siyang-1, NL3804 wilted earlier and had a significantly higher wilting coefficient (p < 0.05). Siyang-1 had higher peroxidase (POD) activity in leaves under drought stress, while NL3804 had a greater increase in membrane permeability. Drought stress increased P absorption and decreased K absorption in both clones but had no significant effect on N absorption. The translocation of limited N and K resources into the stems and roots, as well as the increased uptake of P by the roots, can contribute to defending against drought for poplars. Siyang-1 enhances its drought resistance by modulating its nutrient status and slowing its growth rate, whereas NL3804 accumulates more biomass in the drought stage but perishes sooner, due to imbalances in water and antioxidant systems.

The work gives a bibliographical description of the contents of the children’s magazine “Severnoe Siyanie” (published in 1919–1920 in Petrograd, edited by M. Gorky). The authors of the magazine were V. Shishkov, A. Chapygin, F. Groshikov, V. Knyazev, V. Voinov, S. Morozova, V. Abramova, M. Beketova, P. Surozhsky, V. Mai, T. Sapozhnikova, V. Tomilina, A. Radakov and others. S.V. Chekhonin, P.D. Buchkin, V.M. Konashevich, V.S. Svarog and others were involved in the magazine as artists. The introductory part of the article gives the general characteristics of the journal, presents the publisher I.R. Belopolsky and indicates the role of M. Gorky, who led the editorial work. The article considers the purpose and objectives of the journal, analyzes the first responses of reviewers, shows the degree of influence of the journal on subsequent children’s periodicals. The editorial board of the magazine started a new development in children’s literature and Soviet children’s journalism. The list of the contents of the magazine includes all 7 issues of the “Severnoe Siyanie,” as well as the “Applications” (“Appendices”) to the magazine — brochures “Library of the Magazine ‘Severnoe Siyanie’.”

Kinolin çekirdeği, geniş bir spektrumda biyolojik aktivite sergileyen birçok doğal ve farmakolojik açıdan aktif bileşiğin ana iskeletini oluşturur. Sübstitüe edilmiş siyano kinolin bileşikleri, büyüme faktörü reseptörü protein tirozin kinaz aktivitesini inhibe edebilmektedir. Farklı gruplara sahip ajanlar ayrıca biyolojik sistemler arasında bağlanan küçük molekül inhibitörleri olarak da işlev görür. Son zamanlarda, sübstitüe edilmiş veya sübstitüe edilmemiş 1,2,3,4-tetrahidrokinolinin bromlama reaksiyonu temelli 6-bromo-, 6,8-dibromo- ve 3,6,8-tribromokinolinlerin sentezi için yeni bir sentetik stratejiler keşfettik. Metal-brom değişimi reaksiyonlarıyla bromlu kinolinlerden 6,8-disübstitüe edilmiş kinolin türevlerinin uygun sentez yollarını ve bromlu ürünlerin disübstitüe kinolinler için öncü bileşikler olduğu rapor edildi. Bu çalışmaların akabinde, 6,8-dibromokinolin, kenetleme ve yer değiştirme reaksiyonları ile fenil, siyano, metoksi ve hidroksi türevlerine dönüştürüldü. Bu strateji ile sentezlenen kinolin türevleri, spesifik antikanser aktiviteleri gösterdi. Yapı aktivite çalışmalarına uygun olarak, fenil, siyano, nitro, metoksi gruplarına sahip kinolin türevlerinin kolon, servikal, akciğer, göğüs kanser hücre hatlarına karşı etkili bir inhibisyon gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.

The article provides the results of comparative tests on growing mini-tubers of potato in greenhouse culture using the pots with soil substrate and in the conditions of air hydroponics without hard substrates by treatment of root system with water-air nutrient mixture. The results of field testing of seed qualities of mini-tubers obtained by various methods are given. The experiments were carried out in Moscow region in potato varieties Fioletovy and Severnoe siyanie. On the basis of the research, it has been established that using the method of obtaining mini-tubers in the conditions of air hydroponics it is possible to increase the seed reproduction coefficient raising the quantitative characteristics of the yield. When growing in the conditions of air hydroponics in the Severnoe siyanie variety there was recorded two time increase of reproduction coefficient and obtained 19.2 mini-tubers per plant. At the same time, in greenhouse culture the average yield was 9.2 mini-tubers per plant. In Fioletovy variety, the reproduction coefficient in air hydroponic plants was 1.8 times higher than in greenhouse culture, 29.1 and 16.1 mini-tubers per plant, respectively. In the yield of greenhouse mini-tubers there were no seeds of small fractions, while in air hydroponic parts there were 25 % of them in Severnoe siyanie variety and 19 % in Fioletovy one. The number of fractions of large seeds more than 30 mm in size was much higher in greenhouse parts than in air hydroponic ones, 49.9 % against 1.82 % in Severnoe siyanie variety and 38.5 % against 1.3 % in Fioletovy variety. By comparative field tests of plants obtained from seed greenhouse and air hydroponic mini-tubers there has not been established significant differences in their yield and reproduction coefficient.

