Kognitions- og neurovidenskaben har i de senere år givet inspiration til en fornyet interesse inden for film- og medieforskningen for menne- skets grundlæggende evne til at percipere og forstå visuel kommuni- kation. I denne artikel tager Paul Messaris udgangspunkt i kognitions- forskningen og de empiriske studier, der foreligger på området. Forfat- teren argumenterer på den baggrund mod den udbredte antagelse, at evnen til at forstå visuel kommunikation kræver kendskab til et sæt af figurative konventioner - et særligt "sprog", som skal tillæres. Abstract:
An updated checklist of leeches (Annelida: Hirudinea) from Bosnia and Herzegovina is presented. The current checklist includes 21 species and subspecies in 14 genera and six families. There are 18 aquatic species (17 freshwater and one marine), two semi-aquatic species and one terrestrial. Two species, Piscicola hadzii Sket, 1985 and Dina sketi Grosser & Pešić, 2014, inhabit only a few localities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and can be considered as endemic species to this area. Based on the original data from the recent research, new records of Dina sketi are given.

Abstract:
A major problem in the introduction of technological change is that a basically beneficial technology can be rejected, or rendered less effective, because workers perceive it as being counter to their interests. This article outlines the fluctuation in workers' attitudes towards the introduction of a technological innovation on a gold mine. Utilizing data obtained from three separate investigations conducted over a two-year period, a tentative, empirically based, dynamic model of technological change is generated. The model suggests that certain pre-emptive steps can be taken by management to maximize the chances of success in the implementation of technical innovations.By die invoering van tegnologiese verandering is 'n wesenlike probleem dat 'n tegnologie wat fundamenteel voordelig is, verwerp kan word, of minder doeltreffend kan funksioneer, omdat werknemers dit as teenstrydig met hulle belange sien. Hierdie artikel skets die wisseling in die houdings van werknemers ten opsigte van die invoering van 'n tegnologiese verandering op 'n goudmyn. Deur gebruik te maak van gegewens wat ingewin is gedurende drie afsonderlike ondersoeke, uitgevoer oor 'n tydperk van twee jaar, is 'n voorlopige, empiriesgefundeerde, dinamiese model vir tegnologiese verandering ontwikkel. Die model doen aan die hand dat sekere voorkomende stappe deur bestuur gedoen kan word om maksimale kanse vir die suksesvolle implementering van tegnologiese veranderings te verseker.

Abstract:
The article attempts to summarize the information on the Old Believer sketes, monasteries, and almshouses of the Novgorod gubernia in the second half of the 18th – 19th century. It strives to highlight the development of the Old Believer monasticism of the period, as well as to identify types of monastic settlements peculiar to Old Believers. The main sources are documents from the Russian State Archive of Ancient Acts and from the Russian State Historical Archive, as well as newly discovered Old Believer manuscript and letters of the 19th century stored in the fonds of the Novgorod State Integrated Museum Reserve. Most sources are being introduced into the scientific use for the first time. Documents show that Old Believer monasteries and almshouses formed a network of self-organization, united Old Believers of neighboring regions, and were their centers of spiritual life. In a way, they were an alternative for monasteries of the official church. The sketes and almshouses were supported by local and metropolitan merchants; they also had patrons among nobility, which disproves the notion that in the 19th century Old Believers were entirely from taxed estates and merchantry. The documents show that representatives of the nobility could be not just benefactors, but monks and founders of the Old Believer monasteries. Adherence to monastic tradition made the Novgorod gubernia one of the centers of the Old Rite, closely connected with Olonets, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Chernihiv, and Baltic communities. In conclusions the author offers a typology of monastic life organization peculiar to Old Believers of the North-West region: reclusory, secluded skete, skete compound, and cemetery almshouse.

