Abstract:
Slogans are now an essential aspect of daily life, commonly encountered in both public businesses and industries such as soft drinks, food, fashion, cosmetics, and markets. While many slogans are written in the national language, numerous others are composed in local dialects. In Indonesia, every region has its own slogan in the local language. On the island of Lombok, there are four regions, and each has its own slogan in the local language, conveying a variety of messages to the inhabitants. But numerous people from Lombok, especially the younger generation, are unable to understand the meaning and message conveyed through the slogans. As a result, this study is aimed at (1). An analysis of the metafunction conveyed by district slogans on Lombok Island, WNT Province, and (2) Determine the type of transitivity system process that is predominantly used in district slogans on Lombok Island, WNT Province. The study employed a descriptive qualitative and quantitative research design. The sample respondents were selected through purposive sampling and data was collected using survey, observation, and interview methods. Results indicate that the slogan encompasses ideational, interpersonal, and textual metafunctions, and also involves material, mental, relational, behavioural, and extension transitivity system processes. Quantitatively, the slogan employs 28 types of processes, with material processes making up the majority (27%), followed by relational processes (23%) and behavioural processes (19%). The slogan text does not contain any verbal processes. Participants related to the slogan text include human resources, goals, actors, sensing, phenomena, and behaviour.

Abstract:
Objectives: The primary objectives of this study encompass the enhancement of election campaign strategies through the synthesis of sentiment-laden slogans derived from Twitter data. This is achieved by employing a novel Hybrid SDG-LSTM model, aiming to improve sentiment prediction accuracy and communication efficacy in the context of political campaigns. Methods: The process of slogan generation relies on sentiment prediction derived from sentiment-laden tweets. The proposed sentiment analysis methods for election campaign slogans encompass Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU). A novel approach is introduced through the Hybrid SDG-LSTM model, leveraging the combination of Self-Distillation Guidance (SDG) with LSTM to enhance sentiment prediction accuracy and efficiency. This innovative method aims to provide a more robust and effective means of analyzing and generating slogans for election campaigns. Findings: The performance assessment of Deep Learning models, GRU, LSTM, and the Hybrid architecture, unveiled compelling outcomes. GRU showcased a commendable accuracy of 92.98%, while LSTM impressed with 95.91%. Remarkably, the Hybrid Spatial LSTM with GRU surpassed both, achieving perfection with 100% accuracy, precision, recall, and an exceptionally low loss of 0.0. These results underscore the superior performance and efficacy of the Hybrid model in sentiment analysis tasks. Novelty: The novelty of this research is encapsulated in the introduction of the Hybrid Spatial LSTM with GRU model, which demonstrates groundbreaking 100% accuracy, surpassing current models. This innovation capitalizes on the synergistic fusion of spatial attention mechanisms and the dynamic nature of GRU, marking a substantial advancement and establishing a new benchmark for highly accurate predictions in the domain of sentiment analysis. ACM Transactions on Asian and Low-Resource Language Information Processing 20, no. 6 (2021): 1–26. http://dx.doi.org/10.1145/3465218.

Abstract:
An advertising slogan is a sentence that expresses a product or a work of art in a straightforward manner and is used for advertising and publicity. Moving the consumer's mind and attracting their interest can significantly influence sales. Although rhetorical techniques in a slogan are known to improve the effectiveness of advertising, not much attention has been devoted to analyze or automatically generate sentences with the techniques. Therefore, we constructed a large corpus of slogans and revealed the linguistic characteristics of the basic statistics and rhetorical devices. Another point of focus was antitheses, of which the usage rates are relatively high and which have a specific sentence structure and lexical constraints. The generation of a slogan that contains an antithesis necessitates the structure of sentences, known as templates, to be extracted and also requires knowledge of word pairs with semantic contrast. Thus, the next step involved analysis of the structure to extract the sentence structure and lexical knowledge about the antithesis. Despite its simple architecture, the proposed method exceeds the prediction accuracy and efficiency of a comparable method. Lexical knowledge that is not available in existing dictionaries was also extracted.

Abstract:
In this study, the effect of some advertisements on the spread of the narcissism epidemic is discussed. As advertising reflects the culture of a society, it is also possible for the advertisement to affect the culture of that society. Advertisements containing cultural elements may also have contents aimed at changing cultural elements. In addition, the effect of advertisements on social and individual habits is undeniable. . The effect of advertising is seen in behavior and discourse as well as consumption practices in daily life. The use of advertising slogans in interpersonal conversations and conversations is important in terms of showing the place of advertising in our lives. Advertising as a commercial activity attracts the attention and attention of the individual and directs the individual to consumption. For this purpose, each advertisement produces a slogan. Advertising slogans are preferred to be short, concise and impressive. The fact that the slogans have these features causes both easy use and frequent use of the slogan. In this way, it becomes easier for the advertising slogan to have an impact on everyone and to be embedded in the language of every segment. Advertising slogans cause different effects on individuals. Arguments that will affect individuals from each category are preferred. Especially the effect on the younger generation is more pronounced. Narcissism, which is increasingly spreading among young people, is a reality of today's world. Although it is difficult to define narcissism, it is possible to explain it as an individual's excessive admiration and valuation of himself. The narcissistic individual exhibits behaviors that attach importance to showing off and are characterized as selfish. Here, the individual sees himself as different and superior to other people with his self, identity, intelligence, style and habits. The fact that today's modern world prioritizes the individual and individuality leads to an increase in the narcissism epidemic. Some advertising slogans emphasize the individual's seeing and showing himself as different from others. In addition, advertisements are based on the satisfaction of the individual. The study aims to examine the signs of narcissism in advertising slogans. Discourse analysis method was adopted in the study, which was designed as a qualitative research. For this purpose, the discourses that evoke narcissism in some advertising slogans are revealed in the study