In the conditions of the Central Non-Chernozem region of Russia, the productivity and photosynthetic activity of anthocyanin- containing potato varieties Surpriz, Severnoye siyanie. and Amethyst were studied for various applications of macromicroelement complexes: the formulation of 2020 against the background of N120P140K180 and calculated on the basis of indicators of the removal of nutrients for yields of 30 and 40 t/ha (100% before planting, 99.5% before planting + 0.5% in foliar top dressing; 99% before planting + 1 % in foliar top dressing). The highest yield of tubers (36.4 t/ha) was obtained from the Surpriz variety, which had a higher yield than the Severnoye siyanie and Amethyst varieties by 4.8-5.9 t/ha, which ensures a higher net photosynthetic productivity (NPP) compared to other varieties by 0.9-1.1 g/m2 day. For all varieties, the most effective was the use of MMC 2020 against the NPP background, which provided an increase in different varieties from 9.0 to 14.4 t/ha due to the growth of the leaf surface (leaf area and PP), as well as the content of photosynthetic pigments in the leaves (CCI index). MMC can also be selected as optimal for all varieties in a dose calculated for approximately 30 t/ha of tubers in a variant combining 99.5% of the weight of the elements before planting and 0.5% in non-root top dressing. At the same time, all varieties have achieved the planned yield level, and the Severnoye siyanie variety has the maximum increase in control (7.6 t/ha), which is ensured by an increase in the NPP by 0.47-1.50 g/m2 per day and the CCI index during the maximum period for Surpriz and Severnoye siyanie varieties by 1.67-1.73 units.

Abstract:
Relevance. Optimization of the mineral nutrition of plants of anthocyanin-containing potato varieties requires an analysis of their yield, elemental composition and nutrient removal. In the work, these indicators were studied for three varieties with different colors of the pulp of tubers (Gala, Syurpriz and Severnoe Siyanie).Methods. The research was carried out in a single-factor experiment on the experimental field of the Tver State Agricultural Academy in 2023 on well-cultivated sod — medium podzolic light loamy soil. 3 varieties have been studied: Gala, Syurpriz and Severnoe Siyanie . The repetition in the experiment is 3 times. Intensive cultivation technology was observed. The yield of tubers, the content of dry matter, crude ash, nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus, iron, copper, zinc, cobalt and boron in them — according to standard methods prescribed in the relevant GOST standards. The content of calcium and magnesium in tubers was determined by the complexometric method.Results. The anthocyanin-containing varieties Syurpriz and Severnoe Siyanie were characterized by higher yields (by 4.2–5.2 t/ha) and the content of nitrogen, calcium, iron, copper, zinc, cobalt and boron in tubers than in the Gala variety. Due to this, they were distinguished by a higher removal of two macronutrients — nitro-gen (76.14–77.28 kg/ha) and calcium (1.95–2.78 kg/ha), five trace elements — iron (112.63–151.29 g/ha), copper (18.79–20.41 g/ha), zinc (66.65–69.84 g/ha), cobalt (0.75–0.77 g/ha) and boron (29.19–37.46 g/ha). The obtained removal indicators can be used to calculate the approximate doses of fertilizers.

