Abstract:
Z przywołanych w artykule przepisów prawa wynika, że w Polsce można dokonać rejestracji pojazdu samochodowego w oparciu o indywidualne tablice rejestracyjne dopiero od dnia 21 września 2002 r. Wyróżnik indywidualny pojazdu określa sam zainteresowany właściciel pojazdu ale w granicach obowiązującego prawa polskiego. Mianowicie prawo polskie przewiduje, że wyróżnik indywidualny powinien stanowić wyraz, skrót lub określenie w języku polskim, składający się maksymalnie z pięciu liter i niezawierający treści obraźliwych lub niezgodnych z zasadami współżycia społecznego. Prawo administracyjne nie zawiera własnej autonomicznej definicji „zasad współżycia społecznego”, wobec czego należy odwołać się do sposobu rozumienia tej zasady w art. 5 kodeksu cywilnego i linii orzeczniczej panującej w sądownictwie powszechnym i administracyjnym oraz w literaturze przedmiotu. Ponadto jest „to pojęcie zbiorcze, które obejmuje bardzo wiele klauzul generalnych” i pozostaje w związku z normami moralnymi. Zdaniem autora potencjalne treści o charakterze religijnym na indywidualnych tablicach rejestracyjnych ze względu na ich kolidowanie z zasadami współżycia społecznego można podzielić na dwie kategorie, tj. takie które są bezwzględnie niedopuszczalne i wreszcie takie, które powinny być dopuszczalne. Do pierwszej grupy zaliczymy takie nazwy jak np. „JEZUS”, „ALLAH”, „BUDDA” czy skróty tego typu imiona papieży jak: „JPII”, „PIUSX”, „JAN23”. Zaś do drugiej grupy zaliczymy treści tego typu jak obcej naszej kulturze religijno-prawnej wyrazy: „ZEUS”, „ARES” czy „PTAH”.

Artykuł poświęcony jest organizowaniu procesu badawczego pod kątem zastosowania oprogramowania NVivo. Prezentowane badania zostały przeprowadzone w warunkach niedoszacowania czasu. Zastosowanie CAQDA oraz odpowiednia organizacja badania pozwoliły zmieścić się w harmonogramie narzuconym przez instytucję zlecającą. Organizacja i podział pracy, przygotowanie odpowiednio sformatowanych dokumentów oraz uzupełnienie jakościowej bazy danych o zbiór atrybutów bazujących na danych standaryzowanych znacząco usprawniły opracowywanie wyników.

Skręt przydatków jest rzadkim stanem nagłym, a jego diagnoza jest wyzwaniem, ponieważ objawy kliniczne są niecharakterystyczne. Około połowy przypadków skrętu przydatków pozostaje nierozpoznana w odpowiednim czasie. Podjęcie szybkiego leczenia operacyjnego jest istotne, aby zachować funkcję jajnika. W artykule opisano objawy kliniczne skrętu przydatków i wczesną interwencję chirurgiczną pozwalającą na zachowanie przydatków u młodej pacjentki.

Wstęp: Celem pracy było porównanie obrazu ultrasonograficznego ostrej moszny u dzieci ze zmianami stwierdzonymi śródoperacyjnie oraz ocena czułości badania ultrasonograficznego w diagnostyce ostrej moszny u dzieci.Materiał i metody: Retrospektywnej analizie poddano dokumentację medyczną 61 dzieci leczonych w Klinice Chirurgii Dziecięcej i Onkologicznej Pomorskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Szczecinie (PUM) w latach 2008–2014 z powodu zespołu ostrej moszny, u których wykonano rewizję operacyjną moszny, bez względu na wynik badania ultrasonograficznego.Wyniki: Średni wiek operowanych wyniósł dla chłopców ze skrętem jądra 12,7 ±4,0, skrętem przyczepka jądra 8,6 ±4,5 i stanem zapalnym jądra lub najądrza 7,2 ±8,5. Śródoperacyjnie stwierdzono skręt jądra u 28 (45%) pacjentów, skręt przyczepka jądra lub najądrza u 26 (43%), stan zapalny jądra lub najądrza u 7 (12%). Czułość badania ultrasonograficznego wyniosła dla skrętu jądra 46%, skrętu przyczepka jądra bądź najądrza 20% i stanu zapalnego gonady 57%.Wnioski: 1. Badanie ultrasonograficzne metodą Dopplera wykazuje ograniczoną czułość w diagnostyce ostrej moszny u dzieci. 2. Rewizja moszny w przypadkach negatywnego wyniku badania ultrasonograficznego wydaje się być uzasadniona w każdym przypadku.