Abstract:
The article analyzes the term "paradoxes of prefigurative culture" in the context of the historical theory of Strauss-Howe generations due to the period of improvement of digital information technology. The main tenet of this study is that innovative technologies change the nature of man and his social connections in society and that they are firmly embedded in social communications, professional activities, the way of life of young people, education, science, and other fields. The paradoxes of prefigurative culture suggest the existence of an imminent conflict. On the one hand, this conflict with fundamental concepts and categories is used to characterize the human being in all his/her manifestations, and, on the other hand, with new cyberculture to create a new person. The slogan “Generation Me - Generation We” implies two models of behavior peculiar to the post-Soviet generation Y-Z. The study uses the data obtained from sociological surveys in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, and the Russian Federation to identify such paradoxical situations in which they encounter "old" and "new" ideas about the essence of man, his place in the world, and his relationship with the world. The purpose of the research is to explore the paradoxes of prefigurative culture in the present tense, in the mode of the new digital reality.

Abstract:
Proverbs are the oldest form of oral literature. This is a collection of experience carefully preserved by our people for centuries, the essence of their thoughts, a legacy passed on from father to son. Proverbs and sayings impress with artistic, figurative expressions. The quality of proverbs is determined by their eloquence, sharpness of thought, dexterity, depth. Proverbs teach a person to appreciate words, to distinguish between good and evil, to be kind, compassionate, sensitive to others, to appreciate the pearls of folk art. Proverbs and proverbs are a chronicle of the thoughts of generations and a practical encyclopedia of the spiritual life of the people. This is a genre depicting various spheres of public life in the form of artistic images depicting the early childhood of man and echoes of the voices of generations. Thanks to these qualities, the slender schedule, passed down from generation to generation and which became a powerful motto and an ancient rule of the workers, was always revered by the people as a sacred heritage. Proverbs have a complex system and a summary of generations and social and historical practices, the genealogy of wisdom and the practical encyclopedia of the spiritual life of people. This is a kind of genre that reflects in the form of an artistic image a diverse sphere of social life, introducing colors of a distant infant era into a person's life. Thanks to such qualities, which spread from generation to generation and became the ancient rule and slogan of the mighty labor of the working masses.

Abstract:
AbstractIn 1984 Pepsi-Cola released two groundbreaking commercials for its “Choice of a New Generation” campaign. Marketers reimagined Pepsi's product alongside superstar Michael Jackson's most iconic visual “symbols” and composed a slogan to be sung over fragments of the backing-track to his then-hit song, “Billie Jean.” Although merely replacing Jackson's original lyrics about lust and revenge with a family-oriented slogan had the potential to change meaning potentials the song held in other contexts, it was the re-working of Jackson's celebrity image and omission of key musical structures present within the original that allowed “Billie Jean” to acquire new meanings in the commercials. On the album, careful voice leading practices that pivot precariously between the natural and flat-VI underpin the score's complex harmonic structures to reinforce Jackson's cautionary tale. Pepsi's commercials, on the other hand, skillfully pick “Billie Jean” apart, extract its most memorable themes, and stitch the fragments back together. Consequently, when paired with Pepsi's overtly positive images, the reworked track noticeably diffuses the tension expressed in the original. By incorporating formal musical analysis, musicological inquiry, and formative cultural theory on advertising, MTV, and musical meaning in multimedia, this article contributes to growing discussions about pre-existing popular music's roles in advertising.

Abstract:
Introduction: The forced disappearance of peasants in the Paine commune, Chile, dates back to the first months after the coup in 1973. Ten years ago, as a result of a judicial investigation, the location of a mass grave was revealed to more than one hundred kilometers from the detention site. This finding allowed the identification of eleven detainees who disappeared by genetic methods, along with another five recognized from forensic archaeological evidence. Our main objective is to account for the aftermath of forced disappearance and the operation to conceal the bodies of three generations of relatives of disappeared detainees. Methods: Qualitative research: Case study, carried out between 2014 and 2015, with a total of 19 interviewees from three generations, belonging to six families from Paine. Semi-structured interviews were conducted, with two to three sessions per interviewee and three discussion groups, one for each generation. Results: The three generations face in a dissimilar way the slogan of where are they ?, as well as they attribute different meanings to the skeletal remains. It contrasts the "duty to recognize" of the first generation with the interpellation of the third generation through practices that vindicate the collective dimension of mourning. In the experiences of intergenerational dialogue, spaces of memory have taken center stage, in particular the location of the common grave. One of the relevant results of this investigation has been to give an account of the social experience of forensic identification. Conclusions: Family relationships do not convey an integrating story but rather what stands out is the emptiness of representation and intergenerational silences. Science, through DNA, offers statistical evidence of identification, but the decision is maintained in the individual jurisdiction of each family member. Comprehensive forensic work with the participation of archaeologists, anthropologists, dentists and other experts contributes to restoring the dignity of the victimized body.