Solanum tuberosum L. is the most important non-grain starch crop with a potential yield of 38–48 t/ha and a starch content of 13.2–18.7 %. Potato tubers are stored at a low temperature (2–4 °C) in a state of physiological dormancy. A disadvantage of this type of storage is the degradation of starch and the accumulation of reducing sugars (cold-induced sweetening), including due to an increase in the activity of β-amylases that hydrolyze starch to maltose. In this study, a comparative analysis of the β-amylase (StBAM1, StBAM9) and amylase inhibitor (StAI ) gene expression, as well as starch and reducing sugar content in tubers during long-term low-temperature storage (September, February, April) was performed using potato cultivars Nadezhda, Barin, Krasavchik, Severnoe siyanie and Utro. The β-amylase genes, StBAM9 and one of the two StBAM1 homologs (with the highest degree of homology with AtBAM1), were selected based on phylogenetic analysis data. Evaluation of the expression of these genes and the amylase inhibitor gene showed a tendency to decrease in transcription for all analyzed cultivars. The starch content also significantly decreased during tuber storage. The amount of reducing sugars increased in the September–April period, while in February–April, their content did not change (Krasavchik), decreased (Barin, Severnoe siyanie) or continued to grow (Utro, Nadezhda). It can be assumed that the gene activity of StBAM1 and StBAM9 correlates with the amount of starch (positively) and monosaccharides (negatively). The level of StAI expression, in turn, may be directly dependent on the level of StBAM1 expression. At the same time, there is no relationship between the degree of cultivar predisposition to cold-induced sweetening and the expression profile of the StBAM1, StBAM9, and StAI genes.

Tuttavia, l'acquisizione della competenza fraseologica in L2 è fonte di difficoltà per gli apprendenti. Nei sillabi per l’insegnamento della lingua italiana, inoltre, il lessico è generalmente presentato sotto forma di elenco di singole parole e la dimensione fraseologica risulta assente. Sarebbe quindi utile sviluppare un sillabo che tenga conto di questa dimensione. Come afferma Luoni (2016), nel sillabo gli item linguistici devono essere organizzati considerando la complessità dei processi comunicativi e dei processi di apprendimento e di acquisizione. Il sillabo fraseologico dovrebbe, pertanto, integrare funzioni comunicative e misure di complessità fraseologica. In questo contributo, presentiamo una riflessione teorico-metodologica che rappresenta la necessaria premessa per lo sviluppo di un sillabo fraseologico che tenga conto di misure di complessità fraseologica, definite tramite metodologie computazionali e psicolinguistiche, e di funzioni comunicative e argomenti caratteristici di ciascun livello di competenza.
 TOWARDS THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PHRASEOLOGICAL SYLLABUS FOR LEARNING ITALIAN L2: SOME THEORETICAL-METHODOLOGICAL PREMISES
 Lexical combinations are central to language learning because they can be processed quickly (Siyanova-Chanturia, 2015) and their use gives the idea of fluency in production (Nattinger & DeCarrico, 1992). However, the acquisition of L2 phraseological competence is difficult for learners. Furthermore in Italian L2 syllabuses, vocabulary is often presented as a list of words and the phraseological dimension is usually absent. To fill this gap, a phraseological syllabus should be designed. As stated by Luoni (2016), linguistic items in the syllabus should be organized taking into account the complexity of the communication processes and the complexity of the learning and acquisition processes. Thus, the phraseological syllabus should integrate communicative functions and measures of phraseological complexity. In this article, we discuss the theoretical and methodological premises for the development of a phraseological syllabus that takes into account measures of phraseological complexity that are defined through computational and psycholinguistic methodologies and the communicative functions and topics that characterize each proficiency level.

This is particularly true for collocations, “sequences of words that tend to occur in stable and privileged combinations” (Simone 1990: 440). The difficulty is partially due to the fact that, unlike other types of lexical combinations, such as idiomatic phrases and proverbs, collocations are usually not emphasized in language courses, so learners do not notice them and do not assimilate them as complex lexemes (Bini et al. 2007). To fill this gap and provide teachers with a useful reference point for teaching collocations in language courses, we designed a corpus-based syllabus of Italian collocations. In this article, we illustrate the methodological choices and criteria followed for the realization of the syllabus.