Abstract:
Ogoh-ogoh merupakan budaya masyarakat Bali yang pada umumnya berhubungan dengan upacara agama umat hindu. Seiring dengan perkembangan ogoh-ogoh bukan hanya digunakan di dalam upacara agama atau acara adat saja. Pemerintah maupun kelompok masyarakat sering mengadakan lomba ogoh-ogoh dengan berbagai kriteria sebagai dasar penilaiannya. Hal tersebut menyebabkan munculnya nama-nama baik perseorangan maupun kelompok masyarakat yang menjadi terkenal dengan bentuk ogoh-ogohnya yang dinilai sebagai yang terbaik oleh masyarakat Bali. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum atas sketsa dan bentuk ogoh-ogoh sebagai hak cipta guna melindungi sketsa dan bentuk ogoh-ogoh yang diciptakan oleh perseorangan atau kelompok agar tidak digunakan secara tidak bertanggung jawab oleh kelompok atau orang lainnya. Hal ini juga ditekankan pada penghargaan bagi pencipta sketsa dan bentuk ogoh-ogoh tersebut. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini bahwa menurut Undang-undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 Tentang Hak Cipta, sketsa dan bentuk ogoh-ogoh dapat dikatagorikan sebagai modifikasi ekspresi budaya tradisional dan bisa dijadikan individual right. Sketa ogoh-ogoh sebaiknya dapat didaftarkan sebagai hak cipta bagi orang ataupun kelompok yang menciptakannya sehingga terhindar dari pencurian ide serta dapat melindungi hak moral dan hak ekonomi penciptanya. Ogoh-ogoh is a Balinese culture that is generally associated with Hindu religious ceremonies. Along with the development of ogoh-ogoh not only used in religious ceremonies or traditional events. The government and community groups often hold ogoh-ogoh competitions with various criteria as the basis for their assessment. This has led to the emergence of the names of individuals and community groups who have become famous for their ogoh-ogoh forms which are considered the best by the Balinese. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal protection of sketches and forms of ogoh-ogoh as copyright in order to protect the sketches and forms of ogoh-ogoh created by individuals or groups from being used irresponsibly by groups or other people. It also emphasized the appreciation for the creators of the sketches and forms of the ogoh-ogoh. This paper uses normative legal research methods. The results of this study are that according to Law No. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright, sketches and forms of ogoh-ogoh can be categorized as modification of traditional cultural expressions and can be used as individual rights. Sketa ogoh-ogoh should be registered as a copyright for the person or group that created it so as to avoid the theft of ideas and can protect the moral rights and economic rights of their creators.

Tujuan utama dari pembuatan mesin pengupas dan pemisah kulit buah kopi kering ini adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mesin pengupas kulit kopi para petani di wilayah Magelang terutama di Desa Ngargomulyo. Dengan mesin ini diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengupasan kulit kopi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas kopi. Adapun tahapan dalam pembuatan mesin pengupas kulit kopi terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan spesifikasi teknik produk, perancangan konsep produk yang bertujuan menghasilkan alternatif konsep produk, setelah konsep produk didapatkan maka langkah selanjutnya adalah merancang produk yang merupakan pengembangan konsep produk berupa gambar skets menjadi benda teknik, langkah terakhir dalam pembuatan mesin ini membuat dokumen produk berupa desain gambar kerja. Spesifikasi mesin pengupas kulit kopi dengan kapasitas mesin 5 kg/menit, ukuran mesin dengan panjang 1000 mm x lebar 820 mm x tinggi 900 mm, menggunakan tenaga penggerak berupa motor listrik 0,5 HP, 1500 rpm, rangka menggunakan profil siku 40 mm x 40 mm x 4 mm dan profil U 40 mm x 50 mm x 4 mm. sistem transmisi mesin pengupas kulit kopi menggunakan 1 puli ganda dengan diameter 3 inch dan 2 puli berdiameter 5 inch yang merubah putaran dari 1500 rpm menjadi 900 rpm, blower, 2 buah v-belt type A No.54, 2 poros pejal diameter 1 inch. Kinerja mesin pengupas dan pemisah kulit buah kopi kering menggunakan tenaga mekanik dari motor listrik untuk menggerakan rol pengupas dan tabung pemisah. Pada dasarnya ada 2 tahap proses yaitu tahap pengupasan dan tahap pemisahan antara kulit buah kopi dengan biji kopi. Proses pengupasan menggunakan mata pisau yang dirancang sedemikian rupa agar dapat memenuhi fungsi mengupas kulit buah kopi kering, sementara untuk pemisahan antara biji kopi dengan kulit yang telah dikupas menggunakan hembusan angin yang dihembuskan oleh blower sehingga karena berat dari kulit lebih ringan dari biji kopi, maka kulit kopi akan terhembus sedangkan biji kopi tidak.