“Jauja, rinconcito de mi valle.”Andean folk song, Juan BolívarThe military government of General Juan Velasco Alvarado (1968-1975) coined the phrase, “¡Campesino, el patrón no comerá más de tu pobreza!” (“Peasant, the patrón will feed no more on your poverty”). Clearly a favorite slogan of the self-described “Peruvian Revolution,” this saying appeared frequently on posters and in newspaper notices. Although linked to Velasco's agrarian reform program and peasant organizations like the Confederación Nacional Agraria (CNA), which emerged from the plan, this aphorism was said to have originated with José Ga-Mejía, La reforma agraria en el Perú (Lima: Instituto de Estudios Peruanos, 1980). I take the agrarian reform process into consideration because of its impact on my generation, which experienced all of its effects intensely.

Abstract:
This research discusses identity as the visual means of private universities to attract prospective students. The data was collected by documenting billboard advertisements located on the arterial road of the City of Yogyakarta that contain visual and linguistic aspects. The gathered data are four billboards of private universities. Applying the multimodal analysis of Gunther Kress and Theo van Leeuwen, this study examines the billboard text to understand the visual and linguistic aspects as well as the relation between them to construct the commodification of education discourses. This research has found that identity becomes a highlighted aspect of the billboards of private universities. The visualization of the identity appears as on physical characters and attributes wore by the students or the models. There are three identities generally appearing, (1) university identity, through the alma mater jacket; (2) tribal/ethnic identity, through the physical appearance of the models; and (3) religious identity, through the fashion style. The slogans—e.g. ‘Welcome, the Smart and Humanist Generation’ and Excellent, Inclusive, Humanist, [with] Integrity’—written on the billboards, from the perspective of linguistic, represent the ideology of the educational institutions. The slogan is not only an enhancer but also a means to build and modify the meaning of the advertisement. Furthermore, it also becomes the representation of what kind of higher-education services are offered by the institution. The modification of the message through identity issues shows exclusivity, while the cultural identity indicates the inclusivity on the campus.

AbstractBetween 1994 and 2004, the number of surgeons in Japan declined by 18%, whereas the total number of medical doctors increased by 30% during the same period. This was due to the fact that the younger generation avoided tough working environments with long working hours. We attempted to revive surgery by reintroducing the good old Japanese community as the model under the slogan of “intimate community with excitement and sense of secureness”. In the absence of financial incentives, we were able to recruit young staff, and the number of surgeons at Jikei University has increased by 28% over the last 12 years and currently we have 280 surgeons. Our experience showed that although the younger generation is conscious about quality of life and financial success, they also value excitement, friendship, and happiness, something we were able to provide without financial spending. However, our success may be an exception and cannot be generalized; therefore, we should continue to strive to improve the surgeon’s quality of life by creating a better working environment, including sustainable work hours and decent financial incentives.

In a dynamically developing society with increasing citizen expectations regarding the quality of public administration, the principle of client-orientation is no longer a mere declarative slogan but a pressing necessity to ensure the legitimacy and effectiveness of state institutions’ activities. Focusing on the needs and expectations of citizens requires transforming traditional approaches to public service delivery, emphasizing convenience, accessibility, timeliness, and, most importantly, alignment with end-user expectations. Social qualimetry, as a tool for measuring and evaluating quality from the consumer’s perspective, can play a significant role in enhancing the client-orientation of public services. This article conducts a comparative analysis of various approaches to the application of social qualimetry (e.g., surveys, focus groups, complaints analysis) and evaluates their impact on citizen satisfaction, service delivery efficiency, and feedback generation.

Abstract:
Carool Kersten’s article describes how Indonesia plays a key role in connecting East and Southeast Asia with the Middle East and the rest of the world. Aside from progress in scholarly research on the historicity of these relations, Kersten analyzes contemporary developments. As the largest Muslim nation in the world, Indonesia has positioned itself in the vanguard of ASEAN as the main architect of the region’s relations with other parts of Asia, the Islamic world and the West, while simultaneously avoiding overtly political Islamic agendas, relying instead on a notion of ‘cultural’ or 'civil Islam.' This article discusses the alternative discourse of civil or cultural Islam developed by a cosmopolitan Indonesian Muslim intelligentsia who was given a space by the consecutive regimes following the ousting of Sukarno. Kersten identifies this uniquely Indonesian Islamic discourse as the outcome of the compounded efforts of three generations of Muslim intellectuals, loyal to the Pancasila ideology and embracing the slogan ‘Islam Yes! Islamic Party: No!’ In defiance of the growing antagonism following the re-emergence of Islamic political parties in the post-Suharto era, also the youngest generation of ‘liberal’ and ‘post-traditional’ Muslims continue to give shape to this cosmopolitan Islam.