Aim. The purpose of this research was to study the sustainability of Institute bred sweet cherry cultivars to spring frosts during flowering by the method of artificial freezing and to identify resistant cultivars.Material and Methods. Seven Institute bred sweet cherry cultivars were studied: 'Adelina', "Malysh", "Orlovskaya Rozovaya", "Orlovskaya Feya", "Podarok Orlu", "Siyana" and "Trosnyanskaya". Spring frosts were simulated in an "Espec" PSL-2KPH climate chamber in early May at -1°, -2°, -3° and -4°C. At each temperature regime, 100 pcs of flowers and buds of each cultivar were taken in 3-fold repetition. Temperature was lowered at the rate of 1°C per hour. The duration of exposure to negative temperatures was 3 hours.Results. Damage to the stamens and pistils was assessed by the darkening of the tissues. In buds and blooming flowers after frosts, the pistils were first damaged but the stamens were not. Resistance to spring frosts decreased with the phenological development of the cherry's generative organs. The beginning of damage to the flowers as a result of the artificial freezing was noted at a temperature of -1°C. At the same time, the high stability of cherry buds was noted. Modeling frosts of -2°...-4°C increased the number of dead flowers and buds. The resistance of sweet cherries to spring frosts was found to depend on the genotype and stage of development of reproductive organs. A different sum of active temperatures for the beginning of flowering and ovary formation was noted, indicating the onset of phenological phases in which generative organs are susceptible to spring frosts.Conclusion. The experiment made it possible to distinguish a medium-resistant cultivar "Malysh" which was resistant to spring frosts. Weakly stable genotypes were "Orlovskaya Rozovaya", "Orlovskaya Feya", "Trosnyanskaya" and "Siyana". Unstable cultivars were "Adelina", and "Podarok Orlu". During the formation of the ovary, the greatest potential for resistance to spring frosts was shown by "Podarok Orlu".

Представлены результаты исследований с новыми сортами картофеля в 2017-2019 годы на дерново-подзолистой легкосуглинистой хорошо окультуренной почве в севообороте ИП Глава КФХ «Анкинович». Цель работы – выявить эффективность применения гуминовых препаратов для некорневых подкормок новых сортов картофеля с сине-пестрой и фиолетовой мякотью клубней при их возделывании по экологически безопасной технологии. В трехфакторном опыте изучали факторы: А – сорт: Скарб, Северное сияние, Аметист; В – фон минерального питания: 1 – NPK на урожай 30 т/га, 2 – NPK на урожай 40 т/га; С – некорневые подкормки: 1 – вода (контроль), 2 – Гуматадор, 3 – Гумат+7, при высоте растений 15-20 см и в фазу бутонизации. Сорт Северное сияние имеет сине-пеструю; Аметист – фиолетовую мякоть клубней. Исследования выполнены по существующим современным методикам. В результате изучения особенностей роста и развития не выявлено существенных различий между сортами и вариантами некорневых подкормок в прохождении фаз развития. Разница в показаниях не превышала 1-2 дней. Применение гуминовых препаратов повышает суточные приросты клубней, клубнеобразование, массу клубней с одного растения, крупность клубней и урожайность сортов картофеля. Наибольший прирост урожая обеспечивают некорневые подкормки препаратом Гумат+7: на умеренном фоне в среднем по сортам 5,63 т/га (14,9%), на оптимальном – 13,55 т/га (32,24%). Наибольшая урожайность, в среднем за три года, (62,4 т/га) получена у сорта Аметист на оптимальном фоне при опрыскивании растений препаратом Гумат+7. Гуминовые препараты повышали содержание питательных веществ в клубнях: на умеренном фоне в большей мере Гуматадор, на оптимальном – Гумат+7.Более высоким содержанием сухого вещества и крахмала в клубнях отличался сорт Северное сияние, сырого протеина – сорта Скарб и Аметист. Увеличение доз NPK на оптимальном фоне повышает содержание сырого протеина в клубнях на 0,82% и незначительно снижает содержание сухого вещества (на 0,13%) и крахмала (на 0,1%). The results of studies with new varieties of potatoes in 2017–2019 are presented. on sod-podzolic light loamy well-cultivated soil in the crop rotation IP, Head of the Ankinovich farm. The purpose of the work is to identify the effectiveness of using humic preparations for foliar feeding of new varieties of potatoes with blue-motley and purple pulp of tubers when cultivating them using environmentally friendly technology. In three factorial experiments, factors were studied: A – varieties: Scarb, Severnoye siyanie, Ametist; В – background of mineral nutrition: 1– NPK for yield 30 t/ha, 2 – NPK for yield 40 t/ha; C – foliar top dressing: 1 – water (control), 2 – Gumatador, 3 – Gumat + 7, with a plant height of 15-24 cm and in the budding phase. The Severnoye siyanie variety has a blue-motley; Ametist – purple tuber pulp. The studies were performed according to existing modern methods. As a result of the study of growth and development features, no significant differences were found between varieties and variants of non-root feedings in the course of development phases. The difference in readings did not exceed 1-2 days. The use of humic preparations increases the daily growth of tubers, tuberization, the mass of tubers from 1 plant, the size of tubers and the yield of potato varieties. The highest yield increases are provided by non-root fertilizing with Gumat + 7: on a moderate background, the average for varieties is 5.63 t/ha (14.9%), on an optimal one – 13.55 t/ha (32.24%). The maximum yield, on average for 3 years, (62.4 t/ha) was obtained for the amethyst variety on an optimal background when spraying plants with Gumat + 7. Humic preparations increased the content of nutrients in tubers: on a moderate background, more Gumatador, on an optimal background – Gumat + 7. The Severnoye Siyanie variety had a higher content of dry matter and starch in the tubers, while the raw protein varieties were Skarb and Ametist under increasing NPK doses on optimal background.