Abstract:
Observations on the Soviet Vocabulary in the Ethnic Polish Language and the Soviet Polish Language in the Interwar Period (Based on Trzaska-Evert-Michalski “Encyclopedic Dictionary of Foreign Words” and “Trybuna Radziecka,” 1927–1938)The paper discusses the Soviet vocabulary extracted from “Trybuna Radziecka”, a cen­tral Polish weekly published in Moscow in 1927–1938 and edited by Polish left‑wing intelligentsia, living in the USRR as political émigrés in this period as well as some Sovietisms included in the Encyclopedic Dictionary of Foreign Words, edited by S. Lam, published by Trzaska-Evert-Michalski in Warsaw in 1939. The author tries to demon­strate that the new realities of life and state power in the Soviet Union had immense influence on the Polish language in Russia in the interwar period, and especially on the language of “Trybuna Radziecka.” This weekly was imbued with Sovietisms. They were in common use of the Poles living in Soviet Russia in the interwar period. The Soviet vocabulary in Trzaska-Evert-Michalski dictionary represents two layers. The first one includes lexical items fully assimilated by the Polish language, e.g. kołchoz, komsomolec. The second one contains exotic words, used occasionally, e.g. ispołkom, krasnoarmiejec, otlicznik, piatiletka. Uwagi o sowietyzmach w polszczyźnie etnicznej i radzieckiej w dwudziestoleciu międzywojennym (na materiale Encyklopedycznego słownika wyrazów obcych. Pochodzenie wyrazów, wymowa, objaśnienia pojęć, skróty, przysłowia, cytaty Trzaski, Everta, Michalskiego i moskiewskiej „Trybuny Radzieckiej” z lat 1927–1938)W artykule omówiono słownictwo radzieckie zarejestrowane w Encyklopedycznym słowniku wyrazów obcych wydanym w 1939 r. w Warszawie przez Trzaskę, Everta, Michalskiego, pod redakcją S. Lama i jednocześnie odzwierciedlone w „Trybunie Radzieckiej”, która ukazywała się w Moskwie w latach 1927–1938. Sowietyzmy zamieszczone w słowniku Trzaski i in. można podzielić na dwie grupy. Pierwszą grupę stanowią wyrazy, które nigdy nie były w powszechnym użyciu w komunikacji językowej Polaków, mogły się pojawiać okazjonalnie w tekstach publicystycznych, zyskując odcień żartobliwy czy ironiczny. Zapożyczenia te nie są zasymilowane (np. ispołkom, krasnoarmiejec, otlicznik, piatiletka). Grupę drugą tworzą wyrazy będące jedynymi nazwami określonych desygnatów, niezbędnych do opisania socjalistycznej rzeczywistości w Rosji radzieckiej. Są one całkowicie przyswojone przez język polski (np. agitka, kołchoz, komsomolec). W odróżnieniu od polszczyzny ogólnej, w pore­wolucyjnej polszczyźnie radzieckiej wszystkie te jednostki występowały bez żadnych ograniczeń (często świadczy o tym ich duża frekwencja tekstowa oraz rejestracja w innych źródłach radzieckich).