In a world where development is no longer limited by geography, globalization has become the slogan and goal of many companies. However, not many have noticed that companies that have achieved international sales, such as Coca-Cola, have adopted a localization strategy. This study aspires to examine the existing cases of localization in the market, how localization is implemented, and the impact of implementing localization, from both macro and micro perspectives. This paper identifies the marketing strategies used by the multinational beverage company Coca-Cola through an analysis of its advertising in China in the process of achieving global sales. Based on the marketing mix, this paper analyzes and compares countries with vastly different degrees of localization to determine the decisive factors for using localization strategies in the four areas of product, price, promotion, and place. Current marketing research on the success of Coca-Cola is still narrow, with studies limited to how marketing success is accomplished in a specific location but does not identify the underlying strategy that had led to such success, localization. Meanwhile, the market lacks practical guidance on localization strategies due to inadequate research and this study fills these currently identified limitations.

Abstract:
In the dynamic and competitive market, enterprises have to timely launch new as well as creative products and services to fulfill the consumers’ demands for occupying much more market share. Therefore, they all regard innovation as their strategic slogan. This paper presents a novel Web-based innovation support system (ISS) named iChance for collaborative innovation, such as idea generation and knowledge creation, based on Idea Discovery Model (IDM). iChance includes four main functional modules: (1) scenario-based innovation module, (2) requirement module, (3) communication module, and (4) toolbar module. The whole operating procedure of iChance is in accordance with one version of Innovators’ Market Game (IMG) which was invented by Ohsawa as a tool for aiding humans’ innovative thoughts and communication. Finally, case studies demonstrate all the principles of IMG are well realized in iChance system when applied in the early phase of product or service development.

Abstract:
The idiom‘more high-quality research is needed’ has become the slogan for sport and exercise physiology-based research in female athletes. However, in most instances, it is challenging to address this gap of high-quality research in elite female athletes at a single study site due to challenges in recruiting enough participants with numerous menstrual cycle and contraceptive pill permutations. Accordingly, we have assembled an international multisite team to undertake an innovative project for female athletes, which investigates the effects of changes in endogenous and exogenous oestrogen and progesterone/progestins across the menstrual cycle and in response to second-generation combined monophasic contraceptive pill use, on aspects of exercise physiology and athletic performance. This project will employ the current gold-standard methodologies in this area, resulting in an adequately powered dataset. This protocol paper describes the consortium-based approach we will undertake during this study.

Women Day is celebrated throughout the world on 8th March. On this day women belonging to different parts of the world raise their voice on social media to make people realize women rights. This article reveals the history and background of “Women Day” and the slogan “My body, my will”. Women who want freedom from religious and social limits and restrictions think that they would become more comfortable by gaining this freedom. They want equality in generation, but it is quite illogical. Allah Almighty has made their body totally different from men. Their body symmetry and field of action both are different from men. If they want peace and comfort in their life, they should return to their Creator, Allah Almighty and follow the instruction manual revealed by Him i.e. Quran. Islam is the only religion that provides women their due rights and respect.

"We will fight from one generation to the next." In the 1960s and 1970s we anti-imperialists in the U.S. were inspired not only by that slogan from Vietnam but even more by how they lived it with their 2000-year history of defeating a series of mighty invaders. At the same time we felt that we just might be on the cusp of world revolution in our lifetimes. Vietnam's ability to stand up to and eventually defeat the most lethal military machine in world history was the spearhead. Dozens of revolutionary national liberation struggles were sweeping what was then called the "Third World," today referred to as the "global South." There was a strategy to win, as articulated by Che Guevara: to overextend and defeat the powerful imperial beast by creating "two, three, many Vietnams." A range of radical and even revolutionary movements erupted within the U.S. and also in Europe and Japan.&hellip; Tragically, the revolutionary potential that felt so palpable then has not been realized.&hellip; Today, fighting from one generation to the next takes on new relevance and intense urgency.Click here to purchase a PDF version of this article at the Monthly Review website.

Abstract:
The slogan 'take back control' can be seen as an expression of protest at the hollowing out of democracy. The Brexit referendum has caused many problems, but it has also opened up the possibility for a sense of re-empowerment - the renewed possibility for discussion of 'substantive politics'. The article distinguishes between procedural democracy and substantive democracy - the ability to actually affect decisions. The former is in a relatively healthy state across Europe, the latter is not. The only political position on Brexit that has the potential to assist in the restoring of substantive democracy is the remain and reform position. The 2016 referendum has hugely strengthened the forces of reaction - racism, exclusive nationalism and market fundamentalism - but it has also galvanised a new generation of pro-European green, socialist and democratic activists. This opens up the possibility of restoring a degree of meaningful political participation for individual citizens across the continent, and reversing the sense of disempowerment that led to Brexit.

The paper examines the relationship between family and demographic policy of the state, they have a single vector of orientation. Increasing the birth rate in the state is not a task for one generation, the slogan "five-year plan in three years" does not apply here. Filling the demographic hole due to the migration of the indigenous population of Asia brings an unfamiliar culture and family foundations to the country. There is no "childfree" movement, but there is a prospect of an increase in non-traditional marriages and gender reassignment in favor of fashion.