Di era globalisasi ini, tidak banyak masyarakat yang sadar akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan di lingkungan sekitar mereka. Masih banyak daerah-daerah di surabaya ini baik daerah perkotaan maupun daerah pinggiran yang masih terdapat sampah berserakan, sungai yang tercemar sampah dari pabrik maupun dari limbah rumah tangga. Masyarakat masih meremehkan kebiasaan membuang sampah pada tempatnya sehingga tanpa kita sadari, sampah yang berserakan tersebut mengakibatkan kerusakan lingkungan yang merugikan kita sendiri. Contohnya seperti kampung Putat Jaya ini. Dari survei yang kita lakukan, Mahasiswa Petra sudah melakukan kegiatan Service Learning sebanyak 4 kali yaitu melakukan kegiatan membuat toilet,lomba cuci tangan,dan lain lain. Tetapi dari lingkungan kita belajar kembali bahwa ada yang kurang. Kita lupa bahwa ada hal yang lebih sederhana yang bisa dilakukan untuk membiasakan diri menjaga kebersihan. Oleh karena itu, demi menyadarkan akan pentingnya menjaga lingkungan sekitar, diadakanlah lomba mengecat tong sampah yang ditujukan untuk anak-anak di daerah Kelurahan Putat Jaya yang juga merupakan tempat eks-lokalisasi dolly. Dengan tujuan utama yaitu meningkatkan kesadaran betapa pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekitar dengan membuang sampah di tong sampah yang tersedia lebih dekat dengan rumah tiap warga. Kegiatan Service Learning ini dilakukan melalui banyak tahapan. Tahapan pertama adalah melakukan pendataan dan survei di lingkungan sekitar, yaitu Kelurahan Putat Jaya. Tahapan kedua dilakukan pencarian materi dan gambar skets tong sampah yang sesuai dengan kegemaran anak-anak di daerah Putat Jaya. Tahapan ketiga yaitu mengelompokan mereka dengan mahasiswa Universitas Kristen Petra sebagai pembimbing. Tahapan keempat adalah pelaksanaan lomba di lokasi dimana semua pealatan dan fasilitas sudah disediakan oleh pihak panitia lomba dan melakukan cat secara bersama-sama. Tahapan terakhir, tong sampah tersebut dikumpulkan dan dinilai sesuai dengan tingkat kreativitas mereka. Tong sampah tersebut kemudian dipilih dan ditentukan untuk juara 1,2,dan 3 dan kemudian pemberian hadiah juga untuk semua anak- anak yang ikut menjadi peserta. Tujuan diberikannya hadiah kepada seluruh peserta yaitu agar anak-anak tersebut senang dan bisa mengingat terus mengenai lomba ini sehingga bisa menanamkan pelajaran kepada mereka betapa pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan mulai dari hal kecil yaitu dengan membuang sampah pada tempatnya. Abstract:
The paper discusses the significance of different types of skegs in a barge toward the pressure, fluid velocity and the ship’s total resistance. There are three kinds of skeg configurations: barge without skegs, skegs without deflection, and skegs with deflection. The barge was towed with forward speed were ranging across 3 knots – 9 knots. The simulations were conducted using an open-source RANS (Reynold Averaged Numerical Simulation) CFD code Open-FOAM. The simulations show that the skegs raise the barge’s resistance. The skegs with deflection have a bigger resistance amplification compared to skegs without deflection.

Local theology is a model of theology that existed in postmodernism that emphasized the theology of the local cultural context. It means emphasize the efforts to meet church traditions and Christian themes with the reality of the life of the people around them. Simple theology always understands local sources which consist of local rituals, everyday language, folk songs, proverbs and art buildings. By using these elements means a theologian theologically contextually. The theologian was present and lived with people and listened to their voices. In this case, the simple theology seeks to respect and use the wisdom that is in the local culture, so that local people can easily interpret that wisdom in the light of the Gospel. Therefore this article will contribute a thought on how to build a sketch of Glocal theology.

Die boek Nahum word daarna ontleed aangesien die gedig van Nahum beskou kan word as ‟n interteks van die Jona-vertelling. Die tipering van JHWH, Nineve en die koning van Nineve word nagegaan. Dit dien as agtergrond vir ‟n ontleding van die tipiese en a-tipiese optrede van die karakters in die Jona-verhaal. Die slotsom waartoe gekom word, is dat die outeur van Jona, deur die a-tipiese optrede van die karakters, daarin slaag om die koning en inwoners van Nineve te destereotipeer. Op dieselfde wyse word die leser van die verhaal deur die a-tipiese optrede van die karakter JHWH oortuig dat hy nie altyd tot voordeel van Israel en Juda optree en hulle vyande vernietig nie.
The aim of this essay is to investigate the part which typification, stereotyping and destereotyping can play in a short story. A definition of typification, stereotyping and destereotyping is offered after a brief discussion. Based on the conviction that the book of Nahum can be read as an intertext of the Jonah story, the stereotyped portrayal of Yahweh, Nineveh and the king of Nineveh in the poem of Nahum is analysed. This serves as the background against which the typical and a-typical conduct of the characters in the Jonah story is investigated by way of close reading. The conclusion arrived at, is that the author of the Jonah story succeeded in destereotyping the king and inhabitants of Nineveh by letting them act in an a-typical manner. In the same way the a-typical conduct of the character Yahweh leads the reader to question the stereotyped idea that Yahweh always supports Israel and Judah and destroys their enemies.