Abstract:
Euthanasia – a crime or a human right to choose death? The contemporary phenomenon of euthanasia is very extensive and very complex. It is a manifestation of the „culture of death”, as evidenced by common practices in many countries and attempts to legalize it. In Poland, although euthanasia is forbidden and punished, a significant part of the society approves of its introduction. At the same time, the common awareness that it is a crime and a crime is fading away (EV 66). The most important motive of euthanasia, meaningless suffering, can only be understood, accepted and defeated in the light of faith. Moreover, the request to shorten the life is not always motivated by unbearable suffering. It often comes from feelings of loneliness, lack of interest and compassion, and proper care. So, asking for euthanasia is a desperate cry for help and love. Rather than cut corners, it would be better to increase the involvement of family, friends and physicians in palliative care, which could remove the causes of such a radical decision as asking to die. Public acceptance of euthanasia can seriously reduce the costs of palliative care, both financially and scientifically. The recipe for this phenomenon is rather the educational effort of society, which should accept the phenomenon of disease, aging and death, so that in families and society there should be a dignified place reserved for sick, disabled, old and dying people. Współczesne zjawisko eutanazji jest bardzo rozległe i złożone. Jest przejawem „kultury śmierci”, o czym świadczą powszechne praktyki w wielu krajach i próby jej legalizacji. W Polsce, choć eutanazja jest zakazana i karana, znaczna część społeczeństwa aprobuje jej wprowadzenie. Jednocześnie zanika powszechna świadomość, że jest to przestępstwo i zbrodnia (por. EV 66). Najważniejszy motyw eutanazji – bezsensowne cierpienie – można zrozumieć, zaakceptować i pokonać tylko w świetle wiary. Co więcej, prośba o skrócenie życia nie zawsze jest motywowana cierpieniem nie do zniesienia. Często wynika to z poczucia samotności, braku zainteresowania i współczucia oraz właściwej opieki. Proszenie o eutanazję jest więc rozpaczliwym wołaniem o pomoc i miłość. Zamiast iść na skróty, lepiej byłoby zwiększyć zaangażowanie rodziny, przyjaciół i lekarzy w opiekę paliatywną, co mogłoby usunąć przyczyny tak radykalnej decyzji, jak żądanie śmierci. Społeczna akceptacja eutanazji może poważnie obniżyć koszty opieki paliatywnej, zarówno finansowo, jak i naukowo. Receptą na to zjawisko jest raczej edukacyjny wysiłek społeczeństwa, które powinno zaakceptować zjawisko choroby, starzenia się i śmierci, aby w rodzinach i społeczeństwie było godne miejsce zarezerwowane dla osób chorych, niepełnosprawnych, starych i umierających.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with hiding data in the Internet traffic. It contains a description of the law interception. Various possibilities of hiding data are mentioned. The practical part of this thesis consists of an application that hides the data of HTTP and HTTPS protocols in a fake VoIP call. The application consists of two parts: a client and a server. Data transmitted between the client and the server parts are masked as multimedia data of the VoIP call. When a user or Internet server does not transmit any data, random data are transmitted between client and server parts in order to simulate the VoIP call. Then, the thesis focuses on detection of the attack.