<p><em>The slogan “back to Marx” always appears during every crisis cycle of Marxism. However, the idea of a return to Marx is problematic because each generation that embraces a critical approach is faced with new conditions and questions that have changed. </em></p><p><em>Employing the work of Stuart Hall is a particularly fruitful means of updating Marx because it provides us with suitable guidelines with which to re-employ Marx. Hall calls for a Marxism without guarantees that renounces historical-philosophical ultimate justification. He calls for a form of Marxism that engages in theoretical, social and political conflicts and that takes Marx seriously, not just in his strengths, but also in his weaknesses. Consequently, he sets out an approach that could truly provide a foundation with which to undertake the self-renewal of social critique. In this essay we want to find out how to revitalise a fruitful engagement with Marx by utilising Hall’s writings.</em></p>

Among the plethora of minor parties fielding candidates in Australia's 2016 federal election was a relative newcomer called Sustainable Australia. Formed in 2010 and campaigning with the slogan ‘Better, not bigger’, the party's policy centrepiece calls for Australia to slow its population growth through a combination of lower immigration, changes to family payments, and the withdrawal of government agencies from proactive population growth strategies (Sustainable Australia, n.d.). At a global level, the party also calls for Australia to increase foreign aid with a focus on supporting women's health, reproductive rights and education. Like most minor parties, its candidates polled poorly, attracting too few votes to secure seats in the Senate. But in the ensuing months, the South Australian branch of The Greens broke from the national party platform by proposing the aim of stabilising South Australia's population within a generation (The Greens SA, 2017). Just this August, Australian business entrepreneur Dick Smith launched a ‘Fair Go’ manifesto, similarly calling for reductions in Australia's population growth to address rising economic inequality and a “decline in living standards” (Dick Smith Fair Go Group, 2017).

PEACE is both an International and local issue which….…. should also confront basic problems in society like inequality, unemployment, homelessness and racial discrimination .…requires society to be tolerant and flexible so people can be at peace with one another. (IYY 85 Brochure) PEACE .… the Pocket Oxford Dictionary refers to peace as being freedom from or cessation of war; civil order as secured by law; quiet, calm, harmonious relations. To be at peace is to be untroubled. For the present generation of young people issues relating to peace are of critical importance. International brinkmanship and possession of arsenals with unprecedented destructive power underscore age old questions of human relations concerning aggression and the management of competition and conflict. The daily news almost inevitably dreaws attention to conflict between individuals, between large groups of people and between nations. The slogan “Peace in our time” carries a note of urgency yet the daily experience of human conflict both real and simulated on TV screens points to the possibility that potential for conflict is deeply rooted in human nature.

The education system in Indonesia is still in the fifth lowest position in the education index of ASEAN countries. Therefore, the government must take transformative steps to improve the Indonesian education system. This study examines the transformation of cultural values and their influence on achievement. This type of research is qualitative. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by condensing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The study results show that the cultural values that are transformed into the lives of school members are religious, social, cooperation, nationalism, and integrity values. These cultural values are transformed into non-verbal symbols by using the slogan 5S and caring for the environment and into verbal symbols by giving awards and praise for the performance of school members, conveying directly about the cultural values that are applied, giving encouragement and motivation to school members to have good ethics and morals, and giving encouragement to create a clean and healthy school atmosphere. The impact of the transformation of cultural values is to increase the motivation of school members to excel in academic and non-academic fields to create a superior generation with strong character and cultured with critical and analytical thinking.

Abstract:
In the past decades, museums continued to be demanded to surpass their primary function as a place for archival and historical artifact conservation to be a medium for knowledge dissemination as well as recreation. The “do not touch” slogan that is often placed on the typical museum glass box is considered no longer relevant when museums must satisfy visitors’ desires instead of solely focusing on objects. The aim of this research is to answer the challenge by integrating technology in redesigning conventional museum installations. The utilised methodologies are literature review and case study to develop new products. It integrates theories related to interaction and sensory experience into a design framework which includes types of experience, types of attraction, modes of apprehension, and five senses. Sherlock Holmes Museum is chosen as a case study with four installation redesigns as the final outcomes, namely: (1) Holmes Loop, (2) Holmes Guide, (3) Holmes POV, and (4) Holmes Puzzle. The generated installation concepts prove that product design has an essential role in cultural innovation so that museums continue to be relevant in between technological advancement. On the other hand, the design framework succeeds in helping idea generation process, thus it can be used as a reference to develop installations in other museums.

Abstract:
Advertisement sells fantasy more than it sells products. Through its slogan, an EFL students in Indonesia often encounter difficulties developing ideas because of their limited English proficiency, which can hinder their writing development. This study examined how translanguaging enhanced idea generation among EFL students in Indonesian higher education during the prewriting stage by utilizing their diverse linguistic repertoires to improve communication. Through classroom ethnography and the Multimodal Conversation Analysis framework, the research explored how students employed their linguistic and multimodal resources to develop ideas, facilitate communication and collaboration, and support creative expression and problem-solving. Data were collected through video recordings of student interactions and written artifacts produced during the prewriting session. The findings revealed that EFL students effectively coordinated verbal and nonverbal modes to co-construct meaning, creatively convey concepts, and enrich idea expression during prewriting activities. The study also uncovered that translanguaging occurred when students creatively co-construct information, reflect their identities, produce meaning flexibly, impact each other's language usage, and communicate multimodally. This study highlighted the importance of recognizing and valuing students' linguistic and cultural backgrounds and their multimodal competencies in developing inclusive and equitable learning environments that foster academic writing success. By embracing students' holistic communicative repertoires, translanguaging and multimodal practices can create a conducive atmosphere for engaging and memorable multilingual learning experiences.

