Abstract Nod2 is a pattern recognition receptor known for its role in antimicrobial immunity. Intriguingly, NOD2 appears to have a role outside of infection, as a single point mutation in this molecule leads to 100% incidence of an inflammatory arthritis called Blau Syndrome. Abstract Background: Intrinsic defects in lymphocyte signaling have been implicated in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) by a mouse model of inflammatory arthritis (SKG). Unga uttrycker själva att de vill ha mer kunskap om psykisk hälsa och skolan lyfts ofta som en bra plattform. Många unga vet inte vart de ska vända sig för att få hjälp med psykiska besvär och de har behov av att bli lyssnade på. När-varande vuxna som lyssnar behövs, dock saknar många vuxna kunskap om psykiska besvär och diagnoser kopplat till psykisk ohälsa.Psykisk hälsa bland unga är en viktig samhällsfråga som de senaste åren har fått mer uppmärksamhet i samhällsdebatten

Ålbeståndets minskning i Sverige började uppmärksammas i början av 1970-talet då fångsterna av adult ål i yrkesfisket minskade kraftigt. I övriga Europa märktes en nedgång i fångsterna av glasål i början av 1980-talet. Som en del av arbetet med att förbättra situationen för europeisk ål utfärdade EU en förordning år 2007, som bland annat innebär att alla medlemsstater ska ta fram förvaltningsplaner för ål. Nu har det redan gått två år sen vi sjösatte referensområdet ’Ljusdal’. Vi ser att årets observationer förstärker bilden vad vi såg året innan i området, samt vissa observationer liknar vad vi ser i andra studieområden, medan andra skiljer sig åt. Studieområdet i Ljusdal är speciellt i två avseenden som berör älgar direkt och därmed skiljer sig åt från andra studieområden: brandfältet och en hög täthet av brunbjörn.