Karel Havliš, Faculty of Architecture, Brno University of Technology The diploma thesis deals with an urban and architectural design of a stretch of post-industrial area along the Svitava raceway in Brno, specifically the locality in the area next to the municipal heating plant on Radlas and the former plant Mosilana in Křenová Street. The thesis main objective is to find the potential and capacity of the Svitava raceway concerning redevelopment and creation of new public areas, especially in the form of embankments designated for pedestrians. The design also focuses on redevelopment and finding new suitable functional utilization, in particular of the industrial buildings and premises of the former plant Mosilana. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis describes the urban development of the city, its history and the development of Brno region as well as rivers in its district. It examines and analyses the prerequisites of the area affecting the design. Complete description and specifications of the projected design are to be found here. The diploma thesis deals with an urban and architectural design of a stretch of area along the Svitava raceway and the Ponávka river in Brno, specifically of the locality in the area where the Svitava raceway has already merged with the Ponávka river. The area is situated south of the city centre, in the cadastral maps of Komárov and partly Trnitá. The main objective of the thesis is to find the potential and capacity of the Svitava raceway concerning redevelopment and creation of new municipal areas, especially in the form of embankments designated for pedestrians and cyclists. The design also focuses on the redevelopment and on finding a new suitable functional utilization of the area. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis describes the urban development of the city, its history and the development of Brno region as well as of the rivers in its district. It examines and analyses the prerequisites of the area affecting the design. Complete description and specifications of the proposed design are to be found here. Abstract:
Att skapa attraktiva program är en av TV-producenternas huvuduppgifter. Mycket i detta arbete handlar om att etablera och behålla kontakt med TV-tittare genom tilltal, dvs. olika sätt att involvera TV-tittare i handlingen i programmen, i vilket studiopublikens skratt spelar en viktig roll. Deras skratt påverkar liveness som är TV-tittarnas känsla av spontanitet. I denna studie analyseras tilltal i situationer kring studiopublikens skratt i pratshower med kändisar som är orienterade mot humor och underhållning ("Hellenius hörna" och "Robins"). Interaktionen i dessa situationer studeras med hjälp av Conversation Analysis, Grices teori om samtalsprinciper samt Goffmans teorier om ramar och ansikte. Syftet med studien är att analysera det tilltal som skapar studiopublikens skratt och på detta sätt engagerar TV-tittarna, samt att upptäcka återkommande mönster i tilltalsstrukturer. Resultaten av studien visar att skratt skapas i samarbete mellan värden, gäster och studiopubliken, att olika slags avvikelser (rambrott) från bl.a. samtalsnormer, som skapar kontrast och skratt samt leder till frekventa orienteringskiften (ramskiften), är normen för denna sorts interaktion och tilltal. Småprat är den kategori som innehåller flest avvikelser, som därmed skapar mest skratt och bidrar mest till liveness. Olika typer av småprat, mönster i dem samt andra mönster identifierades.

En sådan strategi är skratt. Denna uppsats syftar till att studera hur personer med afasi använder sig av skratt vid vardaglig interaktion. Föreliggande studie har utgått från videofilmer där en kvinna med afasi interagerar med olika personer i olika miljöer. Samtalen har transkriberats och analyserats enligt principer från Conversation Analysis. Studien har identifierat tre typer av situationer då kvinnan använder sig av skratt: skratt vid anomi, skratt vid genans samt skratt vid skämt. Det har visat sig att hon skrattar dels för att kompensera svårigheter med tal men även vid helt vanliga humoristiska situationer som vilken person som helst. Många av de tillfällen där Maja skrattar ignoreras eller får inte ett skratt som respons.

Abstract:
The chapter highlights how an outsider with a leadership position (head of the department of education), experienced the impact of the promotion preparatory seminars on her staff. Primarily, their influence was perceived as beneficial, inspiring the staff members who attained promotion to be more motivated in their work. Secondly, the department met the staff qualification criteria required by the government. This dual benefit created general enthusiasm within the department. However, the author emphasizes that more support and resources are necessary to support staff members who wish to join the docent career path to the top academic position.

Abstract:
Straipsnyje analizuojama Skryto ežero ekologinė būklė pagal fizikines-chemines savybes, įvertinami ilgalaikiai poveikio paviršiniam vandens telkiniui monitoringo duomenys. Tiriami bendras azotas, bendras fosforas, skaidrumas. Analizuojamos ūkinės veiklos aplink Skryto ežerą, kurios gali turėti neigiamą įtaką ežero vandens kokybei. Įvertinama, ar didžiausią įtaką ežero vandens kokybei turi sutelktoji ar pasklidoji tarša. Bendrojo azoto koncentracija tiriama oksiduojant mėginį persulfatu, bendro fosforo koncentracija tiriama mineralizuojant mėginį persulfatu, skaidrumas tiriamas naudojant Secchi diską. Ežero vandens kokybės mėginiai buvo įmami iš 4 skirtingų ežero vietų nuo 2019 m. liepos iki gruodžio. Mėginių paėmimo vietos parinktos taip, jog būtų galima kuo tiksliau identifikuoti ūkinių veiklų sukeliamą taršą. Šiame straipsnyje yra pateikiamas išsamus Skryto ežero tyrimas, kuris įvertina antropogeninės veiklos sukeliamą taršą Skryto ežero vandens kokybei.