Nutrition counseling using the slogan 4 Healthy 5 Perfect since 1952, began to undergo changes into the General Guidelines for Balanced Nutrition (PUGS) in 1992. Counseling about health and nutrition to the community is not an easy thing because it involves behavior change. Reduced knowledge will also reduce a person's ability to apply nutritional information to everyday life. School children are the next generation of the nation and constitute development capital, so that their health needs to be improved. This study aims to determine the effect of counseling on balanced nutrition knowledge and practices in children of Mandai Elementary School in Makassar City. This study wanted to see the effect of balanced nutrition counseling on a group before and after intervention. This research is an analytical study with quasi-experimental design (quasi experimental), one group pretest posttest design approach. The sample is the fifth grade students in the Mandai Elementary School in Makassar City who were selected by simple random sampling of 46 samples. Data on balanced nutrition knowledge and balanced nutrition practices before and after counseling were obtained through interviews using questionnaires. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Data is presented using tables and narratives. The results showed that there was an influence of knowledge (p = 0,000) and balanced nutrition practices (p = 0,001) of school children before and after counseling. It is recommended for schools, especially teachers, to be able to socialize repetitive balanced nutrition guidelines through empowering School Health Enterprises (SHE).

Abstract:
According to the statistics, most of elderly people in Indonesia depend on younger generation to fulfil their daily needs. Many of them still need to work. Pension fund also gives little contribution for the elderly who previously worked at institutions. The level of knowledge on pension fund among Indonesians is still low, which also contributes on low participation in pension fund. Within this context, the Catholic Church in Indonesia implements concretely a faith that promotes justice. This is a literature review which aims to provide a deeper understanding on how Catholic pension fund institutions have implemented Catholic Social Teaching in Indonesian context, especially in the terms of “a faith that promotes justice”. This research uses pastoral circle scheme, which was popularized by Joe Holland and Peter Henriot, as a method for theologically reflecting the role of Catholic pension fund institutions in Indonesia. For this purpose, the author also learns from documents of the Church and the Society of Jesus, which express the slogan “a faith that promotes justice”. From the research, the author finds that only Laborem Exercens mentions clearly about people’s right to receive pension, when, at the same time, the Church also urges care for old people. Since this minimum regard for pension fund does not reflect real faith implementation of the Catholic Church related to social justice practices, especially care for old people and pensioners, Catholic pension fund institutions in Indonesia play a great role in sounding real concern of the Catholic Church.

Abstract:
To be told, ‘know thyself’ is to be told that I don't know myself yet: it carries the assumption that I am in some sense distracted from what or who I actually am, that I am in error or at least ignorance about myself. It thus further suggests that my habitual stresses, confusions and frustrations are substantially the result of failure or inability to see what is most profoundly true of me: the complex character of my injuries or traumas, the distinctive potential given me by my history and temperament. I conceal my true feelings from my knowing self; I am content to accept the ways in which other people define me, and so fail to ‘take my own authority’ and decide for myself who or what I shall be. The therapy-orientated culture of the North Atlantic world in the past couple of decades has increasingly taken this picture as foundational, looking to ‘self-discovery’ or ‘self-realization’ as the precondition of moral and mental welfare. And the sense of individual alienation from a true and authoritative selfhood mirrors the political struggle for the right of hitherto disadvantaged groups, especially non-white and non-male, to establish their own self-definition. The rhetoric of discovering a true but buried identity spreads over both private and political spheres. The slogan of the earliest generation of articulate feminists, ‘The personal is the political’, expresses the recognition of how this connection might be made.

Abstract:
IntroductionWe aimed to examine the characteristics of antibiotic awareness campaigns (AAC) conducted on a national or regional level since 2010.MethodsIn October 2016, the WHO invited stakeholders involved in the planning or conduct of AACs to answer a web questionnaire. We solicited general information about the characteristics of the AAC, with a particular focus on key messages supporting optimal use of antibiotics.ResultsStakeholders in 93 countries were contacted and 55 countries responded. Overall, 60 AACs from 16 low/middle-income countries (LMIC) and 31 high-income countries were identified. Forty-five campaigns (75%) were conducted on a national level and most of them (47/60; 78%) were organised by public health authorities and publicly funded. There were no major differences between LMICs and high-income countries in the types of key messages. The scientifically questionable ‘Finish your prescription’ slogan was used by 31 AACs (52%). A One Health approach was mentioned in 13/60 AACs (22%). Most messages were universally applicable; adaptation to locally prevalent public misconceptions was not systematic. The evaluation of the impact of campaigns was still incomplete, as only 18 AACs (30%) assessed their impact on antibiotic use.ConclusionFor future AACs, it seems essential to base messages more rigorously on scientific evidence, context specificities and behavioural change theory. A new generation of messages that encourage first-choice use of narrow spectrum antibiotics is needed, reflecting international efforts to preserve broad spectrum antibiotic classes. Evaluation of the impact of AACs remains suboptimal.