Most markets trade liquidly in options on the market index, in fact they often trade at a wide range of strike levels. Thus, using the Black-Scholes model, we can obtain the implied volatilities at the various strike levels, forming the associated implied volatility skew of the respective market under consideration. This, however, is not always feasible when it comes to the individual stocks within the market, as single stock options trade a lot less frequently. This dissertation makes use of data from the Eurozone, in particular we consider the Euro Stoxx 50 market index and its underlying constituents. Options written on the Euro Stoxx 50 and its constituents are highly liquid, and volatility skews are obtained for the market as well as for most of the single stocks within the market. I then artificially created 3 cases of illiquid markets, each with increasing degrees of sparseness mimicking various possible realities. Using principal component analysis, this dissertation aims to find an appropriate model for relating the volatility skew of the index to that of single stocks within the market in order to fill gaps in the data of the skews of the individual stocks. Results indicate that simpler models perform similarly in all scenarios of sparse- ness whereas the performance of more complex models decrease as the data becomes sparser. This indicates that basic relationships can be formed between the index and single stocks in cases with relatively low levels of trade in the market but more accurate estimates are more difficult to achieve. However, if we use the skew data, as is, as an input to the models, their performance remains by and far the same using the full data set and using monthly information. This is encouraging, as it means we can fill gaps in the individual stocks' skew data with as good a fit as if we modeled with a full set of data.

Abstract:
This dissertation aims to derive historically realised volatilities for swaptions of a long-term nature within the South African market, which is illiquid and over-the- counter. To achieve this the dissertation adopts and constructs non-parametric methods which only make use of historical realised data of the underlying variable rather than any implied pricing history of the derivative itself. Stutzer's method of canonical valuation (1996) is adapted for use with interest rate derivatives of a long-term nature. However, under a simulation of swaption prices, canonical valuation is found to have a monotonic increase in pricing error for swaptions of maturities over 2 to 15 years. A new method is constructed, named the relative entropy approach, which is based on the work of Buchen and Kelly (1996) and is capable of pricing long-term interest rate derivatives using a smoothed continuous distribution of the historical realised data of the underlying variable only, while market implied pricing data can also be incorporated for calibration of the derivative to current market prices. Under simulation this method maintains consistent and bounded pricing error across swaption maturities of up to 15 years. This method is then used to obtain historical realised volatilities for swaptions of a long-term nature. The derived ten-year tenor swaption skews under the relative entropy approach observe smile characterisitcs similar to that of the market implied skew over short-term maturities and maintain a volatility smile, albeit diminishing, across moneyness for maturities up to 20 years. The skews are further tested for sensitivity to the input historical data as well as the precision of the skew under implementation of the relative entropy approach. Results show the derived swaption skews to be robust when using a historical data set greater than 1200 observations. The swaption skew is sensitive to the nature of the historical data used which is representative of particular market characteristics over certain historical periods. The relative entropy approach is concluded capable of pricing long-term swaptions in a market where little or no option pricing data exists and could be considered for use in practical applications.