The article presents the results of breeding work in the direction of creating ultra-early and early maturing soybean varieties for cultivation in the northern regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, specifically Kostanay, Pavlodar and Akmola regions. The work is conducted in according to the full scheme of the breeding process. Two Kazakhstani scientific organisations, namely LLP "Agricultural Experimental Station "Zarechnoye" (under the guidance of LLP "Kazakh Research Institute of Agriculture and Plant Industry"), are engaged in the process of creating ultra-accelerated varieties. The success rate of hybridisation varies between 4% and 15%. Soybean varieties have been developed and transferred: 000 ripeness group - Rusiya, growing season 85-90 days, average yield – 26,6 c/ha; in 00 ripeness group - Svetlyachok, growing season 90-95 days, average yield – 27,7 c/ha; Ivushka, growing season 90-95 days, average yield – 24,0 c/ha; in 0 ripeness group - Severnoye siyanie, growing season 105-107 days, average yield – 23,3 c/ha. The Ivushka variety is approved for production in Kostanay, Pavlodar and Akmola regions.

The application of family law in Muslim-majority countries, especially the Middle East and its surroundings, has different practices, we do not find uniformity in family law practices in these countries. This is influenced by differences in government systems, cultures, situations and conditions of society of each country. Egypt is one of the predominantly Muslim countries which has established Islam as the state religion. Therefore, the principles of Islamic law are the main source of law in the making and formulation of laws, including family law. The practice of Islamic law in Egypt does not fully apply only to areas of family law in a limited scope including the distribution of inheritance and marriage. However, the application of family law in Egypt continues to undergo reforms and reforms. Family law reform took place in Egypt in 1920. This was marked by the promulgation of Law no. 25/1920 regarding family law and care (Law of Maintenance and Personal Status / Qanun al-Ahwal al-Syakhsiyyah wa al-Siyanah). Family law reform in the 1970s was marked by the issuance of laws regarding the authority to the judiciary to force parties (husbands) to pay maintenance fees to wives, widows, children, or parents in 1976. the current era of family law in Egypt continues to experience development.

 Penerapan hukum keluarga di negara-negara yang berpenduduk mayoritas Muslim khususnya kawasan Timur Tengah dan sekitarnya memiliki praktik yang berbeda-beda, kita tidak menemukan keseragaman praktik hukum keluarga di negara-negara tersebut. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan sistem pemerintahan, kultur, situasi dan kondisi masyarakat setiap negara. Mesir merupakan salah satu negara yang berpenduduk mayoritas Muslim yang menetapkan Islam sebagai agama negara. Karena itu, prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam menjadi sumber hukum utama dalam pembuatan dan perumusan undang-undang termasuk hukum keluarga. Praktik hukum Islam di Mesir tidak berlaku secara utuh hanya bidang-bidang hukum keluarga dalam ruang lingkup yang terbatas meliputi pembagian warisan dan perkawinan. Namun, penerapan hukum keluarga di Mesir terus mengalami reformasi dan pembaruan. Pembaruan hukum keluarga terjadi di Mesir pada tahun 1920. Ini ditandai dengan diundangkannya UU No. 25/1920 mengenai hukum keluarga dan penjagaan (Law of Maintenance and Personal Status/Qanun al-Ahwal al-Syakhsiyyah wa al-Siyanah). Reformasi hukum keluarga pada tahun 1970an ditandai dengan dikeluarkannya aturan undang-undang mengenai kewenangan kepada lembaga peradilan memaksa pihak-pihak (suami) untuk membayar uang pemeliharaan kepada isteri-isteri, janda-janda, anak-anak, ataupun orang tua pada tahun 1976. Abstract:
For different structural system of cable-stayed bridge, the dynamic characteristics have obvious difference under seismic load. Dynamic time-history analysis of earthquake was applied, and the EI Centero seismic wave with modified peak acceleration was chose as the earthquake acceleration time-history input. As Jiangsu Siyang special-shaped single tower cable-stayed bridge for engineering background, considering geometric nonlinear of structure, the differences of dynamic characteristics of cable-stayed bridge structures were gained under two different situations. The single longitudinal seismic ground motion was chose under the first situation, while the longitudinal, lateral, and vertical seismic ground motion are introduced. For floating system, the displacements are the largest and the inner forces are the smallest. For rigid frame system, the displacements are the smallest and the inner forces are the largest. The others are not much difference. Comprehensively, semi-floating system has better performance under seismic load.