Abstract:
The idea of labour free from exploitation has a fundamental place in communist ideology and was a constant slogan in the public rhetoric of the ‘peoples’ democracies’. This paper aims to examine how labour is defined in the official discourse of state-socialist Bulgaria, how it is associated with the ideas of freedom, coercion, the new communist moral order; and how labour is used as a repressive measure for annihilation the political opponents immediately after the seizure the political power by the Fatherland Front on September 9th ,1944 until the closure of the labour camps in 1962. The juxtaposition of the official state discourse of free labour without exploitation of workers and the people’s accounts reveal whether the ideologemes imposed by the state-party propaganda were accepted and became part of the people's thinking and vernacular memory. My thesis is that the ideologemes of free labour are accepted or at least not problematized in the narratives of the majority of ‘ordinary’ people who lived during the communist regime without being subjected to political repression. The other group, however - the victims of such repression - challenges the regime's propaganda ideologemes of freedom and free labour under socialism, and do so by recounting their own lives and speaking from the undeniable position of witnesses. Thus, in terms of remembering labour, freedom and coercion, the generation born in the 1920s and 1930s is divided into two ‘generational units’ (using Mannheim’s term), that remain on irreconcilable opposing positions.

Damu is inspired by the philosophy espoused by Babasaheb Ambedkar and he also participated in Ambedkarite Movement. The slogan of ‘Educate, Organise and Agitate’ given by Babasaheb Ambedkar to his millions of untouchable brothers reverberates in the story. The influence of Dr. Ambedkar’s ideas made an activist out of Damu. He came to realize that it was not sufficient to remain content with being able to live one’s life and provide for the family. The aim of this paper is to emphasize that education helps the downtrodden to refine quality of life and liberate themselves from the exploitation of caste. The book ends with the realization that further change is required. The world has to stop treating dalits as different. It is up to the present generation to carry the torch lit by the tears and blood of their ancestors.

Abstract:
The ideological universe of Xi Jinping is explored in three sections of this article: 1) Political orientations and theoretical interests of Xi Jinping; 2) Xi Jinping and Marxism; 3) Xi Jinping and traditional Chinese philosophy. Xi belongs to the “fifth generation” of CCP leaders born after the founding of the PRC in 1949. Their personality was formed under the conditions of the “cultural revolution”, when almost all of them were sent to the countryside for “physical re-education”. Representatives of the 5th generation received higher education and entered their active labor activity with the start of the “Reforms and Openness” policy. Before coming to Beijing as the leader of the PRC and the CPC, Xi Jinping went all the way from a grassroot cadre worker to the head of Shanghai. This allowed him to acquire the knowledge and experience needed to lead China. In fulfilling this mission, he is helped by a taste for theory, the desire to find answers to domestic and international problems in the works of both classics of domestic and foreign thought, and contemporary authors. Xi emphasizes the enduring importance of Marxism and disagrees that Marxism is supposedly obsolete. Xi Jinping has given a new lease of life to Marxism in China, and his approach to traditional Chinese philosophy differs significantly from that of his predecessors. The current leader of China not only promotes the “beautiful traditional Chinese culture”, but also puts forward the concept of combining it with classical Marxism and Chinese Marxism. This is the essence of his innovative approach. Xi emphasizes the need to borrow the cutting-edge achievements of world culture and philosophy, that is, the new Marxist doctrine he is creating has both Chinese and international connotations. And it's not just a slogan. A study of Xi Jinping's views allows us to conclude that he is not only a major leader, but also a serious theorist.

Abstract:
Entrepreneurship plays a vital role for economic growth and development of a nation or a region within the nation. Out of many important benefits of entrepreneurship development, generation of employment opportunities for job seekers is one of the most important issues. India‟s North Eastern Region (NER) is unique in terms of growth opportunities as it has the potential to develop into India‟s economic power house being a vibrant source of energy, oil, natural gas, coal, and limestone, besides being endowed with its largest perennial water system in the river Brahmaputra and its tributaries. Aptly considered as „The Gateway‟ to its South East Asian neigh bours, India‟s North East can emerge as a strategic base for foreign and domestic investors to tap into the South East Asian region, which is getting integrated through the operationalization of the South Asian Free Trade Agreement (SAFTA) and the Agreement on Trade in Services. At the initiative of the present Government at the center, the slogan of “Make in India” has gained immense popularity with a more vibrant “Act East Policy” now taking over the formerly „Look East Policy‟. The NER's unlimited tourism opportunities, unique performing arts, and varied cuisine and handicrafts provides the ideal setting for its development as a hub for dealing in trade and commerce with India‟s eastern neighbours and boosting entrepreneurship. Development of NER will not only enhance the economy ofIndia but also will foster bilateral integration amongst the East and South East Asian neighbours. This paper therefore is an attempt to understand in what way will trade between the North East India and South East Asian regions can boost entrepreneurship and generate self employment.