Abstract:
The essays main intent is to examine whether there has been a proper implementation of the Council’s directive 1999/70/EG into Swedish law regarding the requirement for measures to prevent the abuse of successive fixed-term employment contracts. To achieve this purpose there is a need for an examination of current law. The essay also has some secondary purposes. One of these secondary purposes is the question of whether the implementation of the Council’s directive 1999/70/EG has lead to a reduction of the workers employment protection, which is closely connected to my main question and the violation case. My other secondary purposes are to make a connection between fixed-term employment and labor market flexibilization and flexicurity, to see if the rules about fixed-term work has affected gender equality, and to discuss whether there has been a shift of power in the relationship between employers and employees. I have come to the conclusion that Sweden has not implemented the Council’s directive 1999/70/EG properly regarding the requirement for measures to prevent abuse of successive fixed-term employments. I have found that the Swedish rules that apply today may be circumvented by combining various forms of fixed-term employments and that some forms of fixed-term employment requires a more clear definition. To prevent the abuse of successive fixed-term contracts, I suggest the introduction of a maximum total duration for all forms of fixed-term employment together, combined with a rule about the maximum number of times a fixed-term employment contract may be renewed. Furthermore I have found factors indicating that a reduction of workers employment protection level has taken place, but I can not draw any firm conclusions about it because the essay has not examined the issue in a completely thorough manner. I have also found a connection between labor market flexibilization and the use of fixed-term employment and that Sweden should examine whether the flexicurity-model can provide some useful solutions to increase employment without reducing workers employment protection level. Gender equality regarding the share of fixed-term employment contracts has slightly increased, both in Sweden and in the EU, since the origin of the Council’s directive 1999/70/EG. Also I have found that the new rules for fixed-term employment may have resulted in a shift of power that favors the employer.
Uppsatsen syftar främst till att undersöka huruvida det skett en korrekt implementering av visstidsdirektivet i svensk rätt avseende kravet på åtgärder för att förhindra missbruk av flera på varandra följande visstidsanställningar. För att uppnå detta syfte krävs en utredning av gällande rätt. Uppsatsen har också några underordnade syften. Ett av dessa underordnade syften är frågan om huruvida implementeringen av visstidsdirektivet inneburit en minskning av arbetstagarnas anställningsskydd, som är nära kopplat till min huvudsakliga fråga och överträdelseärendet. Mina andra underordnade syften är att koppla reglerna om tidsbegränsade anställningar till arbetsmarknadens flexibilisering och flexicurity, att se om reglerna om tidsbegränsade anställningar påverkat jämställdhet mellan könen och att diskutera huruvida det skett förändringar i maktförhållandet mellan arbetsgivare och arbetstagare. Jag har kommit fram till slutsatsen att Sverige inte har implementerat visstidsdirektivet på ett korrekt sätt avseende kravet på åtgärder för att förhindra missbruk av flera på varandra följande visstidsanställningar. Jag har konstaterat att de svenska reglerna som gäller idag kan kringgås genom att olika former av tidsbegränsade anställningar kombineras och att vissa av anställningsformerna kräver en tydligare definition. För att förhindra missbruk av flera på varandra följande visstidsanställningar föreslår jag att det införs en övre sammanlagd tidsgräns för alla tidsbegränsade anställningsformer kombinerat med en regel om maximalt antal gånger ett tidsbegränsat anställningsavtal får förnyas. Jag har funnit faktorer som visar på att en minskning av arbetstagarskyddet har skett, men jag kan inte dra några säkra slutsatser om det eftersom uppsatsen inte behandlat frågan på ett uttömmande sätt. Vidare har jag funnit ett samband mellan arbetsmarknadens flexibilisering och användandet av tidsbegränsade anställningar och att Sverige borde undersöka om flexicurity-modellen kan bidra med några lösningar för att öka sysselsättningen utan att minska nivån på arbetstagarnas anställningsskydd. Jämställdhet mellan könen rörande andelen tidsbegränsat anställda har ökat något, både i Sverige och EU, sedan visstidsdirektivets tillkomst. Jag har också kommit fram till att de nya reglerna om tidsbegränsade anställningar kan ha inneburit en maktförskjutning som gynnar arbetsgivaren.

Abstract:

Ekologiska system är dynamiska och komplexa, och världens resurssystem, såsom skogar, är ständigt under mer eller mindre förändring. Naturliga orsaker, eller antropogen påverkan kan leda till nya förhållanden i en naturmiljö. Adaptiv förvaltning handlar om att anpassa förvaltningen efter dessa nya förändringar och förutsättningar. Om det man vill förvalta är dynamiskt, så borde även dess förvaltning vara det. Adaptiv förvaltning ser på förvaltningsåtgärder som vetenskapliga experiment, och att förvalta adaptivt ät att lära medan man utför. Adaptiv förvaltning har en början, men inget slut eftersom det kräver fortsatt omvärdering och förnyelse.