Abstract:
Chinese Shakespearean criticism from Marxist perspectives is highly original in Chinese Shakespeare studies. Scholars such as Mao Dun, Yang Hui, Zhao Li, Fang Ping, Yang Zhouhan, Bian Zhilin, Meng Xianqiang, Sun Jiaxiu, Zhang Siyang and Wang Yuanhua adopt the basic principles and methods of Marxism to elaborate on Shakespeare’s works and have made great achievements. With ideas changed in different political climates, they have engaged in Shakespeare studies for over eight decades since the 1930s. At the beginning of the revolutionary age, they advocated revolutionary literature, followed Russian Shakespearean criticism from the Marxist perspective, and established the mode of class analysis and highlighted realism. Before and after the Cultural Revolution, they were concerned about class, reality and people. They also showed the “left-wing” inclination, taking literature as a tool to serve politics. Since the 1980s, they have been free from politics and entered the pure academic realm, analysing Shakespearean dramas with Marxist aesthetic theories and transforming from sociological criticism to literary criticism.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of research on the basis of which the most productive high-yielding potato varieties have been identified, the genetic potential of which can be realized when cultivated in the conditions of the Moscow region. In the conditions of field experiment, an agroecological assessment of new promising potato varieties of Russian and foreign breeding was carried out. The tasting evaluation of varieties under VNIIKH methodology according to a set of assessments showed that the varieties had the highest taste qualities: Nadezhda, Severnoye Siyanie, and Vector, while the Nadezhda variety received the highest score (53.4). Potato yield on average for two years was largely determined by the climatic provision of vegetation conditions and variety adaptive ability to adapt to changing conditions: for the Pamyati Lorkha variety, conditions were favorable in the formation of yield at the level of 39 t/ha, while there was an increase in the total yield structure of the proportion of seed (50-80 g) tubers, during tuber formation of the Kumach variety humidification conditions were unfavorable, which was reflected in the formation of the yield subsequently at the level of 23.2 t/ha, while an increase in the proportion of tubers of non-commercial fraction was noted.

Abstract:
Wheat stripe (yellow) rust is a worldwide disease that seriously reduces wheat grain yield and quality. Adult-plant resistance (APR) to stripe rust is generally more durable but usually controlled by multiple genes with partial resistance. In this study, a recombinant inbred line population was developed from a cross between a Chinese wheat landrace, Tutoumai, with APR to stripe rust, and a highly susceptible wheat cultivar, Siyang 936. The population was genotyped by genotyping-by-sequencing and phenotyped for APR to stripe rust in four consecutive field experiments. Three QTLs, QYr.sdau-1BL, QYr.sdau-5BL, and QYr.sdau-6BL, were identified for APR to stripe rust, and explained 8.0–21.2%, 10.1–22.7%, and 11.6–18.0% of the phenotypic variation, respectively. QYr.sdau-1BL was further mapped to a 21.6 Mb region using KASP markers derived from SNPs identified by RNA-seq of the two parents. In the QYr.sdau-1BL region, 13 disease-resistance-related genes were differently expressed between the two parents, and therefore were considered as the putative candidates of QYr.sdau-1BL. This study provides favorable gene/QTL and high-throughput markers to breeding programs for marker-assisted selection of the wheat stripe rust APR genes.