Abstract:
The slogan of the French Revolution—the freedom of speech, the freedom of choice, and the freedom of movement—the liberty, that is sought throughout the world crossing the frontiers of France and the greater Europe, has become the spiritual strength of the Romantic poets like William Wordsworth, Samuel Taylor Coleridge, Lord Byron, and Percy Bysshe Shelley. Romanticism, that begins with the publication of Lyrical Balladsin 1798, just one year before the end of the French Revolution in 1799, continues to grow in reaction to the effects of the social transformation caused by the Revolution. In the opinion of Thomas Carlyle, “The French Revolution plays a strong and vital role that influencesthe Romantic writers. As the Revolution begins to play out the absolute monarchy, that had ruled France for centuries after centuries and collapsed in only three years, the spirit of it results in a complete transformation of society” (Carlyle, 1906). In the words of Albert Hancock, "The French Revolution came, bringing with it the promise of a brighter day, the promise of regenerated man and regenerated earth. It was hailed with joy and acclamation by the oppressed, by the ardent lovers of humanity, by the poets, whose task it is to voice the human spirit” (Hancock, 1899).Percy Bysshe Shelley is highly influenced by the Revolution that is reflected in his poems, particularly in “Ode to the West Wind” (1819),originally published in 1820 by Charles Ollier in London as part of the collection Prometheus Unbound: A Lyrical Drama in Four Acts, with Other Poems, where the ‘Wind’ becomes the trope for spreading the word of change through the poetic speculations. The spirit of French Revolution is fully reflected in the poem where Shelley invites the young generation of his own time as well as the following generations to bring a rapid change in the society they live. This paper proposes to investigate how the Revolution influences Romantic poetry, particularly Shelley’s “Ode to the West Wind” to spread the message of the Revolutionthrough his poetic speculations in the young minds of his readers that fuels new thoughts and ideas into the future researchers.

Abstract:
With Gdansk artists an approach to the subject of the marine photography, was marked on several levels – artistic, documentary, journalistic and usable. Since 1945 to the first half of the 80s, we notice the popularization of maritime theme in the environment throughout artistic exhibition activities, and the program objectives. Maritime photography or maritime themes in photography? An analysis of the photographic medium in terms of belonging to the art can give the answer to this question. It is also worth considering whether there was „Gdansk School of the Maritime Photography”? The phenomenon of Polish marine art in the case of photography has been strongly emphasized in the Gdansk photography environment. The traditional display of the maritime theme has been broken, and with the approval of the authorities. Shipyard workers and dockers joined to the effigy of the sea people (fishermen, sailors). Photographers began to enter the maritime economy and use the effects of cooperation with maritime institutions for artistic purposes. Thematic exhibitions on shipyards and ports were created showing the sea from a different point of view, from the perspective of land. Socio-political events related to Solidarity stopped the promotion of the sea through the image of a shipyard worker and a shipyard, which became icons of the struggle for freedom. The Gdansk photographic community after the socio-political crisis of the first half of the 1980s, has not yet rebuilt its leading position in the dissemination of the maritime theme in photography on a large scale. Maritime exhibitions still appeared, but mainly on the local level, and the sea was reduced to the landscape understood very traditionally. At the same time photographers of the younger generation were interested in completely different issues of the style and aesthetics of photography. Te slogan „face to the sea” ceased to correspond with new times.

Abstract:
“The Sea and the Kingfisher” (French: La Mer et le martin-pêcheur) is a special novel written by Bui Ngoc Tan. This work is not only the pride of contemporary Vietnamese literature in general and Hai Phong literature in particular when it won the Henri Queffenlec Award in France in 2012; but also the stamp of the author's journey "resurrection of the dead", after more than 5 years of imprisonment and 20 years of torture of reading and writing. Because of his special circumstances, social change is always reflected in Bui Ngoc Tan’s work. “The Sea and the Kingfisher” is the same as a little cosmos, a panoramic discourse reflecting all of the love and sorrow of a generation having to face so many incidents and ideological conflicts. Above all of the limited literature, “The Sea and the Kingfisher” is a worthy writing. This is seen as a realistic novel, straight and steady, which exposes a world that is still deep in darkness, beneath the golden and glamorous slogan. There are honest people buried deep in the bottom, crumpled and writhed, silently alive, and silently dead. "Belles-lettres" of Bui Ngoc Tan, is a chord of many "words" that were invoked from thousands and thousands of lives of anonymity in the same era. It is both pristine, bitter, and a sigh of pain, laden with deep thoughts. It's also the crystallization of the love of life and faith, thus the aspiration of social transformation. Using the sociocriticism, the writer focuses on researching the relationship between life and the working life of Bui Ngoc Tan through his works. And then, we will reach a deeper understanding of the value of Bui Ngoc Tan's literary heritage, the morality or the self-consciousness of the writer's social role, and the aspirations to improve society by literature that he cherished all life.

Abstract:
<p class="JUDULSUB">Islam as a religion with a slogan that brings grace to the universe, however historically not all religious articulations are compatible. One example is extreme attitudes in religion. The most important element in realizing the peace mission in schools is learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This study was conducted to reveal how to maintain religious moderation in schools in preventing extremism. This field study at SMA Negeri 1 (Senior High School) Krembung, East Java, Indonesia uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that school moderation uses three main principles, namely <em>tawassuth, ta'adul and tawazun.</em> These principles are able to create a moderate situation, create a school of peace, progress, and form a generation with moderate views.</p><p class="JUDULSUB"> </p><p class="JUDULSUB"><em><strong>Abstrak</strong> </em></p><p class="JUDULSUB"><em>Islam sebagai agama dengan semboyan pembawa rahmat bagi alam semesta, namun secara historis tidak semua artikulasi agama itu cocok.