  I det här arbetet undersöktes elva skötselplaner för naturreservat i Värmlands län, för att se om åtgärder kan kopplas till mål och historia, hur tydliga målen är samt om uppföljningen räcker för att se om åtgärder leder till uppsatta mål och kan kopplas till dessa. Frågan ställdes också hur adaptiv skötseln av reservaten i Värmlands län verkligen är. De olika skötselplanerna jämfördes och granskades utifrån årtionde (1980-, 1990- samt 2000-talet jämfördes). En viss positiv ökning i procent kunde ses från 1990-talet till 2000-talet när det gäller målens tydlighet, koppling till områdets historia samt koppling mellan åtgärder och mål, medan 1980-talets resultat blev aningen avvikande på grund av enkla mål och åtgärder eller brist på aktiva åtgärder. Angående uppföljning för att se om den skulle räcka för att se om skötselplanernas åtgärder skulle leda till utsatta mål, hamnade 1990- och 2000-talet på lika resultat (33 % av skötselplanerna i respektive årtionde) emedan 1980-talet än en gång blev avvikande med 100 %, på grund av tidigare nämnda anledningar.

  En viss utveckling mot en mer dynamisk skötsel av naturreservat kan ses i undersökningen, men däremot kan man inte påstå att kraven för adaptiv förvaltning uppfylls och undersökta naturreservat behöver fortfarande utvecklas på detta plan.

Abstract:
Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka hur lärare upplever sin situation i skolan, och om situationen förändrats de senaste 10 åren. Då flertalet tidigare studier om lärare är kvantitativa så genomfördes denna undersökning kvalitativt med öppna enkäter där 11 lärare deltog. Dessa lärare var alla verksamma på samma grundskola. Resultatet visade att 10 av lärarna upplevde stress och tidsbrist i sitt arbete och många ansåg att en stor del av detta berodde på ökad dokumentation och pappersarbete. Många upplevde stress över att inte hinna med eleverna i den utsträckning de skulle önska. Uppfostran var en stor förändring då läroplanen idag har större betoning på skolans ansvar för uppfostran än vad den tidigare haft. Arbetet upplevdes dock som stimulerande av flertalet, speciellt då tiden tillfälligt räcker till. En annan förändring var arbetslag där flertalet lärare ingår och delar på arbetsuppgifter och reflektioner. Arbetet i arbetslag ansågs vara positivt.

Abstract:
For the transport of large structures over sea, offshore going barges are one of the preferred means of transportation. The resistance and towed stability of these vessels are of prime importance with respect to the economic feasibility of transport. To ensure acceptable towed stability behaviour, side skegs are generally placed under the aft ship of the barge. However, these skegs give additional resistance and thus undesired fuel consumption. SMIT and MARIN joined forces with the intention of designing a new ocean going barge with sufficient towed stability and superior resistance characteristics compared to the already low drag Giant 4 barge. The Giant 4, for which favourable tow characteristics were observed during its service, was used as a reference vessel. The first step was to modify the hull form in order to fulfil SMIT’s design requirements. Subsequently, a detailed CFD study into the flow around the barge and the size, shape and positioning of the side skegs was performed leading to a significant resistance reduction. However, this reduction in resistance led to a degradation of the towed stability of the vessel, which was compensated for by adding a centreline skeg. The final design has a 14% percent reduction in resistance compared to the existing barge, with comparable towed stability. A model testing program was performed in order to validate the CFD computations. The agreement between the CFD and experimental results was found to be very good, demonstrating that CFD tools can be used to optimise the resistance and towed stability of barges.

Det nordiska samarbetet ska vara tillgängligt och inkluderande, och den politik som genereras ska vara relevant för alla nordbor oavsett funktionsförmåga. I den här rapporten presenteras hur arbetet går, och vad som händer område för område. Att integrera ett funktionshindersperspektiv handlar för Nordiska ministerrådet om att synlig- och tydliggöra situation och behov hos personer med funktionsnedsättning samt att främja inkludering genom universell utformning och tillgänglighet. Det kan gälla praktiska saker, så som att politiska möten ska vara tillgängliga och det ska gå att ta del av ministerrådets rapporter och hemsida även med digitala hjälpmedel. Det handlar också om att främja inkludering av personer med olika typer av funktionsnedsättning i den politik som utvecklas genom samarbetet. Målet är att alla relevanta politikområden, administration och institutioner inom det nordiska samarbetet ska ha ett integrerat funktionshindersperspektiv. I den här statusrapporten går vi igenom allt arbete som skett under 2021, område för område. De olika områdena blickar också framåt och ser vad nästa steg är för att blir ännu mer inkluderande och tillgängliga.
